The purpose of this study is to promote efficiency of hospital management with customer satisfaction by understanding qualitative system about more systemic hospital service coordinator's job under analyzing the satisfactory degree and coherence of hospital service coordinator's job because of increase of customer need level by medical environment improvement and the variety of offering method of medical service. I allocated a questionnaire per each dental clinic at total 226. According to the study results stated above, generally necessity on employment of a coordinator appeared high and to the necessity, I considered that a dental clinic coordinator's job must strengthen the role for going still more to customer with discriminated mind and service not simple kind service to medical consumer, with establishing more systematic and realistic educational culture in qualification and educational department of a dental coordinator. Also a dental coordinator must be changed to promote customer satisfaction and efficiency of hospital management by more systematic business assignment and role establishment.

The public corporations have already implemented ERP to improve productivity, quality, and cost saving. This paper presents the result of business process improvement based on implementation of ERP. Therefore, this paper performed case study of K corporation. Survey was conducted to define the degree of improvement and evaluation method was presented using AHP. The weights for each business area is assigned based on AHP. Then ERP is evaluated in efficiency, work transparency, information sharability, and easy of use. It is meaningful achievement considering its short term implementation. The human resource management shows a relatively larger improvement than other management processes. However, information sharability shows relatively low improvement than others. This quantified result of user-oriented subjective evaluation on ERP implementation will contribute to evaluate the impact of ERP for owner organizations.

Recently construction companies expand position for apartment house in construction market because of house supply rate increase and its amount. In addition, because the focus of house sale market has moved to customer from supplier, the importance of defect management is being issued currently. However, current apartment defect management is not satisfied with customer's demand for the lack of business process management, management organization, information feedback, and readiness for defect in construction phase. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process management improvement model for defect management. Proposed improvement model make information feedback, defect management business quality improvement, and improper process improvement through integrating defect management and quality management. It is expected to contribute to customer's satisfaction improvement and reliance improvement for construction companies.

The objective of this study is to revise the related regulations and laws of intelligent transport systems performance tests and methods. This study improves the reliability of present traffic information, reduce public discontent by systematic reforms and reduce national and social costs through the analysis of intelligent transport system performance tests'current status and problems. This study will maximize the investment profits and efficiency of ITS system as the reliability of transportation information which is created through the maintenance of ITS equipment and center, systemization of work responsibility through close analysis of ITS performance test and overall evaluation of role of ITS performance assessment organization will improve and new level of service will be born.

본 논문은 제약이론의 프로세스 운영 개선기법에 기반하여 워크플로우에서 제약 자원을 찾고, 워크플로우의 운영 성과가 개선될 수 있도록 효율적인 업무 흐름 관리 방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 과거의 워크플로우 기록을 분석하여 제약업무담당자(CCP)를 결정하고, 제약 업무 담당자의 업무처리속도에 발생된 프로세스 인스턴스의 워크플로우 투입속도를 동기화하여 CCP의 업무부하가 일정수준으로 유지되도록 하며 비 제약 업무담당자의 여유능력이 향상되도록 한다. 이를 통해 CCP의 업무부하를 가능한 업무담당자들에 분산시킴으로써 프로세스 인스턴스의 처리가 원활히 이루어지도록 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 알고리즘을 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 적용함으로써 전체 워크플로우가 효율적으로 운영되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

본 연구의 중요한 실무적 시사점은 방송영상 분야에서 한국방송광고공사의 KODEX를 이용한 e-비즈니스의 추진이 기업의 업무처리 비용을 감소시켜주고, 업무 추진에 따른 위험을 감소시켜주며, 또한 업무 효율성을 높여주어 경영성과 개선에 기여를 한다는 것을 보여준다. 즉, 본 사례연구 결과는 방송광고산업 분야에서의 e-비즈니스들에게 경영성과를 개선 기회를 제공해 주기 때문에 방송광고산업 분야의 기업들에게 성공적인 e-비즈니스 추진에 가이드라인을 제시해준다는데 있다.

