Remanufacturing is one alternative to conserve the good environment of our earth and to save the production resources and manufacturing energy. To make active remanufacturing in Korea we have to prepare basic rules to support the collaboration among the original manufacturing, remanufacturing, and repairing companies. Basic rules for active remanufacturing can be established by the analysis of recently environments of remanufacturing procedures and the relationship among the main constituents.

This paper investigates the user interface design principles and evaluation methods with the corresponding examples. Some of these principles are: 1) focus on the users and their tasks, not the technology; 2) consider function first, presentation later; 3) conform to the users' view of the task; 4) do not complicate the user's task; 5) promote learning; 6) deliver information, not just data; 7) design for responsiveness; and 8) try it out on users, then fix it. In addition, this paper deals with the general human computer interaction issues as the basis for introducing the user interface design principles.

Game and Animation are considered as two different fields. The definition of animation is 'moving picture' and game is a kind of animation which can be controlled by users. Actually, many principles of animation are applied to the production of games, and are even more emphasized in the mobile game contents which are becoming popular these days because of the characteristics of mobile devices such as small screen size. In this paper, we study on the application of the 12 principles of animation through the making of a mobile 3D game called 'Fly to the music' and that game is going to be serviced in late 2006 by SK Telecom. Moreover, we studied the differences between 3d mobile game animation and ordinary animation.

On the high seas, under international law, a ship is subject to the jurisdiction of the state whose flag she flies. Vessels of any flag are free to navigate the high seas without interference from other states. Thus, there are certain limits of coastal state's exercising law enforcement jurisdiction over a foreign flag vessel on the high seas. However, there are exceptions to exclusive flag state jurisdiction. One of them is the theory of constructive presence. The other is theory of partial execution. Korea Coast Guard's law enforcement authority should be exercised more actively based on those theories supported by the international cases.

Intermodal or transfer facilities is always necessary wherever different modes meet at one place and exchanges of passengers among the modes take place. Design of intermodal or transfer facilities requires a careful consideration of numerous legal and technical factors. This study intends to suggest the fundamental principles needed for design the intermodal facilities to enhance the level-of-service for transfer passengers as well as the efficiency of operation. Previous studies and relevant legal documentation are reviewed and examined. Steps in the design procedures are suggested, and data necessary for designing the facility is suggested. The above principles are applied to the real design of Busan KTX station in order to identify the problems.

Traditionally, UNCLOS stipulates that States have the obligation and responsibility to protect and preserve the marine environment and exercise their rights in Principle of Non-Discrimination with respect to foreign ships visiting to port states. UNFCCC and Kyoto protocol established Common but Differentiated Responsibility as the basis which is established on the historic responsibility. The principle in which IMO is presently developing the regulations of Green House Gas emitted from ships is contradict with the principle of UNFCCC regime. In this paper, the development and the principle of UNFCCC and Kyoto protocol is surveyed and it provides the tendency of the IMO activities regarding GHG emission from ships. Also, through consideration of the problems and restrictions drawn from comparison between two principles, the conclusion suggests the fundamental theory and implementation means in order to carry out the purpose of IMO regulations in accordance with the principles of UNCLOS and IMO Convention.

This study investigates the theoretical discourses about the principle of original order. It reviews the literature about the theory in the context of personal and family papers. The authors examine the practical application of the principle of original order in the case of the No Gun Ri archives. No Gun Ri collections started with the records that the Chung family's have accumulated and created. Without an understanding of the Chung family papers, it is extremely difficult to identify a way to arrange No Gun Ri reords. This paper analyzes the meaning and interpretation of the principle of original order to find a way to apply it to the No Gun Ri records.

This study aims to logically investigate the changing interpretation and implementation of the principle of provenance by using an argument model for discourse analysis. First, it divides the history of discourses on the principle from the Dutch Manual publication of 1989 up to the present into four areas, which includes establishing, diffusing, transforming, and expanding or deconstructing, and articulates the core discourses of each. Second, it designs the argument model for analyzing the discourses on the principle by applying Toulmin's argument model and Dunn's policy argument model. Third, it selects the articles and books that cover the core discourses of the principle, and analyzes their contents in consideration of the argument model. Fourth and finally, it presents four argument models corresponding to each area of the discourses.

Development of the big data industry, the cases of providing data utilization services on digital platforms are increasing. In this regard, research in data-related fields is being conducted to apply the FAIR principle that can be applied to the assessment of (meta)data quality, service, and function to data quality evaluation. Especially, the European Open Data Portal applies an assessment model based on FAIR principles. Based on this, a data maturity assessment is conducted and the results are disclosed in reports every year. However, public data portals do not conduct data maturity evaluations based on metadata. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new model for data maturity evaluation on a big data platform built for multiple domestic public data portals and data transactions, FAIR principles used for data maturity evaluation in Europe's open data portals. The proposed maturity evaluation model is a model that evaluates the quality of public data portal datasets.

본 논문은 맑스가 자본주의의 사회적 및 환경적 부정의를 비판하고 정의로운 사회 및 자연과의 관계를 위한 사회주의적 프로젝트를 제안했던 원칙들을 밝히고자 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 과정에서 비판적 생태학 일반 그리고 특히 환경정의 이론이 더욱 발전할 수 있는 기반을 도출하고자 한다. 본 논문은 제안된 몇 가지 중요한 점들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자본주의 사회 및 자연에 대한 맑스의 비판 그리고 사회주의 사회와 자연에 관한 그의 개념은 두가지 기본적인 정의 원리들, 즉 인간과 자연 간 관계에 관한 그의 생태적 개념화에서 도출될 수 있는‘필요’원칙과 ‘노동’원칙에 바탕을 두고 있다. 둘째, 도덕성의 이데올로기적 성격에 대한 그의 거부로 인해, 맑스는 자본주의 사회에 대한 비판으로 일관하면서 자본주의에서의 정의 이론을 발전시키지 않았지만, 반면 그는 사회주의 사회와 자연과의 관계에서 (환경)정의를 위한 이론적 기초를 제안했다. 그리고 끝으로 그의 환경정의에 관한 개념화는 단지 분배적 정의 패러다임으로만 이해되어서는 안되며, 그가 생산을 교환.분배 그리고 소비를 포함하는 유기적 전체로서 이해한 바와 같이 ‘생산적 정의’라고 부를 수 있는 것과 관련지어 이해되어야 한다.
