지지면 차이에 따른 안정화 운동 시 몸통의 근활성도에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Different Supporting Surfaces on Trunk Muscle Activities during Core Stabilization Exercises)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different supporting surfaces on trunk muscle activities during core stabilization exercises. Methods : A total of 20 healthy college students participated in this study for 6 weeks. In this study, we divided participants into a stable surface exercise group and an unstable surface exercise group. Each group performed core stabilization exercises of Curl-ups, Bridges, and Quadrupedal position. Core stabilization exercises were performed 3 times a week for 30 minutes during 6 weeks. The stable surface exercise group used a yoga mat while the unstable surface exercise group used AERO step. This study was designed using pre-test and post-test measurements. We used Surface Electromyograpy (sEMG) to measure for the rectus abdominis, external abdominal oblique, and multifidus muscle of trunk muscle activities. Data was processed using a paired sample t-test on SPSS 18.0. Results : For the stable surface exercise group there was a meaningful improvement in left rectus abdominis, left external abdominal oblique, and right multifidus (p<0.05). For the unstable surface exercise group, a meaningful improvement was seen in the left external abdominal oblique and right multifidus. Conclusion : From the experiment, we concluded that differences in surface can make various degrees of improvement in muscles activities, which suggests patients can choose a better option under their own conditions when planning to have a core stability exercise.

  • 일반적으로 관성계 내의 물체에 대한 동적특성의 파악을 위해서는 속도, 가속도 및 각속도, 각가속도에 대한 정보를 필요로 하며 자이로는 이중에서 각속도를 측정하는 장치이다. 운동하는 질량에 회전각속도가 인가될 때 발생되는 코리올리힘을 측정하여 회전각속도를 검출하는 개념의 각속도 센서인 진동자이로는 성능이 회전형 자이로에 비해 떨어지나 구조가 간단하고 소형이며 대량생산이 가능한 장점이 있다. 진동자이로의 효시로는 1950년 영국의 Sperry Gyroscope Company의 "Gyroton"이며, 전자기력을 이용한 가진과 측정이 그 특징으로서 실험실 조건에서 지구의 자전속도를 측정할 수 있었다. 그후 1960년대에 General Electric에서 "VYRO"라는 모델을 개발했는데 압전소자를 이용하여 가진과 측정을 하는 방법이 사용되었다. 1980년대에 Watson Ind., Soderkvist등은 센서자체가 압전물질로 만들어진 자이로를 실험하였고 1990년도에 들어서는 진동자이로의 원리를 마이크로 머시닝 기술과 연계시켜서 소형 경량화와 대량생산을 목표로 연구가 일부 진행되고 있다. 현재 제품화되어 실제 응용되고 있는 예로는 무라다사의 삼각프리즘 형태의 자이로, 토킨사의 원통형 자이로 등이 있으며 이러한 자이로는 캠코더 화면의 안정화 장치에 주로 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 압전소자의 압전, 전왜 방정식으로 출발하여 자이로헤드의 동적 거동을 해석하였다. 진동자이로는 물체의 공진주파수에서의 진동현상을 이용하며, 두 방향의 고유진동수를 일치시켜야 하는 등의 설계조건이 있다. 이러한 조건을 만족하도록 사각보 구조를 기본으로 하여 새로운 형태의 자이로헤드를 고안하였다. 자이로헤드의 구동회로를 설계, 해석하고 각속도를 측정할 수 있는 검출회로를 설계하여 설계된 진동자이로의 동적 특성을 확인하고 보정회로를 이용하여 사용 주파수 영역을 넓혔다.이용하여 사용 주파수 영역을 넓혔다.러한 강이성들이 보장되는 제어이론들 중 H$_{\infty}$ 제어이론이 많이 연구/응용 되고 있다. 특히 공칭 플랜트 모델과 함께 사용되는 플랜트 모델과 함께 사용되는 플랜트 불확실성 모델은 직접적으로 성능 및 안정도에 영향을 미치므로 주의 깊게 선정해야 한다. 방법의 실질적인 적용에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 방법들의 단점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 회귀적 모우드 변수 규명 방법을 개발하였다. 이는 Fassois와 Lee가 ARMAX모델의 계수를 효율적으로 추정하기 위하여 개발한 뱉치방법인 Suboptimum Maximum Likelihood 방법[5]를 기초로 하여 개발하였다. 개발된 방법의 장점은 응답 신호에 유색잡음이 존재하여도 모우드 변수들을 항상 정확하게 구할 수 있으며, 또한 알고리즘의 안정성이 보장된 것이다.. 여기서는 실험실 수준의 평 판모델을 제작하고 실제 현장에서 이루어질 수 있는 진동제어 구조물에 대 한 동적실험 및 FRS를 수행하는 과정과 동일하게 따름으로써 실제 발생할 수 있는 오차나 error를 실험실내의 차원에서 파악하여 진동원을 있는 구조 물에 대한 진동제어기술을 보유하고자 한다. 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다.ofile whereas relaxivity at high field is not affected by τS. 관절 가동술과 안정화 운동이 급성 요통 환자의 유연성과 통증에 미치는 영향 (The effect of stabilization exercise and movement with mobilization on flexibility and pain of patients with acute low back pain)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of movement with mobilization(MWM) and stabilization exercise on pain and range of motion of patients with acute low back pain. Methods : The subjects were consisted of 24 patients who had non specific acute low back pain. All subjects randomly assigned to the MWM group and the stabilization exercise group. The MWM group received sustained natural apophyseal glides(SNAGs) with modality treatment and stabilization exercise group received stabilization exercise with modality treatment. The remodified schober test(RST) was used to measure forward flexion and lateral flexion range of motion of lumbar segment. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to measure subjective pain level of the patients. The Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Scale was used to measure functional disability level of the patients. Results : The lumbar flexion range of motion of MWM group was significantly increased compared with stabilization exercise group(p<.01). The range of motion of lumbar segment of MWM group was significantly decreased compared with stabilization exercise group(p<.01). The left lateral flexion range of motion of lumbar of MWM group was significantly decreased compared with stabilization exercise group(p<.05). The right lateral flexion range of motion of lumbar of MWM group was significantly decreased compared with stabilization exercise group(p<.05). The VAS of both MWM group and stabilization exercise group was significantly decreased(p<.001). The Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Scale of stabilization exercise group was significantly increased compared with mobilization group(p<.001). Conclusion : In the result of this study, mobilization with movement and stabilization exercise had significant difference on pain and flexibility of patients with acute low back pain.

