In this paper, we propose antecedent factors that influence the Information Literacy Competency of female farmers using smart devices. The study was analyzed using the materials from the "Primary Survey of Information Literacy Competency Measurement Index for Female Farmers" by the Rural Development Administration. The target of the survey was 200 women working on the farms. The descriptive, correlation, and multiple regression analyses, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 21.0 program were performed. Study results found that among the psychological factors, Self-efficacy and Innovativeness have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Among the Sociodemographic factors, the education level, presence of smartpads, and tiem spent on smartphones have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Findings of the results contributed to the understanding of the Information Literacy Competency for female farmers, who have lack of infromarion on smrt devices, and suggested the direction of enhancing the level of Information Literacy Competency for female farmers.

Radiological Technologists deals with the life of a person which means professional competency is essential for the job. Nevertheless, there have been no studies in Korea that identified the job competence of radiologists. In order to define the core job competencies of Korean radiologists and to present the factor models, 147 questionnaires on job competency of radiology were analyzed using 'PASW Statistics Version 18.0' and 'AMOS Version 18.0'. The valid model consisted of five core job competencies ('Patient management', 'Health and safety', 'Operation of equipment', 'Procedures and management') and 17 sub - competencies. As a result of the factor analysis, the RMSEA value was 0.1 and the CFI, and TLI values were close to 0.9 in the measurement model of the five core job competencies. The validity analysis showed that the mean variance extraction was 0.5 or more and the conceptual reliability value was 0.7 or more, And there was a high correlation between subordinate competencies included in each subordinate competencies. The results of this study are expected to provide specific information necessary for the training and management of human resources centered on competence by clearly showing the job competence required for radiologists in Korea's health environment.

The purpose of this study is to determine critical assessments and core competencies, and to determine the competence and discipline of self-assessment. We surveyed 511 students who graduated from 12 universities. Self-efficacy 24 items were measured on a 5-point scale, 8 core competencies and 52 detailed competencies were self - assessed from 0 to a maximum of 10 points. The higher the score, the higher the self - evaluation competency level. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 Ver., And a statistical significance level of 0.05 was considered. The self - evaluation competency level was the highest at 6.7 points in the clinical dentistry area, and the lowest at the evidence - based decision area of 5.7 points. Self-regulation was found to be positively related to the self-evaluation core competence level among self-efficacy sub-factors. As the students' self-efficacy affects subjective academic achievement and self-evaluation, it is necessary to develop and apply relevant programs to enhance critical thinking in curriculum, apply problem-based learning method, improve self-efficacy and leadership, It should be possible to cultivate.

Recently, R&D policy has importantly emphasized the creation of economic values added through the research performance developed by public research institutes. However, the research performance hasn't been still used and diffused effectively in Korea (Republic of Korea). This empirical study analyzes the effects of performance management & application capabilities and activities on technology transfer from public research institutes in Korea. Our dataset consists of total 84 Korean universities and government-funded research institutes in 2011. Performance management & application capabilities include dedicated organization, researcher-to-professional ratio, technology transfer and commercialization budget, and performance management & application activities include regular conduct of 3P analysis, pre-adjustment, post-management. The results show that performance management & application capabilities (except researcher-to-professional ratio) and activities are positively related to technology transfer. The results of this study contribute to the establishment of R&D policy to promote management & application of the research performance.

The purpose of this study is to develop a survey tool of scientific character for elementary student which connects science education and character education effectively by figuring out traits of elementary students' character being presented in teaching and learning context of elementary school science. For this, we adapted the theocratical model from the previous research which defined scientific character as the competencies being able to practice in concrete teaching and learning context of science. Based on this model, we developed the survey tool as 'Scientific Character Inventory for Elementary Student' to assess elementary students' scientific character as the competences to practice the virtues being pursued in the context of elementary school science and verified its reliability and validity. As a result of an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, we confirmed all the items could be summarized into 28 items and eight constructs such as scientific problem-solving, self-management, self-reflection, communication, interpersonal skill, community participation, global citizenship, and environmental ethics awareness. We found that minimum reliability coefficient of constructs was over than 0.5 and reliability coefficient of the total items was 0.878. And also, there was modest relationship between each construct and the total score of scientific character. These results show that the developed survey tool can be useful in evaluating the effectiveness of science character education. This study is meaningful in that it systematically reveals constructs of scientific character which can be raised in concrete context of science teaching and learning so as to suggest the survey tool to assess this.

