This study investigated the effects of the HTE creative education program, which applies blended learning methodology as a convergence class strategy between offline and online, on middle school students' creative problem solving capability. As a result of applying for five creative education practice programs in the classroom, it turned out that there was a statistically significant difference (p < .05) in the case of idea manipulation, visualization, comparison, idea generation, and deliberation, subordinate constructs of creative problem solving capability. Also, the program turned out to be positively effective, with a 0.14 point improvement in the pre and post-means of all middle school students, showing from 3.65 to 3.79 points, and 72% of middle school students who participated in the program were satisfied, and 68% were interested. According to the results, HTE creative education programs using blended learning turned out to be effective as a customized methodology in the COVID-19 situation and the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, where various creative talents are needed. Therefore, the need for the development of creative education programs on various related topics and teacher training for teaching and learning methodologies of blended learning.

This study conducted the international evaluation of the APEC educational cooperation projects initiated by the Korean government and drew out strategies and tasks for their sustainable implementation. To this end, eight projects implemented by the Institute of APEC Collaborative Education were selected for the evaluation which examined participants' awareness of and the degree of participation in the eight projects as well as contribution to the intended outcomes of the projects. An online survey was conducted to participants of the eight projects and 283 experts and participants from 18 economies responded. The descriptive analysis found that the participants of ALCoB Cooperation Project reported the most positive perception of the awareness while the participants of the ALCoB Internet Volunteers showed the lowest degree of participation in and contribution to the intended outcomes of the project. Based on the results, several suggestions for further progress in Korea's APEC educational cooperation were made.

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, the need for artificial intelligence education has increased. The online learning environment caused by COVID-19 made it possible to use variety of artificial intelligence platforms. In this study, an aritificial intelligence class plan was developed and proposed to achieve the goal of artificial intelligence education using an AI platform. The AI platform used is AI for Oceans, With the theme of creating a program for the environment, designed a 6-hour project class using Novel Engineering-based on STEAM model. Students experience AI for Oceans enough time and learn supervised learning by experience. Based on understanding of supervised learning, students design their own programs for the environment using Entry's AI blocks. In this study, for AI convergence education, this lesson was developed and presented with the goal of acquiring the creative problem solving ability and integrated thinking ability by using the principles of artificial intelligence to solve problems.

Purpose: Clinical practicums via non-face-to-face methods were inevitable due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We developed an online program for emergency nursing care and identified the feasibility of the program and the learning achievements of students. Methods: This was a methodological study. The program was developed by three professors who taught theory and clinical practicum for adult nursing care and clinical experts. Students received four hours of video content and two task activities every week in four-week program. Real-time interactive video conferences were included. Qualitative and qualitative data were collected. Results: A total of 96 students participated in the program. The mean score for overall satisfaction with the online program was 4.72(±1.02) out of 6. Subjects that generally had high learning achievement scores were basic life support care, fall prevention, nursing documentation, infection control, and anaphylaxis care. As a result of a content analysis of 77 reflective logs on the advantages of this program, students reported that "experience in applying nursing process," "case-based learning and teaching method," and "No time and space constraints" were the program's best features. Conclusion: Collaboration between hospitals and universities for nursing is more important than ever to develop online content for effective clinical practicum.

