본 논문에서는 의료기관내 이기종 시스템(OCS, PACS, EMR 등) 및 외부 기관(타 의료기관, 정부기관 등)과의 원활한 의료정보 공유를 위한 Framework을 제시하고자 한다. 의료기관 내/외부의 이질적인 Legacy System 간의 자료 교환을 위하여 현재 범용적으로 사용되는 HL7 Messaging standards를 기반으로 정보를 생성 공유하게 한다. 또한, HL7 Message 생성시 표현기법이 다른 데이터들을 HL7 표준에 해당하는 데이터로 자동 변환시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 이렇게 모인 의료정보를 다기종 Platform(PC, Mobile phone 등)에서 효율적인 접근을 위한 모델도 함께 제시한다.

In this study, It developed a program to carry out the training courses for NCS based medical information management tasks and to can understand the practical working knowledge of learners. This program is an educational program that can generate medical information by analyzing data of medical records after generating and storing data of medical records. Because the contents of the medical records vary and there are quantitative differences in the medical records, the contents of the medical records can be summarized and stored in the discharge analysis program for the standard of educational data. The medical terminology DB, medical terminology related DB, medical care related DB by the NCS ability unit element can be constructed and managed using the program. The following are the contents that can be learned through operation of the program. first, it's can understand Medical information DB management regulations through understanding sturucture of database. Second, it can understand the structure and function of the diagnostic code and medical practice code that are input to the discharge analysis program. The diagnostic codes and medical practice codes entered in the discharge analysis program can be searched and analyzed by each fields. Third, It can be advance medical information management ability by inputting and extracting data and generating medical information. In this study, It developed program that Students can be obtained Knowledge of medical information management and improved management competency by generate and analyze medical record data using discharge analysis program.

As smart devices and communication technologies have developed rapidly, the healthcare industry in the globe is seeing remarkable issues on medical security. At the same time, personal medical records are being shared in the network, which would raise the risk of information security. This thesis aims to develop the curriculum to raise the awareness of information security among workers in medical institutions by referring to NCS(National Competency Standards) International standards, medical institutions' requirements and educational institutions' curriculums on information security based on proven results from medical devices and systems introduced in the public health centers, territorial branches, community health posts and primary, secondary, tertiary hospitals. Thus, this thesis offers the method to improve information security in healthcare institutions through validation testing conducted by medical practitioners and ICT experts.

세계 최고로 예상되는 급속한 인구구조의 고령화로 향후 우리나라는 보건, 의료, 복지 등에서 심각한 사회 문제에 직면할 것으로 예상되고, 고령화 사회로 인한 만성질환 증가는 의료비 증가로 이어져 국가 재정에 대한 부담으로 작용할 것이다. 정보통신기술을 이용하여 시간과 공간에 구애 받지 않고 언제 어디서나 건강과 생활을 관리하여 건강한 삶을 유지시키는 새로운 형태의 서비스인 유헬스(ubiquitous-Health)가 주목을 받고 있다. 일반인, 고령자, 만성질환자를 대상으로 하는 유헬스용 개인 건강 기기의 개발은 기존의 제품에서 네트워크와 연동이 되는 제품으로 보급되고 있으나, 데이터 상호 운용성이 고려되지 않은 제품이 주류를 이루고 있어 향후 진정한 유비쿼터스 개념의 건강관리를 위한 서비스를 실현하는데 문제가 될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 유헬스 기술이 표준화 되면, 생체정보 데이터의 취합 및 전송, 분석 및 피드백이 표준적인 방법으로 운용이 될 수 있으므로, 개인 건강 기기들과, 이들을 처리하는 유헬스 서비스간의 상호 운용성이 보장이 된다. 본 고에서는 최근 유헬스 분야에서 가장 활발한 표준화가 진행중인 IEEE 11073 PHD 표준화 동향에 대해서 살펴보고, 본 연구원에서 개발한 국제 표준기반 유헬스 플랫폼에 대한 소개를 한다.

