장애인들도 이성에 대한 감정을 표현하고, 사랑을 하고 성취할 권리가 있다. 이는 인간으로서 추구할 당연한 권리이다. 그러나 결혼과 자녀의 출산 문제에 있어서는 여전히 커다란 장벽에 부닥치게 된다. 가족과 사회에서 체계적인 도움을 줄 수 있다면 그다지 어려운 문제가 아닐 수 있다.

오늘날 건강은 생존하는 모든 인간이 지녀야 할 기본권리로 인정되고 있다. 국민의 복지향상이 없는 경제 발전은 국제사회에서도 신망을 얻지 못하는 현대사회에서 국민의 건강수준은 그 사회전체의 문명척도를 의미하는 것이기 때문에 세계 어느곳에서나 인간의 복지 향상과 인권옹호를 위해 여러 가지 형태로 건강사업을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 간호인력은 건강 사업을 수행하는데 있어서 중추적 역할을 하기 때문에 그 교육은 그 어느때 보다도 중요한 과제로 대두 되었다. 간호교육 이념 정립과 제도의 개선을 위해 간호협회와 학계에서는 꾸준한 연구를 계속하여 정책 수립에 반영해왔다. 지금까지의 진료 중심의 간호에서 건강증심의 간호역할로의 전환기에 있음을 인식할 때 바람직한 변화가 올 수 있도록 교육 목표를 설정하는 일에 앞서 간호교육의 역사적 배경과 현재 우리가 처해있는 사회적 위치를 올바로 파악하는 일은 매우 중요하다고 본다.

The 7th science curriculum has the characteristics of humanistic philosophy of education. The humanistic curriculum emphasized learner-centered education, which claims to stand for learners' experiences. This study searched for the significances of the 7th science curriculum, and discussed its tasks and perspectives based on the backgrounds, characteristics, and objectives mentioned in the history of reforming science curriculum. The 7th science curriculum emphasizes learners' experiences and everyday life materials are favored in teaching-learning activities. For the desirable effects related to this commitment, pre-service and in-service training programs are required about the social elements in the nature of science, and everyday life contexts should be examined in views of educational and cognitive perspectives, so the contextual differences between science and everyday life should be clarified.

현대 사회는 사용자의 Needs가 중요시 되는 사회이다. 따라서 모든 생산 활동은 사용자의 욕구와 감성에 부합하는 제품의 생산에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 특히, 자동차 분야에서는 사용자의 욕구와 인간 공학적인 측면을 얼마나 잘 반영하는 차를 만들어 내는가가 점차 중요한 요소로서 부각되어지고 있다. 하지만 이들에 대한 Usability test를 위해 실제 Prototyping을 하는데는 많은 액수의 비용이 들게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비용적 측면과 재사용성 측면을 고려하여, 사용자의 감성에 부합하는 자동차를 만들기 위해 필요한 Usability test를 위해 Virtual reality 기법을 적용한 Simulator(VISVEC : Virtual Simulator for Vehicle Cockpit)를 설계하였다. 그 중, 본 Simulator 상에서 Instrument panel을 중심으로 HMD를 이용한 display시 보다 정확한 Interaction을 위해 Virtual Environment 내에서 보다 빠른 Display 화면 갱신과 사용자의 Object 인지에 영향을 끼치는 Level of detail의 설계에 관해 연구하였다.

In recent decades, the characteristics of natural hazard has been changed and the global cost of natural disasters has increased substantially. There are several trends in society and nature that suggest this pattern may continue, with more frequent mega-disasters occurring in the future. In particular, risk perception that is at odds with the "real" risk underlies the process of risk transference increases long-term vulnerability. Therefore investigating the correct risk transference and adjustments according to regional socio-economic structure can mitigate and reduce environmental, so called man-made hazard.

Humanism connotes dignity and esteem with the essential idea of human and more human. This paper has conducted a inquiry of the understanding about human and humanism represented by visual image of film. Especially, this study investigated the way to adhere to reflective attitude about human and society. It is based on theoretical discussion of formalism and auteurism and analyzed the way of constructing time-space structure of (by Lars von Trier) which is known the typical formalism film. According to the findings, appeared to appropriate the ocularcentrism aesthetic to film form and give the self-regulation to definite the idea of film art through picturesque imagination of dramatic stage. Such a result means that it converts the filmic time-space to the virtual things and practicalize the classification of the ethical doctrine of innate goodness and innate sin of human and the definition of humanism. Also it means formalism film overturns the existing institutional mode of representation.

