  • Recently, various urban problems are expected to arise due to the concentration of urban population and acceleration of urbanization, and UAM, a new air transportation method, is emerging to solve these problems. Currently, the world is actively conducting research and development on UAM technology, infrastructure, and systems to commercialize UAM. Although UAM is expected to develop in a similar way to the air transportation industry, research on the human factors of UAM for safe UAM operation and accident prevention is insufficient. In this study, to ensure safe operation of UAM, the human factors of UAM-PSU were identified and presented using the AHP technique targeting aviation experts. In addition, a comparative analysis of the human factors of PSU and air traffic controllers was conducted through relative importance analysis, and an efficient management plan for important human factors was presented.

  • Recently, one of the received attraction fields in web based service is 'Human Relationship Service' that is called SNS. This relationship map service is able to deliver information to user more easily and visually because it is intuitive data that is linked with offline real world. While past map service put physical real information in the map, present map service is evolving into new communicative platform that expresses social relationship beyond simple search platform that shows real world. In this paper, we propose smart social grid system using sketch map that is based on online map service structure. This system has features such as standardized interface provision for various SNS, use to governance hub tool in case of establishing a personal network through expanded social grid, a role of bridge to mashup software linked with other SNS, user environment construction that reproduces social grid data, and the faster service setup by improved search technology.

In this regard, this study is aimed at the service quality and the characteristics of companies as the factors for the activation of SMEs' online export support projects and their performance creation. The study conducted a survey of companies applied for the government's online export support project. As a result, it was found that the reliability of the service quality and the characteristics of the company (CEO's will, Trade Expert), except for convenience, have a significant effect on the service utilization and performance. Accordingly, in order to revitalize the online export support business of SMEs, it is necessary to improve the human competence of enterprises and the reliability of service quality of supporting institutions. This study is meaningful in that it confirms the importance of the credibility required by the support organization as well as the characteristics for strengthening the capability of the company. • Offering subject-oriented services by subject experts is an effective method of enhancing the quality of digital reference services in university libraries. However, it is not easy to implement due to the Korean librarian education system and a shortage of human resources. Thus, as an alternative, we proposed an SDI (selective dissemination of information) profiler system using the concept of a profiler which is used in crime psychology as a specialist who studies a person's behavior for clues to psychology to aid in capturing them, under the assumption that conducting SDI services is one of the subject experts' key roles. And we also mentioned the procedures and methods of how to apply it to the reference services of university libraries. The proposed SDI profiler system can change the roles of university librarians from passive to active. Furthermore, it also allows librarians to provide their clients with customized SDI services, thus improving reference services.
