  • The purpose of this study was to identify the underlying dimensions of push and pull motivators for Soraksan, Kayasan, Naejangsan, and Pukhansan national parks in mountain regions. This study also examined the nature and extent of the reciprocal relationship between the push and pull factors. The result showed that four dimensions were derived from 12 push items, which were cultural and natural experience, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivators. Three dimensions also were derived from 12 pull items, which were facilities and culture, nature, and accessibility. The push and pull dimensions were correlated and regressed against each other. Given the nature of relationship between the push and pull factors, facilities and culture pull factor was affected by the cultural and natural experience motivation. Nature pull factor had strongly associated with culture and nature, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivations. Finally, accessible attraction pull factor had a positive relationship with health motivator, however, had a negative with cultural and natural experiencing motivation.

  • This research examines the push and pull factors of temple stay in Korean national parks. 152 participants of temple stay in Woljeongsa and Guryongsa in national parks in Gangwon-do area completed a survey to access their reasons for participating in temple stay(push factors) and to evaluate how well the visiting experience performed on a selected set of attributes(push factors). Demographics of respondents were similar to the visitor characteristics of Korean national parks. The result of factor analysis identified 6 push factor domains of 'self actualization', 'health enhancement', 'nature assimilation', 'relationship elevation', 'religious experience', and 'leisure experience'. 6 pull factor domains were 'recuperative quality', 'quality of a temple stay program', 'attributes of a temple', 'user convenience', 'tourism experience' and 'accessibility and transportation'. Satisfaction level of temple stay in a national park was very high of 4.71 in a 5 Likert scale. Gangwon- Do was most preferred with the percentage of 89.2 as a suitable area for temple stay in a national park. Findings of multi-dimensional tourism motivations of temple stay in a national park that encompass nature tourism, cultural tourism and religious tourism is expected to provide useful information for the future development of a more competitive temple stay program and a marketing strategy. However, more defined successive research work is required to generalize findings of wellness oriented push and pull factors of temple stay based on nature in national parks.

The study was a quantitative study part in mixed methods (QUAL ${\rightarrow}$ quan) which was mainly qualitative study and quantitative study. Mail survey was carried out for quantitative study. For study subjects, 1,281 persons who completed 'Food Service Management Professional Program' of 'Y' University were selected as a population because the program was mainly for CFMC's workers. The analysis methods used in this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17.0. Push factors had the saturation in domestic market and the manager's purpose (fac.1) and the investment for internationalization (fac.2). Pull factors had the company's external environment for internationalization (fac.3) and the global network and spread of culture (fac.4). Push-pull interactive factors had the information about foreign market (fac.5), the procedure and budget of overseas expansion (fac.6) and the national network and size of domestic market (fac.7). Internal dynamics factors had the deterrents for internationalization (fac.8) and the enablers for internationalization (fac.9). The result showed that the company's external environment in pull factors had positive effects on the deterrents for internationalization. The global network and the spread of culture had positive effects on the enablers for internationalization. The information about foreign market in push-pull interactive factors had positive effects on the deterrents and enablers for internationalization. The national network and the size of domestic market had positive effects on the enablers for internationalization. The deterrents and enablers for internationalization had positive effects on the level of internationalization, and the deterrents had more effects on the level of internationalization than the enablers did (${\beta}$= .492 > .177).

  • This study was conducted with the purpose of understanding the factors that influence smartphone addiction on adolescents' school adaptation. The subjects were examined with a focus on students currently attending middle schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 to examine the factors influencing school adaptation, focusing on the inducements and forced inducements that lead teenagers to fall into smartphone addiction. As a result of the analysis, it was found that anonymity and desire satisfaction among the attractive factors leading to smartphone addiction have a negative impact on school adaptation, and the forcing factors that cause adolescents to become overly dependent on smartphones include online games, online chatting, online addiction, and social interaction. It was analyzed that both action and information search had a negative impact on adolescents' school adaptation. Based on the above results, policy recommendations were presented by considering the points pointed out by the two discovered factors.

  • Smart phones become essential goods for our life. As the technology are developing, and the market becomes saturated, it is important to understand the determinants affecting purchase of smart phones. In this paper, to understand these determinants factor analysis and binary logistics regression is used. Toward this, we first define the determinants into 3 categories: customer satisfaction, switching barrier, and switching attractiveness based on literature review. Furthermore, we develop 9 hypotheses to test with survey data using factor analysis and binary logistics regression. The results show that the six factors (data quality, price satisfaction, corporate image, the burden of new contract, attraction of devices and attraction of other competitors) are significant when customers buy smart phones.

  • This study has sought to analyze factors affecting work and work preference of older adults at national and individual level. A few theoretical hypotheses such as economic need versus job opportunity (or employability), attitude toward paid work, pull effect versus push effect were tested for citizens in eighteen OECD countries with International Social Survey dataset(2005) using multi-level analysis. Main findings are as follows. First, most older adults wanted to work regardless of the socio-economic status, which implies that non-work of older adults would be due to involuntary constraint rather than voluntary choice. Second, there existed class inequality in that the higher class tended to involve paid work more than the lower class did among 55-64 age group. Third, the push factor such as part-time employment ratio, rather than the generosity of social security, explained the work and retirement patterns better. In conclusion, at least from the comparative perspective, the main problem of older adults' work seems to be of labour demand rather than of labour supply, to be of labour market structure and work opportunity rather than of the pull factor.

  • In this study, I analyzed the inducing and hindering factors of online shopping malls on browsers in the process of browsing fashion products in online shopping malls. In-depth interviews were conducted by presenting browsing-related questions to women in their 20s and 50s who are interested in browsing fashion products online. Based on the answers of the interviewees, using grounded theory, we analyzed and presented six factors such as price factor, promotion factor, purchase review factor, visual information factor, product information factor, and service factor. Based on inducing and hindering factors to browsing analyzed in this study, a strategy to design a browsing environment in terms of shopping malls was suggested, which will be helpful for practical strategies and marketing in related industries. Basic data will be presented in a thesis on a new type of shopping mall browsing environment related to the rapidly developing information and communication technology. In addition, the negative emotions experienced in relation to the detrimental factors of shopping malls in the browsing process are expected to be helpful in researching fashion product browsing related to consumer psychology.
