본 연구는 도시규모 결정에 관해 수요 또는 공급측면만을 중시하는 재래식 접근 방 법을 통합, 개선하는 일반균형의 모형을 제시하고 이에 따라 국가 도시규모체계의 효율성을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 모형의 주요한 요소는 도시집적이익 및 불이익, 산업구조 그 리고 도시간 자원이동 및 무역을 통한 상호의존성 등이다. 엄밀한 이론적, 절대적 적정 도시 규모체계는 모든 도시가 완전자립 하에 단위도시 적정규모를 이루어 동일규모일 때 가능하 며 시민의 복지가 극대화된다. 그러나 실제 인적, 물적 이동성이 완벽하지 않은 현실 하에서 는 도시규모간 위계성이 생기게 되며 이는 도시간 무역을 가능케하여 상대적 도시규모의 적 정성을 대변해 준다.

Due to the increasing concerns with the North Korean defectors, the researches have been increased.. However when compared with other areas, the researches about the North Korean defectors are rare. The sample size of this study is 171, which makes it possible to do statistical inferences. This study examines the adjustment stress and the effect of social support on the adaptation. As a demographic factors, gender, age and education are controlled. The context factors-the period of the stay in the third place, the period of residence and the existence of the education in Korea- are used as control variables. The research results show that the jobless is an important stressor. The structural social support affects the adjustment of stress as a whole and not individually. Among functional social support, the emotional social support is an important factor of adaptation, but the effect of structural social support is the opposite. Therefore, the adequacy of social support must be considered.

The purpose of this study was to explore the moderating effect of learning strategy levels on the relationship between academic grit and career development competence perceived by high school students. The sample for this study comprised 573 high school students, and data analysis was conducted mainly using reliability analysis, correlation analysis, K-mean cluster analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the learning strategy levels moderated the relationship between academic grit and career development competence. This study suggest it is necessary to provide grit enhancement programs coupled with learning strategy levels in order to facilitate career development competence. The future studies need to explore the literature review for logical relationship between academic grit and career development competence, the qualitative approach for drawing on the theoretical models among the related variables, and the relational research to explore mediating or moderating effect of the individual backgrounds and related variables on the relationship between academic grit and career development competence.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of spacial structure from rural space to urban space and to examine the characteristic of spacial restructure, focusing on the Hwamyeong-Dong of Buk-gu in Busan. Hwamyeong-Dong has changed from rural area to urban area because of spacial expansion owing to industrialization and urbanization. The unique natural environment, rural village, etc. were disappeared and instead the apartment complex, commercial building, and so on were built. For this reason, historic and concrete place were vanished and so the spacial homogenization and uniformization were formed centering around apartment complex. But the singularity of Hwamyeong-Dong exposes in the way that unique history, custom and memory, trace of Hwamyeong-Dong preserved through the support and effort of the residents and that the Daechen stream changed to ecological stream. In addition, Hwamyeong-Dong altered heterogeneous, multi-layered urban space from homogeneous rural space in terms of the apartment supply sectors and scale, the distribution and kind of commercial facility, residents's composition. This has brought about the subdivision, hierarchization of the space as well as the residence, education, culture. Especially, Hwamyeong3-Dong that built to large scale apartment complex are significantly different from Hwamyeong2-Dong. Hwamyeong2-Dong is marginalizing step by step. However, It is found that the residents in Hwamyeong2-Dong are making an effort for liveable place with ecological residential community and educational cultural community as the center.

In the digital economy praising innovation, entrepreneurship has been strongly admired because it works as a foundation for successful innovation. In this paper, I will focus on the entrepreneurial attitude within an organization because the purpose of this paper is to clarify the organizational mechanism to facilitate the career starters' entrepreneurship in the digital age. From a psychosocial perspective, career starters seem to be so vulnerable and unstable because they are in their 20s as the most turbulent period during lifetime. For this reason, entrepreneurship for career starters needs to be reconsidered in terms of the uniqueness of young novice workers. While hierarchical organizational structure such as "atelier" is suggested in this paper, trustworthy leadership should be a basis of teamwork between veterans and novices.

This study is a exploratory research to develop standard measurement for service quality of public libraries through extracting common factors for them. It suggests that service quality of public libraries can be divided into three primary dimensions interaction of personnel, library resources and programs, physical environment and facilities and each dimensions be several sub-dimensions. It also suggests a third-order factor mode for public libraries' service quality based on the above dimensions and testifies it through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.

This paper analyzed the process of modernization in terms of the social structure in Geomundo. Before modernization, social structure in Geomundo was traditional society by a village unit. A village had community rituals and organization. There were independent parallel spatial structure among villages. In the early Japanese colonial period, 'forced modernization' had been occurred by Japanese immigrants settling in a separate living space. The modernization was transplanted in a new established village and diffused into other villages. In the process of forced modernization, the connection among villages was reinforced, as the result of that modern social organization was emerged, and the characteristics of community rituals had been changed. During modernization indigenization period, advanced fishery technology and distribution system occurred capitalist production system helping to place modern norms in the general daily life. In the late Japanese colonial period, aided organizations from local government and informal organizations reversed the trend of modernization through helping colonial exploitation policy. The spatial structure in Geomundo had become to hierarchical structure with intensified connectivity as the result of extensive spread of community territory. Modernization in Japanese colonial period was 'forced modernization' and could not re-established the community spirits. The community spirit has been broken up by dissolving the existing self regulating and self motivated organization.

The Korean government has established a plan on the 'service operating system of public libraries', which divides the local libraries into a central library, regional libraries, and small branches. However, due to the low interest of the libraries and, above all, the structural problems caused by the dualization of the library administrative bodies, no action plans have been developed. This study intends to propose an integrated operating system for public libraries in Busan metropolitan and to design specific roles and functions according to the library status. To the ends, this study examined the Korean government's plan for public library operation, analyzed the operation cases of foreign public libraries, and finally suggested the detailed action plan of an integrated operating system based on the case of Busan Metropolitan City. The data were collected from literature review and on site field survey, supplemented by e-mail inquiry and official statistical information.

This study analyzed the determinants that affect employment retention rate in order to diagnose dynamic employment stability in Korea. For this analysis, we constructed multi-level hierarchical data linking Workplace panel survey data and employment insurance job history data. And the determinants were analyzed using a multi-level analysis model suitable for these data. As result of the analysis, it is estimated that the employment stability is very low in Korea due to the widespread existence of the marginal sectors with low wage level and high level of nonstandard employment. In addition, the results of this analysis show that employment structure of Korea occupies considerable area of short-term employment where employment and unemployment are repeated, and overall employment stability is weak. This fact is likely to be a limiting factor for continued growth, as there is limited opportunity for skill development and skills formation at the corporate and individual levels. According to the results of this analysis, it is required to improve the quality of the employment structure for continuous growth and skill formation.

Game industry has been grown up with invigorating online game since 1990s and increased in the spending side by focusing on commercial business. Game, however, has displayed a role that can producing cyber culture with Machinima that is a kind of movie made by a game engine. It should be discussed that non-linear activity of game is disclosed being closely connected with the environment of online space. Accordingly, there are three ways for this study. The first, characteristics of game environment taken non-linear effect related to hypertext space is researched. The second, Machinima is discussed as expansion of hypertext literature. And the last, considering game as consumption of just playing, game is able to become the subject role that can create virtual culture with making a variety of Machinima. consequently, through dichotomy and a liner form between consumption and production in hypertext space leaded to non-liner situation, positive and active features of game that has taken the activity of virtual reality into the multimedia literature would be delivered.
