The Purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model for usability of research data service from the angles of evaluating usefulness of research data service itself and research data use experience-based usability. First, the various cases of evaluating usability of data services are examined and 4 rating scales and 20 measuring indicators for research data service are derived as a result of comparative analysis. In order to verify validity and reliability of the rating scale and the measuring indicators, the study conducted a survey of 164 potential research data users. KMO Bartlett Analysis was performed for validity test, and Principle Component Analysis and Verimax Rotating Method were used for component analysis on measuring indicators. The result shows that the 4 intrinsic rating scales satisfy the validity criteria of KMO Barlett; A single component was determined from component analysis, which verifies the validity of measuring indicators of the current rating scale. However, the result of 12 user experience-based measuring indicators analysis identified 2 components that are each classified as rating scale of utilization level and that of participation level. Cronbach's alpha of all 6 rating scales was 0.6 or more for the overall scale.

APEX(Agricultural Policy Enviromental eXtender) 모형은 일 단위로 구동되며 필지단위 및 소유역 단위에서의 흐름을 장기 모의를 할 수 있는 모형이다. APEX는 유출을 포함한 토양 침식, 탄소 이동 등 다양한 자연현상을 모의할 수 있는 모형이다. 강우에 의한 직접유출량을 APEX를 이용하여 산정할 수 있지만, 모델링 과정에서 발생하는 불확실성으로 인하여 부정적인 요인이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 APEX 모형의 유출 매개변수를 이용한 불확실성을 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 금강권역에서 표준유역으로 분류되어있는 한천 유역에 대해 2008~2019년도 유출량을 모의하였으며, 검증을 위해 동일기간에 대해 기저유출분리를 수행하였다. 불확실성 평가를 위해서 Python 기반으로 사전분포로부터 매개변수를 임의로 선택하도록 설정하여 총 10,000번의 구동을 수행하였다. 불확실성 평가지표로는 NSE, PBIAS, RSR을 이용하여 평가하여 평가지표별 불확실성 구간을 비교분석 하였다. 본 연구에서의 APEX 모형의 불확실성 평가를 통하여 APEX의 활용성을 더욱 확대하고 신뢰성을 높일 것으로 기대한다.

우리나라는 비약적인 산업기술발전을 통해 선진국 진입을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 하지만 선진국 진입에 있어 크게 세 가지의 걸림돌이 있다. 첫째로는 세계시장 진입의 장벽, 둘째로 제조물책임법(PL법) 대응방안 미흡, 셋째로는 고객신뢰 및 자원의 한계 이다. 이러한 한계점으로 인하여 신뢰성경영시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 국내의 신뢰성경영시스템의 활성화는 필수 요소로 다가오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성경영시스템의 활성화와 이를 위한 지표개발의 필요성 및 개발 방향성을 제시해보고자 한다.

As the need for improvement of transparency and fairness in the selection of national R&D projects has been continuously raised, we analyzed the impact on the evaluation selection results by evaluation indexes for The land transportation technology commercialization support project and searched for ways to improve indexes using the analysis results. As for the research data, it were applied as selection results of new R&D projects and evaluation indexes in two fields(SME innovation and start-up) in 2021. Logistic regression analysis is used for the influence of each evaluation indexes on the evaluation result, and for the regression model, evaluation indexes with low influence are removed in advance through artificial neural network multiple perceptron analysis to improve the reliability of the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, in the field of SME innovation, the influence of the evaluation index on the workforce planning was the lowest and the influence of the appropriateness of commercialization promotion plan was the highest. In the start-up field, the influence of the evaluation indexes for technology development suitability, marketability, and suitability for carrying out the project were estimated to be similar to each other, and the influence of the technology evaluation index was found to be the lowest. The analysis results of this thesis suggest the need for continuous improvement of selection and evaluation indexes, and by using the analysis results to select a fair R&D institution according to the selection of appropriate indexes, it will be possible to contribute to deriving excellent research results and fostering excellent companies in the field of land transportation.

본 논문에서는 Tree-ring width 지표자료, 태양흑점수, 남방진동지수(SOI) 및 지구온도 아노말리 자료와의 비교를 통하여 서울지점 측우기 강우량 자료의 정확도를 가늠해 보았다. 그리고 한반도 인근지역의 Tree-ring width 지표자료와의 비교를 통하여 과거 동북아시아 기후변화 상관성과 변화특성을 파악해 보았다. 분석 결과 측우기 강우량 자료는 다른 비교분석 대상 자료들과 경향성과 변화심도가 매우 잘 일치하고 있어 상당한 신뢰성을 가지고 있음이 확인되었다. 그리고 한반도 주변 6개 지점의 Tree-ring width 지표자료와의 비교분석결과, 장기적으로 동북아시아 기후는 시공간적으로 밀접한 상관을 가지고 변화하고 있으며 그 변화에는 장주기적인 재현성이 존재한다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 1960년 이후의 기후변화 특성은 통계적인 거동특성이나 변화폭이 과거의 재현사상의 한계를 넘지는 않으나 과거와는 다른 경향성과 불규칙성을 보여주고 있으며 재현주기도 짧아지고 있어 과거와는 다르게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 과거자료에 근거한 본 연구의 결과는 동북아시아 기후변화 장기 예측에 있어 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of organizational trust and its effect on organizational effectiveness in the public organizations. This study examined five factors of organizational competencies, consideration, fairness, organizational morality and organizational social responsibility as the determinants of organizational trust and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intend to leave as the indicators of organizational effectiveness. For this study, data were collected from 323 public officials in Gyeonggi Province with structured questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that organizational competencies, consideration, fairness, organizational morality and organizational social responsibility made significant contributions to the formation of organizational trust and that organizational trust impacted positively organizational effectiveness measured in terms of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intend to leave.

The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

본 연구에서는 용수공급의 효율화를 최대화하고 비상시 수자원시스템의 최적운영을 위하여 다목적댐의 용수공급능력 평가지표를 산정하였다. 분석대상 유역으로는 비교적 자료구축이 잘되어있다고 판단된 안동댐을 선정하였으며 용수공급량을 -10~10%까지 증가시켜가면서 댐 모의운영을 실시하였다. 저수지 모의운영에 의해 용수부족사상수, 부족량, 부족기간 등을 산정하였으며, 이를 토대로 다목적댐의 용수공급능력 평가지표인 신뢰도(시간기준, 빈도기준, 양적기준), 복원도 및 취약도를 산정하고 계획용수공급량의 증감에 따른 이들 지표들의 영향성에 관하여 분석하였다.

We analyzed 53 representative Korea oriental medicine web sites to measure the credibility and satisfaction using objective valuation basis. First we analyzed qualitatively the general sites' characteristics composed of operational status, kernel service, organization and payment. Secondly we calculated the sites' credibility categorized as expertise factors, trustworthiness factors, sponsorship factors and other factors to deduce the key factor. we expect the result can be used as the indicator for developer to improve the Korea oriental medicine web sites. And we expect the result can be used as the objective credibility for the web user to confirm the contents of Korea oriental medicine web sites.
