Effect of Anorthite Glass Frit on the Electrical and Adhesion Properties of Photosensitive Silver Paste (Anorthite 글라스 프릿이 첨가된 감광성 은 페이스트의 전기적 특성 및 부착력 특성 평가)

  • 후막 광식각 기술을 이용하여 형성된 Ag 전극과 LTCC 기판 사이의 접착력을 향상시키기 위하여 무기 바인더로서 anorthite, diopside 및 MLS-62 glass frit을 첨가하여 감광성 Ag paste를 제조하였다. 소성 후의 glass pool effect를 감소시키기 위해 attrition mill을 통하여 미세 glass 분말을 준비하였다. Glass frit은 Ag powder의 5vol%~25vol%의 함량으로 첨가하여 감광성 Ag paste를 제조하였고 패턴 형성 후 $850^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 소결하였다. 전극과 기판 사이의 접착력은 micro-ball shear test 법으로 측정하였으며, Ag 전극 부착력은 glass frit의 함량 증가에 따라 증가하다가 감소하는 경향을 보이는데, 이는 과량의 glass frit 첨가로 인한 전극 내부에 액상 풀의 형성에 기인한 것으로 보여진다. Ag 전극의 면저항은 glass frit의 함량이 증가함에 따라 $0.13m{\Omega}{/\square}$에서 $2.06m{\Omega}{/\square}$까지 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 소성 전후의 전극 패턴의-수축율은 $100{\mu}m$의 선폭을 기준으로 glass frit의 첨가랑이 증가할수록 43.3%에서 35.0%로 감소하였으며, 그 결과 최소 선폭 $25{\mu}m$의 미세 전극 패턴의 형성이 가능하였다.

A Study on the Relationship Between Nursing Organizational Culture and ICUs Team Effectiveness (중환자실의 간호조직문화와 팀효과성에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is, by investigating organizational characteristics, types of nursing organizational culture and team effectiveness in ICU, to ascertain the type of nursing organizational culture and the organizational characteristic that can improve the team effectiveness. Method: The research targeted 427 nurses from 33 ICUs of 14 general hospitals which have more than 250 beds and the data were gathered by using self-report questionnaires from April 10, 2003 to April 24, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used; the tool for measuring organizational characteristics and organizational cultures and the tool for measuring team effectiveness. Result: The most significant nursing organizational characteristic in ICU is the centralization. The organizational culture in ICU is generally rank-oriented culture. There was a significant difference (p<.01) in four types of organizational cultures; relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented and task-oriented. Verifying influence power of organizational cultures upon team effectiveness of ICU, relation-oriented culture had 49.2% of an influence upon team effectiveness, innovation- oriented and relation-oriented culture had 60.4% of an influence, and rank-oriented, innovation-oriented and relation-oriented culture had 61.2% of an influence. The organizational culture profiles according to the types of nursing organizational cultures in 33 ICUs were found by a cluster analysis. They were classified into five culture profiles; strong balance culture profile, weak balance culture profile, innovation-oriented and task-oriened culture profile, strong relation culture profile and strong rank culture profile(p<0.5). According to me organizational culture profiles, a significant difference of team effectivenesses(coworker satisfaction, team performance perception, team satisfaction and team commitment) was found(p<.01). The strong balance culture profile had the best team effectivenesses. Conclusion: For nursing culture management, a nursing administrator should identify the relevant nursing organizational culture at first by utilizing an innovative team-leader. After identifying the organizational culture, the administrator should make strategic plans and practices that can distinguish good organizational cultures to be expanded from ones to be sublated so that a strong balance culture can be developed.

  • This study proposes an educational game system that fit for portable internet environment as a solution to disadvantages of conventional education systems such as lack of understanding learners' learning level and one-way learning. The study analyses conventional e-Learning contents and platforms and proposes a new system adequate for high contents reusability and user-demand service. The learning contents that mainly consist of animations and games can be adjusted to learners' level, and therefore, learners can study according to various scenarios, not constrained in a fixed pattern. Our system is expected to bring much more fun to learners and the education can be conducted more effectively. To show the effectiveness of our system, an example of english pronunciation game was illustrated. As a result, the week points of the conventional e-Learning was overcame and new features of the interactivity was adopted to build a more effective educational game system.

