Korea's facility horticulture has developed remarkably in a short period of time. However, in order to secure international competitiveness in response to unfavorable surrounding conditions such as high operating costs and market opening, it is necessary to diagnose the problems of facility horticulture and prepare countermeasures through analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the case of leading farmers by introducing information and communication technology (ICT) in hydroponic cultivation agriculture and horticulture, and to examine how agricultural technology utilizing smart farm and big data of facility horticulture contribute to farm productivity. Crop growth information gathering and analysis solutions were developed to analyze the productivity change factors calculated from hydroponics tomato farms and strawberry farms. The results of this study are as follows. The application range of the leaf temperature was verified to be variously utilized such as house ventilation in the facility, opening and closing of the insulation curtain, and determination of the initial watering point and the ending time point. Second, it is necessary to utilize water content information of crop growth. It was confirmed that the crop growth rate information can confirm whether the present state of crops is nutrition or reproduction, and can control the water content artificially according to photosynthesis ability. Third, utilize EC and pH information of crops. Depending on the crop, EC values should be different according to climatic conditions. It was confirmed that the current state of the crops can be confirmed by comparing EC and pH, which are measured from the supplied EC, pH and draining. Based on the results of this study, it can be confirmed that the productivity of smart farm can be affected by how to use the information of measurement growth.
This study takes a close look at the recent success of independent documentaries to find its implications and a way to invigorate Korean documentary ecosystems. To this aim, this study performed in-depth interviews with independent documentary film makers and television documentary directors. Also, it analyzed the case of POV (Point Of View), which is television's longest-running showcase for independent documentary films in the USA. The results display that independent documentaries convey competitive edge of contents and expansion of distribution and funding through film industry systems, based on the producer systems, global distribution networks of overseas pitching and film festivals, marketing and audience strategy of film industry. Although this shows its molding of documentary industry ecosystems, there are great needs for various platforms other than film industrial outlet in order to make an advancement of the ecosystems under the digital environment. POV works on the basis of 'open sourcing' form when collaborating with independent film makers. Independent documentaries picked up by POV are aired on PBS, streamed via its online service, and distributed through community screenings; this three-outlet strategy makes POV a unique platform and has a relevance and feasibility to apply for Korean documentary ecosystems. Therefore, this study suggests to create a platform adopting POV system hoping that more studies and efforts would come for various and novel platform building so to make more advanced and invigorated ecosystems of Korean documentary.
Through the comparative analysisand inductive research on main creation styles of Chinese, American and Japanese animation films, a conclusion can be given out, which means that the animation film style of each country can hardly be formed without their own traditional painting art, aesthetics habits and ways of thinking. It is these characteristics that form their unique animation film style. America emphasizes realism art, development and utilization of new technology, Japan pays sepcial attention totraditional painting art and comic stories. In business aspect, they bring about different business models relying on the experience of satisfying the diverse needs of domestic and global entertainment markets. When it comes to the content field, they carry forward universal values and meet the individualistic heroismso that a variety of business animation films and art animation films find their ways into the global market and acquire great popularity among audiences from all over the world. Through the comparasion of American and Japanese animation films, a new view to analyze the animation films of China is created. Animation creation is largely based on the need of socialist ideology from 50s to 80s. Even though the purposes of animation film creations returned to satisfying the diverse requirements of commercial markets and audiences, the consequences, such as the break gap of creations and talents, the lack of diverse creative styles and commercial market operation mechanism, sitll affect China's animation films today. Japan found thier position from the American model and became successful. Nowadays, China need find our own creative style and position from American model and Japanese model. And the systematic reformings that are detailed in the government managements, industry standards, internationalized talents cultivation and accumulation are the essential point.

