The construction sector is under growing pressure to increase productivity and improve quality, most notably in reports. A major problem for constriction companies is the lack of project assessing model for project management. One method of solving the problem is through the systematic management of construction processes. A development of model for assessing PMIS practice is attempting to develop a stepwise process assessment framework for the construction industry using Capability Maturity Model. This paper have provided further insights into the understanding of the framework, as well as its value for construction sector.

This research focuses on the process improvement of port logistics by using Lean methodology. On the one hand, we firstly analyze the current situation and weakness of the processes in port logistics, and then re-design the current processes by the principles of Lean discipline. Based on the appropriately changed processes, the improvement scheme of port logistics will be figured out. On the other hand, we construct the port logistics system by implementing the improved processes. The port logistics' processes accomplished in steel company will be further assorted and identified. The relationship of wharves process, operational process, shipping process, construction process, quality process, and purchasing process are also defined. Every process has been improved by Lean Tools in order to analyze the value added or non-value added processes, to improve the service level, and to reduce the cycle time, inventory, changing time, re-working and waste. Based on above, the appropriate environment that is suitable to Lean process of port logistics will be established and the modeling that can help to implement the improvement scheme will be figured out.

This study was conducted to develop core competence model for bancassurance personnel. Prior studies have conducted both FGI and specialist workshops to explore and define the necessary competencies for bancassurance personnel. As a result, 17 such competencies have been identified. A survey involving 105 bancassurance personnel from affiliated banks was conducted to compare perceived importance with retention levels of the aforementioned required competencies. SPSS 20.0, T-test, Borich analysis, and The Locus for Focus model were utilized to confirm education priority and for statistical analysis. The bancassurance personnel competencies that were rated as high in importance and retention were as follows: relationship building, interpersonal understanding, proactive execution of duties, and introspective self-confidence. In chronological order, the educational priorities for the required competencies were found to be as follows: professionalism, proposal capability, achievement orientation, and relationship building.

There have been constant requests for urgently recruiting professionals in the archives to establish archival management systems by reflecting public institutional feature as well as reinforcing expertise and independence of them. However, it is true that some even adequate professional manpower haven't been secured at each level of public institutions due to ambiguous standards for the placement of professionals in the field of records management followed by the current [Public Records Management Act]. Thereupon, this study is to create records management task model for the archival management institutions with the workload of records management induced by the model, and to present reasonable scale of workforce to deal with the assignment. Moreover, here is shown which professional staff should be allocated for better efficiency and systems to carry out the task of records management in each relevant institution.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating and moderating effects of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between nursing performance and turnover intention. Data were collected from 439 nurses in 3 tertiary hospitals and 2 secondary hospitals and analyzed by PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The findings were as follows. The correlation coefficients of the study variables were all statistically significant. The organizational citizenship behavior showed mediating effects between the nursing performance and turnover intention. On the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior did not have moderating effects. Various strategies that are purposed to enhancing organizational citizenship behavior among nurses should be developed to reduce turnover intention of nurse who have high nursing performance.

In recent years, many organizations protect their information resources by investing in information security technology. However, information security threats from insiders have not been reduced. This study proposes a method for reducing information security threats within an organization by mitigating negative information security behaviors of employees. Specifically, the study finds a relationship between information security related role stress and negative behavior and suggests whether organizational justice mitigates role stress. That is, the purpose of the study is to suggest a mechanism between organizational justice, information security related role stress, and negative behavior. Negative behavior consist of avoidance behavior and deviant behavior, and security related role stress consist of role conflict and role ambiguity. Organizational justice consist of distributional justice, procedural justice, and informational justice. The research model is verified through structural equation modeling. After establishing a research model and hypothesis, we develop a survey questionnaire and collect data from 383 employees whose organizations have already implemented security policies. The findings appear that security related role stress increases negative behavior and that organizational justice mitigates role stress. The results of the analysis suggest the direction of organizational strategy for minimizing insider's security-related negative behaviors.

Recently, EA has been introduced in the Korean government as a tool for improving both IT management and IT investment. However, EA has been superficially used at the conceptual level without any efforts for facilitating it. As a result, it seems that any substantial outcomes from using EA could be hardly realized. This study suggests EA Service Model as a framework for facilitating the use of EA and then generating benefits. The purpose of EA Service Model is to provide a framework with which information and data can be linked, interconnected and shared in the whole process of IT management. It is expected that EA Service Model will possibly make a contribution to improving IT management. Empirical Analysis shows that key factors of EA Service Model make significant effects on improving the IT management, proving practical value and the validity of the model.

The absence of systematic project procedures in the domestic SOC projects has caused many problems. Therefore, it has been raised the needs for the effective project management of the projects which helps the participants to have systematic procedures at each phase of the SOC projects. The purpose of this research is to build the current model of procurement management process for the airport facilities and to derive inherent problems, and the building direction of the effective procurement management is suggested for the future research. The result of this research could be used for delivering the effective SOC projects and for establishing interrelationships between procurement and other phases of the projects for the integrated project management. The procurement process of the Inchon International Airport was investigated and the as-is model was built. Through the analysis of the as-is model, and the questionnaires and the interviews with the participants of the SOC projects, the problems of the current procurement process has been derived.

Despite repeated efforts to develop a methodological foundation for assembling collaborative authority data in South Korea, issues such as the establishment of a standard authority model and standard authority construction as well as the reconfiguration of existing entities in authority building have prevented such research from generating a cooperative push for nation-wide authority data and progressing toward concrete implementation. The formulation of a collaborative and well-utilized collection of national authority data accordingly calls for 1) a practical approach to supporting both established authority data contributors and newly organized avenues of mutual participation in authority building, 2) committed involvement on the part of national institutions capable of providing the project with sustained assistance, and 3) a standard identification system which allows multiple organizations to merge their data. This study addresses the challenges of the current environment by taking stock of the key components necessary for the creation of collaborative authority data and using a Semantic Web-based interoperable VIVO ontology model to propose a viable national authority data framework.

The communication of each others is lack between planing, design, construction and maintenance in domestic construction industry. This problem makes the omission of information and the loss of cost. So, the introduction of BIM can be the solution about that. BIM manages all information generated during all life-cycle of a structure and consequently maximizes the efficiency of utilizing information. This is done through 3D information model associated with a three-dimensional(3D) parametric CAD. This study proposes the seismic analysis process of steel box bridge for structural design of bridge construction project based on BIM. The additional process is needed for the purpose that structural data is inherent in the property information of 3D information model. This process has 3D modeling progress done by using the information decided in design phase. The design document of seismic analysis can be derived with the proposed process to steel box bridge.
