Development of Human Resource Management Program for Protected Horticulture (시설재배 인력관리 프로그램 개발)

  • This study aimed to develop and verify the smart human resource management (HRM) program in a large scale greenhouse. HRM program delivers detailed work orders to workers and gathers work results by mobile phone application. Greenhouse managers can monitor the workload, work speed, quality of employee by HRM program and can analyse performance easily. Greenhouse Managers can set the work speed including 'twisting', 'trimming' and 'harvesting' in a greenhouse. It makes planning work schedule and assigns resources to each specific job easier. Therefore, the manager can arrange the number of employees to promote work performance and also easy to estimate the labor shortage. Greenhouse managers can evaluate the adequacy of the number of employees through job performance analysis by period and adjusts the supply/demand ratio of regular and non-regular employees. The HRM program can improve work efficiency by announcing the real-time work performance of all employees on a monitor screen to induce competition among workers and re-educate unripe employees who accomplish behind average to improving work skills.

Evaluation of Resolution of UAV-Image Using Circular Target (Circular target을 이용한 무인항공영상의 해상도 평가)

  • We propose a method to evaluate a Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) using a circular target. In addition, a MATLAB GUI-based resolution analysis tool was developed to enhance the reliability of UAV image quality and the efficiency of the work. For this purpose, images were taken with an FC-6310 during flights at altitudes of 80 m, 120 m, and 150 m and by an iXM-100 at altitudes of 150 m, 200 m, and 400 m. The MTFs of UAV images were compared with traditional photogrammetry by measuring and analyzing MTFs on images taken by the UltraCAM Eagle Mark-2 sensor at a flight altitude of 1000 m. The results show that ${\sigma}MTF$ of the FC-6310 were 0.431(80 m), 0.524(120 m), and 0.699(150 m), and those of the iXM-100 were 0.332(150 m), 0.393(200 m), and 0.631(400 m), respectively. At the altitude of 150 m, the image quality of the iXM-100, which has a high-performance camera, was very high, and the effect of the camera performance on the image quality was confirmed. In addition, the ${\sigma}MTF$ of the UltraCAM Eagle Mark-2 was 0.711 due to the high flight altitude. This was the worst value among all UAV images. However, the ${\sigma}MTF$ of the FC-6310 at 150-m altitude was 0.699, which is almost the same as that of a manned aerial image.

  • Recently, many studies for interoperability of UAV in the NAS has been performed since the application range and demand of UAV are continuously increased. For the interoperation of UAV in the NAS, technical standards and certification system for UAV which is equivalent to the commercial aircraft are required and test and evaluation methodology must be presented by standards. In this paper, qualification test and evaluation methodology aboutfor the UAV navigation system is proposed. For the research, the mission profile and operation environment of UAV were analyzed. Thereafter the test criteria were derived and the test methodology were established. Finally, the simulation and demonstration using test-bed UAV were performed. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the navigation system of test UAV has a position accuracy about 1.4 meters at 95% confidence level in the entire flight stage.

  • Lately construction industry tends to prefer remodeling of existing buildings rather than new construction or reconstruction of buildings due to strengthening of several restriction related to real estates along with prolonged depression. And also, remodeling of building costs less and creates less wastes compared to reconstruction and so it is more profitable in financial and environmental view. However remodeling is process of creating new environment with existing building. Therefor remodeling must follow the procedure realizing problem and fix the problem based on through investigation on existing building and users requirement must be faithfully reflected. Specially in case of apartment houses, since vagueness on ownership and management authority on common parts exists. Hereupon, in this study we are to present the procedure of analyzing apartment house remodeling method through user requirement by approaching to several considerable factors in user request side.

  • 던지기는 시간 효율이 높은 물체 수송 방법이나 그 정확성을 위해서는 다양한 물리적인 변인들을 고려해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정확한 던지기에 영향을 주는 변인들을 설정하여 물체를 정확하게 던지는 해를 찾는 유전 알고리즘을 설계하고, 이를 4자유도 로봇팔에 적용시켰다. 하드웨어는 TETRIX와 EV3 플랫폼을 이용하여 설계하였고, 소프트웨어는 LabVIEW 2014를 이용하여 구현하였다. 또한 물체가 던져질 때마다 위치와 각 변인들의 값을 수집하고, 이를 통계적으로 분석하여 던지기의 정확성에 대한 각 관절의 기여도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 물체를 정확히 던지는 기계를 설계하거나 사람의 던지는 동작을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 로봇 프로그래밍은 학생들의 논리적 사고와 문제 해결력, 창의력 등의 고등 사고능력 함양에 적합한 학습 도구이다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교육과정 중 고학년 과학의 에너지 단원에서의 학습 도구로서 로봇을 활용한 프로그래밍 교육방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 초등학교에서 로봇 프로그래밍을 활용하여 통합교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 차후, 개발된 프로그램을 적용하여 학교에서 교육적 활용 및 일반화 가능성과 학생들의 고등 사고 능력 증진과의 관계를 알아볼 계획이다.

Application Analysis of a Resistive type SFCL for Distribution Systems (배전시스템에서의 저항형 초전도 한류기 파라미터 산정방법)

  • Since the discovery of the high temperature superconductors, many researches have been performed for the practical applications of superconductivity technologies in various fields. As results. significant progress has been achieved. Especially, Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) offers an attractive means to limit fault current in power systems. In order to verify the effectiveness of the SFCL, in this paper, the analysis of fault current and voltage stability assessment in a distribution system are performed by the PSCAD/EMTDC-based simulation method in which a component for resistive type ot SFCL is presented. Through the simulation. the advantage of SFCL application is shown, and the effective parameters of the SFCL are also recommended.

지식검색서비스 사용자만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

  • 지식검색서비스의 사용자들이 많아지면서 정보를 획득하고 전파하는 새로운 방법으로 각광받고 있고 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단순히 사용자의 만족도에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구와 더불어 개인이 느끼는 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력에 따라 지식검색서비스에 대한 만족도가 상이할 것이라는 가정 하에 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 만족도에 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조절 변수로 사용한 자기 효능감은 서비스 품질에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 자기 효능감은 정보품질과 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 앞으로 지식검색서비스 사용자 만족도에 대한 연구들이 더욱 활발히 진행되고 사용자들을 유인할 수 있는 컨텐츠의 개발에 도움이 되고 사용자들의 손쉬운 정보 공유와 활용에 더 큰 역할을 할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.

  • 최근 들어 데이터, 음성 위주의 통신 산업과 영상중심의 방송 산업이 빠르게 융합되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IP 기반의 멀티미디어 스트리밍 전송이 가능하도록 네트워크 대역폭의 사용을 최소화하여 특정 채널에 대한 멀티미디어 서비스뿐만 아니라 여러 채널을 동시에 사용자가 서비스 받을 수 있도록 멀티 접근 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 네트워크의 지연을 흡수 할 수 있는 버퍼링 기법, 안정적인 채널 대역폭 할당 및 유지를 위한 객체 모델을 설계 하고자 한다.

  • Electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) is used to overcome power quality problem caused by output power oscillation of wind turbines. A novel EDLC application for permanent magnet synchronous generator type wind power generation system is proposed in this paper. The structure of the proposed system is cost-effective and efficient. The proposed system including an EDLC is modeled and analyzed by PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show the effectiveness and major features of the proposed system.