There are many spa services in the U.S. which creates differences in cost from Korea. and for the education, the cost was set in Korea while the time in the U.S. Every franchise offered facial and body care services. In addition, most Korean franchises run bridal care services, while in the U.S., waxing, men's treatment, hot stone, and spa services are offered. Recently, as the transition to the untact era due to COVID-19 accelerates, non-face-to-face and non-contact practices have become commonplace, and the OTT (Over-The-Top) service market that provides media content such as movies and broadcast programs through the open Internet is largely expanded and it is receiving great attention from the MZ generation, who are familiar with digital devices and environments. In this study, the effects of OTT service characteristics on MZ generation users' flow, satisfaction and brand loyalty were examined, focusing on Netflix users, one of the representative OTT service brands. In order to carry out this study, a total of 216 people who have used the Netflix OTT service platform were empirically verified by using the survey data of those who have used it for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the characteristics of OTT service, contents diversity, convenience, and reliability had a positive (+) effect on flow. Also, flow has a positive (+) effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on brand loyalty. However, among the characteristics of the OTT service, the recommended service did not have a positive (+) effect on the flow, and the flow did not have a direct positive (+) effect on the brand loyalty. Currently, franchise industries are constantly rising in the domestically and it is possible to predict that franchise industries will rapidly develop internationally. Local Franchisee markets are increasing quickly and in year 2010 their income will exceed 114 trillion won. Annually, new franchise system is being born; however, there are only few industries that success in the market. When circulation market was opened for foreign franchise industries, their numbers of franchisee were rapidly increasing; however, domestic franchise industries are not securing new franchise and strengthening current franchise 's man power moreover these implements are being discarded. Therefore, in this research shows that development procedures of franchise division and utilization of personnel, and subsequent to this research indicates that changes of scales and income of cooperate growth will determine numbers of manpower on franchise industry. N ow days, when we are looking at personnel in franchise industries, they need more personnel in distribution, finance, and accounting department, so this phenomenon formalize life cycle of organization and its stages. When we are considering life cycle of organization, needs of human resource on future is important.
This paper examines the impact of ESG activities of domestic shipping companies on the cost of debt. It is known that companies with large information asymmetry tend to have high costs of debt. Corporate ESG activities have been identified as an effective means of reducing information asymmetry. By actively engaging in ESG activities, companies can lower the cost of debt by reducing information asymmetry. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether these mechanisms, which have been observed in previous studies, also apply to domestic shipping companies. Multiple regression analysis is conducted on KOSP I-listed shipping companies from2010 to 2022. The cost of debt is set as the dependent variable, while the ESG rating is used as the explanatory variable. The analysis reveals that companies with a high level of ESG activities generally have a lower cost of debt. However, it is important to note that ESG activities of shipping companies do not seem to have a significant impact on their cost of debt. In fact, the level of ESG activities among domestic shipping companies is not particularly high (Hong, 2024). Despite these findings, domestic shipping companies should still strive for sustainable management to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment and meet the demands of the modern era. ESG management is a representative method for achieving sustainability. Therefore, shipping companies should not only focus on reducing the cost of debt but also on opening up the closed industry culture and communicating with capital market participants for sustainable growth. It is crucial for these companies to listen to the voices of stakeholders and embrace a holistic approach to sustainability.
With the rapid development in network, graphic technology, and digital technology, content industry is emerging as an important industry for new cultural development and economic development. The development in digital content technology has remarkably expanded the generation and distribution of contents, thereby creating new value and extending into a large distribution market. However, the ease of distribution and duplication, which characterizes digital technology, has increased the circulation of illegal contents due to illegal copying, theft, and alteration. The damage caused by this illegal content is severe. Currently, a copyright protection system targeting online sites is available. By contrast, no system has been established for offline companies that sell offline genuine content, which compete with online companies. The demand for content of overseas tourists is increasing due to the Korean wave craze. Nevertheless, many offline content providers have lost competitiveness due to illegal content distribution with online companies. In this study, we analyzed the case and status of similar copyright certification systems in Korea and overseas through previous research and studied a system to certify the offline genuine contents business. In addition to the case analysis, we focused on interviews obtained through in-depth interviews with the copyright stakeholders. We also developed a certification framework by establishing the certification domain, certification direction, and incentive of the certification system for offline businesses with genuine content. Selected certification direction is ethical, open, inward, store, and rigid (post evaluation). This study aimed to increase awareness among consumers about the use of genuine content and establish a transparent trading order in a healthy content market.
