자동차용 메타놀 연료는 석유파동 이후의 석유 대체연료라는 관점에 저공해 연료의 관점이 추가 되어 최근 그 도입에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 메타놀 자동차에 관해서는 종래의 기초검토 의 단계로부터 서서히 실용화를 향한 내구, 신뢰성을 포함한 많은 과제의 검토단계로 이행되고 있다. 수소엔진의 연구는 아직 초보단계에 있으며 안전성에 대해서는 일반이 염려하고 있는 것과 같은 위험성은 없지만 금후 자동차용으로서의 안전성에 관한 실험이 필요할 것이다. 수소의 장 점을 살려 결점을 없애기 위해서는 LH2탱크, LH2펌프 4사이클 실린더내 분사가 이상적으로 생 각되고 있다.

본 연구는 외부에서 고 농도 (30％)의 산소 공급이 공간 인지 능력에 어떠한 변화를 유발하는지 뇌기능 영상의 시계열 신호 분석을 통해 관찰하고자 한다. 8명의 오른손잡이 남자 대학생 (평균 23.5세)이 피험자로 참여하였다. 21％와 30％ 산소 농도를 각각 BL/min의 양으로 일정하게 공급할 수 있는 장치를 개발하였다. 공간 인지 능력 측정을 위해 20 문항을 포함하는 두 개의 문제지를 제작하였고, 과제 수행 결과로부터 정답률을 산출하였다. 3T MRI 기기를 사용하였고, single-shot EPI 방법으로 뇌기능 영상을 획득하였다.(중략)

우리나라의 남해안과 서해안과 같이 해안선의 굴곡이 많고 강의 하류 부분에 위치한 연안 해양은 육지로부터 영향을 가장 많이 받는다. 강 하류에 위치한 항만은 이 지역을 중심으로 발달한 도시와 각종 산업시설과 대규모 부두 시설에 의해 직접 오염물질이 유입되고, 반 폐쇄적인 지리적인 조건으로 오염 물질의 외부 확산이 적게 일어남으로써 각종 유해 오염물질의 최종 종착지이자 오염물질의 보유고 역할을 하고 있다. 본 과제의 주요 목표는 오염지역의 오염물 이동 및 생태계 구조 변화에 관한 종합적 분석을 통해 오염우심해역 관리를 위한 오염과 생태환경에 대한 종합적인 지침서 (오염물 분포, 이동, 순환 등) 제시하고, 오염물질의 순환과정에서 수생-저서생태계의 연계성 규명하며, 더 나아가서 국가실천계획 (NPA) 이행을 위한 기반 확립이다. 본 연구과제의 결과는 항상 오염에 노출될 가능성이 높은 연안역관리를 위한 지표자료를 제공하며, 앞으로 국제적으로 규제될 각종 유기오염물질관리를 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

애니메이션 시장이 대표적인 제조업인 조선시장보다 크고, 게임시장도 최근 반도체 시장을 앞질렀다는 통계가 나왔다. 해리포터, 포켓몬, 아기공룡 둘리, 마시마로 등은 소설이나 만화원작에서 출발해 애니메이션과 영화, 게임, 캐릭터 등으로 재창조되며 어마 어마한 수익을 만들어내고 있다. 세계경제는 현재 제조업 중심에서 서비스업 중심으로 체질개선이 빠르게 진행되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 지식기반 서비스산업이 핵심적인 분야로 부상하고 있다. 특히 디지털기술이 빠르게 확산되면서‘콘텐츠 기반경제’로 이행 하고 있다는 전망도 나오고 있다. 이러한 변화에 어떻게 대응하는지에 따라 우리나라의 장래는 달라질 것이다. 이에 <디지털콘텐츠>는 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업현황과 발전과제를 점검하는 시간을 가졌다. 이날 좌담회에 참석한 김근태 한국콘텐츠산업연합회장, 김주혁 한국무선인터넷솔루션협회장, 이용규 중앙대학교 교수, 임동근 한국게임산업연합회장(가나다순) 등 참석자들은 특히 게임 산업에 대해 목소리를 높였고 정부의 정책적 지원이 적절히 이뤄져야 한다는데 의견을 모았다.

