The Content Analysis of the Textbooks of Career Counseling: Focused on competency components for career counseling professionals (진로상담교재에 대한 내용분석: 진로상담전문가 역량 요소를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the textbooks of career counseling which are written or translated in Korean so as to understand the usefulness and limitation on the usage of career counseling textbooks. Research questions are as follows: 1) what contents are included in textbooks of career counseling? 2) what are the differences of content rates among textbooks of career counseling? 10 textbooks of career counseling were analysed(6 textbooks: introduction to career counseling, 4 textbooks: focused on career counseling skills and techniques) based on the competency components for career counseling professionals presented by Yoo(2009). Results indicated that 1) 6 textbooks of introduction to career counseling have the most content of 'category1: theories and concepts related to career counseling'. In comparison, 4 textbooks focused on career counseling skills and techniques have the most content of 'category4: career counseling competency'. 2) Based on the unit of analysis chapter, the highest rates are 'category4: career counseling competency(33.33%)' and 'category1: theories and concepts related to career counseling(28.15%)'. 3) It is hard to find the contents related to the knowledge and skills of individual and group counseling(category 2), the competencies of network, problem solving, peer counselor feedback, administration, ethic(category 8,9,10,11,13), the growth and self-management as professionals(category 12,14).

  • The diffusion of smart media based on Internet has brought great changes on existing media business model. This changes also affect the core competence of jobs in media industry. This study performed two focus group interviews among professionals in media industry. The interviews examined the changes that media professionals recognize in the field and requirement changes to meet the job core competence. The interviews also examined the media education method in university that can respond to the changes in the media industry. Breaking away from the classical theory oriented education, university should develop the curriculum that can support competence required in the media industry. Media education in university should focus on fostering problem solving ability that can work regarding various issues in new media environment.

e-커머스 창업생태계에서의 청년자영업자에 관한 연구 : N사 파트너스퀘어(광주) 이용자를 중심으로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 N사의 파트너스퀘어(광주) 이용한 경험이 있는 청년자영업자를 대상으로 e-커머스 창업생태계인 온라인쇼핑몰에 진입하는 과정과 성과를 근거이론(Grounded Theory) 방법을 활용해 규명해 보는 데 있다. 본 연구는 심층 면접 조사 자료를 활용했는데, 연구 참여자의 선정에 있어 이론적 표본 추출(Theoretical Sampling)방식을 사용했으며, 스트라우스와 코빈(Strauss & Corbin)이 제시한 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩 순으로 진행한 후 패러다임모형으로 분석했다. 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모가 e-커머스에 대해 잘 알지 못하거나 부정적이라도 자녀의 창업에 대해서 긍정적이면 자녀가 온라인쇼핑몰을 통한 자영업에 진입하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모가 e-커머스에 부정적이고, 자녀의 창업에도 부정적이면 자녀는 온라인쇼핑몰을 통한 자영업에 진입하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년층의 e-커머스를 통한 자영업 진입과 성과 창출조건으로 e-커머스 활용능력이 중요한 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 N사의 파트너스퀘어(광주)는 e-커머스 활용능력을 증대시켜, 청년층이 온라인쇼핑몰을 통한 자영업 진입에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년층은 온라인쇼핑몰을 통한 e-커머스 자영업에 진입한 이후 단순한 매출액 증가 이외에 자존감 상승, 기회발견, 창의성 역량이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.

A study on the paradigm shift in National crisis management system and its functional, structural improvements : Focused on the construction of elite civil defense force (국가위기관리체계의 패러다임 변화와 기능 및 구조적 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 정예민방위대 구축을 중심으로)

  • There are some common and broad trends in National crisis management system around the world. This article considers that paradigm theoretically. 1) a shift from civil defense to civil protection, 2) 10 principles in sustainable National crisis management system, 3) the collaborative governance of crisis management. Some civil defense problems in National crisis management system are as follows; 1) obscurity of organizational identity through twofold function in civil defense, 2) ineffective organization in civil defense and disaster management system, 3) weakness of competencies in local government, 4) overlook of actual condition in communities and civil defense resources. This article suggests that to provide retired and active private security practitioners, retired law enforcement personnel, and retired military personnel to form a elite civil defense force and to find creative ways to address this pervasive threat which one reasonable and affordable solution would be for the government to take advantage of an existing resource.

Analysis for Impact of Individual Cooperation Activity on Small and Medium sized Firms' Innovation Performance in Daegu : The Moderating Effect of Technological Capability (대구 중소기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 개별 협력 활동의 영향 분석: 기술역량의 조절효과)

  • Small and medium sized firms(SMFs) would form the technology cooperation network with external firms and institutions of owning a variety of technology and knowledge, and according to resource based theory, forming cooperation network is another resource in uncertain business environment. Unlike the related studies, this study examined the effect of individual cooperation activity on innovation performance for SMFs located in Taegu region, and investigated the moderating effect of technology capability in the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. In the empirical results, only cooperation research development positively affected innovation performance, and technology capability moderated the relationships between individual cooperation activity and innovation performance. The empirical findings imply that SMFs should do cooperation research development as an intangible asset to overcome the obstacle of development resulted from limited resources, and that SMFs should increase the impact of individual cooperation activity as promoting technology capability.

