2006년 하반기 적용 건설업 노임단가

  • 2006년 상반기 건설업 전체 평균임금이 98,155월으로 전년 하반기 대비 1.9% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 기계설비부문은 해외건설경기의 호조에 힘입어 플랜트제관공은 91,288원으로 상반기 대비 5.5%의 증가율을 보였고, 기계설치공이 79,538원으로 상반기 대비 3.5%의증가율을 보였다. 대한건설협회가 발표한 2006년 상반기 건설업 임금현황에 따르면 상반기 업종 전체 직종의 상당수를 차지하는 일반공사직종은 전체 직종 상승률 1.5% 상승 하였으며 동 직종 중 현장에 많이 투입되는 형틀목공, 철근공, 보통인부 등의 주요 15개 직종은 1.0% 상승하는데 그쳤다. 월급제 기능공이 대부분인 원자력직종은 5.0%의 상승률을 보인 반면, 광전자직종의 경우 0.4% 상승하는 등 전반적으로 전년도 하반기보다 임금상승률이 크게 둔화되고 있는 추세이다. 또한 임금이 가장 높은 직종은 294,659원인 송전활선전공으로 나타났으며, 반면 측부는 40,269원으로 가장 낮은 임금을 기록했다. 금번 임금실태 결과의 상승요인을 살펴보면 원자력 · 플랜트 · 지적 지종 등 월급제 기능공의 임금 상승이 전체 직종의 임금상승을 주도하였으며 물가 상승 및 임금인상 심리등으로 건설경이 위축에도 불구하고 건설업 임금이 소폭 상승하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이번에 공표한 임금은 대한건설협회가 전국의 1,700개 건설현장의 건설관련 145개 직종을 대상으로 2006년 5월 한달간 실제 지급된 임금을 8시간 기준으로 조사한 것이다. 이번에 발표된 노임은 2006년 9월 1일부터 12월 31일까지의 공사에 적용된다. 다음은 설비건설부문과 관련 직종 노임단가 분석 및 개별직종 노임단가 현황이다.

  • Injection molding is a very important industrial process for the manufacturing of plastics objects. During an injection molding process of composites, the fiber-matrix separation and fiber orientation are caused by the flow of molten polymer/fiber mixture. As a result, the product tends to be nonhomogeneous and anisotropic. Hence, it is very important to clarify the relations between separation· orientation and injection molding conditions. So far, there is no research on the measurement of fiber orientation using image processing. In this study, the effects of fiber content ratio and molding condition on the fiber orientation-angle distributions are studied experimentally. Using the image processing method, the fiber orientation distribution of weld-line parts in injection-molded products is assessed. And the effects of fiber content and injection molding conditions on the fiber orientation functions are also discussed

A Study on Phosphorus Loading model for Eutrophication Response in the Yongsan Lake (영산호의 부영양화 평가를 위한 인부하모델의 검토)

