The purpose of this study intend to develop the automatic voice system for language communicating over foreign patients in testing of magnetic resonance imaging. Used sentences for the automatic voice system was selected with twelve sentences and five foreign languages in hospital in use. These translated texts were provided free of charge from Oddcast's website, which is recorded each language-specific voice as Wav files, The recorded audio file were produced by the two types of a power-point show of MS-office 2013(extension; ppsx) form and Web-enabled system using the PHP program to be applied in the mobile phone environment. It is considered to relieve the stress about an language barrier to medical technician and the voice system designed with the variable language will be enhanced the diagnostic information on foreign patients. Because automatic voice system designed for this study can enhance the understanding of test in between korean medical technician and foreign patients, It will be expected to utilize more usefully in clinical practice.

Educating foreigners in Korean language is attracting increasing attention with the growing number of foreigners who want to learn Korean or want to reside in Korea. Existing spell checkers mostly focus on native Korean speakers, so they are inappropriate for foreigners. In this paper, we propose a correction method for the Korean language that reflects the contextual characteristics of Korean and writing characteristics of foreigners. Our method can extract frequently used expressions by Koreans by constructing syllable reverse-index for eojeol bi-gram extracted from corpus as correction candidates, and generate ranked Korean corrections for foreigners with upgraded edit distance calculation. Our system provides a user interface based on keyboard hooking, so a user can easily use the correction system along with other applications. Our system improves the detection rate for foreign language users by about 45% compared to other systems in foreign language writing environments. This will help foreign users to judge and correct their own writing errors.

This study researched about problem of Xenophobia and proposed countermeasures of the police. This study utilized previous studies and statistical of Xenophobia. Xenophobia was negative reaction about foreign stranger joined area of native people. and native hated stranger. Xenophobia has not yet big trouble in Korean society. But small trouble will prospect be big trouble. Xenophobia in Korea society was influenced by increase of migrant worker, increase of foreigner, negatude of foreigner from low income countries, native troubled immigrant, receptivity of multi-cultural. Accordingly, This Situation will be big social problem. and we need active counteract. Active counteract plan utilized police of public power. So. This study suggest plan of police. Plan of police stretch the criminal justice by Xenophobia crime, active response of media and SNS negative about foreigner, crash-prevention native, foreign crime prevention.

통계청의 '인구주택총조사' 결과(2019년 11월 1일)를 기준으로 발표한 '2019 지방자치단체 외국인 주민 현황'을 보면, 국내 체류 외국인은 2,216,612명으로 지난해인 2018년 2,054,621명에 비해 161,991명(7.9%) 증가했다. 이러한 결과는 우리나라 전체 인구(51,850,705명) 중 4.3%에 해당하며, 외국인 주민 최초 조사 연도인 2006년 536,627명과 비교했을 때 4배 이상 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있다. 국내 이민자들의 수가 증가함에 따라, 우리가 생각해야 할 점은 그동안 다문화 관련 정책적 환경이 급변하였을 뿐 아니라, 환경적 변화에 맞게 정책의 변화도 지속해서 이루어졌다는 것이다. 또한, 다문화가족의 양적 증가뿐 아니라, 거주 기간도 장기화되면서 초기 적응이라는 정책보다 구체적이고 포괄적인 새로운 정책 요구를 파악할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 미치는 요인들을 연구하는 것은 향후 다양한 다문화 정책 수립 및 창업, 경제활동 활성화에 있어 큰 의미가 있다. 다문화가정 결혼이주여성에 대한 창업 의지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구는 학문적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는데, 선행연구는 주로 북한이탈주민 및 다문화 이민자의 문화지능 또는 사회체제 등이 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는지 초점을 두어왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화 이주민의 창업 의지에 관한 기존 선행연구들을 바탕으로 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석해 보는 데 있는데, 해당 요인들을 파악함으로써 앞으로 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 활성화를 위한 정부와 대학의 역할을 논의해 보고자 한다. 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들의 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향은 개인적 특성(기업가정신)인 '진취성', '혁신성', '위험감수성', '기회 인식'과 긍정심리자본 특성인 '자기효능감', '희망', '회복력', '낙관주의' 등을 선정하였다. 해당 요인들을 바탕으로 수도권에 거주 중인 다문화가정 결혼이주여성들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과로 신뢰성 분석과 요인분석, 다중회귀 분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통하여 본 연구에서 설계한 가설들을 검증해 보고자 한다.

Since the 2000s, the number of foreign students in Korea has increased considerably. In late 2010, the government's strategy to internationalize higher education will bring the number of foreign students to 140,000 as of 2019 and soon to 200,000 by 2023. As the number of foreign students increases, the happy life of foreign students in Korea has become a very important social issue at a time when the population is shrinking. Increasing the satisfaction level of foreign students living in Korea is a matter that should not be overlooked given that our society will face problems of globalization and population cliff in the future. Recently, the number of Vietnamese students studying in Korea has been on the rise, raising the need to pay attention to their happy study lives. In this study, I would like to suggest a plan for the happy life of Vietnamese students in Korea. To that end, 90 Vietnamese students in Korea were surveyed on their satisfaction with living, economy, welfare environment, university education, language education and overall studying abroad. Foreign students entering Korean society should also work together in terms of living, economy, welfare and education so that they can recognize themselves as a member of our society and live happily abroad.

