  • DUPIC Fuel Development Facility(DFDF) is the facility to fabricate CANDU-type fuel from spent PWR fuel material without any separation of fissile elements and fission products. Unattended continuous surveillance systems for safeguards of nuclear facility result in large amounts of image and radiation data, which require much time and effort to inspect. Therefore, it is necessary to develop system that automatically pinpoints and diagnoses the anomalies from data. In this regards, this paper presents a novel concept of the continuous surveillance system that integrates visual image and radiation data by the use of neural networks. This surveillance system is operating for safeguards of the DFDF in KAERI.

  • These days, there are a lot of digital images, which are using to communicate with each other people, can make a liberal and creative media. In this environment, the studies on the digital animation would play a leading role of the aesthetic and technology developments for creative digital images. Digital animation images have their own aesthetics, and characteristics. They should be considered as a part of technology expansions. In particular, hyperrealistic digital animation should be more concentrated in the mutual relation between technology and aesthetic, because hyperrealistic digital animation has not only an appartus feature as a side of aesthetics, but a technology feature as a post modernistic media. Therefore the technology of digital animation as a the possibility of future growth for media should adhere strictly the peculiarity of digital aesthetics.

  • 본 논문은 기존에 사람의 인력이나 열화상 카메라에 의존하고 있는 배전선 기자재 점검을 사람대신 로봇이 점검 작업을 하고 기존의 열화상 카메라만 사용하는 점검 방법에 CCD 카메라를 추가로 사용하여 열화상 이미지와 실영상을 같이 획득하도록 하여 배전선 점검 작업의 안전성 확보와 고장진단의 결과 값들의 객관성 있고 정확한 데이터를 획득을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 로봇이 가공지선을 자율주행하면서 발생하는 포스트 간 이동, 가공지선 회피, 가공지선 다 분기와 같은 문제가 발생하게 되는데 이러한 문제점들은 센서 융합 방법을 사용하여 로봇이 가공지선을 원활하게 자율주행을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 배전선 기자재들의 자연적 현상 때문에 발생하는 기자재의 부식과 열화로 변하게 되는 기자재들의 온도를 열화상 카메라로 분석하여 배전선 기자재들의 불량 기준 온도를 초과하게 되면 열화상 이미지와 CCD 카메라의 실영상 이미지가 자동으로 캡쳐 되고 저장 될 수 있게 하였다. 이러한 모든 동작들은 로봇이 자율주행을 하면서 이루어진다.

  • 현재의 지능형 안전 및 유지관리 방법은 자연재해 및 시설물 사용성능 향상 등의 환경변화 대응에 아직 미흡하고, 기술역량도 부족하다. 국내의 시설물의 점검 및 관리 시스템은 대부분 수작업으로 이루어진다. 이러한 수동적인 관리는 시설물의 상태 변화에 실시간으로 대응하지 못함으로서 여러 사고를 초래하기도 한다. 하지만 사람이 일일이 검사하는 수동적인 시설물 관리에서는 이러한 문제점을 완벽히 해결할 수 없으며, 시설물 관리를 위해 많은 유지보수 인력이 필요하지만 예산상의 문제로 인해 관리가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 4G 무선네트워크 기반의 영상카메라 및 감지센서 융합형 시각정보화 M2M 게이트웨이를 활용하여 간단한 시설물 관리 시스템 구성으로 인한 기존 원격 영상 감시 시스템과 차별화된 저전력, 저비용, 고효율, 고성능의 무인 시설물 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • 최근 기후변화와 하천 제방의 노후화로 인해 수재해 위험이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 재래적인 하천 제방의 점검은 많은 인력과 예산 소모로 비효율적이며 제방 전구간 점검의 한계, 객관성의 한계 등 많은 한계점들이 존재하여 효과적인 홍수 대응을 위해 새로운 모니터링과 예/경보 시스템의 구축이 반드시 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 인공위성을 이용한 하천 제방 변위 산출과 수문학적 요인과의 관계 분석을 통해 하천 제방 건강상태 모니터링 시스템 방안을 제안하고자 한다. Sentinel-1 SAR 영상과 유럽 우주국(ESA)의 위성 영상 전처리 도구인 SNAP을 이용하여 2020년 여름 붕괴된 남원시의 금곡교 제방의 봄(4~5월), 여름(7~8월)의 변위를 산출하였고, 제방의 위험도 산정을 위해 토양수분관계를 분석하였다. 선행 연구(김상우,2019)에서는 농촌진흥청에서 제공하는 TDR(Time Domain Reflectrometry) 관측값과 Sentinel-1 SAR의 후방 산란계수의 토양수분관계가 일치하는 경향을 제시하여, 본 연구에서는 이를 이용하여 제방 후 방산란계수를 산출하고 변위와 토양수분도의 상관관계를 분석하여 변위 추세와 토양수분도의 추세가 일치하는 경향을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 향후에는 위성을 이용하여 산출한 제방의 변위와 토양수분도의 불확실성을 보완하고 기온, 수위, 토양도, 지하수위와 같은 수문기상학적 데이터의 분석을 통해 초정밀, 자동화 하천 제방 건강상태 모니터링 시스템이 구현 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

  • The animation is in a boom as the one of rising media content industry of 21st century. So it is very affective to education. For example, in primary or secondary schools, there are extra-animation class after school, and in universities, there are a lot of the department of animation nowadays. In every years, a number of high-educated professionals are coming to the manpower market. This was an affirmative phenomenon for many animation companies to upgrade from OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturing) system to very creative system. They might believed that young, well-educated animators have qualified skills, and creative mind. But, 10 years later, now, there is few professionals who was well-educated in system of Korean animation. Companies still can not hire enough animators. Even if they can find an high-educated person, this person do not have enough skills to do his or her works, so companies need to re-educate this animator for awhile. But, why is very hard to find a skillful new animator? From this question, we will talk about educational condition of animation departments, and condition of employment to markets. And then, we will find the causes of problems which give bad effect to lack of manpower. Finally, we will summarize about policies for supporting animation, so hope to contribute for making better atmosphere for creating animations.