ITS는 자동차, 운전자, 도로, 교통제어 시스템을 첨단 통신, 전자, 컴퓨터기술 등으로 묶는 종합 교통자동화 체계이다. 차세대 교통 시스템인 ITS는 교통혼잡을 덜고, 사고를 줄이며, 오염을 줄이고, 에너지를 더욱 효율적으로 이용하는 등의 결과를 가져올 것으로 기대되고 있다. 선진 각국에서는 ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems; 미국), ATT(Advanced Transport Telemetics; 유럽), SSVS(Super Smart Vehicle Systems; 일본)등의 이름으로 막대한 예산을 투입 하여 ITS의 실현을 위한 연구 및 인프라 구축 중이며, 우리 나라에서도 사회간접자본 투자기획단 ( SOC)을 통해 기획중이고 정부 5개 부처 공동으로 추진될 예정이며, G7과제 후보로 올라 있다. 인간공학은 ITS실현을 위한 주요 요소기술로 인식되고 있다. ITS는 궁극적으로 운전자의 workload 를 덜어줄 것으로 예상되지만, user-oriented된 인터페이스의 설계가 뒷바침되지 않으면, 과부하, 혼동, 사고 등으로 이어져 ITS의 정착에 심각한 장해요인으로 작용할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 미국의 ITS를 중심으로 그 sub-systems들과 그에 해당하는 인간공학적 고려사항들 그리고 ITS초기 단계에서 시급히 풀어나가야 할 인간공학적 과제에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to review person-centered care models and the scientific evidence for the impact of person-centered care in U.S. nursing homes, and to analyze the applicability of person-centered care for Korean long-term care system. The most commonly recognized person-centered care models were Eden Alternative, Green House, and Wellspring model. The core components of the three models were autonomy, close relationships, homelike environment, and staff empowerment. Thirty eight empirical studies including 10 model testing studies and 28 studies to examine the impact of person-centered care interventions indicated generally positive outcomes in terms of residents, family, and staff/organization level. The authors analyzed the current situation in the Korean long-term care system with respect to the specific core constructs of person-centered care, and proposed applicable models and practical suggestions in consideration of Korean context. Lastly, future considerations regarding policy and research were discussed.

제품에 대한 소비자의 평가는 제품이 나타내는 전반적인 특성에 대하여 이루어지며, 이 과정에서 인간의 오감이 모두 작용한다. 최근 대두되기 시작하고 있는 다감각 디자인은 형태와 색상을 중심으로 한 시각 중심의 디자인에 시각분만 아니라 청각과 후각 등의 감각요소를 추가하려는 시도를 하고 있다. 제품 디자인에 다감각을 활용하기 위해서는 복합적인 감각자극과 인간의 감성 사이의 관계가 명확하게 이해되어야 하며, 복합자극 이전에 시각 이외의 단순 감각자극에 의한 감성 변화에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 음향자극에 대한 감성변화를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 선별된 30개 음향을 대상으로 6쌍의 감성어휘를 이용하여 평가한 결과, 음향이 피실험자의 감성에 변화를 발생시키는 것을 확인하였다. 감성의 변화는 음향의 물리적 속성 분만 아니라 사용자 자신의 개인적, 사회적, 문화적 요인에 의해 차이를 보였으며, 이 결과는 감성의 개인적 속성을 확인시켜 주었다.

This study was conducted to establish a service philosophy as a major ideology in the New Economy and Society. The service philosophy, which is the ideological foundation to lead the service economy era, should be an idea that can develop the new economy society, reflecting the nature principle of the universe and human being. The service philosophy was derived based on the study of the human representative ideology and the study of the new economy and service essence. A good idea must be consistent with the principles of the universe and be consistent with the essence of the human representative ideology, so that it reflects the core principles of the universe and the core of human representative ideas. In addition, the central idea should reflect the changes of the New Economy Society in the future. Therefore, the essence of the service and the change of the New Economy Society were analyzed. We analyzed the social and philosophical significance of the macroscopic cosmology and the microscopic quantum theory of modern physics. We analyzed the essence of Oriental and Western representative ideas and derived implications of these ideas from the viewpoint of modern society where service is central. Based on the essence principle of the universe and human, we have established the service philosophy structure and derived the human, historical, social, economic, and managerial aspects of service philosophy. The structure of the derived service philosophy was presented, and discussions were conducted for future research.
