페리는 도서지역과 도시를 연결하는 중요한 교통수단이다. 최근에는 섬 관광, 낚시객 등이 늘어나면서 페리터미널을 이용하는 이용객이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 차량과 여객을 함께 탑승하는 페리(차도선)가 접안하는 페리터미널이 이용객 관점에서 이용에 편리한지에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 많은 섬을 연결하는 도서항로가 위치하고 있는 목포지역을 대상으로 심층 설문조사(Audit survey)를 실시하여 페리터미널 이용객의 보행 편리성에 대하여 연구하였다.

This study aimed to examine the roles of perceived convenience and usefulness of restaurant customers' revisit intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, it reviewed the theoretical background about perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and revisit intention and conducted an empirical analysis of them. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire was given to a total of 228 regular restaurant customers at Busan area. The results were as follows. 1) The regular restaurant customers' perceived convenience and perceived usefulness had a significant effect on their revisit intention. 2) The regular customers' perceived convenience had an effect on their perceived usefulness. 3) Time elements and experience of visiting a restaurant had an effect on the perceived convenience. 4) Utilitarian values and hedonic values had an effect on the perceived usefulness.

PDA를 이용한 무선통신 단말의 구성은 이동성, 편리성이 강조되어야 하며, 언제 어디서나 사용자가 원하는 정보를 받아 볼 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 정보를 자동으로 다운로드(download)한다면 사용자의 편리성은 더욱 증대될 것이다. 따라서 PDA용 소프트웨어를 개발할 때 필요한 구성요소로서 무선 에이전트(wireless agent)개념을 추가하여 소프트웨어 계층을 구성하면 별도의 소프트웨어 개발단계 없이 무선 에이전트가 추가된 소프트웨어를 쉽게 구성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PDA를 위한 소프트웨어의 에이전트개념을 도입하고 무선이동단말기의 이용효율과 편리성을 극대화하고자 무선 에이전트 클래스를 설계하고 구현하였다.

A coastal ferries, which serve as a mode between mainland and offshore islands, are frequently used by islanders and travelers visiting islands. Therefore, it is located in a place with good accessibility to the downtown so that users can use it conveniently. However, research on the built environment and walking environment of coastal ferry terminals has not been conducted to ensure that elderly islanders and general travelers can use comfortably the coastal ferry terminal. In this study, with a focus on the coastal ferry terminal space, the walking section was set as 1)the accessibility of the coastal ferry terminal, 2)the built environment for using the coastal ferry terminal, and 3)walking environment in the ferry boarding and disembarkation at the coastal ferry terminal, and 4, 5)walking environment in the ferry. An evaluation tool was developed to measure the walking environment for each walking section, and the importance and satisfaction of users were analyzed using the IPA for the Yeosu Coastal Ferry Terminal. As a result, in the process of approaching the ferry terminal, 'convenience of using public transportation by foot' and 'convenience of using signposts guiding the location and direction of the ferry terminal' were investigated as concentrated areas. On the other hand, the built environment inside the ferry terminal and the walking environment showed that the satisfaction of the users was high. Regarding the walking environment from the ferry terminal to the ferry, the 'surface walking environment of the walking path', 'convenience of walking with luggage', 'convenience of walking in the slope section', and 'convenience of walking in the ferry ramp section' showed low satisfaction. This study can be used as basic data for improving the facilities and walking environment of Yeosu Coastal Ferry Terminal and is expected to be used as data for comparative research with other coastal ferry terminals.

과소지역 보은군의 목적별 통행이라는 교통수요와 이용 교통수단의 기능을 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 먼저 보은군 주민은 의무적 통행보다 자유재량 통행의 공간적 범위가 넓고, 교통수단의 선택은 제한성, 편리성, 신속성에 의한다. 또 비벽지지역에서 근무.통근, 고급품 구매, 통원통행은 편리성 때문에 자가용 자동차의 이용이 많고, 통학은 제한성 때문에 비벼지지역이나, 벽지지역 모두 군내버스를 , 벽지지역에서의 고급품 구매는 편리성과 제한성 때문에 자가용 자동차와 시외버스를 많이 이용한다. 그리고 벽지지역의 통원은 공공 교통수단의 제한성에도 불구하고 병.의원이 집중한 상위 중심지를 방문한다.

