This study is aimed at investigating the factors that influence the profits of Internet personal broadcasting to improve unstable benefit structure. 50 viewers of game broadcasting that includes most of internet personal broadcasting's personalities are surveyed, who are watching the broadcasting everyday more than an hour and backing to a broadcast conductor. For investigating Benefit Structure Analysis of Internet Personal Broadcasting, independent variables are composed of Social viewing experience, Parasocial relationship, and Information seeking motive and mediator is composed of viewing satisfaction that influences dependent variable, purchase intention. As a result the study founds that only two independent variables(Parasocial relationship, Information seeking motive) affect to mediator and viewing satisfaction affected to dependent variable.

With the spread of Internet personal broadcasting service, the number of personal broadcasting hosts (BJs: Broadcasting Jockeys) and viewers is increasing, and immediate communication between them is also actively taking place. This study examines whether the mechanism to suppress deviant behavior of BJ works effectively and how viewers interacting with BJs affect the intentions of deviant behaviors of BJs. Through the structural equation model, the effect of formal and informal sanctions of deterrence theory on BJs' intention of deviant broadcasting through their policy compliance attitude was investigated. The moderating effect of social pressure on the relationship between BJs' policy compliance attitude and their deviant broadcasting intention was confirmed. A total of 234 data were analyzed by surveying Africa TV BJs. As a result of the analysis, it was found that informal as well as formal sanctions increased the BJs' attitude toward policy compliance. However, it was confirmed that the social pressure perceived by BJs from Internet personal broadcasting viewers reduced the effect of policy compliance attitudes on reducing deviant broadcasting intentions.

An increasing number of people in their lifes have used personal web-casting services as a new type of broadcasting, whose power has grown in the broadcasting market and industry. Nevertheless, limited research concerning personal web-casting has been conducted so far. This research explored consumption structures of personal web-casting users in terms of their genre usage based on the theoretical concept of genre repertoire. And it also examined what determinants have influences on these structures by focusing on as an representative case in South Korea. The findings showed that sensation seeking, motivation for getting information and social presence affect genre repertoire of personal web-casting users. They also indicated that there is a moderating effect of social presence in the relationship between motivation for joy and genre repertoire.

Many stars are delivering various contents such as real time talks through Internet personal broadcasting to communicate with fans. For stars and entertainment companies that expect the effect of communicating with fans through Internet broadcasting, it can be said that it is important to grasp viewers' viewing motivation and satisfaction. Thus, we analyzed the viewing motivation and satisfaction of Chinese viewers' Internet personal broadcasting of famous celebrities based on the uses and gratifications approach. To this end, an online survey was conducted, and as a result, 'emotional motivation' and 'functional motivation' were found as Chinese viewers' motivation for viewing Internet personal broadcasting of famous celebrities. In addition, it was found that viewers' satisfaction increased as the viewers' 'emotional viewing motivation' increased. From the results of this study, it seems that a strategy of subdividing programs by reflecting the audience characteristics such as age and occupation is needed. It can be a way to expand the number of viewers and the intended broadcasting effect by designing and producing programs for personalized celebrity internet broadcasting by segmenting audiences.

This study aims to analyze the social and legal status of Internet personal broadcasting in Korea and propose the direction of personal broadcasting regulation based on overseas regulatory laws and the media characteristics of Internet broadcasting. The influence of Internet personal broadcasting has increasing, and social and legal problems such as pornography and fake news have also growing. In the absence of legal regulations on personal broadcasting on the Internet, academia is also discussing relevant legislation and policies at a general level of analysis. In addition, the current study argues that new legislative research is needed to respond to the rapidly changing media environment and to cope with the newly introduced Internet broadcasting content and platforms. The findings suggest that freedom of expression is a significant value, yet obscene materials for minors should be thoroughly regulated, and that internet personal broadcasting should be regulated to the minimum extent through self-regulation guidelines through cooperation between councils and related agencies or businesses. The significance of the current study indicates that it proposed the practical and concrete laws for the improvement of the quality of Internet personal broadcasting content, the establishment of new broadcasting policies for fair and diverse content development, and the efficient and fair regulation of personal broadcasting content.