개방형 현미경적 요추간판 제거술 후 동적 요부 안정화 운동에 따른 체간 안정성의 개선과 유지 (The Effect of Dynamic Lumbar Stabilization Exercise to Be Affected with Improvement and Maintenance of Trunk Stability after Opened Microscopic Laser Discectomy)

  • Objects: This study is designed to analysis improvement and maintaince of trunk stability targeting patients who need post operative rehabilitation exercise after undergoing opened microscopic laser discectomy(OMLD) due to HNP. Method: Between March 2004 and February 2005 a total sixty patients who underwent OMLD due to $L_4/L_5$, $L_5/S_1$ HNP and who agreed to the experiment were subject for this study. Experimental group consisted of 18 subjects, and they underwent 45 minutes dynamic lumbar stabilization exercise And control group consisted of 18 subjects who conducted conservative physical therapy based on the use of physical modality for 45 minutes except to exercise. Results: Experimental group that was lumbar extensor's isometric peak torque, weight distribution of both leg, trunk muscle balance and Oswestry LBP disability index increased during 12 weeks in a statistically significant manner compared to before exercise (p<.05). When re-test was tried, isometric peak torque (p>.05) and Oswestry LBP disability index(p<.05) maintained 12th week level or improved. Weight distribution rate of both leg and trunk muscle balance maintained the level of 8th week of exercise execution(p<.05). Control group that was lumbar extensor's isometric peak torque, weight distribution rate of both leg and trunk muscle balance aggravated during 12 weeks compared to pre-test(p>.05) But, Oswestry LBP disability index increased in a statistically significant level compared to pre-test(p<.05). When re-test was tried, isometric peak torque increased slightly compared to pre-test, but decreased when at least $60^{\circ}$ flexion angle(p>.05). Weight distribution rate of both leg and trunk muscle balance also aggravated compared to pre-test(p>.05), and Oswestry LBP disability index was similar to the 4th week of physical therapy execution(p>.05). Conclusion: Successive postoperative Especially, Application of dynamic lumbar stabilization exercise program is important than traditional lumbar strengthening exercise program in the maintaince of spinal stability.

