3차원 포인트 클라우드의 의미적 분할은 환경을 구성하는 물체 단위로 포인트 클라우드를 분할하는 작업으로서, 환경의 3차원적 구성을 이해하고 환경과 상호작용에 필수적인 시각 지능을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 포인트 클라우드에서 추출하는 3차원 기하학적 특징과 함께 멀티-뷰 영상에서 추출하는 2차원 시각적 특징들도 활용하는 새로운 3차원 포인트 클라우드 의미적 분할 모델 MFNet을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 서로 이질적인 2차원 시각적 특징과 3차원 기하학적 특징의 효과적인 융합을 위해, 새로운 중기 융합 전략과 멀티-모달 교차 주의집중을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 ScanNetV2 벤치마크 데이터 집합을 이용한 다양한 실험들을 통해, 제안 모델 MFNet의 우수성을 입증한다.

The purpose of this study is to have an opportunity to enhance the role of cultural intermediaries in the region as interest in the cultural media sector increased with the implementation of the Law for Promotion of Regional Culture. First, I discussed the need to pay attention to the local Cultural Intermediaries group as the background of the discussion, confirming that the existing research on the cultural mediation sector was focused on cultural workers in public institutions and government projects. Next, for the theoretical discussion, I reviewed the role of cultural intermediaries contributing to the production of meaning via the concept of cultural intermediaries by Pierre Bourdieu, and described that the mediation of regions and cultures began to emerge as an alternative to the existing centralized structure of cultural production in the context of Korea after the late 1990s. It was found that practices that mediate the region and culture were developed around the group of public artists and cultural activists and the intermediary group played a role in revealing various aspects of the region and dynamically constructing the local public sphere through these cultural practices. Lastly, local curator's cases (Space Beam, Space Imsi, Incheon Spectacle) were studied. The actual cases of activity were analyzed through the cultural practices by focusing on what alternative meanings had been produced in the region and how the region was represented. Each case showed the mediating activity that attempts to change the environment of life while sharing local issues with communities, projects that reconstructs the local professional art sector into a public sphere, and mediating activity that represents local daily culture and form networks through independent publications.

Constructive learning is an active process of meaning construction and students decide their individual learning objectives according to their own interest concern and ability. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning model and classroom materials from constructivist perspectives and to apply them to an elementary school classroom in Seoul for one month. In this study, it was reorganized the contents of unit of 'beds and fossils' based on the discussion between students and teacher during the second semester of 4th grade class. The teaching-learning model consists of five steps: 1) introduction; 2) exercise; 3) presentation; 4) consensus; and 5) development. The implementation results were summarized.

한국어 문장의 구성은 명사, 동사와 같은 내용어와 조사, 어미와 같은 기능어로 크게 나눌 수있다. 문장의 핵심적인 의미 전달은 내용어에 의해 이루어지며, 한국어 명사구의 경우 잦은 기능어의 생략으로 명사 나열에 의한 복합 명사가 발생된다. 이렇게 발생되는 복합 명사를 구성하는 단위 명사들은 일부 문장 성분을 생략시켜 발생된 것으로, 생략 성분의 복원에 의해 본래의 문장 형태를 추정할 수 있다. 한국어 복합 명사의 경우, 생략되는 문장 성분은 대부분 접사, 조사와 같은 기능어로 국한되며, 기능어의 복원은 단위 명사 간의 격 관계와 의미 관계를 분석하여 이루어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 단위 명사간의 보-술 관계를 이용하여 복합 명사를 구성하는 단위 명사 간의 의존 관계를 추정하고, 추정된 의존 관계에 의해 생략된 격조사와 용언화 접사를 복원하는 방법을 제안한다. 구조 분석에서 사용되는 의미 격틀에 의해 결정되는 격 관계는 격조사와 용언화 접사의 복원을 결정하며, 올바른 본래의 문장 표현 복원을 위해 관형격 조사와 관형격 어미를 비롯한 특별한 형태의 복원은 통계 정보와 휴리스틱 규칙으로 결정한다.