고령사회를 대비한 정보격차해소 정책방안 고찰

  • 본 연구는 고령사회 도래에 따른 고령층 정보격차해소 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 정보격차에 관한 이론적 쟁점을 살펴본 후 해외 주요국들의 고령층 정보격차해소 현황을 소개하고, 고령사회 도래에 따라 고령층의 정보사회 참여를 촉진하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 방안을 고찰하고 있다. 향후 빠르게 진행될 고령사회에 대응하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 정책방안으로서 정보격차 진화의 단계별로 제1유형, 제2유형, 제3유형으로 분류하여 정책방안을 제시하였다. 제1유형에서는 정보의 접근성, 제2유형에서는 정보의 활용성, 그리고 제3유형에서는 정보의 수용성을 기준으로 정보격차가 분화된다. 이 유형들은 그 일부가 정책방안을 구상함에 있어 중복 고려될 수 있다. 제1유형에서는 보편적 접근 및 서비스를 지향하는 입장에서 정보기기에 대한 균등한 접근기회 보장 및 인적 네트워크 강화를 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이다. 제2유형과 제3유형에서는 고령층의 사회참여 역량을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 하기 위하여 정보활용 능력 및 세대 간 의사 소통 능력의 증진이 중요하게 고려되어야하겠다. 이와 같은 대응방안을 체계적이고 지속적인 대책으로 접근해 나갈 필요가 있다.

A Study on the Application of Open Innovation Concept for the Defense Science and Technology Innovation (국방과학기술혁신을 위한 개방형 기술혁신 개념 적용방안 연구)

  • Advanced countries including OECD member countries focus on the Open Innovation strategy to strengthen their national science and technology innovation capability and to promote the utilization of its outcome. Numerous relevant researches are proceeded in these days, however, just few researches exist in the defense science and technology innovation fields. Therefore, the paper tries to apply Open Innovation concept to the national defense science and technology fields based on the change of defense environments and its problems. For this reason, the paper also presents the theoretical framework of defense Open Innovation and future directions for the purpose of strengthening the national defense science and technology innovation capability and expanding its outcomes.

  • This study mark a high complexity of the field, which is further enhanced by the fact, that these discussions are transposed into religious education and professionalism research relating to religious education teachers. It seriously considers very unique semantics and practice of leadership emerge then, crosswise and as a background to the educational hermeneutics. Obviously, besides didactic implications, professional ethical implications in an elementary sense are also at play here. The researcher will proceed in four steps: Firstly, I examine aspects of professionalism theory, into which, secondly, professional ethical considerations are entered in their significance for the topic of leadership, then deepen this through discourse-theoretical considerations before finally, fourthly, perspectives are opened up.

The Effects of the Government Funding on Venture Firms' Management Performance: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Firms' Internal Competencies and the Moderation Effect of Firm's Growth Stage (정부지원자금이 벤처기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 내부역량의 매개효과와 기업 성장단계의 상호작용효과를 중심으로)

  • As the importance of venture firms has increased as a new growth engine, the South Korea government makes various efforts to establish healthy ecosystems for ventures and start-ups. Especially in order to foster the competitiveness of venture firms, various support policies such as financial and R&D expenses are being expanded and promoted. In this study, the author analyzed the impact of government funding on venture firms' internal competencies and management performance by using the resource-based theory. Moreover, this study tested the moderation effect of firm's growth stages. Unlike previous studies, this study focused on qualitative rather than quantitative aspects of internal competencies and the financial and non-financial performance are used to measure the management performance of the ventures to examine the effects of government funding for venture firms in more details. For the purpose of verifying the hypothesis of this research, "The Research On The Precision Status Of Venture Firms" in 2017 from the Ministry of Small and Medium Business was utilized, which has been compiled since 1999. According to the results of this study, the government funding experience did not significantly affect the company's internal competencies and financial performance, but had a significant impact on the non-financial performance, which in turn seemed to have a significant effect on the financial performance. In addition, it was found that the technology, price, design, and quality competencies affected non-financial performance, while the organizational management and marketing competencies did not. However, the price, design, organizational management, and marketing competencies affected financial performance, while the technology competency was not. Finally, there were no differences in the effectiveness of government funding, depending on the growth stages.

An Empirical Study of Entrepreneurial Attitude on Business Process Outsourcing (중소벤처기업가의 BPO태도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Outsourcing enables firms to use external resources in efficient and effective manner by adopting the best practice of industry. It also helps firms improve their business process which may result in seizing or creating new business opportunity. Collaborating with outstanding BPO(business process outsourcing) providers offer a great deal of advantage that could access to new knowledge, technology, intellectual and material resources that firms do not own. This study was designed to provide in-dept understanding of key elements that may affect the attitude towards BPO of entrepreneurs using 99 samples comprised SME & Venture business owners. Specifically, this study aims to test and analyse the relationship between attitude towards BPO and 4 independent variables including cost reduction, core competence, specialized resources and quality improvement. The analysis results show that core competence, specialized resources and quality improvements have all positive relationships with the attitude towards BPO. However, exceptionally cost reduction is not associated positively with the attitude towards BPO which was against our expectation. Theoretical discussion and practical implication on the analysis results are provided.
