Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

최근 다양한 업무형태가 등장함에 따라 특정업종이나 기업을 대상으로 기업간 비즈니스에 대란 정보시스템 구현 및 업무 프로세스 리엔지니어링을 통한 혁신을 지원해 줄 수 있는 체계의 도입 및 구현에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기업이 해당 업무의 정보시스템 구현과 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서는 현행 업무프로세스에 대한 표준화가 중요란 사항이나, 현재 기업간 업무에 대해서는 이를 뒷받침 해줄 수 있는 프로세스 및 데이터의 분류와 분석을 위한 통합화, 표준화 작업이 부족한 상태이며, 이를 기반으로 이루어지는 업종별 핵심 기능 프로세스에 대란 표준화와 개발 분야도 미비한 실정이다. 특히 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 경우 이러한 업종내 업무프로세스의 표준을 체계화 하는 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 최근 매우 활성화 되고있는 프랜차이즈 산업의 경우 프랜차이즈 비즈니스의 특성상 경영효율을 높이기 위해 본사의 관리 통제 하에 운영되고 있으며, 상품도 본사에 의해 통일적, 정형적으로 기획되는 둥 프랜차이즈 비즈니스 특유의 경영 특질을 갖고 있다. 그러나 업무에 대란 표준화가 되어 있지 않은 상태에서 프랜차이즈를 운영한다면 본사차원에서는 오히려 인원과 경비만 늘어 프랜차이즈의 가장 큰 장점인 다점화의 장점이 없어지게 되고, 프랜차이즈 사업을 하고자하는 가맹점 입장에서도 프로세스의 차이와 비표준에서 오는 혼란인 많아 이를 쉽고, 체계적으로 접근 딸 수 잇는 표준 프로세스 작업의 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

기업 비즈니스를 위한 업무절차와 문서/데이터에서의 일관성 확보를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스의 표준화는 기업 내부적으로 효율적으로 개선된 프로세스에 기반한 정보화시스템의 구축뿐만 아니라, e-비즈니스 환경에서 기업간 협업체계로의 적용을 통해 새로운 기업가치의 창출을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 중소 규모의 업체에서 자사 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석 및 모델링하고 공개된 표준적 모델을 참조하여 자사 프로세스를 표준화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 기업이 유사 업종의 선진적인 표준모델을 참조 및 비교함으로써 프로세스 개선기회를 손쉽게 파악하고 자사 업무환경을 고려하여 프로세스 표준화의 구체적인 실행계획을 수립하기 전 단계까지의 과정에 대한 방법론의 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물은 표준모델의 참조를 통한 비즈니스 프로세스 표준화의 방법론으로 중소업체에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며, 업종 특성을 고려한 표준모델의 공개 및 보급과 함께 프로세스 표준화를 유도함으로써 기업내부 정보화뿐만 아니라 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 환경의 구현을 촉진시킬 것으로 기대된다.

해상물류 통합 프로세스 자동화 서비스 실증 모델 개발 연구는 자율운항선박과 스마트항만이 도래되었을 때 스마트 해상 물류 통합을 위해 자동화할 수 있는 일부 업무들을 해상물류 중심의 프로세스와 상호 프로세스를 도출하고 관련 업무의 분야별 데이터를 통합하여 해상물류 통합 프로세스 자동화 서비스 실증 모델을 개발하고 검증하는 연구 내용이다.

우리나라의 우편 집배국에서는 우편배달업무의 효율성 제고를 위해서 자동 순로구분기를 개발하여 도입 운영하려는 프로젝트를 진행 중이다. 그러나 새롭게 도입하는 자동화시스템이므로 순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시범적으로 순로구분기를 도입 운영하고 있는 집배국을 대상으로 순로구분업무를 분석하고 그를 바탕으로 자동순로구분 업무프로세스의 표준모델을 제시한다.

