Analysis of the Level and Competence Factors on Specialty Contractors' Employees (전문건설업체 종사자의 업무수행수준 및 필요역량요인 분석)

  • It is required to be enhancement of competitiveness for specialty contractors' employees due to specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the work performance of them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze level of work performance and find factors of core competence for specialty contractors' employees that can be utilized for development of effective educational program. The survey is based on CEO, Engineer and Manager in specialty contractors, and a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the importance of job task, work load and degree of work difficulty as well as their core competence needs. The analysis result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program which is reflected the characteristics of specialty contractor's employees.

  • Recently, It is a fact that the percentage of female field managers has increased in the construction industry. Therefore, this study investigated the percentage of female construction site managers by conducting a survey of current male and female construction site managers and then analyzed the workload, work difficulty, work importance and performance level of female employees in charge of public affairs, which is the most common tasks.

  • 지금까지 해양사고 관련 조사보고서와 연구결과를 살펴보면 선박승무원의 피로가 업무수행능력에 밀접하게 영향을 미쳐서 인간과실을 유발하게하고 결국 각종 해양사고가 발생한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양사고와 선박승무원의 피로도와 인과관계를 파악하고 분석하기위한 국내외 관련 연구동향 및 그 결과들에 대한 고찰을 하고자 하였다. 이를 기반으로 향후 선박승무원의 피로도를 관리하고 완하할 수 있는 체계적이고 합리적인 방안을 마련하고 최종적으로 충돌, 좌초 등과 같은 각종 해양사고를 예방하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • 최근에 선박충돌사고나 좌초사고와 같은 중대한 해양사고를 조사할 때 사고관련자의 피로도(Fatigue)는 선박의 안전운항에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 인간과실(Human error) 유발요인으로써 항해사의 인지능력 및 업무수행능력을 저하시키는 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있을 뿐 만 아니라, 이에 대한 많은 조사가 수행되고 있는 것이 각종 연구보고서를 통하여 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 해양사고관련자에 대한 피로도를 체계적으로 조사$\cdot$분석하기 위한 일환으로 미국연안경비대의 피로도 조사프로그램을 토대로 국내 해양안전심판원 웹싸이트에 조사프로그램을 구현하고 그 결과를 고찰하여 효율적인 피로도조사가 이루어질 수 있도록 몇 가지 방안을 검토하였다.

  • 해상교통관제 업무는 선박사고 발생 위험에 대한 부담감 및 교대근무 등 불규칙한 근무형태로 인해 스트레스가 많은 직종이다. 특히나 관제 업무는 고도의 주의와 예측능력을 요구하는 업무로 이를 저해하는 인적요인 분석 및 관리 필요성이 절실한 분야지만 관제사의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 관제사의 스트레스로 인한 피로증상은 관제업무수행에 필요한 인지능력이나 의사결정 능력을 저하시킬 수 있고 이로 인해 업무수행에 차질을 빚을 경우 안전사고로 이어질 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 그러므로 안전과 직결된 관제사의 스트레스는 과학적으로 연구되어야 하며 제도적 마련과 더불어 체계적 관리가 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구를 이용하여 관제사의 직무 스트레스 수준을 파악하고 직무스트레스 관리의 필요성에 대하여 제고해보고자 한다.

A Study on The Influence Factors of Self-Efficacy, Job Performance, and Job Satisfaction of University Hospital Nurses (대학병원간호사의 자기효능감, 업무수행능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of University hospital nurses' self-efficacy and job performance on job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 130 nurses working at a university hospital in C city and collected data using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis using spss 25.0. The results showed that the self-efficacy was 3.24 points for the average score, 2.74 points for the job performance, and 3.10 points for the job satisfaction. Self-efficacy, job performance, and job satisfaction were statistically correlated. The factors affecting job satisfaction were self-efficacy (${\beta}=.39$, p<.001), age at 30~34 years (${\beta}=-.27$, p=.001), Operating Room(${\beta}=-.17$, p=.029), Medical ward (${\beta}=-.17$, p=.025) and unmarried (${\beta}=-.20$, p=.012) and the explanatory power of the model was 30.4%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program to improve the job satisfaction considering the self-efficacy, age, working department of hospital nurse.