The Impact of External Resources Utilization Strategies and Absorptive Capability on the Korean Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Performance: For Electronic Components and Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturers (외부 자원 활용 전략과 흡수능력이 중소기업 성과에 미치는 영향: 전자부품, 통신 장비 업체를 대상으로)

  • This study examined 142 electronic components, video, audio, and communications equipment manufacturers (KSIC 32) out of all the SMEs that responded to the Survey on Technology of the Small and Medium Enterprises in both 2005 and 2007 and empirically analyzed how the external resources utilization and the absorptive capability affected the management and the innovation performance in two years as well as how the absorptive capability moderated these relationships. According to the results of analysis, the external resources utilization, as measured by the technology collaboration and the governments R&D subsidies, did not have a significant impact on performance whereas R&D investment showed a positive (+) influence on the sales and R&D personnel ratio, negative (-). On the other hand, the moderating effect of absorptive capability varied by measurement method and independent variables. That is, when a technology collaboration takes place, the performance improved with the increase of R&D investment but R&D personnel ration had an opposite effect. The companies whose performance improved as the government R&D subsidies increase are those with low R&D investment or high R&D personnel ratio. These results demonstrate that the SME's external resources utilization cannot replace the internal and that the absorptive capability needs to be accumulated to maximize the effectiveness of external resources utilization. Also, the technology collaboration requires SME's aggressive investment in R&D and the government R&D subsidies turn out to be more helpful for the companies that already have the R&D personnel but have been unable to develop their own technology due to insufficient funds. This study has limitations in that it was conducted within the limited industry categories and samples, but has overcome those of the existing researches by identifying causal relationships through the use of longitudinal data.

  • This study suggests that even if the consulting is started by the consulting of the company, it is difficult for the consulting firm to operate the consulting firm Consulting performance differs depending on the degree of understanding of consulting. Although consulting firms have been studying various prior research papers in view of the fact that there are many cases where they proceed with the sales strategy of repurchasing in mind, most of them deal with research on consulting performance on the supplier side, The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a company has a high level of participation in consulting in the event of a situation or situation and consequently influences the intention to purchase consulting. In order to find out whether they are visible, the reliability of the measured values and the fit of the measurement model by CFA were obtained through the exploratory factor analysis. The results were as follows: The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it is necessary for the consultant to improve the participation of the consulting company and the understanding of the consulting in order to increase the intention of the consulting repurchase intention. Since the consultant shows the result in an empirical way, the consulting company participates in the role and process The results of this study are as follows. First, it is suggested that firms should be very careful about the participation and consulting understanding because they affect the repurchase intention of consulting firms.

Comparative Evaluation of Chest Image Pneumonia based on Learning Rate Application (학습률 적용에 따른 흉부영상 폐렴 유무 분류 비교평가)

  • This study tried to suggest the most efficient learning rate for accurate and efficient automatic diagnosis of medical images for chest X-ray pneumonia images using deep learning. After setting the learning rates to 0.1, 0.01, 0.001, and 0.0001 in the Inception V3 deep learning model, respectively, deep learning modeling was performed three times. And the average accuracy and loss function value of verification modeling, and the metric of test modeling were set as performance evaluation indicators, and the performance was compared and evaluated with the average value of three times of the results obtained as a result of performing deep learning modeling. As a result of performance evaluation for deep learning verification modeling performance evaluation and test modeling metric, modeling with a learning rate of 0.001 showed the highest accuracy and excellent performance. For this reason, in this paper, it is recommended to apply a learning rate of 0.001 when classifying the presence or absence of pneumonia on chest X-ray images using a deep learning model. In addition, it was judged that when deep learning modeling through the application of the learning rate presented in this paper could play an auxiliary role in the classification of the presence or absence of pneumonia on chest X-ray images. In the future, if the study of classification for diagnosis and classification of pneumonia using deep learning continues, the contents of this thesis research can be used as basic data, and furthermore, it is expected that it will be helpful in selecting an efficient learning rate in classifying medical images using artificial intelligence.

  • The purpose of this study was to perceived interactivity about experience of using dance video contents and intention to use. This study was examine an adaptive model of Technology Acceptance Model and focused on YouTube. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 350 questionnaires were surveyed and 311 data were finally analyzed. All data were processed through SPSS for Windows 20.0 version and AMOS 18.0. For the analysis of data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, model evaluation, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. first. Perceived Interactivity had not affect on perceived usefulness but two-way communication, user control among the sub-factor in perceived Interactivity had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. second, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Lastly, Perceived usefulness had not affect intention to use, but perceived ease of use had a positive effect on intention use.