기업의 소유구조와 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 관하여는 기존의 많은 선행 연구에서 분석되고 논의되어 왔으나, 일반 제조업과는 상이한 업종상 회계상 특성을 가진 건설기업의 경영성과를 소유구조에 따라 구분하고, 그 성과를 일반 제조기업과 비교한 연구는 미진하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국기업의 주요 지분율의 증감과 경영성과와의 동질성여부, 소유구조에 따른 제조기업과 건설기업과의 성과 차이, 건설기업중 소유경영자와 전문경영자간 성과 관계에 대하여 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외국인 지분율의 증가는 기업의 미래 성장성(MTB)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면 내부 및 외국인의 지분율의 증가는 기업의 효율적 운영과 동질적 상호 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 건설 및 제조기업에 있어서 주요 지분율의 증감은(내부 지분율, 외국인 지분율, 기관투자자 지분율) 기업 경영성과 측정 지표인 MTB, ROA에 대하여 업종간 차이를 보여주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 건설기업에 있어서, 기업의 미래 성장 가능성은 전문경영자가 경영하였을 경우가 소유경영자가 경영하였을 때보다 높은 반면 얼마나 기업을 효율적으로 운영하였는가를 측정하는 ROA지표는 상이한 결과를 산출하지 못하였다.

새로운 저작권법(著作權法)이 금년 7월(月)부터 시행(施行)됨에 따라 외국인저작물(外國人著作物)을 국내(國內)에서 출판(出版)하기 위하여는 외국저작권자(外國著作權者)에게 저작권(著作權) 사용료(使用料)를 지급(支給)해야 한다. 1984년(年) 현재 번역(飜譯)된 외국인저작물(外國人著作物)의 규모(規模)는 8,255종(種), 금액(金額)으로 약 440억(億)원으로 각각(各各) 전체(全體)의 24.9%와 10.9%에 달한다. 본연구(本硏究)에서는 외국인저작권(外國人著作權) 보호(保護)에 따른 출판물(出版物)의 가격상승(價格上昇)으로 인한 소비자(消費者) 부담(負擔)의 증가(增加)와 저작료(著作料) 지급(支給)으로 인한 외화지출(外貨支出) 부담(負擔)을 분석(分析)하였다. 이를 위하여, 첫째 국내출판산업(國內出版産業)의 현황(現況)을 분석(分析)하여 외국인저작물(外國人著作物)의 무단번역(無斷飜譯) 복사출판물(複寫出版物)의 시장규모(市場規模)를 파악(把握)하고, 둘째 저작물(著作物) 생산비용(生産費用)의 구조(構造)와 유통과정(流通過程)의 파악(把握)을 통하여 저작물(著作物)의 소비자가격(消費者價格) 결정요인(決定要因)을 분석(分析)하고, 세째 이러한 자료(資料)를 활용(活用)하여 외국인저작권(外國人著作權) 보호시(保護時)의 가격상승(價格上昇) 및 외환지출규모(外換支出規模)를 추정(推定)하였다. 분석결과(分析結果)에 의하면 외국인저작권(外國人著作權)의 보호(保護)로 인하여 번역물(飜譯物)과 복사물(複寫物)의 가격(價格)은 각각(各各) 12%와 25% 상승(上昇)하며, 1987~91년(年) 기간 중 외국저작권자(外國著作權者)에게 지급(支給)될 저작료(著作料)의 규모(規模)는 98억(億)원(1,200만(萬)달러)에 달할 것으로 예상(豫想)된다.

Korea is not permitting the foreigner emigration officially. But to domestic the foreigner dwells in the form which is various and it is living. These people are slept, the industrial workers and married a person of different nationality and kosians. In 2005 October 27th a rase riot raised by the immigration and stay sleeping group in France. It observes the width eastern possibility due to foreigner immigration and stay which dwell even inside instruction making Korea which will reach sleeping group the reporter it does.

경제혁신 3개년 계획을 토대로 정부는 2015년 국내 생산가능 인구 감소에 대한 대응을 위해 외국인 인력 유치를 위한 휴먼 FTA를 발효하였다. 기존의 외국인 생산 인력에 대한 단순한 양적 증가뿐만이 아니라 해외로 생산거점을 이동한 국내 기업의 리턴을 유도하기 위해 석박사급의 고급 인력과 투자자 유치 등에 대한 내용도 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 노동시장의 새로운 제도인 휴먼 FTA에 대한 활성화와 원활한 운영을 위해 세계적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 트위터, 페이스북, 구글 등의 소셜 웹 데이터를 활용하여 국내 기업의 외국인 인력에 대한 고용 매칭을 위한 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between foreign ownership and firm value. Based on the sample of 3,398 firm-year observations in the period of 2000 to 2007, we find evidence that foreign ownership is positively associated with firm value measured by the market-to-book ratio. In addition, we employ simultaneous equation system where both foreign ownership and firm value are treated as endogenous variables. Simultaneous regression models indicate that the foreign ownership affects firm value, but not vice versa. The positive effects of foreign ownership on firm value result from monitoring and disciplining roles played by foreign investors. Many Korean firms have been run by an owner-manager while monitoring provided by institutional equity holders has been limited. Therefore, Korean firms are expected to suffer from more severe agency costs caused by the conflicts of interest between owner-managers and outside investors. Our empirical results support the notion that foreign investors play an important role in enhancing corporate transparency and improving corporate governance.
