The Effect of Chung-nam Province Small Manufaturing Firm Male Workers' Participation in Training on Perceptions of Effectiveness (충남지역 중소 제조기업 남성 근로자의 교육훈련 참여가 교육효과 인식에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed the effect of Chung-nam province small manufaturing firm male workers' participation in training on perceptions of effectiveness. The study results showed that Off-the-job training satisfaction significantly affected satisfaction of training system and helpfulness of self-development. It means that workers considered lecture or e-learning method is better than on-the-job training, so it is suggested that small manufacturing businesses should establish more organized training system for on-the-job training because workers' perception of satisfaction and effectiveness of OJT was lower than Off-JT. This study provided implications for verifying the effectiveness depend on the type of training and presenting important points to enhance workers' satisfaction of education and training.

A Study on the Students' Satisfaction with Cyber Education: A Case Study on the Sections of Consumer Education in the University (학습자 입장에서의 사이버 강의 만족에 관한 연구: 대학에서 소비자교육 분야의 강의 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study examined students' satisfaction with cyber education focused on the sections of consumer education in the University. The sample of this study was 94 students taking a 'Consumer Policy & Education' cyber course. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and analysed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percent, mean, SD, t-test and one-way ANOVA with Duncan test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the reason students took a cyber course was that it was easy to manage the course under "self-control". Second, they studied an average 1-2 hours for a one unit lecture at home on weekdays between 9 p.m. and midnight. Third, the students' satisfaction with cyber education showed a slight preference for the web based environment as opposed to the online lessons. Fourth, the biggest problem with taking a cyber course was that the students found it difficult to concentrate well on the lecture.

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze degrees of oral transmission, customer satisfaction, and subscription customer's re-visitation to grasp effectiveness of CRM of construction company. Brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty can be made to improve by CRM of construction company. Ultimately, this study is intended to improve management achievement by increasing total sales and reducing expense. 175 distribution customers and subscription customers participate in the final analysis for this study. In terms of service quality factors, state of facility, trust, response, conviction and sympathy are measured. In terms of effectiveness, customer satisfaction, oral transmission, and customer's re-visitation are measured. Considering these things, CRM of construction company can improve oral transmission, satisfaction, re-visitation of distribution customers and subscription customers. CRM of construction company can be utilized as a competitive means for management and contribute to improving management achievement in the long run. Through examining actual effectiveness of CRM of construction company in this study, it can be thought that necessity and possibility of CRM of construction company should be recognized and CRM of construction company should be developed further.

  • Network security performance evaluation is a complex and diverse system environments, a single, specific performance measurements alone performance evaluation measure itself and the meaning of the reliability of the evaluation results do not limit the number of days only. In this paper, we propose a method to measure the security features of security, QoS measurement techniques using MOS satisfaction. MOS(Mean Opinion Score) Rating specifications for network security, QoS satisfaction and how to operate the development and operational model for future customer's satisfaction for information systems that can be used to evaluate the QoS measurement/analysis be utilized in the field. Objectified in the form of standards and performance measurement system provider (supplier development) and consumers(users) all the results available so that how to develop a system. Development is the development of information security features, the performance of these two features networking capabilities and a comprehensive evaluation of a three-gaeyoungyeok Correlating performance measurement methodology. Systematic measurement environment designed using the proposed methodology of this study, when the operating system is on the satisfaction of the security, QoS can be calculated. Forward In addition, a variety of performance metrics and performance measurement methods by extending the network security system satisfaction rating upgrade by the way will be.

  • This study verified the effect of the level of learning organization on satisfaction of learning organization support project and the moderating effect of charismatic leadership. The level of learning organization positively affected satisfaction of learning organization support project. Especially, personal mastery affected creating&spreading knowledge and financial performance, system thingking affected building learning infra, shared vision affected learning culture&activity, teamwork and financial performance. Also, charismatic leadership partially moderated the effect of learning organization. This study provided implications to manage successful learning organization by analyzing causal relationship between learning theory and practical corporate performance.

  • This study aims to verify whether field-dependence and field-independence cognitive style have regulatory effect or not on information quality and system quality of digital textbooks in learning satisfaction. In order to accomplish the purpose, the research was carried out with 325 students of digital textbook research school who are fifth and sixth grade at a primary school living in Seoul metropolitan city. Results from the verification of hypotheses are as follows: when learning satisfaction of digital textbooks is affected by information quality and system quality influence satisfaction, it is given a positive moderating effect by the variables of field-dependence and field-independence cognitive style.

  • The purposes of this paper are to find the effects of beauty shop online motivations on the convenience of reservation system, to investigate the convenience of reservation system on satisfaction, and to determine the effects of satisfaction on word-of-mouth behaviors. Based on the results, there are three factors in the motivations: diversion, service-prioritized, and impulse-driven tendencies. Also, there are five factors in the reservation convenience perception: efficiency of decision-making, easy monetary transaction, overall convenience, accessibility, and effortless nature of rewarding system. In terms of the convenience of online booking, the access convenience was found that as the motivation diversion and the service-prioritized motivation higher and as the impulse reservation motivation lower. Furthermore, this paper concludes that offered by online beauty service reservation systems, and higher satisfaction rate leads to higher review behaviours.

  • 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하면서 많은 기업들이 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)의 도입에 대한 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 RFID의 도입 비용이 높고, 도입 후 효과에 대한 예측이 어렵기 때문에 기업은 도입을 미루고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법론을 활용하여, 소매업이 RFID 시스템 도입을 할 때, 기업의 수익 및 업무 효율성, 고객 만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 모텔을 구축하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석과정을 통해, RFID의 활용은 매장 및 창고관리자동화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자동화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자동화 수준임을 밝혔으며, 자동화 수준이 높아지게 되면, 수익과 업무효율 및 고객 만족도가 증가됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The Sido.Saeol system, a local government information system cost too much for having been designed and developed during last four years but the effectiveness of this system is still open to doubt. Also maintenance cost is still too high and become increasing year by year. To find out the reasons and to suggest how to solve these problems, a service quality of an Sido Saeol system and the public servant's job satisfaction were investigated based on the Delone and McLean's updated IS success Model(2003). To investigate of the effectiveness of the Sido Saeol system, 8 variables are analyzed to test 3 main hypothesis. After all the analysis, we found that Sido.Saeol systems have many aspects to be improved for system use and job satisfaction and have to be revise in the aspects of system qualities.

  • 오늘날 대부분의 인터넷 경매 시스템은 단지 가격이라는 단일 속성만을 상품 거래의 절대 기준으로 삼고 있다. 이러한 경매 시스템은 단일 판매자와 다수의 구매자가 경매에 참여하므로 구매자에게 공정만 협상을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 제품을 거래할 때 가격 외에도 배달시간, 보증기간 등 다중 속성을 가지고 협상을 수행할 수 있는 지능형 에이전트가 요구된다. 또한 다수의 판매자와 다수의 구매자가 협상을 진행할 수 있는 M:N 지능형 협상 에이전트도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Multi-Attribute Utility Theory(HAUT)를 이용하여 다중 속성을 가지고 거래를 하고 각각의 속성별로 거래 우선순위 가중치를 두어 협상하는 경매시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 다수의 판매자와 구매자가 협상을 하여 실제 협상과 차이가 많은 온라인 경매 협상 방법의 문제에 대한 해결방안도 제시하였다. 또한 사용자의 만족도를 높이기 위해 각 에이전트에게 최적의 상대 에이전트와 거래할 수 있는 예약시스템을 구현하였다. 제안한 모델은 약 85%의 거래 성사비율과 약 80%의 거래만족도를 보여준다.