This study analyzed the effect of the entrepreneurship planning course provided by an women's university in Seoul on the enhancement of the core competencies of entrepreneurship of university students. To this end, pre- and post-test of core entrepreneurship competency were conducted on 63 female university students (32 in experimental group, 31 in control group) and then the results were analyzed. The course in which the experimental group participated was a team-based project learning course and it required a team of three people to draw an entrepreneurship plan containing social problem solving as the final result. The course was operated for a total of 8 weeks. To measure the level of entrepreneurship core competency in the pre- and post- test, the survey tool that was developed by the Ministry of Education and Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation (2020) was used. This tool composed by 'value creation', 'challenge', 'self-directed', and 'group creativity' competencies. As analyses methods, i) covariance analysis was performed using the pretest as a covariate, and then a two-way ANOVA was performed with treatment (experimental group, control group) and time point (pre test, post test) as two independent variables. Results show while there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the value creation competency, it significantly contributed to the enhancement of challenge, self-directed, and collective creativity competencies. Based on these results, implications and limitations were discussed, followed by future research direction.

2015개정 교육과정은 소프트웨어 교육을 강조하고 있으며, 초등에서도 정보 교육이 실시될 예정이다. 이에 따라 초등 교사의 정보 교수 역량 정도를 살펴보거나 연수 후 연수 효과를 살펴보기 위한 검사도구가 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기 개발된 초등교사의 정보 교수 역량을 측정할 수 있는 정보 교수효능감 검사도구 개정의 네 가지 방향성을 제시하였다.

정보교과는 컴퓨터과학적 지식과 기술의 탐구와 더불어 실생활의 문제 해결을 위해 새로운 지식과 기술을 창출하고 이를 통합적으로 적용하는 능력과 태도를 함양하는 교과이다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 정보교과의 교과역량 중 하나가 협력적 문제해결력이다. 정보교육을 통하여 배울 수 있는 프로그래밍 분야에서 강조하는 역량 역시 협력이다. 본 연구는 정보교과의 관점에서 협력적 문제해결력 측정 방식을 깃허브, 스택오버플로우의 사례와 PISA, ATC21S의 평가사례를 비교하고자 한다. 협업을 통한 더 나은 결과물을 도출해내는 프로그래밍의 과정을 통하여 협력적 문제해결력을 살펴볼 수 있는 토대를 마련하는데 의의가 있다.

In the modern management literature, knowledge has been recognized as a new strategic resource enabling a firm to create its competitiveness. Shipping companies under fierce competitive structure need to pay attentions to the utility of knowledge management. A shipping firm may develop its unique service capability by classifying, sharing, and transferring the data, information and knowledge obtained from both inside and outside its global service network. The current study attempts to analyze influential relationships between liner shipping firms' knowledge management and service capabilities. In order to achieve this goal, this study designed a knowledge chain model measuring shipping companies' knowledge management levels and tested its validity and reliability based on a total of 80 replied questionnaires from national and foreign liners. The empirical result presents that supportive and primary activities composing a knowledge chain could exert significant positive influences on the enforcement of shipping service capabilities. This research shows that the utility of knowledge management is adoptable in the maritime industry, and recommends that shipping firms should recognize strategic importance of knowledge and actively pursue knowledge management at an entire firm level.

창업도약기업의 제품개선 훈련프로그램은 초기기업이 자신이 보유한 기술역량 중심으로 제품 및 솔루션 개발 후, 시장(고객)에 출시했지만 잘 안 팔릴 결과이고, 초기기업들이 지속적인 사업성장(성공사업)을 하게하기 위해 매력적인 목표고객이나 시장이 원하는 목소리를 반영하고, 이에 부합하는 자사의 핵심기술역량을 파악 및 확보하게 하여 경쟁자와는 차별적인 제품을 개발할 수 있는 역량과 플랫폼 제공이 필요할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 운영된 제품개발/개선 훈련프로그램의 효과성을 파악하기 위해서 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 특성에 따른 훈련프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 통해 현업적용도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사 대상은 2017년 11월에 창업도약패키지 후속지원사업인 제품개선 아카데미 참여자중 203개 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업도약기업의 매출신장을 위해 학습의 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
