Effect of Total Remote Classes on Lecture Satisfaction due to Coronavirus disease-19: Focusing on Radiological Science Majors (코로나바이러스감염증-19로 인한 전면적 원격수업이 강의만족도에 미치는 영향: 방사선학 전공자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the lecture satisfaction of radiological science majors in total remote classes due to coronavirus disease 2019, and influencing factors were analyzed. An online survey was conducted from September 1, 2020 to November 15, 2020, lecture satisfaction, teaching presence, academic motivation, self efficacy, behavior regulation and usage simplicity of remote classes for 458 3 and 4-year radiological science majors located in the Yeongnam area. Lecture satisfaction was significantly different according to grade, self-review time, and preferred teaching method. In addition, lecture satisfaction showed a significant positive corrleation with the teaching presence and usage simplicity of remote classes. In the multiple regression model, lecture satisfaction showed a significant explanatory power of 45.7% through usage simplicity, teaching presence, self efficacy and academic motivation. This study was attempted to provide basic data to increase the effect of remote classes at universities that are expected to expand in the post-corona.

  • By the most important media to deliver the contents on a remote instruction we commonly use audio and documents. A number of remote instruction system are trying to offer the video, but they did not acquire satisfiable results because of the limited network and width. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Like this most systems that use the continuous media have not offer the satisfiable contents because of the network limitation. Moreover, because they use the web browser, they offer the contents having documents(web pages) only. In this paper, we propose a web-based remote instruction system on real-time using audio and documents which are the most important media for a information delivery. In addition to the system, we use a action synchronization mechanism between the web browsers. If the instructor uses web pages on his computer and explains the contents of them, the learners see the same web pages as the instructor's and listens to his voice.

  • In this paper, the results of previous studies and surveys conducted in this study were compared and analyzed to find out how the actual condition of distance learning being conducted due to COVID-19 is changing. As a result, it was found that the'content-oriented class' is being used the most in the current online class, and teachers are spending a lot of time preparing for class. In addition, it was found that' providing appropriate contents as learning materials' is the first item to be supported for online classes. Therefore, in order to improve online classes in the future, it is needed that learning materials that can be used to create class content should be provided to teachers sufficiently. Also, IT equipment and network expansion and the training of teachers for distance learning should be provided.

  • 컴퓨터의 개발과 발달은 교육 환경상에 변화를 가져왔다. 초기 본인에게 부족한 부분을 보충 하는 자료를 이용할 수 있는 보조 교재 등의 형태로 나타났으며, 멀티미디어의 등장은 보충교재로의 질을 한 단계 증가시키는 계기를 마련하였다. 인터넷의 급속한 보급과 발달은 멀티미디어의 쉬운 접근과 다양한 형태를 획득할 수 있는 방법을 마련하여, 원격교육상에서 많은 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 하지만, 현재 인터넷을 이용한 평가의 경우 대부분 현재 학교에서 이루어지고 있는 평가와 유사한 단순한 텍스트와 간단한 그림등을 포함한 형태나 동영상등 멀티미디어와 문제는 별개인 형태로 행해지고 있다. 다양한 멀티미디어 자료를 활용하기 위해서 각 멀티미디어의 특성들과 문제의 특성을 고려해서 요소들 간에 동기화를 나타내기 위해서 SMIL을 확장한 방법을 이용하였다. 또한, 교수가 출제된 문제에 대해서 평가 등에 활용시에 현재 시스템들은 수정이 불가능하여 평가의 정확성을 떨어뜨리는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 교수와 문제의 상호작용을 통한 실시간 문제 수정기능과 과목별 특성을 고려한 멀티미디어 요소와 문제를 결합한 실시간 학습평가 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the usages and problems of distance science learning and learner behavior analysis. This study established an Sixteen-weeks period of experimental treatment from March to June 2020, and the students who participated in the study formed a research group of 128 students in 2nd grade of their advanced classes who are attending the second semester of B university of education and taking courses in 'teaching research 1'. B university of education is singleness class that doesn't have compare group, so this study is constituted only study group. The results of the study were as follows. First, The students who took science learning remotely liked using the university's LMS system. Second, it was not efficient for the faculty member's scientific data presentation to operate smoothly in the online system. Third, it is necessary to set various educational platforms as a standardized platform. Looking at the pros and cons of various platforms may vary depending on the suitability of education, but if the LMS system, which is a professional teaching support method, is upgraded to meet the needs of learners, the satisfaction of higher instructors and learners will be higher.

  • 정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자 중심의 교육이며, 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 원격교육이다. 특히 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습 원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고 다양한 형태의 학습자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 학습자의 자기 주도적이고 적극적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 자기 주도적 학습이론과 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수준별 학습이론을 적용하여 효율적인 웹 기반 학습이 가능하도록 하였으며 이러한 학습이론을 웹에 기반한 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용함으로써 실업계 고등학교 교육현장의 비효율성과 기존의 문제은행 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 시험준비에 보다 효율적으로 대비하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Whereas research on telelearning in educational technology area is lively done, that in mathematics education area is not. Related to the open education, telelearning has 4 models: the distance classroom model, the front-end system design, the knowledge construction model, and the teaching model based on data. S/W, C/W, and H/W are the components of telelearning system. For an effective mathematics telelearning system, H/W and S/W which use multimedia with complex multimode information such as text, graphics, animation, video, and audio are necessary. Examples of telelearning systems on going are MIPOS, SDS telelearning system, telelearning system of the Naechon Elementary School, and Doorae Multimedia Application Development Platform.
