An Exploratory Study on Advertising Copywriting Using ChatGPT - With the focus on in-depth interviews with college students majoring in advertising - (ChatGPT를 활용한 광고카피라이팅에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 광고전공 대학생 심층면접을 중심으로-)

  • This study evaluates the effectiveness of advertising copywriting using the artificial intelligence language model, ChatGPT, and explores its potential applications and limitations within the advertising industry. We established five key research questions and conducted in-depth focus group interviews (FGI) with university students in Busan. The findings reveal that there was no significant preference difference between copies written by ChatGPT and human copywriters. However, ChatGPT's copies were particularly effective in age-targeted advertising but showed limitations in gender targeting and reflecting cultural contexts. Additionally, consumer acceptance of AI copywriting was generally positive, though concerns were raised about the creativity and naturalness of AI-generated copies. This research provides practical insights into how AI can be utilized in advertising content creation and stimulates discussion on the appropriate use of AI technology and ethical considerations within the industry. These results offer important implications for both advertising professionals and the academic community.

  • Data mining has received a lot of attention from practitioners. That is partly because it allows company to extract a set of useful knowledge about customers from database, thereby retaining current customers and magneting potential customers. This logic is especially essential in the field of credit card industry, where just 5% increase of number of customers is hewn to cause 120% increase in profit. The problem is how to retain current customers and even make them more loyal to company. However, previous studies lacked proposing extensive strategies of reducing the churning rate. In this sense, this study attempts to suggest such strategies by applying neural network, logistic regression, and C5.0 techniques to credit card data. We used a real data set of four years from 1997 to 2000, which were gathered from a credit card company. Experimental results revealed that our approach could yield robust strategies for retaining customers by reducing the churning rate.

  • Since the information of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution is introduced in WEF (World Economic Forum) in 2016, IoT, AI, Big Data, 5G, Cloud Computing, 3D/4DPrinting, Robotics, Nano Technology, and Bio Engineering have been rapidly developed as business applications as well as technologies themselves. Among the diverse business applications for IoT, wearable devices are recognized as the leading application devices for final customers. This longitudinal study is compared to the results of the 1st study conducted to identify customer needs of activity trackers, and links the identified users' needs with the well-known marketing frame of marketing mix. For this longitudinal study, a survey was applied to university students in June, 2018, and ANOVA were applied for major variables on usable features. Further, potential customer needs were identified and visualized by Word Cloud Technique. According to the analysis results, different from other high tech IT devices, activity trackers have diverse and unique potential needs. The results of this longitudinal study contribute primarily to understand usable features and their changes according to product maturity. It would provide some valuable implications in dynamic manner to activity tracker designers as well as researchers in this arena.

  • 기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.   • Smart speaker is a device that provides an interactive voice-based service that can search and use various information and contents such as music, calendar, weather, and merchandise using artificial intelligence. Since AI technology provides more sophisticated and optimized services to users by accumulating data, early smart speaker manufacturers tried to build a platform through aggressive marketing. However, the frequency of using smart speakers is less than once a month, accounting for more than one third of the total, and user satisfaction is only 49%. Accordingly, the necessity of strengthening the user experience of smart speakers has emerged in order to acquire a large number of users and to enable continuous use. Therefore, this study analyzes the user experience of the smart speaker and proposes a method for enhancing the user experience of the smart speaker. Based on the analysis results in two stages, we propose ways to enhance the user experience of smart speakers by model. The existing research on the user experience of the smart speaker was mainly conducted by survey and interview-based research, whereas this study collected the actual review data written by the user. Also, this study interpreted the analysis result based on the smart speaker user experience dimension. There is an academic significance in interpreting the text mining results by developing the smart speaker user experience dimension. Based on the results of this study, we can suggest strategies for enhancing the user experience to smart speaker manufacturers.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of new service methods of "artificial intelligence (AI) + medical cosmetology", a new service means, on customers' purchase intentions. To AI medical beauty APP sales as an empirical study. This paper designed Likert seven scale to investigate, using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software and AMOS24.0 structural equation software to analyze the survey data. The analysis method uses reliability analysis, validity analysis, and construct equation model analysis. Through empirical research, the following results can be found, 1. The system quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 2. The information quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. 3. The service quality of AI medical beauty app will have a positive impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness 4. Consumers' perceived ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and purchase intention. 5. The usefulness of consumers' notification has a positive effect on purchase intention.

  • The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the Freshman Preliminary Health Administrators(FPHA)' Empathic Problem Solving Ability(EPSA) through the application of Medical Service Design Thinking(MSDT) conducted by undergraduate school of SNS hospital marketing education. The pre-post questionnaire survey was conducted on 39 students in the freshman year of the Department of Health Administration after applying MSDT for 15 weeks from September to December, 2019 at a college in Daegu. MSDT was positive influenced on the improvement of Empathic Imagine, Empathic interest, Empathic awakening of the FPHA' EPSA. In the analysis of key common words, the use of neutral and negative words was low, while the use of positive words was high. In order to systematically equip Empathic problem solving job competency in the age of artificial intelligence, it is meaningful to develop a program for the freshmen curriculum and to conduct a analysis of the structured and unstructured data to verify its effectiveness. Additional program development research is needed for the application of theoretical subjects.

  • With increased interest in the fourth industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence, it has been very active to utilize bigdata and machine learning techniques in almost areas of society. Also, such activities have been realized by development of forecasting systems in various applications. Especially in the movie industry, there have been numerous attempts to predict whether they would be success or not. In the past, most of studies considered only the static factors in the process of prediction, but recently, several efforts are tried to utilize realtime social bigdata produced in SNS. In this paper, we propose the prediction technique utilizing various feedback information such as news articles, blogs and reviews as well as static factors of movies. Additionally, we also experimentally evaluate whether the proposed technique could precisely forecast their revenue targeting on the relatively successful movies.

  • Big data is an important keyword in World's Fourth Industrial Revolution in public and private division including IoT(Internet of Things), AI(Artificial Intelligence) and Cloud system in the fields of science, technology, industry and society. Big data based on services are available in various fields such as transportation, weather, medical care, and marketing. In particular, in the field of sports, various types of bio-signals can be collected and managed by the appearance of a wearable device that can measure vital signs in training or rehabilitation for daily life rather than a hospital or a rehabilitation center. However, research on big data with vital signs from wearable devices for training and rehabilitation for baseball players have not yet been stimulated. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system for baseball infield and outfield players, especially which can store and analyze the momentum measurement vital signals based on big data.
