건물옥상 식재용 콘크리트공법의 개발 (Development of Concrete Method for Roof Planting)

  • This paper is dealing with the fundamental properties of planting concrete, replacing the existing cover concrete on the roof of a building. This study is to find out the physical characteristics of the planting concrete and rearing characteristics of the grass throughout the modeling experimental materials. As the results of the experiment, the physical properties of planting concrete show the following results; when the paste to aggregate ratio is 0.2~ 0.4, voids volume : 30~17%, unit weight: 1,710~2,010kg/m3, compressive strength : 45~145kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$, its pH is more than 11, but is reduced to the proper degree for planting after being neutralized. Kentucky bluegrass covered with planting concrete is grown well. The planting concrete used with blast furnace slag cement shows a better properties at the height, the width and the covering rate by 1.1cm, 0.5mm and 7%, respectively, than those used with ordinary portland cement. Also, the less the paste to aggregate ratio is, the better the plant grows. The orders of the effects of temperature control are as follows; the system of planting concrete with grass>the system of planting concrete without grass>the system of mixed soil>the existed roof system. In case, the planting concrete is placed to the roofs of buildings instead of normal concrete slab, and a number of favorable effect can be expected such as the improvement os environmental factors, the reduction of construction cost, the saving of energy and the reduction of environment load. The future research on the change of a variety of the aggregate conditions and the application of the practical structures should be made, and also the research of the endurance also be performed.

병원 옥상정원의 이용후 평가 - 서울아산병원을 대상으로 - (The Post-occupancy Evaluation of Roofgarden at Hospital - A Case Study of Asan Medical Center -)

  • Rooftop greenery has been used as a way to solve urban environmental problems by creating green space in densely populated cities. This study was carried out to suggest more effective designs for roof-garden at hospitals through a post-occupancy evaluation. The roofgarden of Asan Medical Center was evaluated with regards to setting, proximate environmental context, users, and design activity by a multi-method including plan investigations, observations, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; the users' main activities included resting, walking, and talking. A number of users were observed at shaded spaces sitting on such things as benches, pergolas, and shelters. The satisfaction of the users showed high satisfaction level except in the amount of shade, facilities, and shelter. The variables affecting a overall satisfaction were ‘accessibility’, ‘safety’, ‘quality of surroundings’, and ‘suitability for speculation’. By comparing the design concept with using pattern, designer's intention was not reflected sufficiently in several aspects such as ‘event deck for therapy programs’, ‘grove and path’, and ‘low planters’. This study suggests some design implications; it is necessary to furnish shaded sitting places for passive behaviors and pathways for walking or a light exercise. A wind-break wall with glass windows could widen the users' views in a limited space. Natural shade like tree shade or pergola are more desirable than artificial shades. As for the vertical location of the roofgarden, the middle floor could be better than top area for accessibility. Characteristics of building and users should be considered in detail to provide distinct spaces. Proper technical standards for the greening of artificial ground should be established.

활동기반 교통모형 MATSim을 이용한 실내 피난 분석 (A Study on the Indoor Evacuation Using Matsim)

  • 실내 재난은 심각한 인명피해를 초래할 수 있기 때문에 재실자의 신속한 피난을 위해 사전에 다양한 분석을 하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 실내에서 발생할 수 있는 예측 가능한 모든 시나리오에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 활동기반 교통모형 MATSim을 이용하여 실내 재난 대피 상황을 분석하는 방법을 제시한다. 연구의 분석 대상지는 대학 건물이며 약 5,000명의 재실자를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 분석 시나리오는 기본 대피 조건, 외부출구 폐쇄 상황, 비상계단 폐쇄 상황으로 설정하였으며 각 시나리오 분석 결과 기본 시나리오에서 평균 피난시간이 약 5분 40초로 분석되었으며 외부 출구가 폐쇄되는 경우 약 15%, 비상구가 폐쇄되는 경우 약 23%로 피난시간이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 신속한 피난을 위해서 비상계단의 불법적치물에 대한 관리가 중요하며 고층부의 인원은 옥상으로 피난하는 등 건물의 효과적인 방재 전략을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

단독주택용 태양광발전설비의 사용자 요구사항 분석 (User Requirement Analysis of Photovoltaic Equipment for Detached Houses)

