국내법의 국립공원계획 관련 내용들을 국제기준과 비교 분석해 본 결과 자연공원법에서 국립공원의 정의, 계획, 관리 및 이용에 관한 일부 내용들이 국제기준에 부합되지 않는 것으로 재확인되었고, 공원관리와 이용의 토대를 제공하는 각 공원계획들을 국제기준을 척도로 분석해 본 결과 현재 국제기준을 충족시키는 공원계획은 없었으며, 개선해야 할 문제점들이 확인되었다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하고 한국의 국립공원을 국제기준에 부합되는 국립공원으로 계획하고 관리하여 국제적으로 인정받는데 기여하기 위해서는 국제기준에 준하여 자연공원법이 개정되고 국립공원계획이 변경되는 것이 바람직하다. 이를 위하여 본고에서는 국립공원계획의 근간이 되는 용도지구계획의 단계별 변경모델안을 표 6과 같이 새로 제안하였고, 제안한 모델을 한라산 국립공원에 사례 적용하여 그 실현 가능성을 확인하였다. 한국의 국립공원들도 국제기준으로 평가.분류하여 그 문제점들을 분석하고, 본고에서 제안한 모델안을 공원별 특성과 현황에 맞게 단계별로 적용하여 공원계획을 변경하며, 장기실행계획 및 관리안을 수립하여 실천한다면 한국에서도 국제적으로 인정받는 국립공원이 탄생하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzed activities in chemistry chapters of middle school science textbooks for the 2009 revised curriculum using 8 science practices. All the activities that students could experience inquiry were analyzed in this study. There were the most activities in 'Molecular motion and change of state' and the least activities in 'Heat and our life' of three textbooks. There were the most science practices in 'Features of substance' in two textbooks, but there were the least science practice in 'Heat and our life' of three textbooks. 'Investigation planning and performing', 'data analyzing and interpreting', and 'explanation composition and problem solution designing' were frequently included, but 'asking questions and defining issues' was not included at all. For 'Investigation planning and performing', 'data analyzing and interpreting', and 'explanation composition and problem solution designing', a variety of achievement goals were targeted while a few goals were frequently targeted. Two to four kinds of science practices were frequently included in an inquiry activity. There were few activity that includes over 5 different kinds of science practice.

This study is a case study of an elementary school teacher's reflection and practice in the process of planning, executing and criticizing his lesson on division with decimals. The purpose of this study was to clarify what kinds of problems an elementary school teacher was thinking about and how his focus was changing in the process of planning and executing a lesson and criticizing his lesson with his peers. The teacher was set in three periods: a teacher planning a lesson, a teacher executing a lesson, and a teacher criticizing his or her own lesson. Each period was analyzed in eight aspects: Establishing the goals for mathematics, implementing tasks, connecting mathematical representations, facilitating mathematical discourse, posing questions, building procedural fluency from conceptual understanding, supporting productive struggles, and using evidences of students' thinking.

한 국가의 국가경쟁력이 커지기 위해서는 여러 산업에 국제경쟁력이 있어야 한다. 특히 에너지 산업과 같이 전방효과가 큰 산업은 어떤 산업 보다도 경쟁력을 키워나가야 하는 산업이다. 본 논문에서는 국제경쟁력에 대한 개념 정리를 통해 규제완화를 포함한 정부의 역할이 에너지 산업의 국제경쟁력에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 정부가 1994년에 발표한 규제완화조치가 에너지 산업의 국제경쟁력을 강화시키는데 충분한 조치인가를 석유산업을 중심으로 평가한 후 정부가 취해야 할 자세와 결정, 실천사항을 제언하였다. 한국의 국제경쟁력 모델을 이용한 분석에 의하면 한국의 에너지 산업은 부존자원과 경영환경면에서 열악한 모습을 보이는 반면, 근로자와 기업가면에서 경쟁력을 창출할 수 있는 요소를 간직하고 있다. 그러나 규제완화와 관련된 정부, 즉 정치가와 행정관료면에 있어서는 현 정부가 외형적으로 제시하는 규제완화조치에 대해서 큰 기대를 걸게 해 주지만 그 실천에 있어서는 기대가 큰 만큼 실망도 함께 주고 있다. 기업이 이윤극대화라는 목표를 달성하기 위해서 생산, 판매 등의 기업활동에 경영개념을 도입해야 하듯이, 국가 역시 국제경쟁력 강화라는 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 "규제완화조치"라는 정부활동에 사전계획, 현장집행, 사후평가로 이어지는 경영개념을 도입해야 한다. 즉, 정부가 규제완화를 목표로 삼고 있다면 일방적으로 어떤 규제를 완화하겠다고 할 것이 아니라 우선 민간 부문에서 어떠한 규제를 완화하기를 원하는지 파악하여 과감한 완화조치를 마련한 후 관련 부서간 조정을 거쳐 법령을 개폐하는 등 이를 집행하는 것이 중요하며, 마지막 단계로 수혜자인 민간부문의 입장에서 실제 규제완화가 이루어졌는지에 대해 평가하고 평가결과가 계획에 미달할 때는 그 원인을 찾아서 다음 단계의 계획에 반영하며, 성과가 계획목표대로 이루어진 경우에는 해당 집행관료에게 이에 상응하는 대우를 충분히 해주는 등 일련의 사후평가 절차가 반드시 뒤따라야 한다.