Recently most of hospitals progress toward setting up computer based medical information system, and there exists medical standard such as HL7 and DICOM to exchange efficiently between systems each other. However, Heterogeneous system built in each hospital gets a different data structure of medical information for patient and also makes it difficult to share information among hospitals. This paper proposes an integrated medical information system which changes existing diverse types of medical information to a unified structure and combines into one management model using XML from hospital specific medical information system. Thus, our proposed system makes it possible to get an effectively information share across hospitals without considering the internal system structure of other hospital. As a result, Hospitals provide a efficient and correct diagnosis, saving time and cost to patients.

With the development of recent IT is spreading and dissemination of smart terminals, telemedicine and electronic medical records (EMR) and other common anywhere due to medical advances are being digitized environment. This trend is in line with the information to take advantage of smart terminals in the mobile medical information system increasing. In this paper, the recent trend to examine healthcare information technology standardization, predicting the future prospects look healthcare information systems. In addition, the security of mobile medical information system, to look at aspects of mobile-based health information systems in the country's need to discuss the trends and standards.

의료정보 교환을 위한 국제 표준인 HL7 메시지의 처리와 HL7의 다양한 버전 간 호환성 문제를 해결하기 위해 객체 지향적 구조에 기반한 HL7 파서(Parser)가 개발되었다. 그러나 개발된 파서를 의료정보시스템과 연동하여 사용하기 위해서는 의료분야 전문가와 소프트웨어 전문가의 협력이 필수적이다. 또한, 이들 전문가의 협업을 위해서는 각 분야의 전문지식에 대한 상호 이해가 전제되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 오랜 시간 상호간의 많은 노력이 필요한 과정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 버전 간 호환 가능한 HL7 파서를 기반으로 하여 HL7 메시지의 생성과 변환을 가능하게 하는 HL7 GUI 도구를 설계한다. 이를 통해, 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 언어에 익숙하지 않은 의료 분야의 전문가들도 HL7 GUI 도구를 통해 개념적으로 표현되는 그래프를 직접 디자인하여 의료정보시스템 간의 다양한 버전의 HL7 메시지를 처리하고 교환할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.

As the medical environment field has been facilitated by the rapid development of the information technologies and ubiquitous healthcare service based on network, the exchange of medical information between hospitals become more and more important. However, although most electrocardiograph vendors have provided digital modalities and their ECG data management systems, these were proprietary and not compatible with each other due to multiplicity of vendor specific formats and lack of open ECG data standards. Therefore, we aim to design and develop the ECG management system for archiving, saving, searching, viewing and transferring ECG data and the diagnostic reports. And the system is based on Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) developed by HL7 and DICOM Waveform Standard for the exchange of the structured diagnostic reports and the transfer of ECG data.

This research is aimed to develop a National competency standards(NCS) as a method of job standardization, and then to be applicated as a baseline data on overall university curriculum by using the NCS. Study period is from June 21, 2014 to November 30, 2014. To accomplish the aims, a pool of researchers and experts like as industrial site experts, education training experts, and job analysis specialists was formed. Job title to be conducted in medical record is defined as medical information management and NCS was developed through deducing 12 competency unit, 43 competency unit elementary and competency unit each career during lifelong. And finally the developed standards proposal was completed to be NCS after verification by on-the-spot specialists.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to resolve the conflicting issues that are currently applied in medical Act and medical privacy Act through the comparative Analysis of the Privacy Act and the Medical Information Protection Act foreign. the results run to establish the Public Health Act coming for the protection of health information is a characteristic of many countries, France in Europe, the United States and Canada had been running an independent medical information laws are enacted. Prescribes penalties of up to a fairly systematic method from the case records of patients would not have occurred in the management and implementation of the law and the protection of the author of the book focuses on the subject of medical records and physician records between patient confidentiality and privacy it can be seen that the method defined in. This indicates the need for the establishment of an independent medical information laws to protect all records relating to the patient systematically Korea also.
