Feasibility Study of Credit Rating Upgrading through Technology Evaluation of SMEs (중소기업의 기술력평가를 통한 신용등급 상향의 타당성 연구)

  • Technology finance is an area in which financial authorities have introduced and implemented a strong policy will for the advancement of the financial industry and the development of SMEs. As a result, the Bank's own technology evaluation was conducted from September 2016. Technically superior companies are upgrading their credit ratings, and as a result, they benefit from financial transactions as much as their higher credit ratings through technology evaluation. Based on the data generated during this process, we analyze the degree to which credit ratings was upgraded by technology evaluation. The pre study handles 406 data from KEB Hana Bank's technology evaluation conducted in the second half of 2016. As a result of combining the credit rating with the calculated technology rating, J58 'Publishing Activities' technology-credit rating is raised by 1.05 rating, which is the highest, and C10 'Manufacture of Food Products' is the second highest. As a result, we were able to identify the sectors that benefited from the technology evaluation and confirmed the usefulness of technology evaluation by industry(KSIC). To expanding the study, 2,719 companies evaluated during the entire period were analyzed by technology grade, business experience and promising growth industry code. As a result of the analysis, technological power over T-4 grade companies had the highest credit rating upgrades. The companies belonging to promising growth industries designated for efficiency of policy support, it is confirm that the support of the promising business type was useful because the credit grade was upgraded through technology evaluation. The validity of the technology evaluation based on the five-year business experience was found to be insignificant. In the future, it will be possible to maximize the support effect by concentration on the companies with over T-4 grade and growth potential companies when supporting SMEs.

  • 마찰용접은 접합하려는 재료를 접촉시켜 일정 압력과 동시에 회전 운동을 가하여 접촉면간에 마찰열을 발생시켜 재료가 충분한 온도에 도달될 때 회전운동을 급정지하고 최종압력을 가하여 접합시키는 방법이다. 국내에서는 지금까지 확인된 자료에 의하면 총 보유대수 20대중 자동차 부품 생산에 12대, 연구용 3대, 기타 5대로서 대부분 자동차부품 생사에 투입되고 있으며, 앞으로 부품류 생산에도 적용가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 그러나 국내 자동차산업은 발전 유망업종이 되고 있을뿐더러 엔화 상승으로 인한 부품의국산화 대책이 활발히 논의되고 있어서, 국내 산업 발전을 위해서는 마찰용접기의 국산화 및 마찰용접의 기업화 적용에 대한 연구가 시급한 실정 이다.

Especially the small and middle enterprises are inferior to the large enterprises in every way likes technology development, marketing and human resources etc. So, it can be a decisive decision making to branch out to them.   • To use of industrial wastes as sources of fertilizer, the waste materials from 75 factories through-out the country were collected and analyzed. The wastes from fermentation, paper manufacture, food processing and textile industries might be useful sources of fertilizer. They contained high organic matters, nutrients and relatively low heavy metals.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스를 비롯한 정보기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 GIS를 통하여 누구나 일상 속에서 직접 지리정보를 활용할 수 있게 되면서 공공분야 및 연관 산업분야에 큰 파급효과를 가져오고 있다. 특히, 지리정보의 유통 방식이 기존의 공급자가 제공하는 지리정보에 대해 조회 위주에서 벗어나 현장에서 실시간으로 지리정보를 가공하고 직접 갱신할 수 있는 양방향 서비스로 진화하면서, GIS는 u-City 구현에 필수적인 위치기반 공공서비스 인프라 구현을 통해 민간의 내비게이션, 텔레매틱스 등 관련분야 시장규모가 해마다 급속히 성장하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 상승세에도 불구하고 여전히 기관마다 서로 유사한 서비스를 제공하는 경우가 빈번하고, 민간의 대다수 유관업체들 역시 아직 지속적인 수익모델을 찾지 못해 단말기 제조 등 특정 분야에만 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 업종특성에 맞는 보다 구체적이고 유망한 신규 사업모델의 개발이 시급하다. 본 연구는 GIS 특성에 근거하여 사업모델 개발에 필요한 성공요인을 도출하고 그 타당성을 분석함으로서, 이를 통해 다양한 성공적인 지리정보 활용 비즈니스 모델의 구현과 평가에 기여하고자 한다.

  • Domestic franchise industry is a promising business to more than 10% per year growth rate and emerging as core of retail. In addition, due to the socio-cultural phenomena, including the retirement of the baby-boom generation, the growth of the franchise industry for some time expected to continue. But Domestic franchise reveals that limits to ensure for new franchisees because that few industries are concentrated to advance for franchisor and franchisees. Franchisors that within the industry came to a saturated, are for the growth and expansion of business into new industries to deploy as second, third brand. But reality is that the more success rather than failure. Therefore, in this study is a new brand development approach and case study results it focus on the BEERBARKET's successful story of INTO FRANCHISE SYSTEMS, INC. Case analysis results of this study, are reveled that franchise headquarters derived through research methods and research information, environmental survey and analysis should be continuously and objectively. Thus, based on the derived contents, the new brand Biz-Model should be established for recognition from the industry and customers. Ability to respond sensitively to changes in the environment and business activities can be associated with linking franchise headquarters belonging to the saturated competitive environment more is needed. Through proactively respond Franchise New business launching instance that BEERBARKET's successful story of INTO FRANCHISE SYSTEMS, INC. suggests the need to study about how to respond to environmental changes.
