Eine Untersuchung $\"{u}ber$ Ciceros Partitiones oratoriae (키케로의 수사학 교본 Partitiones oratoriae 연구)

  • Der Rhetorik Ciceros wird such im heutigen Rhetorik-Boom als innerhalb der westlichen Tradition am einflussreichsten angesehen. Deshalb versucht diese Arbeit, anhand seines Buches Partitiones Oratoriae die Grundkonzepte seines Denkens heraus zu arbeiten. Das Hauptthema dieses Buches ist die Redelehre, die aus VIS ORATORIS, ORATIO und QUAESTIO besteht. Jeder Hauptteil hat seinerseits Subsektionen. Vis Oratoris wird z.B. in weitere funf Bereiche eingeteilt: INVENTIO, CONLOCATIO, ELOCUTIO, ACTIO und MEMORIA. Oratio in vier: PRINCIPIUM, NARRATIO, ARGUMENTATIO und PERORATIO; die Quaestio in zwei: CONSULTATIO und CAUSA. Unser Ausgangspunkt ist die erste Klassifikation der Redelehre. Unsere Untersuchung hat gezeigt, dass die Quaestio nicht nor mil der Vis Oratoris sondern auch mil der Oratio Gemeinsamkeiten hat. 'Der Gedanke'(RES) der Consultatio ist ein Teil von Inventio und Conlocatio im Bereich der Vis Oratoris, und ein Teil von Narratio und Peroratio im Bereich der Oratio. Das gilt auch fur die Cauga, einen anderen Teil der Quaestio. Daraus ergibt sich die Moglichkeit der Integration der Qaestio z.B. in Vis, weil der Ausdruck (VERBA) sicherlich zur Eiocutio $geh\"{o}rt$ - bei der Darstellung der Quaestio wie bei der der Vis geht Cicero von der Unterscheidung res-verba aus. Aus solch reduktionistischer Sicht $k\"{o}nnen$ wir auch die Oratio in die Vis integrieren, weil die Funktionen der Redeteile der Stoff der Inventio sind. Die Inventio sucht nach Wegen, sich $vertrauensw\"{u}rdig$ zu machen und Emotionen zu wecken. Der erste Weg dahin ist die Funktion von Narratio und Argumentatio, und der zweite Weg die von Principium und Peroratio. Es gibt weitere interessante Punkte: die Ausweichung der Memoria von der $\"{u}blichen$ Produktionsstufe der Rede, die Gewichtsverlagerung der Oratio auf die Narratio, die Hervorhebung der gerichtlichen Rede wegen ihres dialektischen Zuges, die Bevorzugung der $Vertrauensw\"{u}rdigkeit$ (der Emotionen gegeniuber) usw. Es bleibt naturlich strittig, welche Sichtweise zwischen den Polen Integration und der Ausdifferenzierung angemessen ist. Trotzdem ist klar, dass Cicero $gro{\ss}en$Wert nicht auf VERBA, sondern auf RES gelegt hat. $F\"{u}r$ ihn ist vor allem Vertrauenswurdigkeit am wichtigsten.

  • At present, in the field of design research, the systematic research on Without Thought design is still insufficient, and it is used in conjunction with the concept of Affordance. Therefore, based on Naoto Fukasawa's design ideas of 'Without Thought' and related unconscious theory, this study will define the concept of 'Without Thought design'. Briefly, Without Thought design is to enable users to complete the unconscious interaction with objects and give users a feeling of "just right". Besides, by reviewing Naoto Fukasawa's works, papers, speeches and related literature, this study derives five Without Thought design principles: continuity of behavior, clarity of semantics, commonality of cognition, design for living situations and design for natural needs. Then, the content this study could be an origin that be helpful to define the concept of Without Thought in a more systematic way, looking forward to serving as the basic data for the process development of Without Thought design.

  • In recent years, as many people post their interests on social media or store documents in digital form due to the development of the internet and computer technologies, the amount of text data generated has exploded. Accordingly, the demand for technology to create valuable information from numerous document data is also increasing. In this study, through statistical techniques, we investigate how the meanings of Korean words change over time by using the presidential speech records and newspaper articles public data. Using this, we present a strategy that can be utilized in the study of the synchronic change of Hangeul. The purpose of this study is to deviate from the study of the theoretical language phenomenon of Hangeul, which was studied by the intuition of existing linguists or native speakers, to derive numerical values through public documents that can be used by anyone, and to explain the phenomenon of changes in the meaning of words.