  • 전문직 종사자는 많은 정보활동을 수행한다. 특히 끊임없이 변하는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하는 새로운 패션상품을 기획해야하는 머쳔다이저는 의상디자인 능력과 상품기획 능력을 동시에 겸비하고 있어야 한다. 이 두가지 다른 내용을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 전공교육 프로그램이 마련되어 있지 못한게 국내실정이다. 그리하여 패션 머쳔다이저는 업무수행에서 필요로 하는 정보 및 지식을 끊임없이 수집, 분석하려는 노력을 취해야한다. 이들이 주로 탐색해나가는 정보의 성격이 업무수행성과에 영향을 미치는 가를 판단코자함이 본 연구의 관심주제이다. 정보활동에 관한 기존연구는 개인의 특성, 경험 등이 정보활동 형태에 영향을 주는 요인이리고 지적한다. 본 연구에서는 머쳔다이저가 성장해온 경력외의 분야에 더 많은 정보를 탐색하게되면 보다 합리적인 머쳔다이징 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게되고 또 한 이들의 업무수행 성과도 그에 따라 차이가 날 것이라는 주요가설을 설정하였다. 아울러 이의 검정을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 국내 주요백화점의 특정 지점에 매장을 갖고 있는 의류제조업체의 머쳔다이저를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 본 연구의 주요가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 의류업체가 머쳔다이저를 위한 정보활동 프로그램을 마련할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구가 패션분야를 떠난 일반적 정보활동 분야에 기여한 점은, 업무를 효과적으로 수행하는데 부족하다고 여겨지는 분야의 정보를 많이 획득해나갈수록 그 활용에 따른 효과가 크게 나타난다는 점이다. 이는 정보활동에 대한 계획수립시 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Recently, fatigue related to marine accidents was recognized to be very important contribution factor when marine accidents such as collision, aground, fire, etc. were investigated Many studies concerned about fatigue factors related to human error can be found. In this study, the analysis and examination of USCG Fatigue Investigation Program were carried out in order to investigate marine accidents happened in Korean waters. The Fatigue Investigation Program was established on the MAIFA(Marine Accident Investigators Forum in Asia) web site. Finally, the application plan of the program was discussed.

A Study on the Competence of the Private Security Guards (민간경비원의 업무능력에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • Lately, with the increase of the private security industry, individual quality improvement of the private security guards is rising. Especially, in accordance with competence of the private security guards, in the base of individual technical or knowledge, the confidence of own ability is essential for the improvement of the private security industry. In accordance with the private security guards, the study of their competence is rare. But through the study of teenagers or members of the public organization, we can know the influence of variables competence. The purpose of this study is to show how the self-esteem, need for Achievement, relation with co-worker and supervisor, and leadership effect on competence. Consequently this study will offer effective ways to develop the private security guards competence. We can show that self-esteem effects competence of the private security guards between the need for achievement and self-esteem which are adjusted as the individual characteristic. Namely, the higher the self-esteem of the private security guards is, the higher competence is. The study shows that the relation with co-worker and supervisor of the private security guards doesn't effect competence. Unlike the previous studies, this study proves that contingent reward has a positive effect on the Private Security Guards competence in the transactional leadership. That is, the higher the contingent reward of leader is, the higher the level of competence of the Private Security Guards is. Lastly, We can know individualized consideration effect the competence of the private security guards in the transformational leadership.

The Effect of the Performance of Firefighting Construction Supervision Personnel on the Completion Inspection of Firefighting Facility Construction in Apartments (소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력이 아파트 소방시설공사의 완공검사에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, results of completion inspection are investigated according to the performance of the firefighting construction supervision personnel and according to the necessity of clean air supply in a performance test of the firefighting construction supervision personnel. The results of the completion inspection are measured and the causes of defects in the fire protection facilities after issuance of a completion inspection certificate are analyzed. The findings of this investigation can be used to minimize the risk of apartment fires and improve the performance of firefighting construction supervision personnel. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the results of the completion inspection conducted by the firefighting construction supervision personnel varies according to particular occupation. The performance of fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies were significantly higher than the fire officers. Therefore, it is necessary to employ supervisors who have experience in supervising the construction of apartments, in order to improve the performance of fire construction supervision officers. Second, the analysis of the completion inspection results according to the necessity of a clean air supply for performance tests of firefighting construction supervision personnel showed that the necessity of a clean air supply was significantly higher for fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies than for the fire officers. In order to improve, the completion inspection should be carried out up until the completion date of the building. In addition, a system needs to be established to ensure that clients are not able to demand that a completion inspection certificate be issued on the construction completion date. Finally, it is found that defects of completion inspection after issuance of a completion inspection certificate affects the result of the completion inspection. The results of the completion inspections conducted by the fire facility supervisors from design companies and fire construction companies were affected significantly less by defects than that of the general contractors. Research shows that faults have occured in firefighting facilities after the issuance of a completion inspection certificate due to the client and the construction company demanding the issuance of the completion inspection certificate.
