Bis(2-methoxyethyl)itaconate (bis(ME)I) was prepared for a new gel electrolyte containing double comb-like itaconate unit by esterification reaction of 2-methoxyethanol with itaconic acid. The copolymers were composed of AN/bis(ME)I = 9/1 ~ 1/1. The optimum mechanical properties and conductivity were obtained from the composition of AN/bis(ME)I = 5/1 and 6/1(25 ~ 35 wt%), LiClO4$_4$(15 wt%) and plasticizer (EC/PC = 1/1) (40 ~ 50 wt%). They showed a tough film and maintained a mechanical stability as a free standing film. The plasticized polymer gel electrolytes obtained from them showed ion conductivity of 8.12 ${\times}$ 10$_{-4}$ ~ 1.87 ${\times}$ 10$_{-3}$ S/cm. The maximum conductivity value obtained from our study was one order of magnitude higher than that of other PEO-based polymer electrolyte at ambient temperature.

The use of flight training simulators has been increased remarkably during the past 20 years stimulated by the benefit that simulators can contribute to safety and training efficiency. Simulators have incorporated higher and higher levels of reality to provide more realistic training. Now, however, users are beginning to question how such reality is enough. Especially, it has raised question about the need for a notion system in the aircraft simulator. To help answer this question, this report describes notion cue requirements and types of motion system, and finally presents the assessment of the effectiveness of three different notion system alternatives.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of SERVICE-LEARNING related to geriatric oral health according to dental hygiene education. The result of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Self-efficacy and altruism & social responsibility was higher in post SERVICE-LEARNING than in pre SERVICE-LEARNING(p < 0.05). 2. Comparing pre-score of self-efficacy and altruism & social responsibility in terms numbers of grade and service frequency, they showed statistically significant (p < 0.05). 3. Comparing the service frequency and satisfaction score after SERVICE-LEARNING, they showed statistically significant (p < 0.05). 4. Comparing service satisfaction score in terms numbers of grade and service frequency, they showed statistically significant (p < 0.05). 5. Comparing the service frequency and curriculum subject evaluation after SERVICE-LEARNING, they showed statistically significant (p < 0.05). 6. Comparing the curriculum subject evaluation score in terms numbers of grade and service frequency, they showed statistically significant (p < 0.05). 7. Result of post test(1 & 3grade, 2 & 3grade) for score difference of self-efficacy, altruism & social responsibility, service satisfaction, curriculum subject evaluation showed statistically significant(p < 0.05).

The purpose of this study was to research the relationship among ethical leadership, sportsmanship, altruism and locus of control of employees in hotel corporations. Ethical leadership is the demonstration of normatively appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships and the promotion of such conduct to followers through two-way communication, reinforcement and decision-making. Ethical leadership is expected to have positive effects on the attitudes and ethical conduct of employees and ultimately evev on business unit or organizational performance. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 241 employees in hotel corporations. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Perceived ethical leadership has a significant effect on sportsmanship. Second, Perceived ethical leadership has a significant effect on altruism. Third, Locus of control was also found to have moderating effect upon the relationship between ethical leadership and altruism Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

Interest in spirituality in the workplace is rising as an alternative to overcome the possibility of burnout of social workers. This research has evaluated the results of spirituality education program to social workers in senior welfare centers. CPE(Clinical Pastoral Education) was provided to 25 social workers in 3 different senior welfare centers for 12 to 14 weeks. 4 Focus group interviews with 24 education participants after the end of education were conducted. For the participants of CPE, there were changes in individual levels(habituation of self-reflectivity, the integration of personal spirituality and social worker's spiritualty, expansion of self-awareness and pursuit of altruism), practice behavior(recognition of client's individualism, getting rid of the obsession of proposing a resolution, active listening), and organization levels(intimate fellowship, increase in horizontal relationship in the agencies). Pursuing changes within the organization towards integrating individual and organization spirituality along with social welfare organizations helping the development of social worker's individual spirituality for the simultaneous growth of social workers and the organizations is necessary.

매설관로상의 전기방식에 대한 경제성을 비교하는 자료는 미국 루지에나주에서 실제로 방식/비방식관로를 구성하고 15년간의 대이타를 기준으로 분석한 내용이 있으나, 실제 우리나라의 대부분의 수도관은 도심지지하에 가스관, 지중시설물 등 각종 설비와 함께 매설되어 메탈터치 및 간섭에 의한 집중부식구간이 우려되는 구간이 많을뿐 아니라 이종 관류에 의한 부식구간도 많아 외국의 데이터를 그대로 적용할수 없어 국내의 공신력있는 실험 데이터를 확보하여 구체적인 경제성을 검증하여 투자의 적정성을 확보하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있음

Traditional syntax-oriented serializability notions ate considered to be not enough to handle in particular various types of transaction in terms of duration of execution. To deal with this situation, altruistic locking has attempted to reduce delay effect associated with lock release moment by use of the idea of donation. An improved form of altruism has also been deployed in extended altruistic locking in a way that scope of data to be early released is enlarged to include even data initially not intended to be donated. In this paper, we first of all investigated limitations inherent in both altruistic schemes from the perspective of alleviating starvation occasions for transactions in particular of short-lived nature. The idea of two-way donation locking(2DL) has then been experimented to see the effect of more than single donation in client-server database systems. Simulation experiments shows that 2DL outperforms the conventional two-phase locking in terms of the degree of concurrency and average transaction waiting time under the circumstances that the size of long-transaction is in between 5 and 9.
