Effect of Brand Extension on Parent Brand in Mobile Service (모바일 서비스에서 브랜드 확장이 모 브랜드에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of brand extension on original brand in mobile market. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) was used in current research to verify the 'intention to use of mobile service', and 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', and the effect of 'extended brand's intention to use' on continuous 'intention to use in original brand' are verified in the process. According to the results, TAM was found to be appropriate to verify the intention to use of mobile service. Also by verifying the effect of decision factor, it is found that perceived ease of use have positive(+) influence on continuous intention to use of original brand. According th this finding, marketers will be able to understand better in performing strategies in mobile service environment.

Factors Associated with Intention to Quit Smoking in Male Smokers Who Have Not Tried to Quit Smoking in Seoul : Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (금연 시도경험이 없는 서울시 남성 흡연자의 금연의도 영향요인: 계획된 행동론에 근거하여)

  • This study was conducted to provide a basis for developing strategies to improve the intention to quit smoking by identifying the factors affecting the smoking cessation intention of male smokers living in Seoul who have not tried to quit smoking in the past year. The components of the planned behavioral theory were used to identify the influencing factors. The research data were analysed secondary data used in the study performed by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2020. As a result of the univariate analysis, the factors affecting the smoking cessation intention rate were the average daily smoking amount and the components of the TPB. As a result of multivariate logistic regression analysis, the subjective norm and the perceived behavior control factor among the components of the TPB had statistically significant differences. Therefore, in order to increase the intention to quit smoking, it would be effective to use strategies that strengthen the strong recommendations from significant others and the smoker's self control.

The Effect of Violence Experience on Turnover Intention among Nurses (간호사의 폭력경험이 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand verbal, physical, and sexual violence experiences among nurses and to explore the relationship between violence experiences and turnover intentions among nurses. In this study, a nationwide data of 11,154 nurses from the 2016 Health Workers' Survey conducted by Korean Health and Medical Workers' Union(KHMU) were utilized. Results showed that about half (47.2%) of nurses were experiencing verbal violence from colleagues, patients, and caregivers. Also, 75.3% of nurses in this study had the turnover intention. Finally, nurses who experienced violence had 2.65 times more of turnover intention than nurses who did not have violence experiences. There is a need to conduct a research identifying significant moderating factors which could alleviate the effect of violence experiences on turnover intentions as well as a research to develop and apply the program assisting nurses to overcome violence experience.

Factors Affecting the Intention of Acceptance of the COVID-19 Antibody Test (코로나19 항체검사 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the subjective health status, COVID-19 risk perception, antibody knowledge, social influence, intention of acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test for general adults and the factors affecting the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test. The subjects of the study were 147 adults, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program using the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results, the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test has a significant static correlation with the social influence, the COVID-19 risk perception, and the negative correlation with the subjective health. The factor affecting the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test of the general adult was a social influence, and their explanatory power was 50.2%. As a result of this study, COVID-19 antibody tests may be used by preparing effective measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection.

Analysis of the Relationship between Career Anchors, Job Embeddedness, Career Motivation, and Retention Intention of Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 경력 닻, 직무배태성, 경력동기 및 재직의도와의 관계 분석)

  • This study is a descriptive research study for clinical nurses to understand the relationship between career anchor, job embeddedness, career motivation and retention intention, and to identify factors that can affect retention intention. A study was conducted between November 1, 2022 and December 30, 2022 with 155 nurses from C and G Regional General Hospitals. Nurses' intention to work was statically correlated with job embeddedness and career motivation. A factor influencing nurses' intention to work was job embeddedness, and the explanatory power of the variable was 25%. We propose repeated studies that diversified the study subjects to identify nurses' career anchor types, which are influencing factors of nurses' job embeddedness, and follow-up studies to develop training and personnel management programs according to career anchor types and verify their effectiveness.

  • 본 논문에서는 병원조직에서 종사하는 진료행정직종과 간호직종을 대상으로 그들의 이직의도와 직무요인 사이의 인과관계를 통해 이직 또는 잔류의도에 영향을 미치는 동기요인과 위생요인을 분석하고, 그 결과를 근거로 이직감소 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 표본은 광주광역시 소재의 중소병의원에서 근무하고 있는 진료행정직종과 간호직종만을 대상으로 실시하고자 한다. 연구결과를 예측을 하면, 진료행정직종과 간호직종 사이에는 직무특성의 차이에 따른 이직의도 수준은 유의한 차이가 있을 것으로 보이며, 직무환경과 이직의도 간에 유의한 차이가 있을 것으로 예측해 볼 수 있다. 또한 두 직종의 감정노동 강도와 이직의도 사이에 통계적으로 인관관계가 존재할 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가설에 대한 실증검증을 통해 진료행정직종과 간호직종에서 인지하는 직무요건 중 동기요인과 위생요인을 파악하고, 두 요인이 이직의도와 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 분석하여 두 직종의 이직률을 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Willingness to Care for HIV/AIDS-Infected Patients in Korea (간호대학생의 HIV/AIDS 환자 간호의도에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study was conducted to identify factors affecting nursing students' willingness to care for HIV/AIDS-infected patients. Data from 345 nursing students were gathered from October 14 to November 27, 2012, and analyzed by SPSS/WIN using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression. Results showed that there were significant correlations of nursing willingness with HIV/AIDS-related attitudes, stigma, prejudice, and social interaction, not with knowledge and ethical beliefs. HIV/AIDS-related attitudes and social interaction affected nursing willingness to care for patients with HIV/AIDS significantly with the explained variance of 35.5%.

The Influencing factors on the General Hospital Nurses' Turnover Intention (종합병원 간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to find factors affecting on emotional intelligence, career plateau, nursing work environment on the turnover intention among general hospital nurses. The data were analyzed by SPSS/SIN 22.0. Negative correlations were turnover intention and nursing work environment(r=-.397, p<.001), turnover intention and emotional intelligence(r=-.112, p=.033). Positive correlations were turnover intentions and career plateau(r=.352, p<.001). Factors affecting on turnover intention were career plateau and nursing work environment. The career plateau and nursing work environment explained 21.1% of turnover intention. These results can be used as a basis for reduce the turnover intention.

  • This study looks into different life styles of Chinese FITs and how their life styles might cause differences in tourist satisfation, intention of revisiting and recommendation. Based on the analyses of the life styles of Chinese FITs who visited Korea, the final result concluded 27 questions and 5 causes. In total, 6 hypotheses were accepted through confidence analysis, correlational analysis of variables, life style cluster analysis and analysis of differences between life style clusters. So the study expects to make a positive contribution, providing useful information to create strategies to intrigue more Chinese FITs and develop better tourist product.

창직선택 요인이 창업효능감과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 창직과정 프로그램을 수료한 대학생 대상

  • 본 연구는 청년취업아카데미 창직 프로그램을 수료한 대학생을 대상으로 직업선택의 요인이 창업효능감과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하고, 둘째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석 한다. 셋째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 창업효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증 분석한다. 넷째, 직업 선택요인과 창업의도에 창업효능감의 매개효과를 실증분석한다. 가설에 대한 검증결과 직업선택요인 중 직업장래성은 창업효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업경제성은 창업 효능감에 부적적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업장래성은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 청년취업 아카데미 창직과정 프로그램을 운영하는 대학교에서 성과창출을 위한 교육프로그램 개발에 필요한 요소파악 및 적용에 이론적 근거가 될 수 있을 것이다.
