  • 사람은 어느 누구에게나 본인이 좋아하는 색상이 선천적으로 존재하고 후천적으로 혹은 인위적으로도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 사람이 좋아하고 사람에게 어울리는 색상을 찾는 방법에 대하여 제시한다. 먼저, 피부, 머리카락, 눈동자의 색과 같이 색상의 기본을 이루는 톤(tone)에 대하여 알아보도록 한다. 그리고 색을 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울의 사계절로 나누어 피부의 색, 머리카락의 색, 눈동자의 색과 자기 자신이 기호하거나 좋아하는 것과 본인의 성격에 따라서 나누어지는 사계절 색채이론을 설명한다. 또한 각 계절별 컬러의 특성도 살펴보도록 한다.

  • Color harmony will look good formative elements of the basic lines, shapes and colors. In this paper, we present the implementation of Johannes Itten's color balance. Yellow, red, blue, on the basis of the first color mixing between the index and second color is placed. 12 color balance made by placing a third color between the first color and second color. we recognize this 12 color balance. Edge is detected using the Canny edge operator and labeling and clustering was expressed through the colors.

  • We developed the decision support system by using the fuzzy theory. This system designs harmonious color space according to the linguistic input. This input represents the atmosphere which the user want. If the linguistic input of adjective image scale is given in the developed system, the relation between the adjective and color is supposed as fuzzy relation. The color which match with the whole atmosphere of color space is selected. The search region of harmonious color decision is controlled by the knowledge on color harmony of Moon-Spencer. Harmonious color is selected by it.

  • 본 연구는 임의의 지역을 선정하여 그 지역의 환경 색채를 분석한 후 NCS색체계와 히스토그래밍을 이용하여 주조색, 보조색, 강조색을 추출한 후 그 지역의 특성에 맞는 배색코드들을 제안한다. 이를 위해 색채조화론에 근거한 Color Dictionary를 제작하였으며 특정 지역을 3D모델링 한 최적의 배색 코드를 추출하여 주변 환경과 잘 어울리는 색채 시뮬레이션을 제시하고 Web3D 표준기술을 이용하여 상호작용과 다양한 뷰포인트에서 시연할 수 있는 프로그램 환경을 구축하였다. 이에 따른 기대효과는 첫째, 국가 홍보에 있어서 경쟁력 제고를 위한 효과. 둘째, 도시환경 색채계획의 기준틀 제시. 셋째, 색채계획의 단순화. 넷째, 도시문화를 형성. 다섯째, 색채계획에 관련된 학문에 응용 가능. 여섯째, 국가 문화산업, 콘덴츠 등 발전에 기여할 것으로 생각된다.

Favorable Colors on the Facial Color Types of Korean Adult Females (한국 여성의 얼굴 피부색 유형에 어울리는 색채에 대한 연구)

  • The colors of apparel have a close relationship with the facial color types of consumers. To extract the favorable colors that flatter to consumer's facial color types, the facial colors of Korean females were analyzed. With color meter JX-777, 2 points of face were measured and classified into 3 clusters that had similar hue, value and chroma. Other new 10 college girls were measured and 3 subject among them were selected by the criteria that choose new subjects who have the classified facial color types. 175 respondents answered the degree of becomingness of color samples on three subjects. Data were analyzed by K-means cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan multiple range test using SPSS Win. 12. Findings were as follows: 1) 324 subjects who had YR facial colors were classified into 3 facial color groups. The average facial color Type 1 was 4.82YR 6.47/3.70 and composed 48.88% among total observations. Type 2 was 5.99YR 6.12/4.12 and 30.25%. Type 3 was 5.15YR 7.07/4.97 and 20.99% respectively. 2) Favorable colors for Type 1 were 18 colors that belonged to 'a' group from among colors that were divided into a, b, c group by Duncan post hoc test. 3) Type 2 showed that this type had many unfavorable colors. Unfavorable colors were 18 colors that belonged to 'c' by Duncan test. 4) Type 3 showed that black is the most favorable color and 18 colors were at middle level, which belonged to 'b' from among 18 colors that were divided into a, b, and c by Duncan test.

Clustering of Facial Color Types and Their Favorable Colors on Korean Adult Males (한국 남성의 얼굴 피부색 분류와 유형에 어울리는 색채 연구)

