Inverter Motor Drive System Development for High Static Pressure Ventilation Fan (고정압용 프리미엄 환풍기를 위한 인버터형 모터 드라이브 시스템 개발)

  • 본 논문은 주거환경 변화 및 공기 중 부유물질로 인한 피해를 보호하기 위해 제정된 공기질 관리법안에 적합한 대기 환경 조건을 구현하기 위한 고정압 환풍기용 모터 및 제어 알고리즘에 관한 논문이다. 외기에 압력이 변화하는 외란에도 일정한 풍량을 낼 수 있도록 하기 위해서 속도와 전류의 두 물리량을 곱의 형태로 취하여 profile을 만들고 이에 추종하는 방식을 본 논문에서 제안하였다. 제품의 상용화를 위해서 풍량센서가 없는 센서리스 방식을 구현하기 위해서 전류 값을 토대로 압력 변화량을 일정하게 제어하는 방식을 취하였다. 고정압제어를 위해서 Open-loop상태에서 모터의 P-Q(압력-풍량)data를 측정하고 이를 기초로 예상 구동 영역을 유추하고 이를 토대로 Profile을 만들고 이 Profile을 추종하는 제어를 통해서 고정압제어를 실현하였다. Reference로 속도를 기준으로 하였으며, 동일 속도에서 전류의 값을 비교하여 제어하고자 하는 전류 값이 되도록 함으로써 정압을 실현하였다.

  • Turbo compressor needs high speed rotation of impeller in structure, high rated gearbox and conventional induction motor. This mechanical system increased the moment of inertia and mechanical friction loss. Resently the study of turbo compressor applied super high speed motor and drive, removing gearbox made its size small and mechanical friction loss minimum. In this study we tried to develope variable super high speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller under one DSP based systems for 1500Hp, 70,000rpm direct drive Turbo compressor. It have to do unitification of each controller"s hardware and software. The result of study is applied to a 150Hp direct turbo compressor and makes it goods.oods.

  • In this paper, voltage control APF(Active Power Filter) is introduced to improve power factor and reduce harmonics generated from nonlinear load. The voltage controlled APF which is consisted of inverter and passive filter operates with nonlinear load simultaneously. Real power supplies from main power to load and reactive power provides from APF to load. According to the results o experiment and simulation, it is proved that the proposed system has the performance of improving power factor and reducing harmonics.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내최초로 개발에 성공한 단일용량의120kW급 계통연계형 태양광발전용 PCS에 관한 내용을 설명하고 있다. 120kW급 계통연계형 태양광발전시스템은 22.9kV의 특고압 계통전원에 연계되도록 설계되었으며, 삼상 380V를 22.9kV로 승압 연계하는 2단 절연방식을 채택하였다. 120kW급 PCS는 상용주파수 변압기 절연방식으로 3상4선식 380v 60H2 출력을 가지고 있으며, PCS 내부에 120kVA급 변압기와 리액터를 포함하고 있다. 최대출력점추종(MPPT)제어 기법으로 P&O 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 3상 IGBT 인버터를 DSP로 제어하였다. 본 논문에서는 120kW급 단일용량 PC를 개발함에 있어, 계통연계 시험, 유,무효 전류제어 시험, 단독운전 검출 및 방지시험, 출력전류의 THD 측정 등의 결과를 보이고 있다.

Dimming Control System Using Power Line Communication (전력선 통신을 이용한 조광 제어 시스템)

  • In this paper, to control with light dimming levels of the fluorescent lamps, we have used the power line instead of the signal line to transmit the control signals. To reduce the BER(Bit Error Rate) on the power line communication with the serious noise interferences. We have adapted the FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) modulation and demodulation technique. Since the electronic ballast produced the EMI(ElctroMagnetic Interference) noise in some frequency bands, we have reduced the EMI levels in the band below -50dB. By varying the switching frequency of the ballast for the FL032/T8 from 18kHz to 25kHz, it is possible that the dimming levels are controled with the range of 5∼100%

  • To chive a traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with the series""-resonant inverter, the external inductor is i lnserted between the motor and inverter. In $\psi$is paper, we proposed a novel 3Ilalysis method to design the 3 ~xternal inductor. An equivalent model of the ultrasonic motor is expressed, and a selection method of the , ;;eries inductor is proposed from the basis of the model. When the series inductor has an optimal value, it is v velified by computer simulation results that power is efficiently transmitted to the mechanical resonant c component in the motor. The frequency and speed characteristics of the ultrasonic motor are investigated by e experiments for several external inductors. The validity of the proposed method for selecting external inductor i is clarified.clarified.

  • In this paper proposed method of maximum power point tracking using boost converter for a connected single phase inverter with photovoltaic system. The maximum power point tracking control is based on generated circuit control MOSFET switch of boost converter and single phase inverter uses predicted current control to control four IGBT's switch in full bridge. The predicted current control provide current with sinusoidal wave shape and inphase with voltage. The generation control circuit allows each photovoltaic module to operate independently at peak capacity, simply by detecting of the output power of the system. Furthermore, the generation control circuit attenuates low-frequency ripple voltage, which is caused by the full-bridge inverter, across the photovoltaic modules. Consequently, the output power of system is increased due to the increase in average power generated by the photovoltaic modules. The effectiveness of the proposed inverter system is confirmed experimentally and by means of simulation.

  • A precise measurement of the grid voltage is one of the essential techniques, which is required to connect a renewable energy to the grid. In general, when a filter is used to eliminate unnecessary harmonics and noises, a signal is distorted by phase delay, amplitude attenuation, and other distortions. And the response characteristic of a controller is directly affected by bandwidth of cut-off frequency of the filter. To alleviate this problems, we propose an effective algorithm based on DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) instead of approaching the filter application. The proposed algorithm ensures high precise measurement of the grid voltage because it can extract the fundamental and harmonics from the raw signal without any distortions. The high performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by PSIM simulation and experiments of Grid-Connected VSI.

  • Design and analysis of disturbance observer-based deadbeat control fur single-phase inverter applications are comprehensively presented in this paper. Load current can be estimated by disturbance observer, which is basically structured with the first order equation in this case and is regarded as a relatively simple method in comparison with conventional full-order Luenberger observer. Also, an inherent one-step delay problem appeared in the deadbeat control method is overcome by a simple prediction technique proposed. Output voltage dip is reduced by the feedforward control with the change rate of the estimated load current involved in the deadbeat current control loop. The proposed algorithms are verified by the respective simulation and experiment results.

  • This paper describes a current fed high frequency resonant inverter can be used as the power supply for wax-sealing. This circuit configuration is composed of conventional two unit inverter of single ended current find type in parallel. The proposed inverter can realize ZVS operation by using resonant capacitor to ZVS capacitor and has merits not only reduction of switch current distribution but also extension of load range in comparison with the conventional single-ended current fed high frequency resonant inverter. This analysis of proposed circuit uses normalized parameter and characteristic estimation which is needed in each step before design is generally described according to normalized frequency($\mu$), normalized resistance(λ) and parameters. On the basis of characteristic values, a method of the circuit design is presented. Also, the theoretical analysis is proved through experiment and this proposed circuit shows that it can be practically used as the power supply system for wax-sealing and DC-DC converter.