요부 안정화 운동에 따른 몸통 근육들의 근활성도 비교 (The Comparison of Trunk Muscle Activities During Sling and Mat Exercise)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the most effective spinal stabilization exercises program by comparing the activities of muscles contributing to spinal stabilization during four types of exercises using a sling and a mat. Twenty healthy males were recruited and each subjects performed four types of exercises. Exercise 1 was performed in a quadruped position with the subjects lifting the left arm and the opposite leg on the mat. Exercise 2 was performed in a prone position while holding a sling with the right hand and the left knee was fully extended while lifting the left arm and right leg. Exercise 3 was performed in quadruped position while holding a sling with one the right hand and lifting the opposite arm and leg. In exercise 4, subjects were instructed to maintain a balance push-up position while holding slings with both hands in 10 cm forward reaching with extended elbows. Electromyographic(EMG) activities were recorded from the multifidus, external oblique, internal oblique, abdominal rectus, and erector spinalis muscles during the exercises. The EMG amplitude of each muscle was normalized to the amplitude in the maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) of each muscle. Repeated ANOVA and Bonferroni's tests were used to compare the differences in the muscle activity according to the types of exercise. The EMG amplitudes of all the muscles were significantly different according to the types of exercises (p<.05). The highest EMG activities of each muscle was as follow; multifidus was 73.38%MVIC in exercise 3, the erector spinalis was 40.03%MVIC in exercise 3, the external oblique was 135.88%MVIC in exercise 4, the internal oblique was 128.60%MVIC in exercise 4, and the rectus abdominalis was 95.24%MVIC in Exercise 4. The types of exercises showed a significant difference in composition rate of EMG amplitudes of each muscle (p<.05). EMG composition rate of the multifidus was high in exercise 1 and 3. However, EMG composition rates of the external oblique, internal oblique, and the rectus abdominals were high in exercise 2 and 4. These results showed differences in EMG activities of muscles contributing to trunk stabilization during different therapeutic exercises. Therefore, the type of exercise should be carefully selected to effectively strengthen a specific trunk stabilizer.

  • The lumbar multifidus muscle, which can be separated into deep fascicles (DM) and superficial fascicles (SM), is important for lumbar segmental stability. However, no previous studies have investigated the effect of lumbar stabilization exercises on the thickness of DM and SM. Thus, the purpose of this study was to assess DM thickness after three different lumbar segmental stabilization exercises. In total, 30 healthy male participants were recruited and randomly assigned to one of three exercise groups: hollowing in the quadruped position (H-Quad), contralateral arm and leg lift (CALL), and bilateral arm and leg lift (BALL). Each lumbar segmental stabilization exercise was conducted over 4 weeks. Ultrasonography was used to compare the DM and SM thickness before and after the 4 weeks of exercise. A mixed-model analysis of variance using Scheffe's post-hoc test was used for statistical analysis. The results showed a significant effect for the measurement time (before vs. after 4 weeks of exercise) in the DM (F=31.26, p<.05) and SM (F=4.56, p<.05). At the end of the 4 weeks, the DM thickness had increased significantly in the H-Quad exercise group, and the SM thickness had increased significantly in the CALL and BALL exercise groups. Also in the BALL exercise group, the SM thickness was greater compared with that in the H-Quad exercise group. These findings suggest that the thickness of the DM and SM were increased by different types of lumbar segmental stability exercise after 4 weeks.