  • The colors of apparel are getting more important to give the differentiated character on fiber and fabrics. This study was to extract the favorable colors that become to facial color types. Research was carried out to classify the facial colors into several similar facial color groups. With JX-777, 2 points of face: forehead and cheek, were measured and classified into 3 facial color types. Sample size was 418 Korean adult males and other 15 of new males subjects. New chosen 3 subjects who had the classified facial color types, wore silver gown and black hat on his head to minimize the interaction of the clothe color an hair. The 40 standardized color samples were used to extract the favorable colors. 187 respondents answered the degree of becomingness of color samples on 3 facial color types. Data were analyzed by K-means cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan multiple range test using SPSS Win. 12. Findings were as follows: 1. 418 subjects who had YR colors were classified into 3 kinds of facial color groups. Type 1 was 4.59YR 5.89/5.12, Type 2 was 5.61 YR 5.41/4.79 and Type 3 was 4.38YR 6.49/4.89 respectively. 2. Favorable colors for Type 1 were 2 colors that belonged to ' a ' group from among colors that were divided into a, b, c group and 18 colors that belonged to ' a ' group from among colors that were divided into a, b group by Duncan post hoc test. 3. Type 2 showed that this type had many unfavorable colors. Unfavorable colors were 16 colors that belonged to ' c ' by Duncan test. 5. Favorable colors for Type 3 were 14 colors that belonged to ' a ' from among colors that were divided into a, b, c and 16 colors that belonged to ' a ' from among colors that were divided into a, b by Duncan test.

  • Everyone's favorite color that exists naturally or artificially. This paper proposes that ow to find a suitable color for man. First of all, we find out about the base tone forming the color such as skin color, hair color, eye color. Next, we explained color theory of four seasons that color was divided according to skin color, hair color, eye color was diveded by spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons, and according to liking or nature. And look at the characteristics of each season's color.

  • This paper is to investigate and analyze the clothing colors fitted for personal color types and to help consumers express individual characteristics by clothing colors suitable for themselves. The comparison of sixty three clothing colors with three personal color types. and investigation and analysis of the best clothing colors of each type have led to the following results. Those belong to warm Personal Color Type don't have a variety of choices for clothing colors. so they should be careful of choosing clothing colors. They will do well to choose dark tone colors for their clothing. Those of Cold Personal color Type have a wide range of choices for clothing colors. They have an advantage of expressing themselves in various ways. Neutrals, Blue and Yellow have been found to go well with them. Those of Mixed Personal Type are advised to wear bright and pale tone colors such as Purple, Green, and Red. It will be desirable that the choice of clothing colors should conform to each personal color for the tones of clothing colors should conform to each personal color for the tones of clothing colors make difference according to personal color types.

A Study on Harmony of Skin Color and Cohthes Colors based on Moon-Spencer's Colors Harmony Theory (문-스펜서의 색채조화론에 의거한 피부색과 복장색의 조화에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문-스펜서 색채조화영역별로 피부색과 복장색의 배색이미지를 분석하여 피부색을 기준으로 한 복장색의 의복이미지를 파악하는 것이다. 연구결과 첫째, 피부색과 복장색의 배색은 3가지 차원의 인상으로 구성되었다(평가, 활동, 조화). 둘째, 문-스펜서의 색채조화론을 적용하여 시각적 평가의 차이를 분석한 결과 조화영역들은 비슷하게 지각됨을 알 수 있었다. 부조화영역간에는 평가차원과 활동차원이 달리 지각됨을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 샛체조화론의 적용으로 분류되는 조화영역별 배색이미지를 분석한 결과, 동일색상들의 배색은 대체로 미도가 높은 편이었다. 제2부조화색상들의 배색은 미도가 낮았다. 유사색상중 빨강색 계열의 배색은 미도가 높았으며 노랑색 계역의 배색은 미도가 낮았다. 제2부조화색 계열, 청녹색 계열의 배색은 미도가 높은 편이며 남색 계열, 보라색 계열의 배색은 대체로 미도가 높았다. 무채색 계열의 배색은 세련된, 아름다운, 사고싶은, 보기좋은, 마음에 드는, 조화된, 멋있는 피부색과 어울리는, 매력있는, 인물이 돋보이는 이미지를 가지고 있다.

The effect of restaurant in-store color and music congruency on customer's emotional responses and behavioral intentions (레스토랑 실내의 색채와 배경 음악의 조화가 고객의 감정적 반응 및 행동 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was aimed to investigate the effects of restaurant in-store color and music congruency on consumer's emotional responses and behavioral intentions. The web survey was conducted among 400 customers(aged from 20~39 years old) who lived in Seoul and Kyunggi, Incheon Province. To find ensemble effect of color and music, 3D studio MAX were used to make high-stimulus(exciting) and low-stimulus(calm) and 3D virtual reality restaurant simulation stimulus were applied. The statistical data analyses were performed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 and reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, emotional responses were classified into 2 factors: positive emotion and negative emotion. Satisfaction was classified into 1 factor: satisfaction. Loyalty was classified into 1 factor: loyalty. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, restaurant in-store color and music congruency were shown to affect positive emotion and negative emotion. Positive emotion and negative emotion were shown to affect satisfaction. Satisfaction were shown to affect loyalty. Music congruency had a higher effect on positive emotion than color congruency. Color congruency had a higher effect on negative emotion than music congruency. The results of this study will serve as a basis of color and music congruency with restaurant atmospherics.
