  • 코로나 19로 대학교 강의들이 비대면 방식으로 전환되고 있는데, 기존의 교수학습 지원센터는 웹 환경만을 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 수강생들이 교수학습 지원센터에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템을 개발하였다. 애플리케이션에서 학생들의 강의 시간 및 시험, 과제 등의 일정을 관리해주고, 푸시 알림을 제공해주는 학습 도우미의 역할을 수행한다. 뿐만 아니라 직관적인 인터페이스, 다크 모드, scroll-to-top 버튼 등을 고려한 디자인으로 사용자의 편리함을 도모한다. 학습 도우미 애플리케이션의 가장 핵심기능 중 하나는 머신러닝 기법 중 비선형 회귀(Non-Linear Regression)을 이용해 성적 데이터를 분석해주는 차별화된 기능이다. 이를 위해 최종적인 성적을 종속변수, 일정 기간까지의 성적을 독립변수로 설정하여 기존의 성적 데이터를 바탕으로 종속변수인 최종성적을 랜덤 포레스트 비선형 회귀분석으로 예측하는 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

What Determines the Emotional Quality of Homepage\ulcorner - from the emotion, users and designers perspectives (무엇이 홈페이지의 감성 품질을 결정하는가\ulcorner -감성 측면과 디자이너의 측면 그리고 사용자 측면을 중심으로)

  • As users environments change, users primary needs for homepages also change more complicatedly. Today, users do not only want usability for homepages, but also to feel appropriate emotional experiences. Despite users needs, users do not always experience appropriate emotions that are conveyed by designers through homepage. I In this research paper, we analyzed the related factors with the emotional quality, which means the degree that users feel target emotions intended by designers. For analyzing factors related with the emotional quality, three hypotheses were verified; the factor of an emotion, the factor of users and the factor of designers. As the factor of emotions, the first hypothesis is that unclear emotional dimensions in users minds are related with the emotional quality. The second hypothesis, as the factor of users, is that the diversity of users experiences by same homepage is related with the emotional quality. The third hypothesis, as the factor of designers, is that the appropriate selection of design elements is related with the emotional quality. In the previous research, we selected the basic 13 emotional dimensions and 30 representative emotional words based on the statistical results and evaluations by professional designers. For this research, we conducted an experiment and user survey. In the experiment, we asked 30 designers to design homepages focusing on the typical emotion that was presented by a researcher. Based on the designing process and user evaluation, we performed statistical analyses: ANOVA with Tukey post hoc method and Factor Analysis. We found the discrepancy between the emotions that designers intend and the actual emotions that users experienced from homepages. From the result of analysis, we know that the factor of users and the factor of designers related with the emotional qualities, but the factor of emotions did not. The definiteness of emotions did not relate with the emotional quality. However, the diversity of emotions that users feel seeing the same homepages and design elements that designers chose for conveying target emotion related with the emotional quality.

Analysis of Consumer Awareness of Cycling Wear Using Web Mining (웹마이닝을 활용한 사이클웨어 소비자 인식 분석)

  • This study analyzed the consumer awareness of cycling wear using web mining, one of the big data analysis methods. For this, the texts of postings and comments related to cycling wear from 2006 to 2017 at Naver cafe, 'people who commute by bicycle' were collected and analyzed using R packages. A total of 15,321 documents were used for data analysis. The keywords of cycling wear were extracted using a Korean morphological analyzer (KoNLP) and converted to TDM (Term Document Matrix) and co-occurrence matrix to calculate the frequency of the keywords. The most frequent keyword in cycling wear was 'tights', including the opinion that they feel embarrassed because they are too tight. When they purchase cycling wear, they appeared to consider 'price', 'size', and 'brand'. Recently 'low price' and 'cost effectiveness' have become more frequent since 2016 than before, which indicates that consumers tend to prefer practical products. Moreover, the findings showed that it is necessary to improve not only the design and wearability, but also the material functionality, such as sweat-absorbance and quick drying, and the function of pad. These showed similar results to previous studies using a questionnaire. Therefore, it is expected to be used as an objective indicator that can be reflected in product development by real-time analysis of the opinions and requirements of consumers using web mining.

Development of a Web-based User Experience Certification System based on User-centered System Design Approach (사용자 중심의 웹 기반 제품 사용경험 인증·평가 시스템 개발)

  • Recently, product design innovation to improve user experience has been perceived as a core element of enterprise competitiveness due to the fierce market competition and decrease of the technological gap between companies, but there is insufficient services to support the product experience evaluation of small and medium-sized companies (SMCs). The aim of this study is to develop a web-based product user experience evaluation and certification system supporting product design practices for SMCs. For system interface design, we conducted systematic functional requirement elicitation methods such as user survey, workflow analysis, user task definition, and function definition. Then main functions, information structure, navigation method, and detailed graphic user interfaces were developed with consideration of user interactions and requirements. In particular, it provides the databases for evaluation efficiency to support the evaluation process above a certain level of performance and efficiency, and knowledge databases to utilize in the evaluation and product design improvement. With help of the developed service platform, It is expected that the service platform would enhance SMCs' product development capability with regard to the user experience evaluation by connecting the consulting firms with SMCs.

