This paper examines the extent and rate of adoption of five Web 2.0 applications (RSS, blog, tagging, podcast, and wiki) in 111 American Research Association (ARL) libraries and identifies institutional factors associated with Web 2.0 adoption. The popularity of Web 2.0 continues to grow, both in terms of the total number of adopting libraries and the adoption rate. Wiki adopter libraries are in larger universities, have larger professional staff, and are more acceptable to electronic resources than the non-adopters.

현재 웹서버 중 가장 많이 이용하는 아파치 웹서버는 안정적이며 다양한 기능을 제공한다. 특히, 차기버전인 아파치 2.0은 다중 스레드 및 파일 캐쉬를 기본적으로 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 아직 가지 연구가 활발하지 않은 아파치 2.0에 대한 성능 분석을 하였다. 아파치 2.0과 1.3의 성능 비교에 대한 실험 결과 아파치 2.0은 1.3보다 처리율이 최고 25% 향상된 모습을 나타내었고, 사용자 응답시간은 평균 23% 향상되었다.

최근, 참여, 공유, 개방의 키워드를 가지고 웹 2.0 시대가 열렸다. 이러한 웹 2.0 시대의 키워드가 익숙해지기도 전에, 우리는 소통, 융합, 개인화라는 키워드를 지닌, 웹 3.0 시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 새로운 개념과 용어들은 이미 우리에게 혁명적 수준으로 주어질 뿐만 아니라, 이 시대를 살아가기 위한 기본 양식으로 자리매김하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)의 대표주자인 트위터 영향력 모델과 소통을 중요시하는 스타벅스 네트워크 영향력 모델을 소개하고, 이와 대비되는 새로운 영향력 표현 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 웹 3.0 환경을 적용한 쇼핑몰 플랫폼의 구축을 목표로 하며, 이를 통해 참여자들이 블록체인 기술을 이해하고 활용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 중점으로 한다. MetaMask[1] 결제 및 로그인 통합을 통해 사용자는 간편하게 결제하거나 로그인할 수 있으며, 블록체인 스마트컨트랙트를 기반으로한 결제 시스템을 도입하여 높은 수준의 보안을 제공한다. 또한, 웹 3.0 기술을 도입하여 분산형 데이터 저장 방식을 채택하여 차별성을 확보한다. 이 프로젝트는 기존 쇼핑몰의 효율성을 높이고 사용자들에게 현대 기술 트렌드를 체험하게 함으로써 웹 3.0 시대에 걸맞은 차별화된 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.

This paper reviewed the main characteristics of Web 2.0 and discussed the possible applications related to National Geographic Information Systems. In general, Web 2.0 refers to a next generation World Wide Web environment that let people participate and share information and data. The recent examples using Web 2.0 with geo-spatial information are convincing us apply Web 2.0 into National Geographic Information Systems. In order to imply Web 2.0 into National Geographic Information Systems, we should consider not only technological advancements related to providing the services but also shifting the relationship between information provider(government agencies) and end-users. In other words, new platform should be provided to users so that users can easily create, share, and mash-up data, which was previously managed and owned only by government agencies. Successful integration Web 2.0 platform into National Geographic Information Systems require some important points such that; 1) the consideration for the data should be changed from closed and agency owned data to opened and shared data. 2) data standards should be established to integrate all data from different sources. 3) real change need to be happened rather than different naming on the same system.

본 연구는 web3.0(웹3.0) 서버 환경에서 이더리움 시스템을 구현하려는 것에 목적이 있다. 이더리움 거래 시스템을 만들기 위해 서버 시스템은 web3.0(웹3.0)과 node.js를 사용하였으며, 알케미를 사용하여 기존의 서버 기능을 구현하였다. 또한, 이더리움 실제 거래를 구현하기 위해 메타마스크를 사용하였으며, 이더리움 거래한 데이터를 보기 위해 이더스캔을 사용하였다. 이더리움 거래는 가스를 이용하여 거래의 승인을 하며, 매수자와 매도자는 ERC-20으로 만들어진 토큰을 거래하여 서로의 거래가 성사된다. 그리고 매수자와 매도자의 데이터를 삽입하여 그 정보를 토대로 거래할 수 있게 하였고,. 본 연구에서는 부동산 거래정보를 반응형 웹에 넣어서 그 정보에 의하여 서로 거래가 이루어 질 수 있도록 하였다.

Several software programs such as Bobby and A-Prompt developed based on the W3C's WCAG 1.0 guidelines have been employed to evaluate the accessibility of web sites. Although these programs make an evaluation of web accessibility easy and objective, many researchers pointed out that the results of web accessibility are lack of reliability. Therefore, this study is intended to suggest the modified algorithms for evaluating web accessibility focused on the 'images' and 'tables'. To verify them, we compared the accessibility of the Korean governmental web sites with new and current algorithms, respectively. The results show that the suggested algorithms are more accurate than the existent one.

The Web2.0(Next Generation Web Service) is receiving attention by computer industry. Therefore Ajax(Asynchonous Javascript And in), a key RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology of Web 2.0 applications, has also been a matter of interest. And multiple Web applications which are based on Ajax are being developed and delivered. This paper deals with 'Scheduler Applications/Services' of the web application that utilize Ajax. Plus, this paper is aimed at developing, Project Management Scheduler and Project Roadmap, using web applications that utilize Ajax.

Advances in web technology have enabled technical convergence in various system environments to be carried out through the web interface. The Web can be categorized from the Web 1.0 to the 4.0, depending on its role, it has the characteristics of connects information, connects people, connects knowledge, and connects intelligence. In addition, various technological needs occurred through the mobile app during the 4th Industrial Revolution, and functions such as 3D, virtual reality, augmented reality, video/audio processing were enabled on the web, which was a simple means of providing information. Technical standards have been studied to support these period needs. In this paper, I would like to mention one of the Web assembly. We will explore ways to link and fuse Web assembly with existing web systems (or platforms) and analyze their technical implications through a variety of examples. In addition, we will conduct a study on the architecture that can fuse the existing javascript with the web assembly, and discuss the future direction of the study.

UDDI는 OASIS에 의해 표준화가 진행 중인 웹 서비스를 위한 레지스트리의 표준으로 최근에 버전 3.0이 공개되었다. 이 UDDI 3.0은 웹 서비스 기술을 구성하는 중요 기술 요소임에도 불구하고 그 표준의 복잡성으로 인하여 아직까지 국내외에서 구현된 사례가 전무하였다. 또한 국내에서의 웹 서비스 기술 이용이 급속히 증가함에 반해 이러한 기반 기술들에 대한 국내의 개발 활동은 아직까지도 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 중립적이면서 최근의 UDDI 3.0 표준을 지원하는 e-비즈니스 레지스트리 시스템을 개발함으로써 해당 기술의 국산화와 국내 e-비즈니스 시장의 활성화를 유도할 수 있도록 한다.