하수처리 프로세스의 과제로는 우수침수, 수질보존, 자원의 유효이용이 그 주요내용이다. 이에 대응하기 위해 기상, 우량, 하천정보 시스템의 구성, 지식공학응용 우수펌프 운전제어, 하수의 고도처리기술 등의 방법이 행해지고 있다. 하수도는 생활환경의 개선, 침수의 방지, 공공 용수 지역의 수질보존의 측면뿐만 아니라 최근에는 하수도를 자원으로써 이용하는 관점으로부터 시서르이 공간이용, 처리수 및 슬러지의 다목적 활용도 중요한 과제로 되고 있다. 하수도 plant의 전기, 계장 기술을 구성하는 요소 기술은 전기(E), 계장(I), computer(C) 관계하는 기술을 종계로써 하고, 시스템설계로부터 시공까지의 engineering기술을 횡계로 한 통합 시스템 기술이다. 하수도 분야에 있어서의 감시제어 시스템은 종래의 계층화된 수직분산 방식에 덧붙여 계층마다 기능을 나누어 수평분산방식이 진행되고 있고, 최근에는 수직분산, 수평분산의 감시제어 시스템으로 이행하고 있다.

1990년 이후의 정부(政府)의 규제완화(規制緩和) 노력에도 불구하고 일부 산업을 제외하고는 규제완화(規制緩和)의 정책효과(政策效果)가 산업 전반에 뚜렷이 나타나지 못하고 있다. 본고(本稿)는 정부(政府)의 규제완화추진(規制緩和推進)이 큰 효과를 보이지 못하고 있는 원인으로서, 첫째 상설적(常設的)인 규제완화(規制緩和) 추진주체(推進主體)가 없어서 규제(規制)의 주체(主體)가 규제완화(規制緩和)의 실질적인 추진주체가 되어 소극적인 정책추진만을 하였다는 점, 둘째 지속적인 산업실태(産業實態) 조사(調査) 연구(硏究) 및 개별산업별(個別産業別) 규제(規制)의 비용(費用)-편익분석(便益分析)이 결여되어 객관적이며 효과적인 규제완화(規制緩和) 대상과제선정(對象課題選定)이 이루어지지 못하였다는 점, 그리고 규제완화과정(規制緩和過程)에서 공익단체(公益團體), 시민단체(市民團體) 등의 적극적언 참여가 없어서 피규제집단(被規制集團)의 반발에 효과적으로 대응하지 못하였다는 점을 지적하였다. 효과적(效果的)인 규제완화추진(規制緩和推進)을 위한 정책과제(政策課題)로서 본고(本稿)는, 첫째 지속적인 규제완화추진(規制緩和推進)과 사후이행점검, 그리고 신규규제(新規規制)에 대한 사전심사기능(事前審査機能)을 담당할 "규제완화추진기획단(規制緩和推進企劃團)(가칭(假稱))"을 상설기관(常設機關)으로 설치하고, 둘째 부문별(部門別) "규제완화(規制緩和) 민간협의회(民間協議會)(가칭(假稱))"를 구성하여 핵심적인 규제완화 대상과제의 발굴 및 세부추진계획을 수립한 후 기획단(企劃團)에 정책건의(政策建議)할 수 있도록 하며, 셋째 규제완화(規制緩和) 과정(過程)의 합리화(合理化) 공개화(公開化)를 통하여 피규제집단(被規制集團)의 반발에 적절히 대응하여야 한다는 점을 제시하였다.