Waterfall 모델에서의 소프트웨어 개발 단계는 사용자로부터 요구 사항을 정의하고, 이것이 다음 단계의 input 이 되어 개발자에 의해 작업이 진행되는 개발 양식을 따른다. 시스템 요구 사항을 정의할 때에, 프로세스 관점에서 사용자 업무를 이해하고, 이 프로세스에서 사용되는 시스템과의 관계를 정의하여 요구 사항으로 함께 정의한다면, 단순한 시스템의 기능을 정의하여 개발하는 것 보다 시스템의 사용 목적을 이해하고 개발하게 됨으로써, 더 만족도 높은 시스템으로 개발할 수 있게 된다. 프로세스 관점에서 이해하고 정의하는 시스템의 요구 사항은 시스템 보수 작업(Maintenance)시에도 시스템의 상황이 현재 업무 프로세스와 어떻게 연계되어 있는지 파악하기 용이하고, 테스트 단계에서도 테스트 조건이나 테스트 시나리오로서도 활용이 가능하다. 새로운 업무를 담당하는 사람에게도 시스템 개발 요구 사항에서 정의된 업무 프로세스 맵(Map)이 관련 업무를 파악할 수 있는 기초 자료로 재 활용 될 수도 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 리엔지니어링에서 사용하는 비즈니스 프로세스 맵핑(Mapping) 기술을 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 적용하여, 요구 분석 단계에서 사용하는 분석 도구로서의 응용을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선하여 소프트웨어의 품질 및 생산성을 높이고 조직의 업무를 효과적으로 달성 할 수 있는 프로세스 모델과 체계적인 프로세스를 수집하고 지속적으로 프로세스를 개선함으로서 프로세스의 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 접근 방법에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 및 심사 모델로서 ISO에서 표준으로 제정중인 ISO 15504(SPICE)와 2000년 발표된 CMMI 모델에 관하여 비교 연구 하고 사례연구로 형상관리 프로세스에 대하여 그 활동을 비교 분석한다.

Construction companies require management system to increase efficiency and profit because of receiving competition and globalizing business environment. Since 1990s, construction companies have made various attempts to innovate business structure both internally and externally by means of BPR, 6 Sigma, PI, and Workflow. Some improvements were made, but most of them were temporary, and insufficient to provide the much-needed promptness of business process in responding to the changes. Furthermore, the recent methods of applying BPM and practical using are limited to the theory and method of other industries, and also the attempts of applying BPM in construction industry are at the stage of theoretical approaching and examining in a few construction companies. Accordingly, this study deduces the necessity of adopting BPM based on change of business paradigm for construction companies and limits of current researches, failure causes and problems of application attempts of BPM and process management. And also, we analyze Advance of BPM and suggest the application method of business process management model for construction companies.

Recently construction companies expand position for apartment house in construction market because of house supply rate increase and its amount. In addition, because the focus of house sale market has moved to customer from supplier, the importance of defect management is being issued currently. However, current apartment defect management is not satisfied with customer's demand for the lack of business process management, management organization, information feedback, and readiness for defect in construction phase. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process management improvement model for defect management. Proposed improvement model make information feedback, defect management business quality improvement, and improper process improvement through integrating defect management and quality management. It is expected to contribute to customer's satisfaction improvement and reliance improvement for construction companies.

최근 비즈니스 프로세스가 주목을 받으며 기업에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 개선을 중요하게 생각하기 시작했다. 기업은 비즈니스 프로세스를 개선하기 위해 BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)등의 혁신 프로그램을 도입했지만 그 효과나 성공률이 상당히 미흡했다. 성공적인 프로세스의 혁신을 위해서는 프로세스 모델의 개편과 함께 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편도 필수적이다. 그렇지만 지금까지의 프로세스 혁신은 프로세스 모델 중심으로만 이루어졌으며 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 최근 실제 발생한 비즈니스 프로세스 인스턴스를 기록한 프로세스 로그를 기반으로 효율적인 자원할당 및 통제방안에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회 연결망을 응용하여 각 자원간의 연결을 고려하여 비즈니스 프로세스의 업무에 적합한 자원을 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.