  • The purpose of this is made an examination of phosphorus loading model for eutrophication response in the Yongsan lake. For the model, we measured the total amount of nutrients derived from the Yongsan river watershed, inflow rate to the Yongsan lake, water quality, and water budget from January to December in 1999. The total amount of precipitation in the Yongsan river watershed was 4,951.7$\times$10$^{6}$ ㎥/y and inflow amount was 2,569.7$\times$10$^{6}$ ㎥/y, therefore the outflow rate of the Yongsan river watershed was 51.9%. The develop loading of total nitrogen was 86,928.1kg/d and that of total phosphorus was 22,007.6kg/d at the Yongsan river watershed, But, as the inflow loading of total nitrogen was 33,962kg/d and the inflow loading of total phosphorus was 2,218kg/d to the Yongsan lake. so each infolw rate was 39.0% and 10.1%. The hydraulic residence time was 34days, total phosphorus loading [L(P)] on the surface area was 23.398g/㎥/y, the hydraulic load( $Q_{s}$) of inflow water was 74.269m/y, the reserve rate of phosphorus in the lake was 0.359, and the settinh velocity of phosphorus was 0.114m/d at the Yongsan lake.   • 현재 산업현장은 작업한 인부들이 작업을 마치고 청소하는 식으로 현장의 청결을 유지한다. 본 연구에서는 산업현장의 청결을 보다 깨끗하고 안전하게 유지하여 안전사고 발생의 요인이 되는 것을 제거하는 것을 전제로 하여 현재 상용화 되고 있는 로봇청소기와 아두이노를 이용한 센서를 적용하고자 한다. 본 논문은 기존의 로봇청소기에 미세먼지 센서와 유해가스 센서를 탑재하여 산업현장의 환경을 감지하도록 한다. 산업 현장의 미세먼지 농도가 일정 수치 이상이면, 로봇청소기를 작동하도록 한다. 로봇청소기에 공기청정기와 전자석을 추가하여 산업현장의 공기를 쾌적하게 조성하며, 미세 금속 이물질을 처리하는 기능을 탑재하여 산업현장에서 발생하는 이물질을 보다 쉽게 처리하도록 한다. 유해가스 농도가 일정 수치 이상이면, 부저를 통해 경보를 울려 산업현장 내부에 유해가스가 유출되고 있다고 알려준다. 또한, 블루투스 통신을 통해 스마트폰 어플리케이션으로 센서의 값을 확인하여 DC모터, 공기청정기, 전자석 등을 수동조작해 청소되지 않은 부분을 청소하도록 할 수 있다.

The evaluation of the eutrophication for the lakes by phosphorus loading (총인부하량을 이용한 인공호의 부영양화 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate and to predict of eutrophication in lakes by using Vollenweider-OECD model and total phosphorus concentration and inflow rate which were measured in 1993∼2001. The results of study were as follows. The annual total phosphorus loading from the watershed was calculated to be 55∼195tP/yr at lake Soyang, 221∼466tP/yr at lake Taechong, 123∼278tP/yr at lake Andong, 57∼109tP/yr at lake Seomjin. These are discharged, far the most parts, from population and fishfarm facility. TP loading on the surface area at lake Soyang was 3.01gP/㎡/yr, 2.82gP/㎡/yr, 2.84gP/㎡/yr, 3.03gP/㎡/yr, 2.34gP/㎡/yr, 1.78gP/㎡/yr, 0.91gP/㎡/yr, 0.89gP/㎡/yr, 0.86gP/㎡/yr, lake Taechong was 6.71gP/㎡/yr, 7.25gP/㎡/yr, 7.24gP/㎡/yr, 6.53gP/㎡/yr, 6.50gP/㎡/yr, 7.06gP/㎡/yr, 7.04gP/㎡/yr, 4.05gP/㎡/yr, 3.44gP/㎡/yr and TP loading on the surface area of lake Andong, lake Soemjin were 5.39gP/㎡/yr, 4.47gP/㎡/yr, 4.56gP/㎡/yr, 4.45gP/㎡/yr, 3.33gP/㎡/yr, 2.38gP/㎡/yr, 2.53gP/㎡/yr, 2.46gP/㎡/yr, 2.54gP/㎡/yr, 4.09gP/㎡/yr, 4.10gP/㎡/yr, 3.98gP/㎡/yr, 3.73gP/㎡/yr, 2.80gP/㎡/yr, 3.46gP/㎡/yr, 3.22gP/㎡/yr, 2.19gP/㎡/yr, 2.13gP/㎡/yr respectively. The tropic states of four lakes can be assessed as eutrophy because phosphorus leading exceeds the critical phosphorus loading by Vollenweider-OECD model.