기계번역(Machine Translaton, MT), 다국어 정보 검색, 의미 정보 검색 등에 대한 연구는 시소러스, 지식베이스, 사전 검색, 의미망, 코퍼스등과 같은 다양한 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 시맨틱 웹이 등장과 시맨틱 웹 기반 기술의 발전에 따라 위 연구들을 시맨틱 웹에 적용시킬 필요성도 제안되었다. 특히 한국어 시소러스, 워드넷(WordNet), 전자 세종 사전, 가도까와(Kadokawa) 시소러스와 같은 지식베이스가 개발되었으나 활용 분야에 따라 그 구축 방법론이 다르게 적용되어, 위 연구에 효과적으로 통용될 수 있는 지식베이스는 실질적으로 구축되지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 세종 사전과 가도까와 시소러스, 한/일 기계 번역 사전 그리고 전문 용어 사전을 기반으로 한국어와 일본어 지식베이스를 위한 사전 온톨로지 서버를 정의하여 의미 정보를 구성하고, Semantic Web Rule Markup Language (이하 SWRL)을 이용해 구문 정보 규칙을 정의한다. 그리고 SWRL 기반 정방향 추론 엔진을 이용하여 번역에 필요한 추론 엔진을 구성하고 문장 구문형성 규칙 추론 엔진을 통해 사용자에게 한국어와 일본어의 문장 구성 변환을 제공한다. 본 연구는 현재 기계 번역이 갖고 있는 다의성, 술부 어순의 차이, 경어체 등 아직 해결해야 할 많은 부분들에 대한 해결 방안으로서 시맨틱 웹 기반 기술과의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

워크플로우는 컴퓨터에 의해서 자동으로 실행되고 관리되는 업무 프로세스이다. 워크플로우 기술은 기업 환경의 변화와 함께, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM:Business Process Management)의 개념과 함께 발전해 왔다. 또한비즈니스를 수행하기 원하는 기업의 거래파트너간, 고객, 공급자들의 분리된 비즈니스 환경을 제거하고, 향상된 e-비즈니스를 수행하기 위한 통합 환경을 제공해주는 웹 서비스는 워크플로우를 구성하는 매우 중요한 개념이 되었고, 이러한 웹 서비스의 흐름을 정의하는 워크플로우 설계 언어가 많이 등장하였다. 그 중 가장 표준이 될 가능성이 유력한 BPEL4WS는 비즈니스 프로세스에 필요한 트랜잭션, 보상 등의 개념을 포함하여, 효율적으로 비즈니스 프로스세스를 구성할 수 있게 해 준다. 그러나 BPEL4WS는 1)고정된 WSDL파일을 참조하여, 그 흐름을 정적으로만 구성할 수 있다는 단점이 있고, 2)제한된 자원만을 갖고 있기 때문에, 의미를 부여할 수 없어 대체 서비스를 찾을 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 기존의 WSDL에 의미(Semantic)을 부여하는 방법으로 이를 해결하고자 한다.

Various controlled vocabularies such as thesaurus and classification used for effective information retrieval contain different terms in expressing the same concept or meaning. National Library of Medicine has developed the Unified Medical Language System(UMLS) to solve the problems of information retrieval and integration resulted from the difference of concepts between different sources. The UMLS development was initiated in 1982 as a long-term project, and the 2001 edition of the UMLS consists of three parts : Metathesaurus, Semantic Network, and SPECIALIST Lexicon. This paper reviews background and structure of the UMLS including applications in PubMed, NLM Gateway.

This study starts with the idea that Korean mathematical word 'byon' which means 'side' of polygons or angles is very ambiguous. The purpose of this study is to make the concept and range of 'byon' clear and to suggest the ideas which can help children understand the concept of 'byon'. For this, various dictionary and the past Korean mathematics curriculums are reviewed. As a result, two attributes 'byon' has are identified and some reasons which block children from understanding 'byon' are detected in its introduction method of mathematics text books and inkhorn of the mathematical term. Finally, two different ideas for helping children understand the concept 'byon' are suggested based on the conclusion of this research.

FPLMTS란 단어 그대로 미래 공중 육상이동통신시스템 (Future Public Land Mobile Telecommunication System)을 말한다. 그러나 단순히 육상이동통신의 의미만이 아닌 육상, 해상, 공중에 이르는 모든 상황의 통신을 포함, 지상과 위성간 상호보완적인 망 구성으로 이동, 고정통신 이용자에게 광범위하고 다양한 서비스를 제공할 이동통신시스템을 의미한다.

본 논문에서는 통신망을 종합적으로 관리하기 위한 방법 및 그 자체가 하나의 망을 구성하는 TMN의 개념에 대해 규정적 의미에서의 TMN 및 실용적 의미에서의 TMN을 검토한다. 이에 따라 본론에서는 ITU-T를 중심으로 TMN의 표준 동향을 몇가지 측면에서 살펴보고,ATM FORUM의 관련표준을 소개한다. 끝으로 이러한 표준의 파악 및 동향 분석을 통해, 실제 TMN 구현시의 고려사항에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다