본 논문의 목표는 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어에 대한 연구이다. 개인용 리치미디어 플레이어는 아날로그 지상파, 케이블 방송, DVD VCR등과 같은 미디어로부터 아날로그 컨텐츠를 받아 H.264 Encoder를 상용하여 디지털화하여 유무선 인터넷을 통해 개인에게 직접 재전송 해 주는 플랫폼이다. 전 세계적으로 아날로그 방송을 디지털 방송으로 전환하고 있으나, 아날로그 방송을 시청하는 사람들은 상당히 많다. 대부분의 시청자들은 집에서 TV를 통해 프로그램을 시청하고 있다. 광대역 인터넷이 일반화 되면서 많은 사람들이 인터넷상에서 UCC나 VOD서비스 같은 멀티미디어 서비스를 이용하고있다. 하지만, 이러한 서비스들은 실시간으로 방송되는 프로그램을 서비스해주지는 못하고있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 개인형 리치미디어 플레이어는 실시간 방송 프로그램을 H.264로 인코딩하여 시청자가 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 곳이면 어디든지 인터넷상으로 방송 프로그램은 즐길 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발한 플랫폼은 ARM CORE와 H.264 Encoder를 사용하여 실시간으로 방송 컨텐츠를 인코딩하여 RTP, RTSP Protocol을 이용하여 유무선으로 전송하게 된다. 운영체제는 uClinux 26이고 Streaming Server는 실시간으로 네트워크 상황을 인지하여 다이나믹하게 전송 레이트를 조절함으로써 QoS를 구현하고 있다.

방송 및 통신의 융합으로 인하여 인터넷을 통한 멀티미디어의 시청은 이제 보편화되었다. 특히, 개인형 방송 재전송 장비는 댁내 개인방송을 인터넷을 통하여 전송하는 임베디드 시스템으로 개발되어 댁내에 있는 기존 멀티미디어 기기/ 컨텐츠를 인터넷을 통하여 동일한 환경으로 향유할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 개인형 방송 재전송 장비는 하드웨어 설치외에 별도의 소프트웨어 설치 및 설정이 필요하여 사용자의 초기 접근이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 프로토콜인 UPnP를 통하여 개인형 방송 재전송 장비를 사용자의 설정 없이 사용할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이는 기본적인 접근 설정외에 채널 변경 등의 원격 제어 서비스를 UPnP를 통해 지원하는 방법을 포함한다.

본 논문에서는 FTTH 환경에 의해 가입자까지 100Mbps 이상의 대역폭을 보장하면서 실제 서비스 되어 질 수 있는 응용 시스템인 개인 인터넷 방송 시스템을 호스트 멀티캐스트 Scheme을 이용하여 설계 및 구현하였다. 전송 방식인 호스트 멀티캐스트에 대해 알아보고 개인 인터넷 방송 서버(Contents Provider)와 클라이언트(Host)의 구조에 효율적인 호스트 멀티캐스트 알고리즘인 Data Delivery Tree Algorithm(DDTA)를 제안하고, DDTA 알고리즘이 FTTH 환경에서 HDTV급 고화질 영상을 전송할 수 있는 개인 인터넷 방송 시스템에 효율적인 알고리즘이라는 것을 보인다.

This paper is an exploratory study on the acceptance of Chinese Internet entertainment personal broadcasting contents. After analyzing the factors affecting viewer satisfaction, we analyzed the relationship between these factors and viewer satisfaction on reuse intention. As a result of the survey, first, the information system quality has a significant effect on the viewer satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Second, indirect experience, entertainment pursuit, and social relationship have a significant effect on viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Third, viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting has a significant effect on reuse intention. These results are expected to help establish the marketing strategy of the company operating the Internet personal broadcasting and prepare the requirements to be provided by the host.

현재 인터넷 방송 및 모바일 뉴스 정보시스템의 발전은 보다 전문화 되고 더욱 다양해지며 누구나 접근하기 쉽게 발전하고 있다. 현재의 모바일 시스템은 모바일 기기를 통하여 현재의 상황을 다른 누군가에게 전송하여 커뮤니케이션을 하게 된다. 특히, 3G 통신 방식은 우리에게 모바일 기기를 통한 방송을 우리에게 나타내 준다. 일반적으로 방송은 제작한 영상, 음성에 대하여 브로드케스팅 방식으로 송출하여 다수의 사용자가 보는 방식이지만, 인터넷 방송은 사이트를 통한 네트워크로 서버에 접속하여 다수의 사용자들에게 방송을 송출하는 방식이며 모바일 방송일 경우 3G 화상통신으로 1대 다수가 아니라 이용자들에게 직접 연결하는 방식으로 운영한다. 하지만 개인 방송이 증가할수록 전문성이 결여된 정보들이 증가할 우려가 있고, 또한 무분별한 정보의 범람을 초래 할 수 있다. 따라서 인터넷 방송과 모바일 방송으로서 유익한 정보를 제공하는 공공방송의 역할을 하기를 기대한다.
