  • 국제적으로 해운분야 등 온실가스 배출량 규제를 강화하고 있으며, 정부에서도 '저탄소 녹색성장'을 위한 신재생 에너지 비율을 확대 추진함에 따라 육상 녹색성장을 위한 시도는 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 친환경 에너지를 선박에 이용한 노력은 부족한 실정이다. 또한 현재까지 연구된 태양광 시스템의 경우 기존 선박의 동력을 대체하여 추진용으로 사용하기에는 실용성이 없으므로, 기존 선박 발전시스템을 연계한 태양광 하이브리드 발전시스템의 연구개발이 필요하며, 따라서 태양광을 선박용 에너지로 활용하기 위한 선박용 하이브리드 발전 시스템 개념 설계 및 설치 기준에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

  • Information systems introduction and application are increasing suddenly from the enterprises while approaching the information age. It requires to manage the IS performance and understand quality of information systems for obtaining the competitive power of the enterprise through IS. Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in information industry as well as manufacturing processes. This study provides a framework for managing performance of information systems which are used to obtain competitive advantage.

  • 본 논문은 폐차제도가 도입${\cdot}$시행된 초기부터 현업에 종사하면서 현재 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 폐자동차의 회수${\cdot}$처리 및 재활용 실태조사를 통하여 파악${\cdot}$작성된 자료${\cdot}$통계를 기본토대로 하여 준비되었다. 이외에도 지난 수년간 국내 자동차제작사를 위시한 환경관련학회 등의 폐차관련 연구보고서를 참고하였으며 또 외국의 폐차제도와 재활용 실태에 대한 자료와 현지방문을 통하여 수집된 자료와 본인이 기 발표한 폐차실태보고서를 적극 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 얻기 위하여 현 폐차실태를 먼저 파악${\cdot}$분석하고 그 문제점을 도출한 후 우리 실정에 맞는 개선방안을 모색해나가는 귀납법적 연구방법을 채택하였다.

  • Korea Railroad Research Institute developed the driverless rubber-tired Korean-AGT system from 1999 to 2005 and has done its performance and reliability tests on the test line at Gyeongsan-city. We made the reliability management program to control required the RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability & safety) of the K-AGT system. Therefore, we demonstrated the development and application of Reliability DB program. The main functions of K-AGT Reliability DB program manages failures and maintenance data systematically from the test line through test period and provides various analysis results based on the inputted data.

  • Nowadays, a logistics and distribution center plays an important role in all industries. In addition to its traditional functions as a storage and unloading facility the distribution center serves as an assembly place for information, a source of information, and a turning point for the flow of information. On account of the above-mentioned reasons, each and every industry has increasing need of logistics distribution center. At this juncture, the present author thinks that it is necessary to make a study of the establishment and maximization of a ceramics logistics distribution center as a way for activating the ceramics industry.

  • National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

  • Recently, RFID technology is being widely embraced in the supply chain, by manufacturers, retailers, and logistics firms. This study shows the RFID system to provide location based service for commercial vehicle by integrating tracking function of GPS with Mobile service. For this, we configured PC-based terminal for vehicle and developed application consisted of RFID and GPS manager program. In web service module which uses mobile service, commodity information acquired from each vehicle at real-time is added at database and it is analyzed in various aspects to support management decision through the Legacy system.

  • 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스의 핵심기능을 담당하는 측위기술 중 흔히 사용되고 있는 삼각측량법과 최소자승법을 보정한 방법을 이용하여 객체의 위치를 결정하는 알고리즘의 산포를 감소시키는 방안을 연구하였다. 두 측위 방법에서 사용되는 거리값은 모두 동일한 보정과 필터링 과정을 적용하였으며, 프로그램 구현 후 실내에서 테스트를 실시하였다. 프로그램은 LabView 2010으로 구현하였고, 각각의 알고리즘을 모듈화하여 필터링 적용 전후 및 개선효과를 비교하기 쉽도록 구성하였다. 일반적인 환경에서 실험한 결과 삼각측량이 최소자승법보다 더 좋은 정확도를 보여주었고, 필터링 과정을 거칠수록 정확도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This research studies the present status of utilization of IT in SMB, Small & Medium Business, logistics companies, and analyzes the examples of utilizing Excel VBA for building and operating IT system in SMB logistics companies. Through this study, this research suggests main issues of building and operating logistic systems and the effective way of utilizing the systems in SMB logistics companies.