Effect of Virtual Reality Exposure and Web-based Cognitive Intervention Integrated Program on Social Anxiety Disorder (발표상황에 대한 가상현실노출과 웹기반 인지적 개입의 통합 프로그램 효과 검증)

  • In this study, the effect of VR exposure programs integrated with web-based cognitive restructuring education on reducing social anxiety was confirmed. The experimental group (n=12) received a 10~15 minute session of web-based cognitive intervention and a 20-minute session of virtual reality exposure therapy. The comparison group (n=15) received a 10~15 minute session of web-based speech education and a 20-minute session of virtual reality exposure therapy. After 4 weeks, the experimental group had an increase in positive interpretation bias, a decrease in negative interpretation bias, and a decreased level of social anxiety. These results suggest that the combination of self-help form of web-based cognitive intervention in the treatment of social anxiety disorder can improve the therapeutic effect of VRET.

  • In April 2009, in the wake of President Obama's Prague speech, the international community held four nuclear sec urity summits from 2010 to 2016 to promote nuclear security and prevent nuclear terrorism. The Nuclear Security S ummit has made significant progress in preventing terrorists from attempting to acquire nuclear weapons or fissile materials, but it still has limitations and problems. To solve this problem, the international community should resume the joint efforts for strengthening bilateral cooperation and multilateral nuclear security regime, and the participating countries should strive to protect their own nuclear materials and fulfill their commitments to secure nuclear facilitie s. Second, the United Nations(UN), the IAEA(International Atomic Energy Agency), International Criminal Police Or ganization(INTERPOL), the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism(GICNT), and the Global Partnership(G P) must continue their missions to promote nuclear security in accordance with the five action plans adopted at the Fourth Nuclear Security Summit. Third, the participating countries should begin discussions on the management and protection of military nuclear materials that could not be covered by the Nuclear Security Summit. Fourth, the intern ational community must strive to strengthen the implementation of the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuc lear Material(CPPNM) Amendment and International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrori sm(ICSANT), prepare for cyber attacks against nuclear facilities, and prevent theft, illegal trading and sabotage invo lving nuclear materials.

Design and Implementation of a news Archive System using Shot Types (샷의 타입을 이용한 뉴스 아카이브 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • In order to build a news archive system. the news video stream should be first segmented into several articles, ad their contents are abstracted effectively. This abstraction helps the users to understand the contents of the article without playing the whole video stream. This paper proposes a new article boundary detection scheme for the news video streams together with a new news article abstraction scheme using the shot types of the news video data. The shots in the news video are classified into anchor person shots, interview shots, speech shots, reporting shots, graphic shots, and others. Since the news article starts with an anchor shot whose duration is relatively longer than other shots with special screen structure, the article boundary in detected by the computing the length of the shot and checking the screen structure in the proposed scheme. For the effective abstraction of the article video, the graphic image located in the right-top of the anchor shot frames is primarily used in the proposed abstraction scheme since it is the abstraction of the article made by the producer of the news according to its contents so that it contains a lot of meaningful information. The key frames of the other shots except interview and report shots are also used to abstract the contents of the articles in the proposed scheme. Upon experimental results, the precision and recall values of the proposed article boundary detection scheme could be 92% and 96%, respectively. This paper also presents a design and implementation of a prototype news archive system on WWW that consists of an indexing tool, an authoring tool, a database for meta-data of the news, and a browsing tool.

T. H. Huxley as a Pioneer of British School Science Education - focused on his life and activities (영국 학교 과학교육의 개척자 T. H. Huxley - 생애와 활동을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to illustrate T. H. Huxley's life and activities as a pioneer of British school science education which have been relatively little known than other aspects of him (e.g. Darwin's Bulldog). Undoubtedly, Huxley was one of the great scientists of the Victorian era, but he was also an active reformer of scientific enterprises and school science education through his strong engagement in various governmental and non-governmental positions and through his talents of delivering speeches and of writing books. He joined as a member to various royal commissions (esp. Devonshire Commission), became a president of several important scientific societies (e.g. Royal Society, BAAS) and published many well known books (e.g. Science and Culture, Selected Essays). As a science educator, Huxley himself taught biology and physiology for thirty years and known as an excellent teacher, participated in several historical education reform activities (e.g. a member of Devonshire Commission and of London School Board), worked as a science teacher trainer and as a DSA science examiner for the improvement of the quality of science teaching, and wrote a number of textbooks (esp. Physiography, The Crayfish) for various levels of schooling including elementary and secondary, imprinted his new idea on science teaching. His great role as a pioneer of school science education followed by a more professional successor, Prof. H. E. Armstrong who was better equipped with a more theoretical framework on the activities of learning science.