A Study on the Image-Based Luminance Measurement System Using the Measuring Position (측정 위치를 고려한 영상기반 휘도측정시스템에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, an image-based luminance measurement system(LMS) is proposed to measure the luminance of outdoor signboards. We design the LMS that can improve disadvantages of efficiency of the point-luminance meter and portability of face-luminance meter using the image of DSLR camera and print out the luminance value by using the proposed luminance analysis algorithm in real time. Outdoor signboards have various size and shape, and are also installed on the various place. Luminance of the signboard is influenced by measurement location, angle, color, etc. Therefore, we measure the change of luminance value in accordance with measurement location for accurate luminance measurement and then consider the luminance value according to the measurement distance. We obtain a numerical relation between luminance value and measurement location. The proposed LMS is verified through comparative experiment with point-luminance meter.

  • Telescopic denture has advantages such as transfer the occlusal force to the long axis of the abutment, easiness of oral hygiene management, increase of retention and stability, splint effect due to secondary fixation between abutments and have been reported a higher success rates than conventional removable partial denture (RPD). However, there are disadvantages such as complex laboratory procedures, long treatment periods and high costs, and high incidence of complications. This clinical report describes two cases, a 4-point supported telescopic denture using telescopic crown and a 2-point supported telescopic denture using conical crown with functionally satisfactory results. Frequent complications of telescopic denture, which are reported in various literature were reviewed. Clinical and laboratory procedures were performed in consideration of complications that reported.

The Effects of Hip Extension Velocity on the Relative Onset Time of the Gluteus Maximus in Relation to the Hamstring (고관절 신전속도가 슬괵근에 대한 대둔근의 상대적 근수축 개시시간에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hip extension velocity (7.5 degree/second, 30 degree/second) on the relative onset time of the gluteus maximus in relation to the hamstring during hip extension in prone position. Thirteen healthy male subjects (mean age=22.6 years [SD=1.8], mean weight=73.4 kg [SD=10.3], mean height=176.1 cm [SD=6.3]) voluntarily participated in this study. Electromyographic data was collected on the gluteus maximus and hamstring to determine onset time. Statistical analyses were performed with the paired t-test. The results showed that the onset time of the hamstring was significantly faster than that of the gluteus maximus in both fast and slow hip extension velocity. The gluteus maximus began contraction .079 seconds later following the contraction of the hamstring. The onset time of the hamstring was significantly faster in fast hip extension velocity compared with slow hip extension velocity. In conclusion, it was determined that the onset time of the gluteus maximus was faster with fast hip extension velocity compared with slow hip extension velocity. There was a statistically significant difference between the onset times of the gluteus maximus and hamstring in relation to the two velocities (p<.05). Further study is needed to examine whether the velocity of hip extension can influence the onset time in a similar fashion in patients with low back pain.

Effects of Consumers' Altruistic and Egocentric Values on Social Responsibility and Willingness-to-pay a Price Premium for Ethical Fashion Products (소비자의 이타주의적 가치관과 자기중심적 가치관이 사회적 책임의식과 윤리적 패션제품에 대한 프리미엄 가격 지불의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The fashion industry is accountable for labor and environment-related issues. With such issues raised, consumers' social responsibility for environmental and labor issues has become an important factor that shapes the perception of companies. This study investigates the relationship between consumer values, concerns regarding social issues, and willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products. This study included two exogenous variables of altruistic value and egocentric value. In the conceptual model, consumers' social responsibility was conceptualized as two constructs of environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. It was then analyzed as mediating variables. Willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products was the endogenous variable. Data was collected and analyzed with PLS-SEM from 600 consumers. The assessment of discriminant validity and construct validity using CFA were conducted before analyzing the model. Structural equation modeling results revealed that altruistic value directly influenced environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. However, egocentric value was directly and significantly influenced only by labor-issue consciousness. Both environmental and labor issue consciousness directly influenced customers' willingness to pay a premium, but did not significantly change their willingness to pay a premium. Two-stage serial mediation analysis results indicated that the constructs did not have a significant mediation effect on the exogenous variables (altruistic value and egocentric value) and the endogenous variable (willingness to pay a premium) for ethical fashion products. This study found the influence of consumer's personal values on their willingness to pay a higher price for ethical fashion products.

