Recently the women's studies websites have been rapidly increased. The purpose of this study is to examine the women's studies websites in Universities. Fourteen women's studies websites are analyzed in terms of their functions, contents, interface aspects etc. The results of this study will help the universities develop Web contents about women's studies.

The purpose of this study is to examin the women' s issues in Library & Information Science and to develop a FLIS (Feminist Library & Information Science). This study sample consists of 83 articles published during 1970-1996 in 21 major LIS journals of Korea, America, and England. This study presents a women' s representation mode in LIS that allows categorization of women' s issues into three distinct but related categories: 1) women as information producer, 2) women as information user, and 3) women as information manager. This study suggests that FLI be based on Feminism and take gender as a analytic category of LIS research.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 문헌정보학에서 현재까지 수행된 여성관련연구를 분석하고 새로운 접근점을 모색하기 위한 시도이다. 문헌정보학에서 여성은 정보생산자, 정보이용자, 정보관리자의 범주에서 재현되고 있으며, 종래의 문헌정보현상에서 불가시화된 여성을 적극적으로 해석할 새로운 수용적인 분석틀이 요구된다.

대학에서의 여성학 교육은, 고학력 여성들로 하여금 개인적 각성과 사회참여 욕구를 불러일으킬 뿐 아니라, 자신의 사회참여를 가로막는 그 장벽까지도 변화시켜 나가도록 인도함으로써 사회 전체의 경쟁력을 제고하는 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 또한 하나하나의 개인적 경험들이 어떻게 사회 전체의 성(gender) 체계와 연관되어 있는지를 밝혀내고 이런 작업을 통해서 일상생활의 정치화를 유도함으로써, 개인의 범주를 넘어서는 사회구조를 인식할 수 있는 능력을 키운다.

서울대 의대 현진원교수(37세)는 국내 약리학 발전에 큰 역할을 하고 있는 여성 연구학자이다. 약리학 연구기준을 치료학과 독성학으로 나누어 두 분야 모두를 연구하고 있는 현교수는 여성 연구자의 차별이 시정되어야 하며 여성 과학자 채용에도 일정한 비율을 할당하는 쿼터제가 도입되어야 한다고 주장한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the guidelines for developing the effective classification scheme of woman studies on the Internet. In order to do that, fuve search engines and three subject web databases are analyzed based on the characteristics, problems of their classification schemes. In addition their classification schemes are measured in terms of coverage of subject fields and systematic logic. The results suggest the guidelines far classification scheme reflecting the characteristics of women's studies that ice interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary fields.

A new technique for revealing the research fronts of a interdisciplinary discipline has been developed. Citation image makers profiling (CIMP) determines the relationships between research papers with the title words of the citing documents. We adapted this new technique to analyze the research fronts and hot topics in women's studies of Korea. By Korean Citation Index (KCI) data in 2015, we selected 148 papers cited more than 9 times as the core documents of women's studies. Analysis of intellectual structure using citation image makers profiling was performed with the 148 core documents and those citing papers. Document co-citation analysis was hindered by citation data sparsity, while CIMP method successfully revealed the structure of research fronts of Korean women's studies including 2 divisions and 6 subdivisions. The CIMP method suggested in this study has good potential to discover the characteristics of research fronts of interdisciplinary research domains.

여성 IT 전문인력 육성은 사회제도와 조직문화가 여성인력을 수용하도록 개선되고 수요자인 기업이 여성인력을 유치하고 보유하려는 시도가 매우 중요하다. 한국통신학회 정보통신여성위원회에서는 사회제도와 조직문화적 측면에서여성의 IT 산업진출장애에 대한 논의는 여성의 사회진출관련 광범위한 잉슈를 포함하게 됨으로서 본고에서는 IT 여성 전문인력 육성방안모색을 주요내용으로 한다. 따라서 IT 전문 인력범위를 살펴보고 주변인이 아닌 핵심인력으로 육성키 위한 방안으로 장기적 추진방향과 산.학.연.관 협력추진활동을 제언한다.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 디지털 정보화 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위해서 "2022년 디지털정보격차 실태조사" 자료에서 결혼이민자 중 여성의 응답을 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 디지털 정보 활용 역량을 독립변수로 하고 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량은 디지털 정보화 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 디지털 정보화 자기효능감을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향의 부트스트랩핑을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 신뢰구간에 0이 포함되지 않았고, 통계적으로도 유의하였다.
