Determination of Proper Design Speed at Inter-Change Ramp in a Highway (입체교차로 유.출입 접속부의 적정 설계속도 결정)

  • Recently, the government has adjusted the 4th National Master Plan in an effect to achieve balanced national land development. However, the current traffic accident index ranks among the lowest in OECD countries, ranking 25th out of 29 countries. Therefore, this study is aimed at indicating problems with National Expressway and local roads developing a solution by analyzing the problems and suggesting the most appropriate design speed for inter-changes where the traffic accidents occur frequently. With the results, it is to obtain a design speed decision formula at interchange branch points to prevent traffic accidents, secure safe and optimal road conditions and maximize traffic load capability.

  • 본 연구는 내수침수에 의한 침수면적 예측을 위한 강우특성과 1차원 유출모형의 유출특성 및 월류특성 자료를 이용한 침수면적의 정확도를 다양한 호우사상을 적용하여 분석하였다. 국내에서 침수 취약지역 예측을 위해서 강우-유출모형의 유출량 예측 즉 홍수추적을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 기존 모형이 홍수추적을 중심으로 이루어진 것은 대유역의 경우에 XP-SWMM 모형과 같은 정밀모형을 이용할 경우 긴 모의시간으로 인하여 예경보 발령을 위한 골든타임 확보가 어려우며, 홍수량 예측을 통하여 예측된 침수피해에 대한 정밀도 확보가 어렵기 때문에 실제 상황에 적용하기 어려운 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 컴퓨터 하드웨어의 발전에 따른 연산속도의 증가와 빅데이터 처리기술을 발전에 따라서 10년 전과 비교하여 2차원 침수면적 예측시간이 단축되기는 하였지만, 실제 침수면적 예측에 적용하기는 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 모의시간이 짧은 1차원 강우-유출모형, 1차원 도시유출모형을 이용한 침수면적 예측방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 홍수피해 예측을 위하여 다양한 수문학적 인자의 영향 분석을 위해서 XP-SWMM 모형의 다양한 형태의 강우입력자료에 따른 1차원 유출 모의결과와 2차원 지표류 모의결과를 이용하여, 2차원 침수면적 예측결과를 추정하기 위한 수문학적 인자의 적용방법에 대하여 분석하였다. 모의시간이 짧은 강우-유출모형과 1차원 도시유출모형을 이용하여 도출한 수문학적 인자를 이용한 침수면적의 추정방법을 분석을 비교분석함으로써 침수면적 예측 시스템 구축방안에 대하여 구체적인 수문학적 인자들 생성을 위한 단계적 모형 적용방안 수립을 위한 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 속도 포화이후 채널에 발생한느 과잉 캐리어에 의한 채널전하으 발생과 그 영향에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 일반적으로 게이트의 길이가 짧은 GaAs MESFET에서 속도 포화지점에서 전류의 포화가 발생한다. 본 논문은 속도 포화이후 드레인 전압의 증가에 의하여 유입되는 캐리어와 유출되는 캐리어의 차에 의하여 발생하는 채널의 과잉 캐리어에 발생과 이로인해 채널에 쌓이는 채널의 전기적인 특성을 설명하고 있다.

  • 핵연료의 피복관은 핵분열로부터 발생하는 방사성 핵분열생성물이 외부로 유출되는 것을 차단하는 첫번째 방어막의 역할을 하며, 피복관의 건전성은 정상 상태는 물론 이고 사고시에도 위해한 핵분열생성물의 방출을 억제하는 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있도록 유지되어야 한다. 단사정 산화막 영역에서만 수증기 압력에 의한 산화가속 효과가 존재하는데, 아직 이를 설명할 수 있는 산화속도 모형이 설정되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에선 실험자료를 근거로 하여, 절실히 요구되는 $1000^{\circ}C$ 이하 영역에서 의 수증기 압력을 고려한 산화속도식을 개발하여, 보다 정확한 원전 사고해석이 가능 하도록 하는데 기여하려 한다.

