The Conditions of Fringe Benefits and Retirement Planning among Paid Workers (임금 근로자의 복리후생 조건과 은퇴계획 수립의 관련성)

  • The purpose of this study was to derive association between company's fringe benefits and retirement planning. The study analyzed the 2016 Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA) and a total of 1,740 participants was included. To analyze the relationship between the number of the company's employee fringe benefit and the retirement planning, multiple logistic regression was conducted. As a result, we found multiple variables affecting the retirement planning including not only the number of the fringe benefits, but also the age, marital status, residence, private health insurance status, and subjective health status. Successful retirement planning for wage workers benefits not only the individuals or government, but companies also gain benefits such as improved productivity of workers and a better corporate image, so further research is needed on the effective implementation of the system, and the role of government to support this.

Suggestion of Regression Equations for Estimating RMR Factor Rating by Geological Condition (지질 조건을 고려한 RMR 인자값 추정을 위한 선형회귀식 제안)

  • In general, RMR classification system is used for the support design of a tunnel. Face mapping during excavation and RMR-based rock classifications are conducted in order to provide information for complementary changes to preliminary survey plans and for continuous geological estimations in direction of tunnel route. Although they are ever so important, there are not enough time for survey in general and sometimes even face mapping is not available. Linear regression analysis for the estimation of mediating RQD and condition of discontinuities, which require longer time and more detailed observation in RMR, was performed and optimum regression equations are suggest as the result. The geological data collected from tunnels were analyzed in accordance with three rock types as sedimentary rock, phyllite and granite to see geological effects, generally not been considered in previous researches. Parameters for the regression analysis were set another RMR factor.

  • This study designed and manufactured "a DVOR virtual signal generator" to make the monitoring system of preliminary Doppler VHF Omni-directional Radio Range(DVOR) run like its real operation status in a narrow space in order to study "a DVOR virtual monitoring system". The designed and manufactured DVOR virtual signal generator is suitable for the specification of signal that is generated in the currently running equipment. In addition, it is possible to control operation conditions of equipment by using parameter variables, and the circuit construction is largely divided into the input part, the modulation part, the high-gain amplifier, and the power part. "The DVOR virtual monitoring system using the virtual signal designed and implemented in this study is very suitable to be used for low-cost actual education as it can construct the operation status like the real situation in a narrow space without using an actual system like an antenna generating side band.

  • Currently, conventional fire prevention facility installation standard is based on the use and size of the domestic theaters. In the study, theaters with 1,900 seats were examined to suggest a suitable method to adapt a better fire preventing system. The proposed systems are as follow. - 100% of backup pressed-water outlet device, considering waterproof pressure for fire prevention facility at the top floor. - The supplement of the side wall type header and a large caliber outlet header for stage open sprinkler. - Subdividing a installation rule for special detector and implementing the latestdetector. - Installation of fire curtain for dividing stage area and auditorium area, and also the method of installation of fire curtain.

  • 기존의 IEC 61850 표준 적용 국내 디지털변전소는 Station 레벨에 한정되어 구축되어 왔다. 향후 구축될 Process 레벨을 포함한 풀(Full) 디지털 변전소 디지털화는 디지털변전소 운전에 있어 중요하고 긴급한 신호인 Process bus를 통한 SV와 GOOSE신호의 전송으로 이루어지고 있다. Process bus를 활용한 배전선로 보호용 통합 IED는 GIS 등 변전소 전력설비로부터 전압과 전류 값을 MU(Merging Unit)를 통해 공급받아 각 구간의 Bay 혹은 Bank단위로 통합적인 보호 기능을 수행하고, 주 IED와 예비 IED가 서로의 상태를 상호 감시하여 보호기능의 이중화를 이루어야 하고, Sampled Value를 처리하기 위한 정밀한 시각동기화 기능을 갖추어야 한다. 만약, Process bus 시스템의 문제로 인해, 지연과 손실이 발생한다면 변전소 보호 제어에 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 Process bus를 디지털변전소에 적용하기 위해서는 Process bus 기반의 네트워크시스템에 연결된 MU와 IED가 송수신하는 SV와 GOOSE를 손실과 지연없이 전송할 수 있는지를 분석해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털변전소 네트워크 시뮬레이션 시험을 통해, 배전선로용 통합 IED의 성능검증을 위해 Process bus 네트워크 시스템을 설계하고 시뮬레이션 시험을 수행하여 이를 통해 향후 국내의 Process bus 디지털변전시스템 구축을 위한 효과적인 네트워크 시스템 설계방법을 제시하고자 한다.

