The purpose of this study was to compare emotional intelligence, facilitative communication ability and communication conflict among psychiatric nurse and clinical nurse to improve nurse's emotional intelligence and facilitative communication ability in each clinical field, it was attempted to provide basic data to search for alternatives to reduce communication conflict. Data were analyzed using ANCOVA with SPSS/WIN 20. Finally, emotional intelligence, facilitative communication ability and communication conflicts in clinical nurses higher than psychiatric nurses. These results indicate that need to develope a variety of clinical programs to promote facilitative communication ability and to enhance emotional intelligence of psychiatric nurses and to reduce communication conflicts of clinical nurses.

In this study, we analyzed a mathematical discussion in the Calculus II course of the Gifted Science Academy and individual interviews to determine the relationship between cognitive conflicts and commognitive conflicts. The mathematical discussion began with a question from a student who seemed to have a cognitive conflict about the osculating plane of a space curve. The results indicated that the commognitive conflicts were resolved by ritualizing and using the socially constructed knowledge, but cognitive conflicts were not resolved. Furthermore, we found that the cause of the cognitive conflict resulted from the student's imperfect analogical reasoning and the reflective discourse about it could be a learning opportunity for overcoming the conflict. These findings imply that cognitive conflicts can trigger the appearance of commognitive conflicts, but the elimination of commognitive conflicts does not imply that cognitive conflicts are resolved.

The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the adolescent's perception of marital conflict and the parents-children communication. The subjects of this study were 480 adolescents from 3 middle school in Seoul and Gyung Ki-Do. The main results are as follows; First, Marital conflict, perceived by adolescent is not generally high level and the disposal utility factor by adolescent form is higher compare with other numerical index , the contents by adolescent is perceived lower compare with numerical index. Second, the students are mostly having open communications with their parents, but usually more open communications with their mothers. Third, perceiving marital conflict by the adolescent and communication between parents-adolescent is the less the students are conscious of parents conflict, the more the students have open communication with their parents. The higher Being conscious of marital conflict, the more the students have trouble communication with their parents.

The ultimate aim of this work is to explore the antecedents that affect the loneliness felt by users who actively communicate through smartphones apps. To do this, three characteristics including individual, relational, and communication characteristics that can affect loneliness and the effects of these characteristics on loneliness are empirically analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, we found that conflict resolution ability had a significant effect on interpersonal conflict and loneliness. Second, social stress was found to have a significant effect on interpersonal conflict, communication fatigue, and loneliness. Third, lack of communication was found to have a significant effect on conflict resolution ability and loneliness. Finally, we found that communication fatigue had a significant effect on loneliness. These results are interpreted that in order to reduce the loneliness, it is necessary to continuously improve the ability to wisely resolve conflicts that may arise in the relationship between oneself and others. In addition, it is necessary to reduce the fear or burden of building relationships with others.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between communication and conflict in the ship organization and to analyze the affect of the conflict on the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness in the view of dysfunctional conflict that would play on the negative role to decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness. The empirical survey showed that the intragroup and intergroup communications in the ship organization affect on the conflict of within and between groups, these conflicts decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness, and that cohesiveness affect the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction of ship organization member significantly.

Politics and conflicts within organizations are natural phenomena found in any type of organization, affecting organizational outcomes and output variables. Nevertheless, there are not many previous studies on politics and conflict within nursing organizations. Therefore, in this study, we would like to analyze how the internal politics and conflicts, which have been excluded from the previous studies related to nursing organizations, affect the quality of communication between nurses. Data were collected from 310 nurses in an university hospital. Using SPSS21, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses. As results of the analyses, the organizational politics and relationship conflict have negative effect on the quality of vertical and horizontal communication, and task conflict has a positive effect on them. Organizational politics and relationship conflict have negative effects on quality of formal communication. Organizational politics and conflicts did not significantly affect the quality of informal communication. These results suggest that active, managerial efforts should be executed to overcome the negative effects of organizational politics and emotional conflicts among nurses. Furthermore, empirical research on organizational politics and conflicts within nurses organizations should be expanded.

This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

본 연구에서는 청소년기 자녀들이 가족의 응집성과 가족의 적응력을 어떻게 지각하 고 있는가를 실증적으로 살펴보고자한다. 연구결과 첫째 부모와 청소년 자녀간의 대인거리, 심리적거리, 의사소통개방성은 부모의 연령, 자녀의 성별, 재학부별에 의하여 부모와 자녀관 계를 상당한 정도로 예측할 수 있다. 둘째 부모와 청소년 자녀간의 의사소통은 자녀들이 지 각하는 가족의 응집성과 적응력에서 가장큰 영향력을 보인다 이는 청소년 자녀가 있는 가족 의 정서적 유대감과 변화대처능력은 부모와의 대화가 결정적으로 중요하고 자녀와의 갈등이 나 문제해결에 있어 부모와 자녀간의 대화가 결정적으로 중요하고 자녀와의 갈등이나 문제 해결에 있어 부모와 자녀간의 대화가 일차적인 기능을 하게 됨을 반영한다. 셋째 부모와 청 소년 자녀간의 의사소통 중에서도 특히 부와의 의사소통이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 보아 변화의 시기인 청소년기 자녀의 성장과정에서 아버지의 역할이 강조된다.

This study tries to figure out the communication types between a mother-in-law and a foreign daughter-in-law through their 'confrontational conversation.' For this, three episodes of 'Multicultural Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law Biography' aired by EBS (Education Broadcasting System) were monitored. The dialogues between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law were written down and analyzed. According to the result, there were 'dysfunctional communication' styles during their conversation. Theses styles deepened their conflict. Thus, to abate the conflict between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law, this study suggested that it was necessary to develop the convergence counseling program and the family therapy for their functional communication.
