Competency Theory and Practice for Developing a Extension Competency Model (농촌지도 역량모델 개발을 위한 이론과 실제)

  • 본 연구는 국내 농촌지도인력 역량모델 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 역량의 정의, 역량모델 개발방법, 인적자원개발을 위한 역량모델 활용 현황에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 역량은 사용되는 상황이나 맥락에 따라서 다양하게 정의되고 있어 사전적인정의와 다양한 연구자들의 역량의 정의에 대한 이론, 특정한 조직이나 직업군에서 사용되고 있는 역량의 정의를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과적으로 역량은 개인의 역할 수행과 직무성과와 상관관계가 있으며 훈련과 개발을 통하여 개선되어질 수 있는 관련된 지식, 기술, 태도의 집합체로 정의하였다. 역량모델을 개발하는 방법도 다양한데, 초기단계에서는 탁월한 직원과 일반직원의 특정한 업무추진사례를 인터뷰와 관찰을 통하여 분석하여 이들 간에 차이를 가져오는 특성이나 행동을 추출하는 직무역량진단법이 주로 활용되었다. 이 방법에는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되어 이를 간소화한 여러 가지 방법이 개발되었다. 또한 기존 직원 특성 분석보다 다양한 정보원과 미래에 대한 가정을 활용하여 바람직한 직무 결과와 역량, 역할을 추출하는 방법도 개발되었으며 직업이 빠르게 변화하는 시대적인 특성상 이런 방법의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 이런 다양한 방법 중 역량 모델을 활용할 직무나 조직의 특성에 맞는 방법을 선택하여 적용하여야 한다. 역량모델을 활용한 인적자원개발을 통하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부조직에서도 효율적인 직원 역량 개발, 개인과 조직의 성과 향상 등의 효과가 나타나고 있으며, 앞으로 농촌지도조직에서도 지도인력 역량 개발과 지도사업의 효율성을 향상을 위하여 역량모델을 개발 활용할 필요성이 있다.

  • This study verified the effect of R&D capabilities and resource allocation capabilities on technology commercialization capabilities and the effect of technology commercialization capabilities on product performance. The effect of technology commercialization capability was verified by using commercialization speed, market scope, and technology breadth as variables. A survey was conducted for employees of SMEs companies, and the model and hypotheses of the study were verified using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3.0. It was confirmed that R&D capabilities and resource allocation capabilities had a significant effect on technology commercialization capabilities, and technology commercialization capabilities had a significant effect on the company's product performance. Through the results of this study, strengthening a company's R&D capabilities and resource distribution capabilities from a resource-based perspective expands technology commercialization capabilities such as commercialization speed, market scope, and technology breadth, and strengthening technology commercialization capabilities affects product performance of a company. It is meaningful in providing implications for the commercialization performance of companies by revealing the impact.

재도전 소상공인의 역량모델링에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

A Case of Developing a Competency model for the revision of the dentistry education curriculum on the competency-based (역량기반 치의학 교육과정 개편을 위한 역량모델 개발 사례)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a competency model for the revision of the dentistry education curriculum based on the competency of W College of Dentistry. For this, this study made progress of the competency model development procedure in three stages. The preparation stages of the competency model was developed by performing an analysis about the awareness investigation of the members, and the development stages were progressed through the competency level and behavioral index, etc. The content validity was verified by an expert for the evaluation stage. As a result, content validity index was high with CVI of .91 and a competency model was developed with the 4 key competencies, which are the common competencies of the university linked with job competency, the major competency. This study holds significance by the fact that the competency model development case developed through this procedure provided basic data for research that requires the development of the competency model and the education curriculum revision based on the competency of W College of Dentistry is planned to also be applied.

A Study on the Relationship among Corporate entrepreneurship, R&D capacity and Technology commercialization capacity of administrative position - Moderating effect of Technology orientation - (관리직의 사내기업가정신과 연구개발역량, 기술사업화역량의 관계에 관한 연구 - 기술지향성의 조절효과 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacities of innovation in the organization, and to examine the effects of corporate entrepreneurship, R&D capability, technology commercialization capacity and technology orientation. First, the research model and hypothesis were established based on the literature research and 153 questionnaires were distributed and collected among management office workers among manufacturing workers in Kyungbuk. The results of this study confirm that the corporate entrepreneurship positively affects R&D capacity and that R&D capacity has a positive effect on technology commercialization capacity. And we confirmed the significant moderating effect of technology orientation. However, there is no mediating effect of R&D capability on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and technology commercialization. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational management in the cultural aspect by identifying the effects of in-house entrepreneurship and technology orientation on cultivating the innovation capacity of management office at the organizational level.

