This study is based on the sport event(mountains marathon race 2005 in Jecheon) of social and cultural impact. The results were as fallows: Factor analysis of 19 positive impact items produced five dimensions and factor analysis of 9 negative impact items produced two dimensions. As an example of results, younger generations (those in 20s and 30s) and service employees tended to perceive the impacts of the sport event more positively than other age or occupation groups. Thus, the results indicated that attitudes toward the event are likely to differ across socio-demographic characteristics.

본 연구는 대학 환경특성이 전반적 서비스품질, 서비스가치와 학생만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 저자들은 선행연구와 학생들과의 토의를 통하여 학생만족을 결정짓는 변수들을 24개로 선정하였다. 요인분석 결과, 교수/교육과정, 교육시설, 학내외 활동/위치, 교육지원서비스, 편의시설, 수업료의 6개 요인이 도출되었다. C 대학교의 463명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료는 Lisrel 8.3을 이용하여 분석되었다. 실증분석 결과, 요약과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육시설 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학내외 활동/위치 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지원서비스 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수/교육과정 요인이 전반적 서비스품질에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 지각된 서비스가치에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 여섯째, 전반적 서비스품질이 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 지각된 서비스가치가 학생만족에 정(+)의 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 대학환경특성과 학생만족 간의 관계에 있어서 전반적 서비스품질과 서비스가치가 매개역할을 한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 연구의 마지막에서는 관리적 시사점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국에서의 초임 과학 교사 전문성 발달에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 비교? 분석하는 것이다. 참여교사는 한국 수도권 지역과 미국 중서부지역에서의 초임 과학 중등교사 각각 네 명이다. 자료는 수업관찰 및 녹화, 반구조화된 면담을 통해 수집하였으며, 수업맥락을 이해하기 위한 수업관련 자료와 학생 활동 자료도 같이 수집하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공통적으로 전문성 발달에 영향을 미치는 요인은 추구하는 교사상과 평가, 시험대비와 같은 학교 맥락이었다. 또한 한국 초임 교사들에게는 과학교과서와 행정적인 업무와 같은 맥락적인 요인이 전문성 발달에 영향을 미친 반면, 미국 초임교사들은 교생실습에서의 멘터 교사의 영향을 많이 받았다. 둘째, 참여교사들이 공통적으로 느낀 어려움이나 관심은 수업 관리와 교과 내용지식을 넓히는 것이었다. 셋째, 모든 참여교사들은 전문성 발달을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있었으며, 추구하는 교사상이 현재와 미래의 교수실천에 중요한 역할을 하고 있었다. 넷째, 미국 참여교사들은 교생실습 때의 멘터 교사에 크게 영향을 받는 반면, 한국 참여교사들은 멘터 교사보다는 다른 여러 가지 요인들에 의해 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 주요 목적은 인터넷 뱅킹의 사용 패턴 (사용의 다양성과 강도)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고 검증하는데 있다. 자기효능 이론, 혁신수용이론, 그리고 기술수용모형을 기초로 인터넷 뱅킹 사용자의 사용 패턴에 영향을 줄 수 있는 5개의 요인 (혁신성, PC에 대한 자신감, 인터넷 경험, 인지된 용이성, 인지된 보안성)을 찾아내서, 그 요인들이 인터넷 뱅킹의 사용에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 실증적으로 각 요인의 영향을 검증한 결과, 사용자의 인터넷 경험과 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템에 대한 사용자의 인지된 보안성은 사용의 다양성과 강도에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤고, 개인의 혁신성은 사용의 다양성에만 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 주식간 상관관계 속성을 검증하고자 하는 연구의 일환으로, 한국주식시장에서 1980년 1월부터 2003년 5월까지 기간동안에 수익률 측정기간단위 변화에 따라 주식수익률간 상관관계에 어떤 영향이 관찰되는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 즉, 주식수익률간 상관관계가 시간의 함수(시간종속성)인지를 관찰하고자 하였다. 또한, 수익률의 측정기간단위에 따라 영향을 받는 주식수익률간 상관관계가 주식수익률에 영향을 미치는 요인의 어떤 변화에 기인하는 것인지를 시장모형을 이용하여 개별주식수익률 변동성의 구성요소로 분해 및 분석함으로써 그 원인을 찾고자 하였다. 검증결과에 의하면, 수익률의 측정기간단위가 증가함에 따라 주식수익률간 상관관계는 증가하는 경향을 나타냄에 따라 시간의 함수임을 부정할 수 없었고, 또한 측정기간단위가 단기에서 장기로 변화함에 따라 개별주식수익률의 변동성 구성요소에서 개별기업요인에 기인하는 부분은 감소되고 시장요인에 기인하는 부분은 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 수익률 측정기간단위는 주식수익률간 상관관계에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 이러한 영향은 주식수익률에 영향을 미치는 요인 중, 시장요인의 변화를 야기하는 것에서 원인을 찾을 수 있었다.

The main purpose of the study is the impacts of applying two dimensions of Learning Organization on Job Satisfaction and the mediating effect of the Self efficacy. As a result, Structural Factor had not positive effect and Human Factor had positive effect on the Job Satisfaction. The mediating effect of Self efficacy had significant effect between Learning Organization and Job Satisfaction. The result of this study is not presented at the existing research. Therefore, tthe supervisor should make efforts to develop skills for the management of learning organization in order to fit the nature of the group members.

This study is to determine the status of satisfaction and well-being and work environment aimed at SME workers, deficiencies is to improve the overall satisfaction improvement. As a result of the confidence analysis to verify the reliability of the measurement tool, all of the factors is somewhat higher reliability coefficient was found to less than 0.6. Job factors, relationship factors, compensating factors are subjected to multiple regression analysis as job satisfaction and welfare duties factors to determine the impact on satisfaction, relationship factors, the compensation factor as an independent variable and dependent of each job satisfaction and welfare satisfaction variable result of three factors, job factors and compensation factors, two factors had significant influence on job satisfaction. When the job factor ${\beta}$ value(0.584), the compensation factor(0.369) showed a net impact on job satisfaction big. By improving the business environment and well-being through improved employee satisfaction, it came to a positive attitude to business is expected to have a positive impact on the satisfaction of external customers.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting rural experience by applying the unified push-pull-mooring model. The theoretical model is an unified PPM model that introduces new variables based on PPM. The pull factor of the newly introduced variables were reconstructed based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model. The hypothesis is set as follows. The push factor will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction and the pull factor(experience attributes, service quality)will have a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Also, mooring factors will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. The research model of this study was tested by structural equation model based on 314 effective questionnaire data. Service quality had a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Mooring factors have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. Push factor and experience attributes factor were analyzed to have a no significance effect on experience satisfaction. These results theoretically test that the mooring factors also have an important effect on the experience satisfaction in the rural experience. Based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model introduced as a pull factor, the proposed unified PPM model proved to be a useful analysis framework. In practice, it was able to provide implications on what factors should be strategically and marketingly focused to activate the 6th industry experience.

This study The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship factors and technical factors on the logistics performance of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis, information sharing, mutual trust, and mutual benefit of the inter-organizational relationship factors as factors affecting the logistics performance were analyzed as the factors that positively influence the logistics performance. In the technology factor, IT infrastructure and technology reliability are analyzed as factors that positively influence logistics performance, but system operation capacity is analyzed as a factor that does not positively affect logistics performance. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be confirmed that logistics companies can maximize the logistics performance by mutual sharing of information, mutual benefit and trust, and it is also confirmed that technical reliability is also an important factor.