  • 본 연구는 단독주택용 태양광발전설비의 사용자 요구사항 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 태양광발전설비를 설치한 202가구를 방문하여 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 결과 사용자들은 '자부담금액 축소'와 '유지관리서비스'를 주로 요구하였다. 또한 '태양광발전설비에 대한 교육'을 실시할 경우 이에 참여하고 싶은 의사도 높게 나타났다. 태양광발전설비의 설치 실태를 파악한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 태양광발전설비를 설치한 위치 중 옥상에 설치한 가구가 54%로 가장 많았다. 태양광 모듈이 설치된 각도는 $25-35^{\circ}$의 범위가 가장 많았으며, 설치방향은 남향이 93%의 비율을 차지하였다. 조사된 가구의 월평균 발전량 평균은 약 320kWh이다. 향후에는 본 연구에서 나타난 사용자 요구사항을 해결할 기술과 정책에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

대구시 중구의 옥상녹화를 통한 환경 및 경제적 편익 분석 (An Analysis of Environmental and Economic Benefits of Green Roof in Jung-Gu, Daegu)

  • Recent urban sprawl has destroyed various kinds of green space in tile city. It has affected duality of people's life in the city, as well as urban ecosystem. Recent study shows the possibilities of roofs as green spaces in urban central site where the land costs are generally high. This research focuses on Jung-Gu district in Daegu Metropolitan city as a study area and calculates possible area of green roof using 2002 Autocad program based on aerial photographs and land registration maps. And the purpose of this research is to analyze environmental and economic effects of green roof. The environmental effects are as follows. It is expected that $91,106m^2$ green spaces, 12.13 % of study site, will be added if green roof is performed in the study site. It is assumed that the expanded areas could reduce the highest temperature to $0.5-1.0^{\circ}C$ during the summer in terms of environmental effect. And the following shows the economic effects. If green roof and greening urban central site are created as a same size of $91,106m^2$, it will be expected that the costs of green roof will be much more in-expensive than about 98 billions won. It will be also found that the expense of cooling energy can be saved out about 8 millions won per day in summer, if grass planting is accomplished on the possible areas of green roof in the study site. Therefore, it is desirable to take legal supports such as enacting regulations to activate green roof for more environmental and economic effects. For instance, green roof for public institutions, school and model area selection are desirable method to publicize the effect of greening program for citizen's participation.

중년 여성의 체형에 관한 연구 -40~55세 주부를 중심으로- (A Study on the Somato type of Middle-aged Women -House wives between 40s and 55s-)

  • The pourpose of this study is to determine the exact size which can be the basic elements of the fashion design with the measurement of middle-aged women's body, and to grasp the peculiar tomato type of the middle-aged women by compacting each measurement and examing the change of body shape. Making 215 house wives about 40 to 55 years old the subject of this research, we measured the body size from June to August, 1994. After analyzing the data through the 43 item.; of the body measurement, grasping the characteristics of the tomato type, we classified three types of physical standard and looked into the element of body structure. The results were as follows; 1. The average Rohrer index of middle-aged women in Tas-gu is about 1.5 and they usually seem to be fat compared with other groups. 2. Age has much influence on the body change of middle-aged women. Especially around 45 years old, the body change showed remarkable. 3. When analyzing the elements of the body measurement, the biggest elements of middle -aged women's body structure are in the items of width, thickness and girth related to the expansion of body line. Therefore in the middle age, the thickness and the girth have more influence on the human body than the height and the length, so the items of thickness and girth is the most important factor in the somato type. 4. In the slim body and standard body, the thirst factor is the items of height and length related to vertical size and the second is the items of width and thickness and girth. In ice fat body the first factor is the items of width, thickness, girth and the second is those of height, length. Unlike other body shapes, the fat body has many factors, which shows that the fat body has much variation in each part in proportion to fatness.

국내 저관리 경량형 옥상녹화용 식생기반재의 이화학적 특성 및 탄소고정량 비교 분석 (A Comparative Study on Carbon Storage and Physicochemical Properties of Vegetation Soil for Extensive Green Rooftop Used in Korea)

