영산강 수계내의 연구기관 및 지자체 등 유관기관에서는 각종 연구사업 및 조사사업이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 지속해 매년 많은 예산과 전문 인력이 투입되고 있다. 또한 수행된 사업에서 산출된 연구결과나 조사결과 등의 자료는 영산강 수계내의 유역특성, 수계특성, 하천특성, 호소특성 등을 분석하고 평가하는데 매우 유용한 자료로 활용된다. 이러한 관점에서 유역내의 전문가, 민간단체, 정부기관, 학계 등의 유기적인 교류를 통해 정보의 합리적 관리 및 공유가 필요하며, 서로의 이해관계를 유기적으로 결합하여, 더 나아가 TFT(Task Force Team) 운영 등의 방안도 제시할 수 있는 여건의 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영산강 웹기반 연구 네트워크 및 유역환경정보시스템을 통해 영산강 유역내의 물환경 인프라를 확충에 그 목적이 있다. 수계내의 기상, 수문 및 수질관련 자료를 구축하여 제공하며, 수질, 오염원, 생태조사 등의 현장조사에 의한 성과자료의 정보 활용을 위한 시스템을 구축하여, 조사연구사업 지원 및 환경정책결정 기초자료로 활용함으로써 관계기관과 전문가단체 등의 정보 교류의 장으로 활용하고자 한다. 또한 기존의 영산강 수계통합관리시스템의 연계를 통한 측정망자료 및 환경기초시설 현황 등의 자료의 접근을 강화하고자 한다.

Design Web Forensics algorithm and the Flow which used for Web log History analyses at server of e-mail, webmail, HTTP (Web BBS, Blog etc.), FTP, Telnet and messengers (MSN, NateOn, Yahoo, DaumTouch. BuddyBuddy, MsLee, AOL, SoftMe) of a company, and implement through coding. Therefore have a purpose of these paper to will contribute in scientific technical development regarding a crime cyber a computer through Web Forensics.

In this paper, we developed the web content of statistical analysis using statistical package and Active Server Page (ASP). A statistical package is very difficult to learn and use for non-statisticians, however, non-statisticians want to do analyze the data without learning statistical packages such as SAS, S-plus, and R. Therefore, we developed the web based statistical analysis contents using S-plus which is the popular statistical package and ASP. In real application, we developed the web content for various statistical analyses such as exploratory data analysis, analysis of variance, and time series on the web using water quality data. The developed statistical analysis web content is very useful for non-statisticians such as public service person and researcher. Consequently, combining a web based contents with a statistical package, the users can access the site quickly and analyze data easily.

정보화사회로의 이행에 있어 두드러진 특징 중 하나는 대규모의 자료를 저장, 관리하고 이를 온라인을 통해 원활하게 유통할 수 있는 정보서비스산업의 발전을 들 수있다. 웹정보콘텐츠란 웹을 통해 제공되는 정보 콘텐츠를 의미한다. 이처럼 웹을 통해 제공되는 정보를 웹정보콘텐츠라고 한다면, 광의적으로는 웹상 에존재하는모든정보를웹정보콘텐츠라고부를수있을것이다. 그러나 여기서는 웹을 통해 제공되는데이터베이스화된 정보콘텐츠라고 정의, 이러한 웹정보 콘텐츠를 제작, 서비스하는 산업이라고 의미를 한정했다. 지난해 전세계 웹정보콘텐츠시장은 약 365억달러 규모를형성, 꾸준한 성장세를 이어가고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Web on Web 2.0 paradigm is regarded as a kind of platform. Accordingly, users on web can use almost same applications like using certain applications on personal computer, to given purposes. For Web as platform, it needs web-based or web-recognizable file format to communicate or to exchange various information contents and data among applied applications. Text-based JSON is a practical format directly linked Javascript on Web, so that XML-typed data, being previously built, can be possible for tagging process containing JSON format. However, GeoJSON handling geo-spatial data sets is now fledgling stage in standards. Thus, it is not on the practical applicability level, and there are a few tools or open sources for this format. To adopt GeoJSON for the future Geo-web application, users implement GeoJSON parser or apply the server-based open source GIS for their purpose. In this study, a preliminary work for GeoJSON application in Geo-web service carried out using Google Maps API and openlayers library API.