  • In this study, we examine what components of e-learning environment affect e-learners' satisfaction. We focus on the task based approach to perceived website complexity(PWC). We study about the role of e-tutor using the internet, telephone, text message and e-mail etc. To test our model, we collected 235 data from online learners of Korea Culture & Content Agency using survey method. The research was conducted by SPSS15.0. Our results show that the relationship between PWC and e-learner satisfaction was negative. The rules of e-tutor are supporting e-learning service and facilitating recommendation intention. This study provides implications to design future e-learning service, understand user's herd behavior and evaluate learning process developed.

The Development of Usability Assessment Tool for Customized Clothing Web Site Using Nitting Machine (니팅머신을 이용한 커스터마이징 니트 제작 웹사이트 사용성 평가도구 개발)

  • Recently, consumers have changed their role to consumers and producers who make what they want. The way clothes are produced is also needed to change according to modern consumption methods. Knitting Machine was one of them, and although it was a mass-produced device, it developed a device that could make clothes anywhere on a small production craze. Knit-making requires more consideration than other clothing designs, which requires consideration of users' web usability. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment tool that can evaluate web usability of clothing-making sites using knitting machines. To this end, the examples of the Knitting Machine program and custom product production websites and the each UI were investigated and analyzed. Based on these prior surveys, the draft evaluation items were drawn, and three Delphi surveys were conducted on the basis of the draft to produce assessment tools after classifying, modifying and deleting items. Through this study, we look forward to improving the usability of the customized product-making website of Knitting Machine in the future and popularizing the Knitting Machine.

Quality Evaluation Factors and Continuance Intention for Web-based Legal Information Services (웹기반 법률정보서비스 품질 평가요인 및 지속의도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the quality of Web-based legal information services and their significant influences on the user continuance intentions. Based on the main dimensions of the SERVQUAL, this study conceptualizes five dimensions of reliability, assurance, design, empathy, and responsiveness. It measures the level of expectation and satisfaction on the basis of these five dimensions. Regression analysis was conducted to extract and analyze the determinants of the service quality and the factors affecting continuous intention. The level of legal information service quality is superior in empathy, responsiveness, and design category, but it is relatively insufficient in reliability and assurance category. In the reliability category, the relevance of the search results was an issue. The problems related to the authority and information sources were recognized as important. Reliability implies that there is a relatively close relationship between empathy and responsiveness, and that it is necessary to improve the quality of contents such as empathy and responsiveness in order to increase reliability. In order to increase the ongoing use of legal information services in the future, it is more effective to make sure that assurance is top priority.

  • Recently, sound design is being made by corporations for the production as well as for marketing and web with consideration of image of productions and attributes to improve corporational image through the design of melody which would remain in users. And sound is becoming an important factor to establish the identity of each area such as life environment and public facilities. At present, our local governments are promoting active business like as CIP to improve urban image but there is a limit to establish identity as the result of its partial focus on visual sense or insufficient recognition about it. Jeonju, the place of sound, has many festivals and great meetings related with sound but it has not identity in the sense of sound. So the purpose of this study is to suggest the condition of sound which has the trait of Jeonju and to provide data for the trait to be used as a necessary element to establish identity in order to activate regional image. For the method of research, sampling Korean beautiful 100 sounds among the natural sounds of residents. most favorite as the samples of sound to search the sound of regional image. Selecting favorite samples among them and analyzed the factors through the questionnaire on the image of adjective in each sample. As the result of analysis, it has been shown that the factor of sound to reveal trait of Jeonju is the image of bright, delight, and cozy with consideration of harmony, dynamics, contrast, and culture. For this study is to provide data so it can be used to actively establish and identify the local image.

  • This paper covers the development process of multimedia evaluation system, especially focused on customer satisfactory factors while customers navigating net-based Interactive multimedia system. Customers usually experience new level of interaction cased by newly developed web-based technology In ordinary multimedia system. However, if it gives customers satisfactory experience is a matter of question. To find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and interactivity factors exposed by multimedia system, a model has been developed which describes the structure of web-based multimedia system and its relation to customer satisfactory factors. Five different experiments, including 'semantic differential', 'focus group interview', and 'expert review', has been conducted and four customer satisfactory factors were identified. Those are 'customery value', 'structural perfectness', 'visual perfectness', and 'contemporaneity'. With these factors and newly delveoped evaluation system, 7 different web-site has been evaluated and analyzed at the end of this report.

  • The purpose of this treatise is to show merits and method of establishing Lotte department store design division Online Documents Communication System through illustration of examples of intranet in which internet environment convenient to use for its openness is applied for establishing Design Online Documents Communication System for fundamentals of organization. In this connection merits and effect attainable from establishing Design Outline Documents Communication System of the enterprise as found were as follows: Firstly, it brought about reduction in workload of staffs through sharing various existing resources. It reduced redundant works and enables speedy handling of works. Secondly, it was possible to exchange viewpoints and share information by pertinent parties. Thirdly, by expediting information exchange and communication among persons in charge it was possible to improve work efficiency. Fourthly, it was possible to build and operate such system at relatively low cost on the basis of web browser. Without using any other significant instrument or equipment but by linking it to business network and using existing computer system operation was possible. Fifthly, by common sharing of work exclusive to design room through on-line it was possible to improve professionalism and convenience in data preservation. Through this treatise and survey and study on process for establishing intranet it was possible to find that there were sharing work, improving work efficiency, reducing workload, saving cost and expediting communication to a significant degree.