A Study on the Consumer Perception and Factor Analysis of Food Tourism (음식관광에 대한 소비자의 인식 및 요인분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer perception and importance of food tourism properties and performance of the properties in Sangju province of Gyeongsangbuk-do. The study has found that persons who have food tourism experiences (75 persons, 50.7%) had slightly more than not experience persons (72 persons, 48.6%). Additionally, most of the respondents were usually satisfied with the local foods. Also, it was found that food tourism had been taken 1-2 times per 6 months (48 persons, 64.0%) on average, and 135 persons (91.2%) had intention of experiencing food tourism. According to the result of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) on consumers' food tourism properties, high importance was on 'There are attractive landscapes.' ($4.52\;{\pm}\;0.56$), 'Accommodations with reasonable price.' ($4.18\;{\pm}\;0.80$), and 'The food of the area is famous.' ($4.15\;{\pm}\;0.73$); and the properties such as 'There are local specialty shops or markets selling local produce.' ($3.03\;{\pm}\;0.83$), 'The climate is temperate.' ($3.03\;{\pm}\;0.87$), and 'There are attractive landscapes.' ($3.02\;{\pm}\;0.98$) showed average performance. A factor analysis about consumers' importances to the food tourism properties shows that the factors were divided into four kinds and each of the factors were named as 'convenience-stable propensity', 'valued-oriented propensity', 'adventurous-aggressive propensity' and 'traditional-active propensity'. Variance ratios of each factor were 22.319%, 10.286%, 8.723% and 6.239%, respectively. According to the result of a reliability analysis, Cronbach's alpha value was 0.8621, implying that reliability of each item was very high. Therefore, it is considered that development of food tourism products and promotion strategies therefore should be designed based on the importance of food tourism properties hereafter.

Effect of Listening to Music on Speech Anxiety among Middle-school Female Students (음악청취가 중학생의 발표불안에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effect of listening to music on the reduction of public speech anxiety among middle-school female students. The subjects were 66 female first graders, 33 of the experimental and another 33 of the control group selected from two classes of C middle school in Chonan city. The level of anxiety (SAS) was rated by the subjects through self-report and the speech behavior (SBES) of the subjects were evaluated by a teacher before, a week after and two weeks after the speech trials. 64 pieces of music were selected based on the music therapy-related references. After 23 out of 64 pieces were selected for the preliminary experiment and 7 pieces as having positive effects through evaluating those 23 pieces in the other class in the same gaders were finally selected. Subjects listened to music for 40 min two times a day for two weeks with a cassette player in the classroom. The result yielded the followings: 1) Self-reported public speech anxiety decreased both in the experimental and control groups. However, there found more decrease in the music-listening group than in the non-listening music group. 2) The public speech behavior improved both in the experimental and control groups with on difference between the two groups. This suggests a possibility that SBES may not be a accurate measure to evaluate the speech anxiety. We conclude that two-week listening to music has the effect reduction on speech anxiety.

Actual Use Condition and Satisfaction of Dietitians and Cooks over Combi-steam Oven of School Foodservices in Gyeonggi (경기도지역 학교급식 다기능오븐의 이용실태 및 영양(교)사와 조리사의 만족도)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the actual utilization condition of combi-steam ovens and to evaluate the importance and the satisfaction of dietitians and cooks who used the oven in school foodservice. A survey of 300 schools, 1 dietitian and 1 cook from each school respectively; total 600, was conducted and 202 completed questionnaires were available for the purpose of the statistical evaluation. The main results of this study were summarized as follows: Among the schools, 70.5% set up the oven during 2007~2009, the most commonly used cooking method was 'Baking (87.0%)' and the way of acquiring recipes for the oven was 'from oven manufacturing company (50.0%)'. The advantage of using the oven was 'the convenient use of the oven (63.3%)' and the disadvantage was 'Difficulty of cooking foods evenly (59.8%)'. The degree of importance and satisfaction on twenty six attributes were measured according to type of school, location of school, number of meal service per day, and number of total serving per day. Among quality attributes of importance of the oven utilization, 19/18 characteristics were assessed over 4 point (important) out of 5 scale by dietitians/cooks respectively and in satisfaction 16/18 were over 4 points (satisfied) by dietitians/cooks respectively. When it comes to the most satisfied factor of combi-steam oven, 'Improvement of cooking baked foods' was highest for dietitians (4.60 point) and 'Checking temperature of cooked foods' was for cooks (4.49 point). In overall satisfaction of the oven use, the average score was 4.10 point for dietitians, 3.98 point for cooks out of a 5 point scale. Using the survey results as a base, school foodservices are required to use the combi-steam oven efficiently to serve high quality of meals for students.