전자도서관은 기존의 자료 및 새로운 디지털 자료들을 웹을 통해 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 하지만 웹을 통해 디지털 자료에 대한 서비스를 제공하고자 할 때 기존의 오프라인 도서관 서비스와는 달리, 많은 제약조건과 사용자의 접근 제어 방법을 도입하지 않아 대부분의 디지털 자료들에 대한 서비스가 매우 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이것은 기존의 오프라인 도서관에서 사용하는 인증인가 방식을 전자도서관에 그대로 사용하고 있기 때문에 발생하는 문제이다. 이에 본 논문은 전자도서관에서 웹을 통해 디지털 자료를 서비스 할 때, 인증서를 통한 강화된 인증인가가 필요한 이유를 설명하고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 기존에 제안된 인중서 기반 인증 인가 모델을 살펴본다. 그리고 기존 모델의 문제점들을 보완한 인증서 기반의 인증인가 구조를 제시하고 향후 전자도서관 인증인가 모델 개발에 필요한 과제들을 제시한다.

World-Wide Web으로 인하여 인터넷 상의 다양하고 고품질의 자료들을 교육 자료에 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 시대가 도래하였다. 그러나 이러한 자료들은 교육적 효과를 극대화시키기 위해서 좀 더 정제되고, 교육과정에 맞는 흐름을 가질 필요가 있다. 이러한 과정의 흐름을 제공하기 위해서는 웹 상에서 분산되어 독립적으로 존재하는 디지털 문서들을 교육 목적에 맞게 새로운 순서, 즉 문맥화된 순서를 가진 자료로 재구성할 수 있어야 하며, 문서간의 부드러운 내용 전개를 위해서 부가적인 설명이나 기존 문서에 빠져 있는 내용들을 보완할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문의 연구과정에서 개발된 가상교육 시스템은 교사가 교육용 지식문서를 작성하여 면대면(face to face) 교육에서는 직접 학생들을 교육할 수 있는 교육 자료로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 웹을 통해서는 학생 스스로가 부족한 부분을 원하는 시간에 학습할 수 있는 능동적인 교육 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 가상교육 시스템에 가상문서 개념을 도입함으로써 인터넷 상의 수많은 리소스들을 인용하는 것에 대한 부하를 막을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상의 디지털 컨텐츠를 전문적인 지식을 가진 교사가 교육과정에 맞게 쉽게 재구성해 줄 수 있도록 가상교육 시스템을 설계 및 구현한 내용에 대해 기술한다.

기하구조의 디자인 과정에서 동일한 3차원의 객체표현 과정에서 목적에 따라 반복적인 작도를 수행하게 된다. 특정 목적으로 건축물을 설계하는 경우, 각각 작도되는 객체는 여러 부분 중복이 있다. 가령 의자나 탁자, 책상 등을 사용하여 사무실을 디자인한다면 필요로 하는 기본적인 요소가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 3차원의 객체자료에 대해서 존재할 수 있는 기본 단위의 기하형상을 웹을 기반으로 하여 자료를 생성하도록 하였다. 또한 다중의 사용자로 하여금 자료를 생성하게 하고 이를 검색하며, 필요한 부분에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 웹기반의 기하 형상자료 공유시스템을 구현함으로써, 중복적인 제작과정을 단축할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다.

Although the current Web search engines provide tremendous information, it is hard to find right information among the huge information. Users need to spend extra time to filter out unnecessary information. In order to overcome the limit of current Web search engines, Semantic Web was developed to provide efficient search, integration, and reuse of information by structuring semantic information from Web resources. In this paper, an elementary education contents retrieval system using Semantic Web is proposed. The proposed system emphasizes history contents that have high relevancy among data. For construction of the proposed system, ontology is proposed first for elementary study contents and ontology for historical contents is proposed for easy access to those contents using semantic relation among them. Based on the ontology, the proposed system is designed and implemented. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, the system provides various query formats in detail so that search results can be refined efficiently. Second, the system presents only semantically information connected with key words or including key words using study contents ontology. Finally, the proposed system can increase study effects by presenting various contents that are related with query by users.