WTO의 민간항공기 보조금논쟁과 대응전략

  • WTO는 범세계적 글로벌 경쟁상황에서 국가간 무역거래를 제한하고 자원배분을 왜곡하여 결과적으로 세계 후생의 감소를 가져오는 개별 국가들의 관세 및 각종 비관세장벽, 그리고 자원의 효율적 배분을 왜곡하는 각국 정부의 보조금 정책 시정을 위해 창설되었다. 항공기산업에 있어서 보조금 논쟁의 특징은 주로 선-선진국간 분쟁에 국한된다는 점에서 기존의 WTO에서 많은 갈등을 빚고 있는 선-후진국간의 분쟁과는 큰 차이가 있다. 한국이 주도적으로 대규모 개발사업을 추진하면서 정부보조금을 지급할 경우에는 장기적으로 보조금 분쟁에 휘말릴 가능성이 있다. 그러나 미국/유럽간 쌍무협정 체결 내용에서 보듯이 개발보조금 지급 비중이 전체 개발비의 33%이상이 되지 않을 경우는 큰 문제가 없을 것으로 예상되며, 추가적 지원이 필요할 경우에는 직접적 개발비 보다는 관련 지 원인프라 지원을 통해 특정성 문제를 회피할 필요가 있다. 또한 한국은 아직 WTO 민간 항공기 협정 미가입 상태이기 때문에 WTO로부터 당장 규제대상은 아니다. 실제로 WTO 회원 가입 절차는 WTO로부터 요청 후 국내 검토를 거쳐 예비회원가입(2년 소요)-정회원의 절차를 거치게 된다. 또한 보조금 지급에 의한 경쟁자의 산업 피해가 직접적으로 드러날 때까지는 더 많은 시간이 소요되기 때문에 실제로 WTO 제재를 받기까지는 상당한 시간을 확보할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 WTO 회원이 되면 항공기산업의 육성에 많은 제약이 따르므로 사전적으로 충분한 정부 지원을 통해 조속히 국제경쟁력을 키우는 전략이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

Developing a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Package for Successful Aging (성공노화를 위한 포괄적 노인평가 패키지 개발)

  • This is a methodological study designed to develop a comprehensive geriatric assessment package for successful aging of the elderly in various health condition. Assessment items and tools were primarily selected and categorized into 9 domains through the review of existing geriatric assessment tools, which have been used in the clinic and community settings, and the investigation of related articles. We have obtained professional advice from three experts and conducted a preliminary survey (n=15). Based on findings, the final version of comprehensive geriatric assessment package were devised. It was constructed of 29 assessment items in 6 domains of basic, psychologic function, physical function, life style, subjective health state, and environment. It also contained concrete implementation guide of each tool.

  • The thermal-hydraulic transient analysis of the proposed CANDU-9 plant was peformed. Several major transients ore analyzed if they meet the heat transport system design requirements. The proposed heat transport system configuration and the preliminary sizes of system equipment are justified by analysis in terms of the fuel integrity and the high system pressure limit during transients. The compliance with AECB R-77 requirements for CANDU-9 reactor was estimated. The analysis results showed that for each postulated accident the peak pressure values in the reactor headers are within the acceptance criteria given in ASME code requirements and the fuel overheating is prevented. One pump start-up during the reactor start-up operation was analyzed to investigate the How reversal through the fuel channel, which is specific in the proposed CANDU-9 plant.

  • 전자빔 용해법에 의해 고순도 티타늄잉고트 및 버튼시편을 제조하였다. 이들 중 18개의 금속불순물을 GDMS(Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry)로 그리고 탄소, 질소, 산소의 함량을 고온연소법으로 측정한 후 이들과 전기비저항, 경도와의 관계를 조사하였다. 99%와 99.6%스폰지를 용해한 경우 대부분의금속불순물들이 대폭 감소하는 큰 휘발 정련효과가 나타났으며 비금속불순물들의 경우는 장비의 진공상태에 따라 큰 영향을 받으며 정련효과를 기대할 수 없었다. 금속 불순물중 철은 가장 제거하기 어려운 원소로 밝혀졌으며 이는 원료 스폰기중에서 철이 주불순물이기 때문이며 추가적인 예비정련이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 상온 및 액체질소온도에서의 전기비저항은 가스불순물의 량이 증가함에 따라 직선적으로 증가하였으며 이들의 저항비($\rho$$_{RT}$ /$\rho$$_{N2}$)는 가스불순물의 총량이 1,000ppm이하의 경우 불순물량이 감소함에 따라 급격하게 저하하였으며 이 이상인 경우 완만하게 감소하였다. 이들의 경도는 가스불순물의 량이 증가하였으며 산소당량의 평방근에 비례하는 것으로 나타났다.다.

A Study on the relation of health concern, health behavior, and subjective health status between the aged and the preliminary aged group (예비노인 집단과 노인집단의 건강관심도 및 건강행위, 주관적인 건강상태와의 관련성 연구)

  • The purpose of this research was to provide basic data to the welfare policy for the aged by studying the relation of health concern, health behavior, and subjective health condition between the aged and the preliminary aged group. Subjects were composed of a total of 259 (116 males, 143 females) living in seoul, aged 50-64(preliminary old people) and over 65(old people), and they were asked to answer the survey Questionnaires The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and spearman's correlation coefficient. As a result of the study, the preliminary aged group was significant than the aged group in all three variables. In the relation of health concern and health behavior, there was significance both for the preliminary aged(p〈0.01) and the aged group(p〈0.001). Also, there was significance in the relation of health behavior and subjective health condition of two groups(p〈0.001). However, in the relation of subjective health condition and health concern, there was significance only for the aged group(p〈0.001). For the correlation among three variables, there was significance in the relation between health concern and health behavior and between health behavior and subjective health condition of the preliminary aged group(p〈0.01), but there was significance in the relation between health concern and health behavior and between health behavior and subjective health condition of the aged group(p〈0.01).
