The purpose of this study was to identify web designer's knowledge organization for WWW. Linked web sites were investigated in public library web pages. Independent variable was the supervised offices of public libraries and dependent variables were the web sites of type of public libraries, supervised offices of public libraries, and employment information. Results showed that special library and supervised office web sites were linked differently by public library web pages differently based upon supervised offices. This difference was resulted from geographical factors and types of information on the web sites.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

The public-private partnership concept can encompass a broad range of cooperative relations and a broad variety of programmes in terns of size, objectives and design. This paper aims to analyze the components of public-private partnership mechanisms in the context of science and technology innovation policy. The research methodologies are based on semi-structured interviews with policy makers in four countries with six PPP programme : the France, the Netherlands, the Australia and Austria. It also attempts to understanding of the components that explain the increase of collaboration between national innovation system and PPPs. The taxonomy and essential components of PPPs were identified : mission-oriented PP/Ps, market-Oriented PP/Ps, cluster-oriented PP/Ps, and ISRs-Oriented PP/Ps. The taxonomy of regulatory regime can be a reference point for identifying the relative status of Korea's PPPs.

정부의 기술개발정책은 신기술의 확산 및 보급에 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 알려졌다. 그러나 정부정책의 비효율성에 의한 "정부실패"에 대한 검정은 항상 필요로 한다. 논문은 한국의 태양에너지 관련 정부정책의 효율성을 주요 신재생에너지기술로서 사회경제적인 가치판단 모형을 설치하고 이를 태양에너지 기술개발 관련 당사자들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 검정을 시도하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 다음과 같은 점에 관련된 정부정책의 보완이 요구됨을 발견하였다.-연구관련 주체들간의 역무분담의 비효율성-기술혁신 이행단계의 신속이행 전략의 미흡과 기술혁신 정보흐름의 비효율적 체계-정부출연연구소를 중심으로 한 학계의 기초, 응용단계 연구의 과도한 기술개발 주도 체계 유지 및 민간기업의 단기적 이익에 집착한 "무임승차"기대 따라서 태양에너지의 실용화를 목표로 하는 현행 정부정책의 개선방향으로는 동태적 정책목표설정과 이에 따른 중점지원의 연구주체의 설정원칙이 요구된다.원의 연구주체의 설정원칙이 요구된다.

In the past, when research and development(R&D) resources were absolutely scarce, the so-called 'choice and concentration' strategy of national R&D projects has been persuasive. Under the current situation where various actors such as GRIs(Government-funded Research Institutes) and universities supported by more abundant R&D resources conduct national R&D projects, this strategy cannot be applied without distinction. In order to see how the strategy has worked, this paper analyzes the concentration of research funds allocated to actors performing national R&D projects. Concentration is measured based on the amount of research funds supported by government from 2002 to 2016 using the Theil index to break down the concentration of individual actors in the overall national R&D project. The results from the Theil index were compared with concentrations using the Gini coefficient, a widely known indicator. As a result, the Theil index could be used to analyze the concentration and sub-components' contribution such as universities and GRIs that make up the entire national R&D system. The results also showed GRIs had the highest concentration, followed by universities, but their concentration has been somewhat reduced compared to 10 years ago. On the other hand, small-sized companies have maintained a certain level, although they are not highly concentrated. In other words, universities and GRIs tend to reduce the gap in the allocation of research funds among institutions, while small-sized companies tend to distribute them evenly.

This study aimed to analyze how a variety of relations created by the actions of characters shown in SBS Wednesday and Thursday dramas are communicated by using Greimas' actantial model. This study analyzed the sparsity structure that the subject have in relations between the subject, and a desire structure that the subject have will appear if we look into the interactive and binding relation between the subject and the object in the process of solving those problems. In the relations between the subject and originator, the role of originator in the dramas was limited when his or her character is established as a poor character weaker than the subject and the one to be protected, whereas he or she was more authoritative than the subject in the structure that originator shares a role as an antagonist. Objectors shown in three works gave help to the solution of incident after all by turning coat as another cooperators of the subject and the object, showing a tendency to reach maturity rather than being unhappy.

This study is concerned with theoretical aspects of urban logistics with the aim of revealing limitations of the literature, suggesting directions for further studies and developing a conceptual model for evaluating policy alternatives. Several limitations have been revealed and, based on these, the directions for further studies were suggested as more effort needs to be put on microscopic aspects of urban logistics ; and integrated conceptual evaluation models need to be developed. For the models it defined microscopic evaluation factors by the subject of urban logistics activities, and with these factors it established a conceptual model. Especially it introduced the simulation models developed recently to predict the route of freight vehicles and suggested how both microscopic and macroscopic aspects of urban logistics could be evaluated.

The advent of image generative AI has made it possible for people who are not experts in art and design to create finished artworks through text input. With the increasing availability of generated images and their impact on the art industry, there is a need for research on how users perceive the process of co-creating with AI. In this study, we conducted an experimental study to investigate the expected and experienced processes of image generative AI creation among general users and to find out which processes affect users' sense of creative agency. The results showed that there was a gap between the expected and experienced creative process, and users tended to perceive a low sense of creative agency. We recommend eight ways that AI can act as an enabler to support users' creative intentions so that they can experience a higher sense of creative agency. This study can contribute to the future development of image-generating AI by considering user-centered creative experiences.

In this age of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution, we, science educators, are giving more light on students' agentic behavior in the process of educating future scientist. This study, with the analytic lens of epistemic agency, explores the key stages of a student-driven R&E program rather than the scientist-led R&E program. It also examines to understand the emergence of students' epistemic agency in each stage of R&E. Data from participant observation for 18 months and in-depth interviews were collected and analyzed with the constant comparative method of grounded theory. This study identifies and describes five key stages of student-driven R&E: The stage of exploring research theme, designing research, performing lab activity, interpreting results, and communicating research. It also finds that (a) students' epistemic agency emerged with the constant interactions with the R&E structure; (b) students' epistemic agency has deep relations with the epistemic beliefs of the students; (c) students positioned themselves as decision-makers in the R&E practice; (d) the redistributed power and authority of the R&E contributed to the emergence of students' epistemic agency.

This study is the subsequent full-scale research of a TV drama writer who has been out of scholarly pursuits as it explores Su-Hyeon Kim's underlying consciousness with focusing on her heroines, the and . The author Su-Hyeon Kim clearly distinguishes a TV melodrama from a TV home-drama by her own self-control, which is a rare case in TV drama genres, therefore, her consciousness lights up at her melodrama. This study applies Lacanian theory to the author's melodramas for examining the author's under-lying thought. For Lacan the subject is an 'alienated', 'privative', 'fractured' 'being' as an imperfect language, the symbolic order, forms the subject through its signification. The subject desires the other's desire, and wants to become an object for the other's desire. The desire constantly demands an integral world, a perfect love, the wholly harmonious imaginary order. And it lasts up as it refuses the symbolic order's imperfection while it works its unconscious fantasy. Lacan states that only the 'traversing the fantasy', 'separation' would give birth to the real, liberated subject. Despite a 20-years of rift within two works, the and have an identical conflict core, that is a subject's constitutive, fundamental privation and desire of a human being. Su-Hyeon Kim's underlying consciousness complies with her continued theses of an inquiry into the subject's real liberation and freedom when desire of the rings produces the subject's alienation, privation, and the pursuit of a impossible perfect love.