It can be assumed that the reasons why the animation characters, 'Olaf (in Frozen Kingdom)' and 'Minions (in Super Bad)', etc., which were very successful in the merchandising market while having won the popularity better than the main characters are very popular even though such characters appeared only by playing a funny role while assisting the adventures of the main characters are not only because of their cute appearances but also because such characters have their own core features in their inner world as the transitional object-characters. Simply expressing, a 'Transitional Object' as a concept suggested by a child psychologist, 'Donald Winnicott', means a lovey doll or an imaginary friend which temporarily replaces an infant's mother during the procedure when the infant is mentally separated from its mother. However, in case that the theory of transitional objects was applied directly to many narrative content characters for doing a study, there must have been done some studies in advance for establishing some new criteria and indexes related to the transitional object-characters of such narrative contents. Accordingly, while thinking that the 'emotional relationship' between a growth-subject and a growth mediator must be dealt with as the most important content in order to define a transitional object-character in a narration clearly, this researcher established some emotional index for judging the propensities of a transitional object-character on the basis of such way of thinking. The index is composed of 4 kinds of emotional roles (quasi-family member, growth mediator, lovey doll, an imaginary friend), 6 kinds of emotional supports (hugging, protecting, accepting, giving the initiative, improving the relationship and mutual supervising) and 4 kinds of emotional impressions (impression by contacting, impression to protect and impression accepting an attack). In case that some main characters of a family feature animation, 'Inside Out', are analyzed while the index mentioned above is applied, it was found that 'Bing Bong' and 'Sadness' have a high propensity as a transitional object-character. Especially, it could be inversely inferred in which ways some good transitional object-characters can help the narrations on growth of a family feature animation by taking a look at the character, 'Sadness' that has the highest propensity as a transitional object-character. The transitional object-character, 'Sadness' assists the narration on growth internally and externally by helping the internal maturity of a growth-subject in a way of projecting the tasks for the internal maturity of a growth-subject while helping the growth-subject to be successfully externally in a way of providing the growth-subject with some kinds of facilitating emotion. As the results from this Study, since such kinds of emotional experiences provided by such transitional object-characters are displaced to not only the relevant growth-subjects but also the audience who are emphasized with such growth-subjects as they are, such transitional object-characters play a role of hidden benefactors who induce some immersion into the narrations and provide child and adult audience with various layers of emotional satisfaction.

With the recent development of digital technology, the research paradigm is evolving towards data-driven. National management and utilization of research data is a key element not only to enhance research transparency and efficiency, but also to prepare for a data-driven society. Policies and infrastructure for sharing and utilization of research data from publicly-funded research are being actively promoted worldwide. In Korea, related regulations were recently revised to mandate to submit a data management plan (DMP) when proposing a national R&D project. In order to effectively implement the sustainable DMP system, researchers need various support. In addition, guidelines and implementation procedures are essential for management and utilization of research data at the national or institutional level. In this paper, we provide an overview of the data management plan, examine the current status and issues in Korea, and suggest a template and checklists of data management plan, and an implementation procedure at research institutes.

Mathematical formal justification may be seen as a bridge towards the proof. By requiring the mathematically gifted students to prove the generalized patterned task rather than the implementation of deductive justification, may present challenges for the students. So the research questions are as follow: (1) What are the difficulties the mathematically gifted elementary students may encounter when formal justification were to be shifted into a generalized form from the given patterned challenges? (2) How should the teacher guide the mathematically gifted elementary students' process of transition to formal justification? The conclusions are as follow: (1) In order to implement a formal justification, the recognition of and attitude to justifying took an imperative role. (2) The students will be able to recall previously learned deductive experiment and the procedural steps of that experiment, if the mathematically gifted students possess adequate amount of attitude previously mentioned as the 'mathematical attitude to justify'. In addition, we developed the process of questioning to guide the elementary gifted students to formal justification.

Recently, the rapidly increased use of smartphone devices provides both opportunity and problems at the same time to the telecom companies in domestic and world wide. It provides a great opportunity to overcome the market stagnation of the existing voice- centric communications, and also problems of building a highly efficient new wireless access networks to accommodate huge volume of data traffic among smart devices. Facing with the age of keen competition, telecom companies have two kinds of strategies for network transition; a strategy of building uniform LTE -based 4G networks as fast as possible, and a hybrid network enhancement strategy compounding 3G and 4G networks using HSP A+, WiFi, cloud computing, etc. It is difficult to predict which strategy will have more successful outcome in the near future. This paper studies the trends and issues of network enhancement policies and transition strategies to the 4G network era, and tries to draw appropriate and efficient ways for network enhancement and operation.