시간유한요소법을 이용한 분포형 구동기의 형상최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shape Optimization of Distributed Actuators using Time Domain Finite Element Method)

  • 시간유한요소법은 시간영역을 고정시키고 행렬 미분방정식 형태의 공간전파 관계식을 풂으로써 시간과 공간에 대한 동적 해석을 수행하는 방법이다. 이 방법은 공간이산화 유한요소법이나 시/공간 동시이산화 유한요소법에 비해 공간에 관한 자유도가 발생하는 것이 두드러진 특징으로, 이를 이용하여 분포형 구동기의 공간에 따른 특성을 최적화하는 데에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 임의의 초기조건을 반영할 수 있도록 구성된 상태변수 벡터를 이용하여 구조물을 시간영역에서 이산화하고, 공간영역에서 전파관계식 및 경계조건을 이용하여 공간전파 관계식을 형성하였다. 이 때 구동기의 공간에 따른 형상 분포는 설계되어야 할 변수의 함수이고, 시간반응은 형상함수를 이용하여 이산화 하였다. 포텐셜 에너지 및 운동에너지를 구조물의 변위제어에 적절한 최적의 성능지수로 설정하고, 이를 최소화하도록 미지의 함수인 구동기의 분포형상을 구하였다. 일반적으로 구조물은 임의의 초기조건에서 외란을 받게 되나, 본 연구에서는 구현가능한 제어법칙을 이용하여 최종시간에서 안정화(rest) 조건을 만족한다고 가정하였다. 구동기 분포형상 최적화를 위해 상태/준상태 방정식을 유도하였다. 서브행렬 재형상화와 시/공간 경계조건을 통해 상태변수와 준상태변수에 대한 Ricatti 미분방정식을 유도하였다. 이를 통해 구동기 분포형상 최적화를 구현하였으며, 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 적절한 구동기의 분포형상 최적화를 수행할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • 본고는 노동시장 현황에 기초하여 고령자 임금노동시장 분석틀을 제시한다. 그리고 그것이 정책차원에서 시사하는 바를 고령자 노동수요를 진작하는 정책, 노동공급자인 고령자의 의중임금을 낮출 수 있는 기반환경 조성, 그리고 임금노동 시장에서 노동공급을 줄일 수 있는 정책으로 나누어 검토한다. 제반 조세, 사회보험, 퇴직금 등에 적용되는 임금기준을 단순화하기 위한 관련 법령 정비, 제조업 위주로 되어 있는 유인제도들의 서비스업 고령자 고용으로의 확대, 퇴직 고령자를 옛 직장에서 계약직으로 재고용할 때 채용장려금이나 세제상의 유인 부여, 생애숙련형성 과정에서 전문성 강화를 위한 직업능력인증제도 확립 등은 고령자 노동수요를 진작하는 정부차원의 정책 이니셔티브가 될 것이다. 고령자의 의중임금을 낮추기 위해서는 적절한 사회보장제도의 확충과 함께 주택가격의 안정화와 장기안정형 주택상품의 보급, 학자금 장기저리 융자제도, 혼수문화의 정비, 지역탁아시설의 확충 등이 요구된다. 창업지원, 자원봉사, 노후생활설계 원조, 시민운동 및 봉사활동 참여시의 명예심 고양 등으로 비임금노동자 시장이나 비경제활동에서 고령기의 활로를 모색할 수 있도록 유인하는 정책 사고도 필요하다.