Using a method of Community-Based Research, Reconstructed action plaining for community change within the rural community is to mobilize and develop community resources, to develop and change community service delivery system, to communicate on community issues and advocacy. Research findings are as follows: Firstly, community outreach, its utility is finding some needy client within the lack of resources absolutely. Secondly, one is linking communities between a poor community and a wealthy community. Finally, one is building initiative social capital. The results suggest that social policy for rural community should built up service delivery system. It needs for local government to maintain community change by financial support. It has to link social welfare system and medical system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate middle school science teachers' pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction developed by five middle school science teachers in a teacher learning community. Science teachers in this study collaborated to examine lesson plans and reflect on teaching practice and collaboratively analyzed science curriculum, discussed video-recordings of teaching practice, and discussed to design detailed and elaborated lesson plans. Data collection consisted of pre and post questionnaire and interview, audio-recording of teacher discussion in a teacher learning community for one year, lesson plans, teacher written reflection, and video-recording of teaching practice. Data analysis reveals that science teachers developed pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction that consists of eleven sub-components of knowledge of science curriculum for science practice, knowledge of science practice-based instructional strategy, knowledge of students' science practice-based learning, and knowledge of science practice-based learning assessment. Science teachers in this study developed highly structured pedagogical content knowledge for science practice-based instruction.

Background: This research has been carried out to analyze presupposition factors which influence factors on Rehabilitation Exercise practice in Elderly limited Activities of Daily-Living an Anlaysis based on Theory of Planned Behavior to support to induce Rehabilitation Exercise behavior. Method: From the geriatric hospitals in Pusan and Kyungnam, 316 elderly who has ADL Disability participated in the study. We did 1st questionnaire investigation. We provided them 4 weeks of Rehabilitation Exercise training, and 2 weeks later we collected 2nd questionnaire sheet to confirm their Rehabilitation Exercise behavior practice and analysed. Results: In this research relative influence to behavioral intention for Rehabilitation Exercise headed by attitude toward the behavior(.61), perceived behavior control(-.56) and subjective norm(.27)these results were slightly different from other research, in case of perceived behavior control was low but on attitude toward the behavior it showed high in results. It's older have strong subjectivities and has not change their mind, the old's behavioral intention is expressed as an attitude toward the behavior. Rehabilitation Exercise Practice of Elder should prioritize to have the health belief which is positive, As a result it will be regarded to expect the maximum effect.

As climate change is increasingly recognised as an important global problem, a wide variety of policies and measures are emerging at global and local level to deal with the challenges from the anthropogenic global warming. While national and inter-national efforts characterized by limiting GHG emissions shows very little progress because of their expanse spatial scale and complicated political situations, local efforts have the potentials to ensure effective implementation, monitoring and continual improvement. In the context of local-scale climate policy, the city of Portland is known as one of the best leading cities for its progress of implementing climate change strategies. This paper will briefly discuss the city's efforts to solve the climate change problem and its achievements. The latest climate action plan is selected for the analysis on the followings; the framework of the action plan, the types of implementation methods, and the coordinating agencies. The progress status of each action plans is also reviewed. The purpose of this paper is to describe the main characteristics of the climate action plans and their implications from the intensive analysis on the city of Portland's case.

This study was conducted to investigate haw coaching leadership affects organizational members' career planning and attitudes; organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. For this purpose, this study used as its subjects at the major companies and subsidiary companies in Korea. The independent variable coaching leadership composed of the 5 factors; guidance, facilitation, inspiration, listening and questioning. The result of the study, coaching leadership was shown to have a significant effect on career planning, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The case of coaching leadership is being more, the level of career planning, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are increased and the level of turnover intention are decreased. The findings of this study are particularly important because they contribute the evidence that support the effects of coaching leadership development program in the company.