패스워드 인증방법은 온라인 사전 공격에는 약하다는 단점이 있음에도 달구하고, 사용하기에 가장 편리하다는 장점 때문에 오늘날 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 인증방법이다. 기존의 패스워드 인증방법처럼 편리하게 이용할 수 있으면서도 보다 보안성을 높이는 방안으로 RTT를 이용한 인증 프로토콜이 제안되어 왔다. RTT를 이용한 인증 프로토콜은 사용자가 아이디와 패스워드를 입력할 뿐만 아니라. 자동 프로그램 사람을 구별할 수 있는 질문에 응답하게 함으로써 자동 프로그램으로 공격하는 것을 막는다. 그러나 이 프로토콜에 이용되는 RTT의 여러 모델들에서 간단한 이미지는 공격 프로그램으로 공격 가능성이 있고, 복잡한 이미지는 사용자 입장에서 유용성이 취약함을 보인다. 따라서 이런 모델들의 취약성을 분석하여 공격에 대해서는 강하면서도 사용자들이 이용하기에는 편리하도록 하기 위해 새로운 모델을 제안하고, 보안성과 유용성을 고려한 RTT기반의 인증방안을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 가장 대표적 인 보안 운영 체제인 SELinux를 보다 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하는 보안 정책 템플릿과 도구를 설명한다. 제안하는 방법론을 위해 먼저 SELinux를 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 연구된 기존에 도구들이 가지는 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 SELinux를 심도 깊게 분석하여 SELinux에서 이용하는 주체, 객체의 타입 그리고 권한을 객체 타입과 객체별, 권한별로 축약하였다. 이처럼 축약되어 간소화된 객체 타입과 권한을 바탕으로 리눅스 시스템이 이용하는 임의적인 접근통제 형태를 지원하는 보안 정책 템플릿 기술언어를 정의하여 SELinux보안 정책의 복잡성을 개선하도록 하였으며 이를 통해 기존 리눅스 시스템 관리자가 이용하기 편리하도록 하였다. 또한 자동으로 제안된 보안 정책 템플릿 언어로 작성된 보안 정책을 SELinux의 보안 정책으로 변환하는 변환기와 자동으로 정책을 생성하는 생성기를 개발하여 SELinux 이용의 편리성을 최대화 하였다.

Recently, in order to promote their marketing strategy, the entrepeneurs attach importance to many shopping Application services and execute it. The representative elements of shopping Application are interactivity, information offering, convenience of use. This study verified the effects of interactivity, information supplying, and usage convenience, the application characteristics, on the application preferences and repurchase intentions, and the moderating effects of price sensitivity and usage frequency. The result states that the shopping application characteristics affect the shopping application preference, In terms of price sensitivity, the group with higher price sensitivity showed more significant result on the interactivity and usage convenience, and when the information supplying affects on the application preference, the group with higher price sensitivity showed more significant result than the group with lower price sensitivity.

정보 접근의 편리성과 신속성, 검색의 용이성, 원문제공의 즉시성이라는 장점 때문에 이용자들은 전자저널을 통하여 정보를 얻으려는 경향이 강해지고 있다. K기관에서는 이러한 이용자들의 요구를 만족시키는 정보를 제공하기 위해 평가를 거쳐 전자저널 패키지를 선정하여 구독하고 있다. 본 논문은 고품질 서비스를 이용자들에게 제공하기 위하여 이용자들이 전자저널 재구독 요구를 할 때 영향을 주는 객관적이거나 주관적인 요소들이 있는지 연구하였다. 가설을 수립한 후 가설의 검증을 위하여 종속변수인 이용자들의 구독갱신 요구가 독립변수인 전자저널의 수록 종수, SCIE 등재저널 비율 등의 객관적인 요소 또는 이용자설문조사를 통하여 파악된 이용빈도, 이용의 편리성 등의 주관적인 요소와 상관관계가 있는지 여부를 분석하여 보았다. 분석결과 객관적인 요소들은 재구독 요구와 상관관계가 없었다. 주관적인 요소 중에서도 이용의 편리성은 상관관계가 없었고 이용빈도만이 재구독 요구와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 즉 설문조사에서 이용자들이 이용빈도가 높다고 표시한 전자저널 패키지에 대하여 재구독 요구가 많았다.

본 논문은 패밀리 레스토랑의 웹 사이트를 방문하는 사람들이 웹 사이트에서 느끼는 '즐거움, 정보활용성, 거래편리성, 잠재적 이익, 상호작용'에 구전효과가 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 '고객태도'와 '추천'에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 즐거움, 정보활용성, 잠재적이익, 상호작용은 태도에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 태도는 추천에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고, 즐거움, 정보활용성, 잠재적 이익, 상호작용은 추천에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 거래 편리성은 태도와 추천에 유의한 영향을 주지 못했다. 거래 편리성은 직접 패밀리 레스토랑을 이용한 후에 느끼는 부분의 성격이 크다. 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 할인쿠폰이나, 다양한 이벤트 활용이 쉬운지를 판단하는 항목인 거래 편리성은 편리함이 태도 형성과 추천에 큰 요인은 아님을 보여준다. 마지막으로, 태도가 추천에 영향을 줄 때, 구전효과의 영향은 크지 않음을 보았다. 태도는 고객이 직접 웹 사이트를 충분히 활용하면서 패밀리 레스토랑의 서비스를 실제로 경험하며 직접 느끼는 것을 포함하기 때문에, 구전효과의 영향은 적은 것으로 보인다.
