본 연구는 학술커뮤니케이션에서 활용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 이용과 인용도에 대한 상관관계 분석과 유용성의 차이를 평가하고자 하는 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들을 대상으로 이용도와 인용도를 조사하였으며, 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 인용된 온라인 전자 출판물의 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간 유용성에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자의 이용도와 학술지에 인용된 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율간의 상관관계는 저자들의 온라인 전자출판물 주당 이용시간과 이용종수가 증가하더라도 저자들이 학술지에 인용하는 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율은 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간에 있어서 학술지에 인용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 차이가 없었다. 따라서 학술지의 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들이 온라인 전자출판물을 많이 이용하는 것과 온라인 전자출판물을 실제로 인용하는 것에는 상관관계가 없으며, 측정요소를 통하여 평가한 사회과학 분야와 자연과학분야에서 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

이 논문에서는 스토리지 교체, 복제, 데이터 센터 이전 등 다양한 응용에서 꼭 필요한 온라인 스토리지 마이그레이션 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 온라인 스토리지 마이그레이션 방법은 전송속도를 높이기 위해서 전송 대상 파일들의 익스텐트 맵을 생성하고 물리주소에 따라 순차IO를 수행하여 파일들을 읽고 이를 타겟(target)으로 전송한다. 또한, 전송 중에 발생하는 소스 (source) 측의 변경에 대해서 추적을 하고 이를 로그레코드로 기록하여 전송중의 변경을 타겟측에 반영할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 제안하는 온라인 마이그레이션 방법을 실제로 구현하고 소스와 타겟의 일치성과 온라인 마이그레이션 수행 속도를 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다.

This paper presents the online assessment questions management system and method. The proposed system consists of a database to store learner information and zone-specific items grouped by difficulty and item bank. This database includes: an item selection department and authoring assessment to select questions about a particular learner or specific learning item. In this paper, we propose: an item bank database which stores online output assessments; and an online test department to collect and sort learner evaluation data and answer selection order for online tests, click statistics, response time, and analysis unit response patterns department by analyzing the data collected by the online learners' test assessment, learners' level and ability, the diagnosis and assessment of report propensity. The proposed system will diagnose and effectively evaluate the learner's learning levels and learning ability by: answer selection order, number of clicks, and response time reflected in the results of the learners' evaluations.

This study aims to improve the accessibility of websites that can search for online e-journals and check the original text, and the accessibility of web contents in the form of article papers. In order to publish online e-journals in Korea, article contribution management system is used, and services are provided through public or private academic DB companies. There was no content related to accessibility in the publishing and editing stage of online e-journals. In the case of foreign countries, objective to comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 to improve accessibility of websites and web content. In addition, the level of accessibility of academic journals is guided through VPAT. In order to improve access to web content in online journals, Accessibility matters are added to the academic society's editorial and publication regulations. Accessibility education should be provided to journal editors. Accessibility checklists should be developed and researchers should verify themselves. To improve the accessibility of online e-journals to websites, For equal use, various convenience functions should be provided when using the website. It guides the accessibility function to the article contribution management system. Each academic and academic DB company should be required to submit a Korean VPAT.

The advancement of online technology in the 21st century has increased online courses and web-based communication in higher education. This type of education is not limited by time or location and has made it possible to expand university campuses globally and broaden the reach of university education to the general public and students from other universities. Changes such as a decrease in the school-age population and a reorganization of the university structure have also created an opportunity to change the perception of online education. In this paper, we conducted surveys on K University students, high school seniors, and the general public to assess their satisfaction with online courses, identify areas that require massive online courses, and determine students' needs for the operation of massive online courses. The survey showed that K University students are generally satisfied with online courses. However, improvements are needed to ensure a smooth online course-taking environment, increase system uniformity, and enhance the overall online course environment. High school students have a strong preference for natural science and should be offered online courses in subjects such as mathematics and physics as prerequisites to prepare for their major classes. The general public prefers the humanities, which is evident in the purpose of the liberal arts lectures.

온라인 음악서비스가 유료화를 단행한 지 1년이 지났다. 지난해 7월 8개 온라인 음악사이트가 유료화를 단행한데 이어 지난 7월에는 국내 최대 온라인 음악사이트‘벅스뮤직’까지 유료화를 선언, 온라인 음악서비스의 유료화는 급물살을 타고 있다. 최근에는 한국음원제작자협회와 벅스뮤직간의 힘겨루기가 일단락되면서 온라인 음악유통 확대에 대한 기대감도 조성됐다. 국내외 온라인 음악 시장의 현황을 살펴봤다.

The study presented an online class case focusing on G University's writing course, and analyzed students' satisfaction. Through this, it aimed to analyze the possibility of online education and to explore efficient operation of online writing lectures. According to the result of looking into the online writing class run by G University, students' satisfaction with the online writing class was high. Despite the limited circumstances, students' participation in the class was high and they also actively participated in online correction. However, there was also a challenge to address. Online writing education showed limitations in terms of smooth communication with students. Correction of writing can be done online sufficiently but the limitations of communication should be supplemented to improve the completeness of interactive education. In addition, most of the students participated in online correction, but some did not participate. It is necessary to encourage students to participate voluntarily to make online classes take roots. After all, for the effective operation of online writing classes, strategies and systems for teaching and learning should be prepared for utilization of various educational video media, sufficient learning of theory and practice of writing, and smooth communication between professors and students. Only when these conditions are met, online writing classes will be able to operate steadily.

Recently, the COVID environment has had a serious impact on the university education system. Career guidance methods of students, which have a significant impact on enrollment and employment rates of universities, should be changed in the COVID environment. While a traditional career guidance activity mainly use offline counseling methods, it should consider online counseling methods more seriously in the COVID environment. In this paper, I propose a hybrid(online and offline) career guidance model that can be effectively used in both online and offline education environments. The proposed hybrid model, which has the characteristics of online and offline, can effectively guide college students even in the COVID environment. In this paper, I show the usefulness of the proposed model by applying it to a real-world counseling case.

The telecommunication technology in the 21st century has come up to the standard which could transmit various spatial information by means of on-line and the printing technology using computers has been on a par with presswork in quality. In addition, map users also would like to get various spatial information through on-line directly or indirectly. None the less, the supply system of national base map in our country has maintained the off-line sales method. It is owing to this reason that the nation's supply system has shown a high degree of inefficiency from the viewpoint of the inventory control, rapidity, and economical efficiency as compared with the on-line sales system in the developed countries. 관광 분야에서 온라인 리뷰의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 온라인 리뷰의 텍스트 데이터는 파악이 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특정 관광지에 대한 온라인 리뷰 텍스트 데이터가 나타내는 전반적인 의견을 직관적으로 도출하는 방법에 대해 알아보고자, 토픽 모델링과 Markov Chain을 시행했다. '해운대'에 대한 온라인 리뷰를 수집한 후, LDA와 BTM을 활용하여 주제를 도출하고, Markov Chain을 시각화하여 키워드 간의 관계와 전체적인 평가 내용을 확인했다. 사용된 기법은 각자 특징적인 결과를 제시했기 때문에 다양한 기법을 상보적으로 이용하기를 제안하였다.