I. 목적 : 결막 림프종 환자의 전자선 치료를 위해 Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부 의뢰 제작과 SMC 자체 제작의 장${\cdot}$단점을 비교해보고 제작 과정에 있어 업무의 효율성을 평가하고자 한다. II. 대상 및 방법: Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부의뢰제작과정과 자체 제작 과정을 비교하여 업무의 효율성, 인력의 변화 및 두방법의 장?단점을 분석하였다. 모의치료후 두 방법의 제작 시간을 비교하였으며, 재료의 차이점과 이용방법을 비교하여 개선된 사항을 알아보았다. III. 결과 : Lens shielding block의 자체 제작시 치료 시작시기는 모의치료 실시 후 7일에서 3일로 단축되어 업무의 효율성과 그에 따른 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었다. 또한, 외부의뢰 제작 과정에서 실시되었던 치과와 치과 기공실에 의뢰하던 과정이 없어지고 과내 모의치료실과 공작실에서 작업하게 되어 모든 작업을 과내에서 일률적으로 실시할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 모의치료를 실시하면서 실시간으로 shielding block을 수정 할 수 있어 정확성이 재고되었고, 반복되는 제작 작업으로 인해 제작 공정이 보편화되고, 손쉬어졌으며, 재료 활용의 효율성이 증대되었다. IV. 결론 : Lens shieiding block의 자체 제작으로 시간이 단축되어 업무의 효율성이 증대되었고 그에 따른 인력소모와 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었으며, 제작자가 모의치료를 통해 바로 block의 오차를 수정할 수 있어 치료의 안정성 및 정확성이 높아졌으므로 결론적으로 의료의 질 개선과 서비스 향상이 이루어졌다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the present status of the Jeollanamdo's geographical name task by analyzing it and to suggest ways to improve it. For this purpose, the theoretical review including the definition of the geographical name as the subject of the study is conducted. Also, by analyzing the current structure of geographical name, the enactment and improvement of the ordinance of the committee on geographical name, and the management of committee on geographical name etc, the problems of the geographical name task are derived and suggestions for improvement are proposed. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a plan to improve the professionalism of the organization and the officer in charge of the geographical name task, this study suggests the unification of the department in charge of geographical name task, the specialization of the official in charge, and the development of training and teaching materials related to the geographic name task. Secondly, in order to improve the ordinance and the management of the committee on geographical name, this study suggests the enactment and improvement of the ordinance of committee on geographical name, the guidance and the supervision of the establishment and operation of the committee on geographic name, the simplification of procedures of establishing and changing geographical name, and enactment of geographic name a Law.

Construction companies are trying to apply process management to their business to improve efficiency in business circumstance of high competition and globalization. Since 1990s, construction firms adopted process management to improve internal and external business structure based on process. It however has a few improvement functions. In addition, business support systems for business process efficiency improvement were developed, but separation between business process and IT system occurred because it focused on function-based individual construction and data input/output. To solve this problem, this study proposed business process and IT integration model for supporting user to use business information and system based on visualized business process and improving use of previous business support system. Business efficiency is expected to be improved with this model which based on integration required business condition(stakeholder, business data, functions of business supporting system). This study developved process model, architecture, and BPA of whole construction management business. According to BPA, it analyzed business process stakeholder, detail activities, and input-output data. And also it examined 12 main business supporting system of Korean construction firms. Based on analyzed data, this study developed business process supporting integration model based on business process through PDCA and CRUD analysis.

오늘날 급변하는 경영환경에서 기업은 존속과 성장을 위해 기업 내외부에 걸친 경영혁신의 노력을 끊임없이 전개하고 있다. 특히 자동차부품산업의 제조자원계획 업무는 기업의 자본(Money), 인력(Man), 물자(Material), 설비(Machine) 등과 같은 중요한 경영자원을 활용하여 부가가치를 창출하는 업무이다. 본 논문은 국내의 자동차부품 기업을 대상으로 기존 자재소요 계획(MRPI) 업무를 AS-IS 분석에 따라 문제점을 찾아내어 타 업무와의 수평적인 통합에 의해 MRP 업무를 혁신적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고, 제조자원 계획의 관점에서 새로운 TO-BE 모델을 도출함으로써 자동차부품 기업의 수주-생산-자재간의 업무연계를 통하여 제조자원관리(MRPII) 업무를 개선하고자 하였다.
