A Study on design of The Internet-based scoring system for constructed responses (서답형 문항의 인터넷 기반 채점시스템 설계 연구)

  • Scoring the constructed responses in large-scale assessments needs great efforts and time to reduce the various types of error in Paper-based training and scoring. For the purpose of eliminating the complexities and problems in Paper and pencil based training and scoring, many of countries including U.S.A and England already have applied online scoring system. There, however, has been few studies to develop the scoring system for the constructed responses items in Korea. The purpose of this study is to develop the basic design of the Internet-based scoring system for the constructed responses. This study suggested the algorithms for assigning scorers to constructed responses, employing methods for monitoring reliability, etc. This system can ensure reliable, quick scoring such as monitor scorer consistency through ongoing reliability checks and assess the quality of scorer decision making through frequent various checking procedures.

  • Due to the development of the digital technology, the digital broadcasting is changing to a multi-entertainment platform that can operate data (broadcasting) services (such as games, weather information, and stock trading services) as well as traditional broadcasting contents. Most of the data services, however, failed to get satisfactory results because of the inconvenience in operating the services using a TV remote controller and the failure of gaining the viewer's interests in the competition with the broadcasting contents. The paper introduces a survey on the viewer's modality of using a data service and, based on the survey result, proposes a design guideline that makes a data service minimally interrupt a viewer watching a broadcasting content.

  • 기존 중계시스템은 모든 신호들이 유선으로 연결되어 있어 중계차가 접근 할 수 없는 지역에서는 운용의 어려움 등 이동과 거리에 제약이 있다. 또한 수많은 케이블이 필요하기 때문에 결선작업이 복잡하고 작업시간이 오래 걸리는 단점을 가지고 있어 무선 중계 시스템을 이용하여 프로그램을 제작하면 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.. 이에 본 논문에서는 RF무선영상송수신기와 백팩 LTE등 무선중계시스템의 장단점을 비교분석하였고 이에 통해 효율적인 무선중계시스템을 설계하였다. 또한, 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 방송중계업무의 편리성이 극대화하고 새로운 형태의 방송 포맷을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The majority of currently domestic dried sea foods is holding sanitary safety on storage and distribution, a structural problem to be in quality serious to sun drying. This paper the productive times and the on-site operation that production is fixed are easy, and it have reported the experimental results that carried out on development of a drying system toward field which can keep the highest quality and economy.

  • The current system upon which a variety of programs are in operation has continuously expanded its domain from conventional single-core and multi-core system to many-core and heterogeneous system. However, existing researches have focused mostly on parallelizing programs based CUDA framework and rarely on AMD based GCN-GPU optimization. In light of the aforementioned problems, our study focuses on the optimization techniques of the GCN architecture in a GPGPU environment and achieves a performance improvement. Specifically, by using performance techniques we propose, we have reduced more then 30% of the computation time of matrix multiplication and convolution algorithm in GPGPU. Also, we increase the kernel throughput by more then 40%.

  • In this paper, we investigate the performance improvement by applying flow control to LonWorks-based network systems which support various communication media together with interpretable class of systems. To this end, we introduce a circular queue at each node of industrial network systems usually operated in open loop. Then we utilize the feedback information of the number of data in a queue, the data arriving interval in a queue and channel error to make the overall industrial network system in closed loop. We verify the improved performance of the network systems in view of throughput and fairness measures via the experimental results conducted in several field situation.

  • In order to operate multiple UAVs for multiple tasks efficiently, we need a task allocation algorithm with minimum cost, i.e.,total moving distance required to accomplish the whole mission. In this paper, we have proposed the MCBAA (Modified Consensus Based Auction Algorithm) which can be suitably applied to the operation of multiple UAVs. The key idea of proposed algorithm is to minimize sum of distance from current location of agents to location of tasks based on the conventional CBAA. Several simulation test performed on three UAV agents with multiple tasks demonstrates the overall efficiency both in time and total distance.

  • The Network Centric Warfare(NCW) is based on the linkage of forces by network to employ them as they are centralized, even though they are scattered. Also it can be used to overcome spatiotemporal obstacles. Under the concept of NCW, cognitive and social areas are getting more weight than information technology and physical ones. In this study we tried to investigate the affecting factors to execute NCW effectively by user's point of view to place the focus on cognitive and social aspects. We obtained some affirmative results that affect to conduct NCW in Korea. The advanced western NCW can be applicable in theoretically in Korea, however to employ NCW more effectively we need Korean style NCW which portrays the Korean realities and circumstances.

  • Though the air-conditioners in each train model have almost identical function, there is incompatibility between them because of their different electric capacity and parts, even spares manufactures are different in the manufactured year. It cause over cost in the maintenance and repair of the each air-conditioner. In this paper, all the air-conditioners in each train model have been classified by their capacity and features so that grasp the operation status and the repair process of the air-conditioners, and draft systematically cost-effective solutions. By finding a way to deal with the emergency repair and extending the air-conditioner life though improvement of checking up progress, increase of passenger revenue can be reached considerably.

  • 상수도의 합리적인 운용과 관리를 위해서는 급수량 예측이 매우 중요하다. 기존 급수량 예측은 신경망과 칼만 필터법을 사용한 연구들이 대부분이었다. 이러한 연구결과들은 높은 상관결과를 갖고 있지만 이는 자기상관계수에 대한 높은 의존도에 따른 결과로 볼 수 있다. 즉, 예측의 결과가 전날 수요량을 거의 그대로 따라오는 경향을 띄어, 급수량 예측 그래프가 기존 그래프를 오른쪽으로 이동시킨 것과 같이 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서 물수요량을 예측하는데 있어서 효과적인 예측인자를 도출하는 것이 우선되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 이에, 물수요량 특성을 효과적으로 나타내어 줄 수 있는 예측인자로서 강수량, 최저온도, 최고온도, 평균온도 등을 1차적으로 선정하였다. 이들 예측인자들과 서울시 물수요량과의 상관성을 평가하여 최적의 예측인자 Set과 지체시간 등을 산정하였다. 이렇게 선정된 예측인자와 Bayesian 통계기법 기반의 회귀분석 모형을 구축하여 물수요량을 예측하였다. 본 연구에서 적용하고자 하는 계층적 Bayesian 모형은 유사한 특성을 가지는 자료계열들 사이에서 서로 보완이 될 수 있는 정보들을 추출함으로써 모형이 갖는 불확실성을 상당히 줄일 수 있는 방법이다. 이러한 모형적 특징은 생산량 예측에 대한 불확실성 저감 측면에서 장점이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 광암, 암사, 구의, 뚝도, 영등포, 강북 정수장을 대상으로 모형의 적합성을 평가하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 정수장 운영계획 및 동일한 시스템을 갖는 상수도 급수량 예측 시 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