요부 안정화 운동이 요통환자의 기능회복과 가동범위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Lumbar Stabilizing Exercise on the Functional Recovery and the Range of Motion of Low Back Pain Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of lumbar stabilizing exercise on the functional recovery and the range of motion of low back pain patients. The subjects were consisted of sixty patients who had non specific chronic low back pain(32 females. 28 males; mean aged 37.3) from 19 to 65 years of age(mean age : 37.3). All subjects randomly assigned to the lumbar stabilizing exercise group, the modalities treatment group, the manual treatment group. Lumbar stabilizing exercise group received manual treatment with lumbar stabilizing exercise for 30minutes, modalities treatment group received hot pack used thermal therapy for 20minutes and ICT used electrical therapy for 20minutes and US or MWD used deep thermal therapy for 15minutes, manual treatment group received modalities treatment with therapeutic massage for 10minutes and joint mobilization or manipulation for 10minutes per day and three times a week during 4 weeks period. The Multilevel Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(MR-MDQ) was used to measure functional disability level. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to measure subjective pain level. Remodified Schober test(RST) was used to measure forward flexion range of motion of lumbar segment. Finger-to-Floor test(F-T-FT) was used to measure forward flexion range of motion of full spine of low back pain patients. All measurements of each patients were measured at pre-treatment and 4 week post-treatment. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. The MR-MDQ of lumbar stabilizing exercise group, modalities treatment group, and manual treatment group was significantly reduced between pre-treatment and post-treatment(p<.05). 2. The VAS of lumbar stabilizing exercise group, modalities treatment group, and manual treatment group was significantly reduced between pre-treatment and post-treatment(p<.05). 3. The RST of lumbar stabilizing exercise group, modalities treatment group, and manual treatment group was significantly reduced between pre-treatment and post-treatment(p<.05). 4. The F-T-FT of lumbar stabilizing exercise group, modalities treatment group, and manual treatment group was significantly reduced between pre-treatment and post-treatment(p<.05). 5. The results of analyzed effects of MR-MDQ, RST, F-T-FT were significantly reduced (p<.05), but VAS wasn't significantly reduced(p>.05) between treatment type of lumbar stabilizing exercise group and modalities treatment group and manual treatment group according to pre-treatment and post-treatment. 6. The results of LSD post-hoc to find difference between treatment type of lumbar stabilizing exercise group and modalities treatment group and manual treatment group according to pre-treatment and post-treatment that MR-MDQ was significantly reduced stabilizing exercise group than modalities treatment group(p<.05), and VAS wasn't significantly reduced all treatment group(p>.05), and RST was significantly reduced stabilizing exercise group than modalities treatment group(p<.05), and F-T-FT was significantly reduced stabilizing exercise group than modalities treatment group and manual treatment group (p<.05).

3김정치 전후 한국정치의 비판적 검토: 정치적 효과와 왜곡 (A Critical Review of Korean Politics Before and After by Three Kim's Politics: Political Effects and Distortions)

  • 1987년 민주화운동 이후 한국정치는 김영삼, 김대중, 김종필에 의한 3김정치로 전환기를 맞았다. 한국정치는 3김정치 이전에는 1인에 의한 장기집권에 지속되었으나 3김정치에서는 정당통합과 정당연합을 통해 평화적인 정권교체가 가능하게 하였다. 3김정치에 대한 평가는 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 공존한다. 3김정치에 대한 정치적 효과는 정당구도의 다양화와 정권교체의 안정화이다. 3김정치는 한국의 정당구도를 양당체제에서 다당체제로 변화시켰으며, 3당합당과 DJP연합 등 후보단일화를 통해 평화적 정권교체를 가능하게 하였다. 하지만 3김정치에 대한 정치적 왜곡은 정당의 단명화와 정치이념의 편중화이다. 3김정치는 3김의 전략적 판단에 따라 정당해체, 재창당, 정당통합 등으로 정당의 수명이 매우 짧았으며, 보수성향과 진보성향이 3김정치와 결부되어 지역적으로 정치이념의 편중화 현상을 강화하였다. 따라서 3김정치가 한국정치에서 차지하는 비중이 매우 높기 때문에 3김정치로 인한 정치적 왜곡은 한국정치를 위해 극복해야 한다.