Archival Program for Daily Life (일상생활과 기록)

  • The author conducted a records research named 'daily life and records.' The purpose of the research was to find an archive, if possible, that would be effective in promoting exchange and cooperation among people in their daily lives, and to distinguish what type of archive it would be, as well as how to let it naturally take place in their ordinary lives. For 4 months (August-December 2019) with 100 college students in their 20s, trial and error were repeated. There was no separate laboratory for the research, and it used regular school hours at universities. Although it is true that there was a control through power by the college system, the plot was centered on the sunshine policy. To human being there is a voluntary and positive attitude. If anyone begins to take this attitude it is difficult to stop such action. Through emotional support, this voluntary action was encouraged to take root. The experiment was an attempt to doubt the obvious, and to search for something new. From afar, this may seem irrelevant to archives. However, for the author who is a professional archivist, it was a time of records through control by Records principles. By organizing into a form of story, its archival implications are observed.

  • Aus kommunikativer Hinsicht wird die Textsorte 'Rede' als appellierende-persuative Textsorte charakterisiert, die eine bestimmte Aufbaustrukutur hat. Das klassische Schema der Rede setzt sich aus Einleitung, $Erz\"{a}hlung$, Beweis und $Schlu{\ss}$ zusammen. $Erz\"{a}hlung$ und Beweis, die sich in der Mitte des ganzen Textes befinden, sind verbunden mit einem Appell an die Vemunft und haben ein intellektuelles Wirkziel. Im Gegensatz dazu beabsichtigen Einleitung und $Schlu\ss$ jeweils als erster und letzter Redeteil das Erzeugen einer sanften oder heftigen Emotion. In dieser Arbeit stellt sich es in drei Textanalysen heraus, $da\ss$ die Einleitung darauf abzielt, die $Zuh\"{o}rer$ wohlwollend, aufmerksam und gelehrig zu machen, und $da\ss$ der $Schlu\ss$ darauf abzielt, die $Zuh\"{o}rer$ wohlwollend, gelehrig zu machen und zum Handeln zu ermuntern. Das Wohlwollen wird dadurch gewonnen, wenn der Redner die Zuhorer lobt oder ihren Ehrgeiz anregt, wenn der Redner den $Zuh\"{o}rern\;Ha{$\ss}$, Zorn, $Mi{\ss}gunst$ gegen den Gegner $einfl\"{o}{\ss}t$, indem er $\"{u}ber$ die schlechten Eigenschaften seines Gegners spricht, oder wenn der Redner den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ Liebe, Gunst und Mitleid $f\"{u}r$ sich selbst $einfl\"{o}{\ss}t$, indem er Dank, Freude und Bedauern usw. ausspricht oder den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ seine eingenen Tugenden, seinen Gerechtigkeitssinn, $W\"{u}rde$, Verdienste, Wohlhaben und Vertrauen zeigt. Die Aufmerksamkeit wird geweckt, wenn der Redner angesehene oder $m\"{a}chtige$ Personen in den Vordergrund stellt, wenn er zeigt, $da\ss\;er\;f\"{u}r$ das allgemeine Wohl $pl\"{a}diert$, wenn er ein Wertargument oder ein plausibles Argument benutzt, wenn er etwas Neues bespricht, oder wenn er letztendlich $ank\"{u}ndigt$, zur Sache zu kommen. Ermuterung zum Handeln wird geschaffen, wenn der Redner seine $W\"{u}nsche$ und Erwartungen usw. ausspricht. $Au{\ss}erdem$ sind rhetorische Mittel wie Ironie, rhetorische Fragen, Antithese, Wiederholung, Parallelismus, Klimax, Correctio, Metapher, Vokativ, Anspielung, Einschub, Hyperbel, $Aufz\"{a}hlung$, Chiasmus, Ellipse usw. $f\"{u}r\;das\;Gef\"{u}ge$ der Rede von Bedeutung. Sie dienen vor allem dem Zweck, den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ den Redeinhalt anschaulich, spannend und eindringlich darzubieten und damit die Wirkung der Aussage zu steigern.

  • Recently, many advanced countries have used original ICT tools in their educational courses. But Korea didn't have any effective origin ICT tools in our mathematical education, compared with other countries which have developed various tools, for examples, Web-Mathematica and HP Calculator. Although we have the advanced IT environment, the educational environments in mathematics using ICT seems to be not promising. In this paper, we suggest a new mathematics education tools in ICT and the internet environments in Korea, and a teaching and studyingmodel for the teachers, students and classrooms. It is based on the Sage-Math and RPG. Sage-Math which is the software based on the web and RPG(Random Problem Generator) will give a good answer for the future of Korean mathematics ICT education.