그 동안 웹 프로그램 언어인 HTML에 대한 교수-학습 방안과 온라인 학습에 대한 연구들이 이루어져 왔지만 단순 태그 기능 학습에 그쳐 고급사고력을 높이는 프로그래밍학습의 목표를 달성하기는 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 창의력과 문제해결력을 높여주기 위한 HTML 교수-학습 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. HTML 교수-학습 지원시스템은 구성주의 교육 방법인 문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning)을 이론적 토대의 하여 설계되었으며 나선형 교육과정의 원리에 따라 이원화된 학습요소들에 의해 학습의 위계를 실정하였다. 이 교수-학습지원시스템에서 HTML 학습에 대한 평가는 구성주의 원리에 입각하여 다양한 방식을 통해 지속적으로 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 교수-학습에 활용되는 해결 과제는 같은 수준, 같은 영역의 문제은행을 축적하여 교수자가 자유롭게 상황에 맞게 선택하여 활용하도록 하였으며, 학습자의 학습 곁과를 통계자료와 도표를 통해 한눈에 살펴보고 적절한 피드백을 주도록 설계하였다. 이와 같은 원리를 토대로 한 교수-학습지원시스템 설계를 통해 학습자가 보다 많은 프로그래밍 경험을 축적하여 창의적이고 자기주도적으로 웹 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 능력을 키워줄 수 있음을 기대하였다.

This paper presents a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the capstone design course based on 16-year management experience and improvements of the school of mechanical design and automation engineering in the seoul national university of science and technology. First, the program outcomes related with the capstone design course are introduced, and the assessment methods and items are described. Based on them, the assessment results in 2008 were obtained and a strategy to improve the results were built after analyzation. As for the strategy, we revealed the assessment items and good examples in an internet web site in advance. As a result, we were able to obtain about 3.3% improved assessment results in 2009. Finally, the validity, efficiency, internal stability, and sustainability of the assessment of the program outcomes using the capstone design course are addressed in terms of a notion of the course-embedded assessment.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuing education model desired by the academic librarians in the present digital environment. For this purpose the study undertook a questionnaire survey of academic librarians in Korea. As a result it was shown that 61.4% of the librarians participated more than once(average 2.6 times) in the continuing education program during the last one year. The most preferred program type was one week or 2-3 days workshop. The theme of the program was regarded the most important factor for the activation of the continuing education. and the preferred theme of the program was user instruction. information retrieval. electronic licensing. planning and strategy, library marketing, virtual reference service etc.

This is a study to investigate the factors affecting the Self-control in COVID-19 non-face-to-face online learning participate and to present a strategy for effective program development. The subjects of this study were 105 participants of COVID-19 non-face-to-face online learning participate in J-do area and collected data by self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were the explanatory power was 50.7% with self-control, self-regulation efficacy, self-confidence. As a result of the above, in order to improve the self-control of participants in Multiple disaster situations non-face-to-face online offline learning, it is necessary to develop a fundamental and continuous educational program that improves the self-regulation efficacy and confidence of learning participants.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between Online Lecture System, Motivation for Use, ICT Utilization Ability, and Lectures Satisfaction as online lectures continue. For that, conducted survey of students at Woosong University, secured 330 valid samples, and conducted with analysis of actual proof with using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study confirmed that the system's Convenience, Simplicity, Security and Motivation for Use have significantly affected to Lecture Satisfaction, and also confirmed that ICT Utilization Ability, the variable of Moderating Effect, also has meaningful correlation between System Characteristics(Simplicity and Security) and Lecture Satisfaction. Therefore, the need for development and operation of additional education programs to improve ICT Utilization Ability as well as development of new online system are presented in order to enhance online Lecture Satisfaction of students. Lastly, various sample surveys and researches are seems to be needed in the future in order to increase the Lecture Satisfaction.

This study is a research study to determine the effect of online lecture substitution for subjects due to COVID-19 on self-directed learning ability, academic achievement, and online learning satisfaction of nursing students. From September to October 2020, the final 113 nursing students of data recovered as enrolled in the Department of Nursing at a university located in G City were analyzed. The data collected were analyzed by performing descriptive statistics and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The study results are summarized as follows. The average score of self-directed learning was 3.32±0.39, academic achievement 3.32±0.75, and learning satisfaction was 3.31±0.78. Factors affecting online learning satisfaction were found to be preferred learning methods and academic achievement. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to design instruction and operate classes to improve online learning satisfaction by evaluating the learner's learning method in advance when running nursing school subjects as online lectures for nursing students.