A case of strongyloidiasis accompanied by duodenal ulcer (십이지장궤양을 동반한 분선충증 1례)

  • A 58-year-old chronic alcoholism patient, who complained of epigastric discomfort, nausea, and frequent loose stool was diagnosed as strongyloidiasis accompanied by duodenal ulcer. The symptoms first appeared two years ago and aggravated during the recent 3 months, and he lost 4 kg of his body weight. Stool examination revealed rhabditoid nematode larvae, which were confirmed as those of Strongyloides stercoralis after cultivation of them to alariform larvae. At duodenoscopy, duodenal ulcer was found. The patient was treated with albendagole (200 mg, bid, for 14 days) for stronglyloidiasis and with colloidal bismuth sulfate(240 mg, bid, for 6 weeks) for duodenal ulcer. After the medication, the symptoms of loose stool and epigastric discomfort were much improved and he was discharged with no clinical problems. This is an interesting case which suggests that S. stercoralis infection could be related with ulceration of the duodenal mucosa.

Material Budgets in the Nakdong River Estuary with Simple Box Model (낙동강 하구해역에서의 단순 박스모델에 의한 물질수지)

  • Budgets of fresh water, salt, DIN and DIP in the Nakdong river estuary were estimated in order to clarify the characteristics of material cycling and fluxes of nutrients with a simple box model. Freshwater inflow into this system was approximately 1.1E+10m³/y, water exchange was 3.3E+10m³/y and water residence time was 2.03 day assumed with salinity between estuary and adjacent ocean. Nutrients loadings were 3.2E+09mol DIN/y3.7×10³, 2.7E+07mo1 DIP/y, respectively. net ecosystem metabolism was 2.4E+07mo1 C/y. Although the Nakdong river discharge was the main source of nutrients but Jang-rim sewage treatment plant effluent take parts of 16% of nitrogen and 10.2% of phosphorus loadings.

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the WASP5 model parameters and to analyze the sensitivity of parameters in Daechung Reservoir. The values predicted by the model and tendency were very similar to the observed data at Daejeon intake, so it is possible to predict water quality of the Daejeon intake region in the future. Results from the sensitivity analysis showed that Chlorophyll-a was sensitive to variations in saturated growth rate of phytoplankton, endogenous respiration rate of phytoplankton, extinction coefficient and temperature. T-N was sensitive to mineralization rate of dissolved organic nitrogen and temperature. T-P was affected by T-P load, temperature, extinction coefficient, mineralization rate of dissolved organic phosphorus and saturated growth rate of phytoplankton. BOD was influenced by deoxygenation rate and temperature, and DO was influenced by temperature. Adequate input data was applied and assessed through the model sensitivity analysis. So it is possible to distinguish the input data which need careful attention when it has application to model.

  • To synthesize a new positive photosensitive polyimide precursor, parts of carboxylic acid groups in poly (amic acid) were esterified with 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl bromide in the presence of K$_2$CO$_3$/HMPA followed by the chemical imidization of residual carboxylic acid units. The chemical structure of resulting polymer was characterized by $^1$H-NMR, UV/vis and FT-IR spectroscopic methods, and its thermal properties were examined by DSC and TGA. Upon UV irradiation, 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl moiety underwent the photodegradation. As a result, the polymer became soluble in alkaline developer due to the formation of carboxylic acid moiety, which was used to make a micron-sized positive pattern. Sensitivity curves were obtained from the gel fraction experiments with respect to the various 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl ester contents. From those curves, the sensitivity was ranged iron 4000 to 6000 mJ/㎠, and the contrast was measured to be from 3.1 to 4.9.

  • Toegye pursues a life of pleasure, joy and nobility. Anyone who is a scholar shall feel a joy in learning and practicing. However, not everyone can enjoy true pleasure or true calling through self-cultivations. Everybody wants "a joy of distant friends' visitations." But most of Confucian scholars prefer forests as a place of learning and self-cultivation. Toegye especially likes a forest life and then gives same value to walking as to reading. "Not to be angry even if not recognized" must be a high stage of self-cultivation. Toegye does not pursue fame or glory and always resign into a country life. His life-time resignation makes him obtain great after-death fame and glory. Thus, nobody feels jealousy against him but adores him.