  • I study for design criteria and research about Interchange diverging area of express highway and freeway, the most recent, at interchange diversion of express highway and freeway, design criteria and researches are focus on safety guarantee a point of view movement dynamics of vehicle and road geometric as to transition section, deceleration section, curve radius, nose section, outflow angle etc, that is, design criteria and research of Interchange diverging area have not consider a point of view movement dynamics of vehicle and road geometric and driver, so that I will be focus characteristic of runing speed on trasion curve. and I will consider vehicle running speed characteristics and study problem of Interchange diverging area design criteria. For this study, First, analysis meaning about theory of now design criteria, Second, look at vehicle running speed and traffic accident characteristics of Interchange diverging area, Third, propose new deceleration transition curve design method get along vehicle running speed characteristics of Interchange diverging area. new deceleration transition curve design method put out new outcoums, that is, I definite cause to safety new deceleration transition curve design method better than pressently, used design criteria of Interchange diverging area, especially, deceleration transition curve design criteria produced good result in the running speed 50km/h, 40km/h, that is inertia better than inertia of present used design criteria. and deceleration transition curve is extended better than present transition curve criteria, so that new deceleration transition curve design method safety is good better than the past method safety.

Recent Changes of Sedimentation Rate in Lake Takkobu, Northern Japan, Determined 210Pb Dating (210Pb 연대측정에 의한 일본 타호부호수의 토사퇴적속도 변화 분석)

  • $^{210}Pb$ dating was conducted to examine the influence of land use changes in the forest catchment on lake sedimentation. The Kushiro River, into which Lake Takkobu drains under regular flow conditions, contributed to an increased sedimentation rate in sampling point at the lake outflow because turbid water from the Kushiro River flows back into Lake Takkobu during floods. The elevated sediment flux from the catchment dilutes the $^{210}Pb$ concentration in sampling points at the inflow of the Takkobu River and the lake outflow, which causes fluctuations in the $^{210}Pb$ concentrations in sediment cores. The $^{210}Pb$ dating was estimated using the CRS (Constant rate of Supply) model. The dates by the CRS model in Lake Takkobu profiles were in good agreement with the dates by $^{137}Cs$. Sedimentation rates reconstructed for the past 100-150 years suggested that sedimentation rates increased drastically following land use changes. While a natural sedimentation rate of $0.01-0.03g/cm^2/year$ is observed until the 1880s, whereas lake sedimentation accelerated to $0.03-0.09g/cm^2/year$ following land use changes such as deforestation and channelization, between the 1880s and 1940s. In particular, the sedimentation rates have been associated with deforestation, channelization, agricultural development and road construction, since the 1980s, and these rates were about 9-28 times higher than those under natural conditions, leading to accelerated lake shallowing.

  • Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the base drag characteristics of a base bleed projectile with a central propulsive jet by considering the base homing process. Overall fluid dynamic process is modeled by Wavier-Stokes equations for reacting flows with two-equation $k-\omega$ SST turbulence closure. The combustion process is modeled by finite-rate chemistry with a given partially burned exit condition of the BBU (base-bleed unit). Besides the demonstrating the capability of the present CFD solver for the base drag and the interaction of the base flow with a rocket plume, present study gives an insight into the fluid dynamics and the combustion process of the hybrid-propulsion projectile.

부유성 HNS의 근접영역의 확산 특성에 대한 수치해석

  • 해양 HNS(Hazardous and Noxious Substances)의 유출 사고 시, 막대한 인명 피해와 환경 훼손을 피하기 위해 유출 사고 조기 예측과 정확한 확산 경로를 예측하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구의 최종목적은 전산유체역학을 이용하여 HNS사고가 발생하였을 때 위험구역을 적절히 예측할 수 있는 수치해석기법을 개발하고, 다양한 해양사고조건과 환경영향을 고려하여 근접역에서의 2차원 확산 특성을 고찰하고 확산 현상을 예측하기 위한 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 상용코드인 ANSYS FLUENT(V. 17.2)을 사용하여 근접역에서의 2차원 확산특성을 모사하고 분석하였다. 특히, 누출된 HNS의 위치별 농도를 예측하기 위해 종수송방정식(Species Transport Equation)을 이용하였으며 RANS(Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes) 방정식과 표준 $k-{\varepsilon}$ 모델을 이용하여 난류유동을 모사하였다. 해석된 결과는 문헌에서 얻어진 실험데이터와 상호비교하였으며 해수의 유속, HNS의 밀도에 따른 유층 두께, 해수면 HNS 평균 농도 그리고 HNS 전파 속도를 분석하였다. 유층 두께는 해류 유속에 따라 변화하며 변화 경향에 따라 두 구간으로 나눌 수 있다. 해류 전파 속도는 대체로 해류 유속과 선형적 비례관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 해수면 평균 HNS 농도는 해류 유속에 선형적으로 비례하여 감소하며, HNS 밀도가 큰 경우 해수면 평균 HNS 체적 농도는 더 빠르게 감소하게 된다. 이러한 결과는 HNS 확산 특성을 분석하고 관련된 예측모델을 개발하는 데에 기여할 수 있다.

Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Yellowfin Sole Skin Gelatin in a Continuous Hollow Fiber Membrane Reactor (연속식 중공사막 반응기를 이용한 각시가자미피 젤라틴의 가수분해)

  • A continuous hollow fiber membrane reactor(CHFMR) was developed and optimized for the production of yellowfin sole(Limanda aspera) skin gelatin hydrolysates using trypsin. The results were summerized as follows: The $K_m$ value of the CHFMR was 2.4 times higher than that of the batch reactor, indicating reduced enzyme affinity for the substrate. The $K_2$ value of the CHFMR was 8.5 times lower than that of the batch process, showing a significant reduction in trypsin activity in the CHFMR. The optimum operating conditions for the CHFMR process were $55^{\circ}C$, pH 9.0, flux 7.79 ml/min, residence time 77min, and trypsin to substrate ratio, 0.01(w/w) After operating for 60min under the above conditions, $79\%$ of the total amount of initial gelatin was hydrolysed. Enzyme leakage was observed through the 10,000 MWCO membrane after the 20min of reactor operation, while none occurred after 5hr. Total enzyme leakage was about $12.95\%$ at $55^{\circ}C$ for 5hrs. However, there was no apparent correlation between enzyme leakage and substrate hydrolysis. The membrane has a significant effect on trypsin activity loss for 60min of the CHFMR operation. The CHFMR operating with the membrane lost $34\%$ of the initial activity versus a $23\%$ loss of activity after 3hr in the continuous reactor lacking the hollow fiber membrane. The measurement of fouling property showed that relative flux reduction was $91\%$ and flux recover rate was $92\%$ at $10\%$ substrate solution. The productivity(378.85mg product/mg enzyme) of the CHFMR was more than 4 times higher than that of the batch reactor at $55^{\circ}C$.

The Continuous Measurement of CO2 Efflux from the Forest Soil Surface by Multi-Channel Automated Chamber Systems (다중채널 자동챔버시스템에 의한 삼림토양의 이산화탄소 유출량의 연속측정)

  • Multichannel automated chamber systems (MCACs) were developed for the continuous monitoring of soil CO2 efflux in forest ecosystems. The MCACs mainly consisted of four modules: eight soil chambers with lids that automatically open and close, an infrared CO2 analyzer equipped with eight multichannel gas samplers, an electronic controller with time-relay circuits, and a programmable logic datalogger. To examine the stability and reliability of the developed MCACs in the field during all seasons with a high temporal resolution, as well as the effects of temperature and soil water content on soil CO2 efflux rates, we continuously measured the soil CO2 efflux rates and micrometeorological factors at the Nam-san experimental site in a Quercus mongolica forest floor using the MCACs from January to December 2010. The diurnal and seasonal variations in soil CO2 efflux rates markedly followed the patterns of changes in temperature factors. During the entire experimental period, the soil CO2 efflux rates were strongly correlated with the temperature at a soil depth of 5 cm (r2 = 0.92) but were weakly correlated with the soil water content (r2 = 0.27). The annual sensitivity of soil CO2 efflux to temperature (Q10) in this forest ranged from 2.23 to 3.0, which was in agreement with other studies on temperate deciduous forests. The annual mean soil CO2 efflux measured by the MCACs was approximately 11.1 g CO2 m-2 day-1. These results indicate that the MCACs can be used for the continuous long-term measurements of soil CO2 efflux in the field and for simultaneously determining the impacts of micrometeorological factors.