Developing Competency Model and Analyzing Competency Needs for Construction Manager in D Co., Ltd. (건설사업관리자 역량 모형 개발 및 역량 요구 분석: D사(社) 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model and analyze the competency needs for construction manager in D Co., Ltd.. The delphi method of 25 excellent construction managers working in D Co., Ltd. was used to develop a competency model. The results showed that there would be a construction manager competency model which consisted of 3 competency clusters, 11 competencies, and 60 key actions. Then the survey of 114 construction managers working in D Co., Ltd. was conducted to examine concurrent construct validity of the competency model for construction manager and to analyze construction managers' competency needs by using the Borich's formula and the Locus for Focus Model(LfFM). The results showed that construction managers perceived 'communication', 'risk management', 'goal orientation', 'customer orientation', and 'project management' as top five priorities of competencies for construction managers. Based upon the above results, some implications were suggested for developing construction managers' competencies and improving their performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to discuss the cultural competency model which can be applied for all the fields in one's life and to develop the cultural competency of media part for school education, lifelong education, and corporate education. To achieve this purpose, the cultural competency model of media part was developed through literature review, panel workshop with high-performers of media part, and experts verification. In the result of this study, core performance of media part was identified. They were improvement of work efficiency, possibility of creative design, change of media context, increase of understanding and participation to social culture, improvement of relationship skill, increase of chance of self-examination, and self-satisfaction. It was 62 that The cultural competencies which were needed to achieve these core performance, then, finally the definition and standard of behaviors of each competencies were drawn and the cultural competency model was proposed.

Development of Competency Model for Beginning Teachers in Home Economics (가정과 초임교사 역량모델 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a 'Competency Model for Beginning Teachers in Home Economics'. The study was conducted in a total of 4 stages(preparation of competency model development stage, materialization stage, validity verification stage, and competency diagnosis stage), and the results of the study were as follows. First, the first tentative competency model was derived through the literature study, and the secondary tentative competency model was derived through an FGI. The validity of the secondary tentative competency model was verified by 15 experts and the competency groups, competencies, and competency definitions from this study were found to have content validity. Second, the competency diagnosis was conducted for a total of 222 beginning teachers in Home Economics. As a result, a total of 7 competencies were derived as the 'top priority competencies' that are of first priority for beginner teachers in Home Economics. The final competency model which was developed by reflecting the research results, was composed of 4 competency groups and 22 competencies and 22 competency definitions. The competencies of each competency group were presented in the order that beginning teachers thought were important. This study is meaningful in that it used an FGI and competency diagnosis to identify beginning teachers' perceptions and demands of the competencies and reflect the results on the competency model development.

Development of Competency-Based Entrepreneurship Education Model of Vocational Training Teacher (직업능력개발훈련교사의 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램 개발)

  • This study examined performance-related competencies for vocational training teachers and development process of Competency-Based Curriculum(CBC). Based on literature review of competencies, education and training of vocational training teachers, we developed competency modeling integrating job analysis, Behavioral Event Interview for vocational training teachers and Competency Dictionary and analyzed validity of competency modeling and competency need and proposed education and training program across competencies and training module. Finally we proposed necessary operating and management methods to effectively develop competencies for vocational training teachers using CBC.

A Study on the Influence of the Integration Capability of Product Development and Quality Management upon the Success of the Localization of Weapon System (제품개발과 품질경영 통합 역량이 무기체계 국산화 성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study is designed to explore whether the integration of product development and quality management have influence on the success of localization of weapon system. To that end, empirical analysis has been conducted on a total of 110 systematic major defense contractors, their subcontractors and small-and-medium sized defense contractors. The result shows that success of the localization of weapons system, as well as the price of localization, manufacturing time, and quality turn out to have significantly influenced by factors of quality management capabilities including human resources development capability, organizational capability and process capability and R&D development factors including human resources capabilities, capability to accumulate technology and internal/external collaborative capabilities. To sum up, this study suggests that integration of quality management and product development continuously provides a competitive strength in developing new product by a non-defense company as well as localization of core parts of weapon system.
