Those studies in the field of Management Information Systems and the Success Model of the DeLone and McLean's Information Systems suggest that some factors related to information systems should be developed and operated to affect the performance of the user's personal and companies through the introduction and use of corporate information systems. The purpose of this study is put on searching for some factors which impact on user satisfaction about the customer information management systems of call center. We did conduct on a survey of 539 people who are working as a call center counseling employees as setting up a structural equation model which reflects previous research on working environment and job satisfaction, and modified DeLone and McLean's information system success model. The results of this study are as follows. First, seven of the eleven hypotheses that three quality of the information systems might be affecting working environment, job satisfaction, user satisfaction were adopted Second, we confirmed that the working environment works as a the partial mediation and the quality of services works as a fully mediation between system/information quality and users' satisfaction. The implications of this study are that it is necessary not only to make a good working environment but also to keep improving it in order to boost the operational performance of information systems in the future.

Recently, attention has been drawn to a new form of a public library, that is, a public library in a complex facility constructed in the same building or site with another facility. To get active users' or local governments' supports in the public library in a complex facility, it is necessary to build library strategic plans based on the analysis of users' evaluation and demands. Thus, this study analyzed the user satisfaction and perception of the 28 public libraries in complex facilities in Seoul. As a result, it was found that most users overall satisfied with public libraries in complex facilities in terms of human resources, information resources, and the links among services and positively perceived their environments and services. In order to provide more satisfaction to the users in public libraries in complex facilities first, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of libraries, to secure the sufficient library space, to prevent the outside noise, to link the facilities which bring mutual synergistic effect, and to develop a program and service accompanying other facilities.

In parallel with social and economic progress, motives of patients to consult dentists have increased and diversified. An increasing number of people visit dental clinics to improve their facial appearance and masticating functions deteriorated largely due to malocclusion. There is also greater interest in and concern as well as demand for teeth alignment treatment among people. Under this situation, it is required to find and suggest ways to enhance quality and profitability of dental care in view of managerial needs for dentists to cope with changing circumstances. This study, thus, aims to measure satisfactions of orthodontics patients and to determine the elements influencing their satisfactions. For this aim, a survey was performed for 20 days from March 7th to 26th, 2005 by means of questionnaires distributed to randomly selected samples, resulting in following conclusions: 1. From comparison of satisfactions with dental service by their elements, higher satisfaction was reported from orthodontics patients in the element of dental hygienists(4.21). Least satisfaction, however, was found in the procedure for treatment and waiting hours(3.73). 2. The purpose of this study is to offer fundamental data which is necessary to improve a design for the general high school. For doing this, teachers' satisfaction about using spaces of high schools equipped with excellent facilities and with general facilities respectively was compared and analyzed. Selected schools for this study were 3 high schools with superior facilities and 3 high schools with general facilities, all of which have been built or renovated since 2010. Data were collected by doing a field survey, a literature survey, and a questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed by 4 ways: Reliability analysis about satisfaction of educational facilities, demographic analysis, regression analysis on overall satisfaction and the use of facilities, and t-test to verify the difference of satisfaction depending on schools. Findings showed that overall satisfaction was high in high schools with excellent facilities whereas it was low in high schools with general facilities. Also, in order to enhance overall satisfaction of facilities, it suggests that building and continuously maintaining a circular route and a walkway which do not have the concealed space should be necessary.

Recreation forests are in the spotlight as the place for personality development, mind and body comfort, companionship, and environment education in forests and valleys. Visitors to recreation forests have been on the increase along with booming in recreation forest building since 1988. Recreation forests are being categorized according to some features such as regional and environmental condition. Recreation forests, however, have not met the expectations of some visitors who want to take a rest with calmness due to the influence of the 5-day-work-week system, increasing interest in rest, leisure, and well-being, and users converge during weekends, summer, and the tourist season. In order to improve visitors' satisfaction efficiently, this study surveyed the level of satisfaction in each cluster based on the precedent study which had classified 85 national or public recreation forests in Korea into clusters. Questionnaires were distributed properly to each cluster and, of the 1,132 questionnaires collected, 1,015 were valid and used for analysis. Reliability of questionnaires and statistical validity of the model were verified. As a result, there are meaningful differences in the ranking of independent variables which affect the level of satisfaction according to clusters. Variables in rest and fatigue recovery have the strongest influence on the level of satisfaction in the clusters of potential factor, internal activation factor, and mixed potential capacity factor. In the use performance and visiting condition factor cluster, appropriateness of visit cost is most influential and, in the education cluster, connectivity with tourist attractions around it is most affective. These results can provide priority in services and maintenance of recreation forests for improving the level of satisfaction and differentiate the distribution of resources according to clusters.
The goal of the study is to provide basic information that can be used to come up with environmental interpretation methods that are appropriate to the conditions of urban parks. For this matter, research was conducted to find out whether the environmental interpretation that was provided to the visitors of the World Cup Park Visitor Center encouraged them to become interested in the environment and to understand how such environmental interest was related to the level of satisfaction that the visitors were experiencing from their visits to the park. At the same time, the research was designed to find out whether the park's visitors were affected differently in terms of their environmental interests and their experience depending on the two different types of environmental interpretations; Interpreter's Interpretation and Self-guiding Interpretation. Experimental result showed no statistically meaningful correlation between environmental interpretation and environmental knowledge, though the experimental group subjected to environmental interpretation was found to have higher environmental knowledge than that of the control group, which was not subjected to environmental interpretation. As for the correlation between environmental knowledge, which was acquired through environmental interpretation, and environmental interest, the group, which showed big changes in terms of the volume of environmental knowledge, was found to have higher environmental interest than that of the group, which recorded a low level of changes in the volume of environmental knowledge. Also, the difference in their level of environmental interest was big enough to be acknowledged statistically. Also environmental interest, which was created thanks to environmental interpretation, was found to affect the level of satisfaction visitors feel when visiting the park. Even though the study was intended to find out how environmental interpretation affects park visitors by means of analysis that can be proved based on facts, it was difficult to control some of the variables due to the circumstances under which the experiments were conducted. Despite this, the study can be considered meaningful in the fact that the researches and experiments were conducted at a park that is actually visited by people. It is also believed that as one of the first studies done on the World Cup Park, it could serve as a basis upon which future studies could be carried out.
This study aims to find out the influences of user behavior, content characteristics, functional factors and user's perception in cost on user satisfaction and continuous intention in N-Screen service. Web survey was conducted for 498 users who have used N screen service. The results show that the most influential factor contributing to user satisfaction is user interface. VOD diversity, payment system, cost, channel diversity are also meaningful factors. Identifying the critical factors which impact on user satisfaction, this study can provide the basic data for activating OTT service in smart media environment.