  • This study was carried out to analyze comparison of carbon storage and physicochemical properties of vegetation soil for extensive green rooftop established at Seoul National University in september 2013. For this study, 42 plots were made by 2 kinds of vegetation soil including A-type and B-type. A-type vegetation soil plots were made of 90% perlite and 10% humus and B-type vegetation soil plots were made of 60% perlite, 20% vermiculite, 10% coco peat and 10% humus. This study used 6 kinds of plants which are Aster koraiensis, Sedum takesimense, Zoysia japonica Steud, Euonymus japonica, Rhododendron indicum SWEET and Ligustrum obtusifolium. Field research was carried out in 11 months after planting. Physiochemical properties of B-type vegetation soil plots were better than A-type vegetation soil plots in every way and soil carbon content was also higher at B-type vegetation soil plots as well. B-type vegetation soil plots were maintained 10 to 20% higher soil water content than A-type vegetation soil plots of the study period. The species of herb which showed the best carbon storage was Zoysia japonica Steud at B-type vegetation soil plots. The species of shrub which showed the best carbon storage was Ligustrum obtusifolium at B-type vegetation soil plots. Plants generally showed better growth at B-type vegetation soil plots and B-type vegetation soil plots were higher than A-type vegetation soil plots in soil carbon stock.

옥상공간의 태양광 자원 해석을 통한 PV 시스템 및 녹화식재에 대한 적지조건분석 (The Analysis of Optimal Site Condition for Photovoltaic System and Green Roof Planting through Sunlight Component Simulation of Rooftop Area)

  • These day morden cities have serious climatic problems due to enviornmental load caused by excessive development of urbanization. As technological improvement to answer to various ecological disasters and climate changes are also called on the field of construction, inter-disciplinary studies linked to the estabilishment of sustainable energy generation systems and enviornmental control is needed in a consilient point of view. This study aims to analyse optimal site conditions for photovoltaic system and green roof planting through solar radiation simulation in a integrated perspective. In so doing, it seeks to proffer basic study for developing a sound use of roof area that is sustainable in environmental and resources aspects. A computer simulation showed that, in the case of total seasonal solar radiation, summer season resulted 312.5kWh in 35% of total annual solar radiation. This season indicated the lowest radiation rate of the year for direct sunlight in 45.8% of total seasonal solar radiation. Due to such solar radiation simulation, at the largest optimal planting area, Glechoma hederacea var. longituba secured $719.16m^2$ of gross roof area.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비내진 상세를 가진 고층 R.C골조의 탄성 및 비탄성 거동을 실험적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 따라서, 국내의 내진 설계규준에 따라 설계 및 시공된 건축물이 선정되었으며, 상사법칙에 따라 1:12의 축소율의 평면 골조모델이 제작되었다. 실험방법은 옥상층의 변위제어에 의해 반전횡하중 실험과 일방향 가력 실험을 수행하였다. 지진효과를 나타내기 위하여, 횡력은 휘플트리를 이용하여 각층에 역삼각형 형태로 분포되었다. 실험으로부터 밑면전단력, 균열양상, 주요부재 단부에서의 국부 회전각 및 층간변위와 층전단력과의 관계를 얻을 수 있었다. 실험결과로부터 비내진 상세를 가진 고층 철근콘크리트 골조의 탄성 및 비탄성 거동에 대해 살펴보았다.

이동 통신 기지국 안테나의 수동 상호 변조 왜곡에 진동이 미치는 영향 분석 및 개선 방안 (Effects of Vibration on Passive Intermodulation Distortion in Mobile Base Station Antennas)

  • 본 논문은 800 MHz 대역의 CDMA 이동 통신 기지국의 안테나에서 보편적으로 발생되고 있는 수동 상호 변조 왜곡 특성에 대하여 조명해 보고 진동이 수동 상호 변조 왜곡에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 그에 대한 개선 방안을 연구하였다. 이동 통신 기지국은 대부분 건물 옥상이나 철탑 등 고지대에 위치하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 비, 바람 등 자연 환경적인 요인이나 차량 등 생활 환경적인 요인에 의해 미세한 흔들림 곧, 진동이라는 영향을 수없이 받고 있다. 이에 착안하여 이동 통신 안테나가 진동에 의해 영향을 받고 있다는 것을 실험을 통해 입증해 냄으로써 실제 이동 통신 운용 필드에서 진동이라는 요인에 의해 안테나의 수동 상호 변조 왜곡 특성이 쉽게 열화된다는 것을 증명해 보였다. 또한, 진동에 잘 견딜 수 있는 안테나 구조에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였고, 구조 개선 전후 안테나의 수동 상호 변조 왜곡 특성을 실험적으로 비교함으로써 그 열화 정도를 35 dB 이상 향상시킬 수 있었다.
